As PJ Media reported earlier this week, subpoenaed bank records show that Hunter Biden received wire transfers totaling $260,000 from communist China in the late summer of 2019. What made these wire transfers particularly interesting was that they listed Joe Biden’s Delaware residence as the beneficiary address for the funds

A beneficiary address can either be the address listed on the recipient’s account or the address provided by the person sending the wire. The wire records do not clearly indicate who provided the address in question.

“Bank records don’t lie but President Joe Biden does. In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) said earlier this week. “We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for president.”

Here’s where things get interesting. It is true that Hunter spent time living in his daddy’s house off and on between 2017 and 2019. That makes it conceivable that he was living there at the time of the wire transfers, thus offering a simple explanation for why Hunter Biden would have had the wires sent there: that’s where he happened to be living at the time.

But it turns out, Hunter wasn’t living there when the wire transfers were made.

How do we know? Well, for starters, Hunter Biden was married and living in California with his new wife at the time. He said as much in his 2021 memoir, Beautiful Things, and his proposed guilty plea indicates he was in California at the time as well:

After numerous programs and trips to rehab, [Hunter] Biden got sober in May 2019, the same month he married his current wife. He has remained sober since. Biden remained in California and spent much of Summer 2019 painting and developing plans for his memoir, which he began working on through the fall and into the winter.

Once again, proponents of the narrative that there is “no evidence” that Joe Biden was involved in or benefited from Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings — that relied on his influence — are going to have a hard time coming up with an explanation why Joe Biden would be receiving $260,000 from China when Hunter Biden wasn’t living in his home.

Never Mind Those Hordes of Military-Aged Chinese Men With the Same Clothing, Haircuts, and Tattoos Swarming Our Southern Border

Never Mind Those Hordes of Military-Aged Chinese Men With the Same Clothing, Haircuts, and Tattoos Swarming Our Southern Border
(PLA)
Experts believe that more than seven million illegal immigrants have crossed the border since *President Biden occupied the White House.

The apparatchiks in the Pravda Press downplay the situation by assuring us the invaders are “families,” even though most of the videos we see are of single, military-aged men, frequently from Venezuela.

But the most onerous onslaught at our northern and southern borders is the disturbing number of single, military-aged Chinese men and women finding their way into our country and disappearing once they get in.

FACT-O-RAMA! Between January and March of 2022, 71 Chinese individuals crossed the Darien Gap, the strip of land that connects North and South America, the route preferred by the Chinese. During the same time frame this year, 2,200 made the journey. You can see a video of young, Chinese nationals lining up for buses in Panama headed for the U.S.

Why would Chinese nationals fly into Panama and make a seemingly arduous voyage to our southern border? According to Anthony Rubin, the founder of Muckraker, who filmed Chinese people lining up for a seat on a U.S.-bound bus, they aren’t able to simply fly in and wait for their visas to expire like they did in the good old days.

“This would be for people who can’t fly into the U.S. directly,” Rubin told Fox News. So what they do is they get on a flight, and they fly into some South American country. Then from there, they would go to Colombia, they would go across the jungle, pop out in Panama, and then they would head up to the United States. But this is going to be for people who can’t fly into the U.S. directly. You’d rather just fly into the U.S. and overstay your visa. This is for people that don’t have that access for whatever reason.”

FACT-O-RAMA! Muckraker claims they have found a Chinese document giving detailed information on how to enter the U.S. via the Darien Gap. The document includes a Subway sandwich restaurant in Mexico where one can buy fake permits, how much to pay smugglers, and how to avoid detection at the border, including uninstalling the Chinese spy app “WeChat.” You can watch the Muckraker video here.

Rubin told Fox News that some Chinese people he was filming “do not want their faces on camera.” Now why would that be?

Rubin explained:

Either they are foreign actors that are coming over here for nefarious reasons or, number two, these are people that are afraid of some sort of retribution by the Communist Chinese Party. If it’s number two, well then what does that mean? That means that these people are going to be beholden to the Communist Chinese Party once they’re here. Oh, you’re in the United States. Okay, well, we’re going to threaten your friends and family back home in China unless you do X, Y, and Z. Either way, it’s very dangerous. You can’t allow this to just continue and have all these people cross the border. I mean, it just will not work.

Retired U.S. Col. and a member of Devon Nunes’s staff, Derek Harvey, recently revealed to The Epoch Times that many of the Chinese men scrambling over the border are showing up with the same haircuts, tattoos, backpacks, and “pocket litter,” which he defined as the same wallet and the same type of ID cards. Even more harrowing, Harvey claims they are all a part of a special ops wing of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), and our intel officials are well aware of what is happening.

He also stated that most of the Chinese are coming to the U.S. through the Darien Gap.

“We have Chinese nationals of military age coming into Latin America, coming across the southern border,” Harvey explained in a recent video interview. “They wear the same clothes, they have the same haircuts, they have the same pocket litter. They have the same, ah, knapsacks. It’s like it’s a uniform. And they get processed and they move on.”

Harvey had more shocking news to reveal:

They have the same wallet, they have the same types of identification. It’s all the same. And we have good information that they are products of a… they have the same rituals the same tattoos, and the operating theory by our border patrol and our intelligence elements is they come from one specific special operation unit.

When Asked by “Over the Target” host Lee Smith for clarification, Harvey confirmed what he said—the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Intel officials are well aware of who these people are, Chinese special ops from the PLA.

Again, the Mao-Maos in the left press were eager to tell us not to believe our eyes, the CBP, and our intel specialists.

Bonus trouble! Harvey also stated that Venezuela, Iran, Russia, and China are working together against us and that Iran and Hezbollah already have sleeper cells in the U.S.

RELATED: National Security Risk? 800% Surge in Illegal Chinese Migrants

What Have We Learned?

We have learned that intel officials and the CBP are allegedly well aware that China is sending special ops intruders over our border and the pinko press is diligently denying it. Chinese people appear to be using the Darien Gap to make their way to the U.S. in record numbers and military-aged men with the same haircuts, tattoos, and clothing are pouring over the border. Iran and Hezbollah are believed to have sleeper cells standing by. Joe Biden is allowing all of this to happen. What could go wrong?

‘Muhammad’ Is Taking Over the World

'Muhammad' Is Taking Over the World
(AP Photo/Peter Dejong,file)
The demographic jihad is taking the non-Muslim world by storm.

According to a Sept. 11, 2023, report, “Muhammad” is the most popular name for newborn baby boys in Israel (followed by Adam, Joseph, and David)

Although Israel is a Jewish nation, it is also right smack in the Middle East, so this finding may not be overly surprising.

What, however, does one make of the fact that all throughout Western Europe, which for centuries represented the antithesis of Islam, newborn baby Muhammads are also taking over?

For example, according to an even more recent report from a couple of days ago, Muhammad is the most popular name for baby boys born in the United Kingdom.

It’s the same all throughout Western Europe. According to a May 8, 2023, report,

The first name Mohammed has gained popularity in Germany in the past year….  In Berlin, Mohammed was the most popular first name for boys in 2022. Last year he had ranked third…. In Bremen, the first name Mohammed has moved up from third place to second place…. In Hesse, too, the name of the Muslim prophet is on the rise. There he fought his way from eighth to third place.

Muhammad is the most popular name in major Belgian cities — including Brussels, the EU capital; in Oslo, the capital of Norway; and in the Netherlands’ largest cities, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht.

This is to say nothing of other Arabic/Muslim names, which are also topping the charts of newborn baby names. According to a 2015 report, in the UK,

There is a surge in Arabic names generally, with Nur a new entry in the girls’ top 100, jumping straight to number 29, and Maryam rising 59 places to number 35. Omar, Ali, and Ibrahim are new to the boys’ top 100.

Even in the United States, in 2019, Muhammad made the list of top 10 baby names. “Arabic names are on the rise this year,” the BabyCenter said, “with Muhammad and Aaliyah entering the top 10 and nudging Mason and Layla off.”

All this may seem innocuous enough. After all, what’s in a name?

On the other hand, because more numbers equate to more power and influence, many Muslims see their progeny as their contribution to the jihad — the ancient “struggle” to make Islam supreme.

video from last year of Muslims and Danes quarreling in Denmark makes this clear. In the video, one Muslim man can be heard yelling the following words to a Dane:

We have five children, you only have one or two. In 10 to 15 years there will be more Pakistanis than Danes in this country!… The Danes are five million, soon you’ll be exterminated. Look at the Swedes, look at the Norwegians, look at the Finns, man! We are multiples [of] millions, man!

The clamorous Muslim goes on to accuse Europeans of preferring bestiality to marriage — hence their dearth of children. Soon other Muslims chime in. One says, “I just got married and will also have five children.” Others start yelling about how the Danes’ “mothers will be pregnant again,” because their mothers and sisters are “whores” (who presumably sleep around with the Muslims). Others chant, “This isn’t Denmark anymore, this is Paki-land,” and repeat several times, “We are taking over your country.”

Related: Video: A Deep Dive Into the Destructive History of Islam

This kind of thinking has a long pedigree. “We have 50 million Muslims in Europe,” Muammar Gaddafi said back in 2006, before more realistically adding, “There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe — without swords, without guns, without conquest — will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades.”

Ongoing reports and polls suggest this long-cherished Muslim dream may not be so farfetched. Thus, in the United Kingdom, “Muslim hate fanatics plan to take over Britain by having more babies and forcing a population explosion,” a report  revealed some fifteen years ago: “The swollen Muslim population would be enough to conquer Britain from inside.” Two years later, “Estimates in 2010 showed that Europe had 44 million Muslims.”

One Pew report found that one out of every three people on earth is set to be Muslim by 2070. Another Pew report says that the Muslim population of Europe is set to triple by 2050 — just when all those baby Muhammads are coming of age.

In Germany, about 20% of the population is set to be Muslim by 2050; in Austria, too.  Considering that the average Muslim man is more zealous over his way of and purpose in (Islamic) life than the average German male, 20% may be more than enough for an Islamic takeover of — certainly at least mass havoc in — Germany.

Incidentally, this “baby jihad” can be achieved with either Muslim or non-Muslim (infidel) women. As an example of the latter, a Muslim imam was videotaped saying that, because European men lack virility, their women seek fertility among Muslim men:

We will give them fertility! We will breed children with them, because we will conquer their countries! Whether you like it or not, you Germans, Americans, French, and Italians and all those akin to you [Western people]—take in the refugees. For soon we will call them [and their Western-born sons] in the name of the coming caliphate! And we will say to you, ‘These are our sons.’

Similarly, the diary of Patrick Kabele, an African Muslim man who was living and arrested in Britain for trying to join the Islamic State — his primary motive being to purchase a nine-year-old sex slave — had references that only like-minded Muslims would understand. In an effort, as the aforementioned imam said, to use European women as incubators and “breed children with them,” Kabele noted that he had been “seeding some women over here, UK white,” adding, “I don't [sic] kiss anymore.” (Unlike straightforward mating, kissing is deemed an intimate act, and Muslims, in keeping with the doctrine of “love and hate” (or al-wala’ w’al-bara’), must always hate non-Muslims — even when copulating with or being married to them.

This same strategy is being used in the Muslim world against Christian minorities. Unlike in the West, however, where women freely give themselves to Muslims, Christian minorities are seized and seeded by Muslim men.

Even so, Muslim women remain the primary incubators for this demographic jihad — and many of them see it as their obligation. A Christian Eritrean volunteer and translator, who worked in migrant centers in Germany and was often assumed to be Muslim by the migrants, once confessed that “Muslim migrants often confide in her and tell her about their dislike towards Christians,” and that “a number of the Muslim migrants she has spoken to have revealed a hatred for Christians and are determined to destroy the religion.” How they plan on doing this is telling:

Some women told me, ‘We will multiply our numbers. We must have more children than the Christians because it’s the only way we can destroy them here.’

Not that many Western Europeans seem to care. Some are even glad to see their own kind die off and be replaced by Muslims — such as Dr. Stefanie von Berg, who exulted before the German parliament:

Mrs. President, ladies and gentlemen. Our society will change. Our city will change radically. I hold that in 20, 30 years there will no longer be a [German] majority in our city. …. And I want to make it very clear, especially towards those right wingers: This is a good thing!

From here, one understands the true root of the immediate problem — and, as usual, it is not procreating Muslims as it is perverse Western elements. Having turned its back on its founding faith and Judeo-Christian principles, a moribund culture — typified by nihilism, hedonism, cynicism, and, accordingly, dropping birth rates — simply has little worth living for and is giving way to a more zealous one.

For Just $83,140 per year, Princeton Will Train Your Son to Be a Drag Queen

For Just $83,140, Princeton Will Train Your Son to Be a Drag Queen
National Audubon Society video:
It costs a staggering $83,140 to send a student to Princeton University, and that’s just for one year. Four years of this august Ivy League school will set you back a cool $332,560, and just think: for that kind of money, you could have bought a brand-new Corvette convertible every year and had some spare change left over.

But Princeton has its benefits: you may not be able to tool around in the glorious sunshine with the wind blowing your hair back, but for all that dough, Princeton will take your thoughtful, intelligent son and turn him into a prancing, preening, children’s-innocence-stealing drag queen. And they will do that in just one year, in case you can’t afford all four. Hey, it’s worth $83,140 to get in step with the times, isn’t it?

The College Fix reported Thursday that Princeton has launched a “new ‘Drag University’ program” that purports to “train students in the ‘artform.’” Do parents send their children to Princeton for this? If there are any parents out there (and I’m sure there are, complete with peeling Bernie stickers on their Volvos) who would be pleased and proud, nay, thrilled, if their sons became drag queens), there are cheaper ways to accomplish this than plunking down $83,140 to get him or her or xer or whatever a degree from Princeton.

The Princeton drag queen training program is “open to all undergraduate and graduate students interested in the world of drag,” so students need not be concerned that they might be too young for it. There are no prerequisites or preliminary courses that enrollees have to take; they can go from zero to drag queen with just one course. No wonder Princeton charges so much.

The course goes for the entire “academic” year and covers a sweeping array of pressing issues that every young man who will be graduating from college and facing the future in the next few years needs to know, and know thoroughly. These include “the history of drag, ‘Sewing 101,’ choreography, face painting, photoshoots, and other topics,” as if all that wasn’t quite enough, thank you very much.

On the cutting edge as always, Princeton was actually offering scholarships for this course. An Instagram post stated: “Drag University is a new program housed under the mentorship pillar of the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center,” as anyone would expect. The Gender + Sexuality Resource Center describes itself as fostering “a supportive and inclusive campus community for women, femme, trans and queer Princetonians.”

In line with that mission, Princeton’s Drag University is a full-year program that will “teach about the history of drag, as well as the art form of drag. Sessions will be taught by local drag performers, on-campus partners who know their way around machines, and other students. This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students. The first 8 applicants who commit to the entire curriculum and attend orientation will get a scholarship to cover costs of supplies.”

Generous. This course, however, is so very much in line with the spirit of the age that all the scholarships were snapped up in the twinkling of an eye. The College Fix noted that “the form was updated this week to note: ‘At this time we have reached our capacity for our scholarships, but you are more than welcome to attend our workshops.’” That kind of invitation appears to be extended only to Princeton students, so you’re still in for the $83,140.

Considering that “pride” is the emblematic slogan and second-favorite deadly sin of the entire LGBTQETC movement, it would have been only natural for Princeton to be effusive and enthusiastic about its new Drag University and happy to respond to inquiries. However, when The College Fix reached out to university administrators, Princeton’s media affairs division, and the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center seeking information about “the number of students enrolled and what pool of money is being used to fund the scholarships,” all of them ignored the inquiries.

Surely they couldn’t have something to hide, could they? Surely they are just bursting with pride about their Drag University, and want all Princeton parents and alumni to know about it, don’t they? Don’t they? If not, why not? Could it be that somewhere underneath their dresses, exaggerated makeup, and wigs, Princeton administrators still have some understanding that this sort of “academic course” is deeply offensive on numerous levels and has no place in any decent university? Inconceivable!

A high school coach and three Disney World workers are among over 200 people arrested in a human trafficking operation in Polk County, Florida.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced that they had arrested 219 people, including a high school coach, three individuals who worked at Disney, and 35 illegal immigrants, during a human trafficking sting named “Traffic Stop 2.”

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd released the results of the operation on Thursday, claiming that 21 of the 119 prostitutes arrested during the operation, which began last week, were likely victims of human trafficking.

Freddy Escalona, 30, and 36-year-old Maria Guzman were arrested and charged with human trafficking and profiting from prostitution.

According to authorities, Escalona provided money to a victim to repair her vehicle, and when she was unable to repay him, he allegedly coerced her into prostitution.

Judd stated that when Escalona took the victim to the undercover site, he was arrested and told officers he had “several females that he worked with,” or who paid him to transport and keep them safe.

Guzman is also accused of trafficking two women from an Orlando hotel, arranging their “dates” and benefitting from the money they made.

Reportedly, of those arrested, 35 are suspected to be in the country illegally and are from the countries of Cuba, Chile, Venezuela, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia or the Bahamas.

According to Judd’s office, 83 individuals were detained for soliciting prostitution; 17 other suspects were apprehended, of which five earned proceeds from prostitution or aided and abetted prostitutes, and eight drove the prostitutes to the undercover location.

“Not only did we arrest more suspects during this single operation than we have ever arrested before, we identified 21 human trafficking victims; during a similar operation in February, we identified 24 victims,” Judd said. “That’s 45 victims we were able to identify this year. The valuable relationships that we have with the social services organizations who join us in these operations make it possible for these women to get help and be emancipated from this way of life.”

According to the sheriff, 42 of the suspects admitted to detectives that they were married; 13 said they received government assistance; 42 brought illegal drugs to the undercover location; two had firearms on them and 18 were from other states.

Authorities reported that the oldest person arrested was 76-year-old Frank Bydairk, and the youngest was 18-year-old Latrice Vilsaint.

Judd continued by saying how one of the men arrested had left his one-year-old daughter at home alone while he left to have sex. When the man was confronted about it, he reportedly said he did not leave her alone because “the dog was watching her.”

“We interviewed the dog and the dog said woof. I guess that means yes in dog language,” Judd said.

Russell Rogers, an athletic director at Vanguard High School and a teacher at Auburndale High School REAL Academy, was among those arrested. He is also reportedly married and has three children.

“Part of being an educator is understanding that you are held to a higher standard for your actions in the classroom, as well as the community,” district officials said. “These charges don’t involve students, and Rogers was not on duty as a teacher, but this kind of conduct still has no place in our school system.”

The district office also said three individuals who worked at Disney World, Kenneth Green, Marquis Nixon, and Carlos Ro, and one who worked at the Disney Hotel were also among those arrested.

Authorities reportedly charged a total of 44 felonies and 242 misdemeanors during the sting operation.

Elon Musk asserted that he is in support of a Mexico-United States border wall and says migrants need to show evidence in order to receive asylum.

On Wednesday, the SpaceX CEO responded to a thread on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, that the United States does in fact need a reliable wall and that the country should begin requiring immigrants to present a “shred of evidence” to claim asylum.

“We actually do need a wall, and we need to require people to have some shred of evidence to claim asylum to enter, as everyone is doing that,” Musk said. “It’s a hack that you can literally Google to know exactly what to say!”

The X CEO joined an online conversation that touched on a statement by Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, who in the previous thread was discussing the border crisis amid the possible government shutdown.

“But if you paid attention last night to what happened to the border yesterday, 11,000 people came across illegally. That’s 50,000 in just the last five days,” McCarthy told reporters in the posted video. “And you’ve got the governor of New York and the governor of Massachusetts declaring a state of emergency. The president can take action, the presidency can do something here that would really keep the government open but at the same time secure our border.”

The billionaire responded to McCarthy’s claims, saying that the border issues are “a severe crisis.”

“The border needs to be secured. This is not a partisan issue — even the elected Democrat Party leaders of New York are saying this is a severe crisis,” Musk said. “Will find out more when I visit Eagle Pass maybe as soon as tomorrow.”

Musk then proceeded to state that he will be visiting Eagle Pass, Texas, this week “to see what’s going on for [himself]” after he spoke to a state congressman who called the humanitarian crisis at the border “a serious issue.”

According to reports, at least 11,000 illegal immigrants reportedly crossed into the U.S. from Mexico from Sunday to Monday alone, making it the “single highest day in recent memory.”

SCOTUS May Place Independent Agencies Like Social Security and FDIC on the Chopping Block

SCOTUS May Place Independent Agencies Like Social Security and FDIC on the Chopping Block

SCOTUS May Place Independent Agencies Like Social Security and FDIC on the Chopping Block
(AP Photo/Jacquelyn Martin, File)
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in a case with far-reaching implications. At issue is how independent government agencies are funded and whether Congress is violating the Constitution’s appropriations clause when budgeting monies for them.

The list of independent agencies that could be affected is staggering: the EPA, FCC, FTC, FEC, Social Security Administration, and dozens more. This specific case involves the agency that just won’t die — the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) — and its rules regarding “payday loans.”

The trade group for the payday loan industry — the Community Financial Services Association (CFSA) — is claiming that the CFPB has no authority to regulate anyone because Congress never specifically funded the agency. Congress instead took money from the Federal Reserve’s budget to fund the CFPB operations.

A lower court found in favor of the trade group, and the appeal has now landed in the lap of the high court.

Sheila Bair, former head of the FDIC, explains the risk for the agencies in question.

Politico:

Essential government agencies and programs, including Social Security and Medicare, both of which are administered by independently funded bodies, would see their sources of independent funding vulnerable to challenge. The Federal Reserve, responsible for monetary policy and our payments system, would be particularly at risk, given that it runs on fees and profits from its market operations just like the CFPB. The budgets of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, responsible for regulating the nation’s largest banks, and the Federal Housing Finance Administration, responsible for overseeing housing finance, are also independent, coming from funds paid by the entities they regulate.

Requiring these agencies to seek direct Congressional approval for money to function would be particularly dangerous in times of crisis.

The conservatives’ reasoning in this case is sound. These agencies develop rules and regulations that have the force of law, so why shouldn’t their budgets be appropriated by Congress?

Ms. Bair points out that Congress has “oversight” responsibilities and sets “various limits and parameters, including for the CFPB.” In theory, she’s right. But given what some of these independent agencies have been up to when the government is more “activist” than not, it’s easy to see why simple Congressional “oversight” isn’t good enough.

For example, the National Labor Relations Board has put a heavy thumb on the scale and tilted the labor-management dynamic decidedly in the unions’ favor. The NLRB was never supposed to be an advocacy arm for organized labor. And yet in decision after decision, the NLRB has not only decided for organized labor but has also made it much easier for unions to gain a foothold in industries they historically have been unable to crack.

Would the NLRB be so enthusiastically pro-union if Congress held the purse strings?

Congress created the CFPB in 2010 and insulated it from political and industry interference in carrying out its consumer protection mandate in order to stop the kind of reckless lending that led to the financial crisis. And it worked. Today, the CFPB is a big reason why there is very little distress in mortgage finance, even as other sectors of our financial system are under pressure.

People of good will can differ on its funding structure. (I had strongly supported the CFPB but thought its funding should come from more traditional regulatory assessments.) But that’s a policy issue for Congress to decide, not the Supreme Court.

The cascade of Constitutional challenges to funding for independent federal agencies will probably not happen, although individual challenges are probable. For the CFPB, its mandate has always been far too broad and arbitrary. The rules governing payday loans, for example, sank many honest operations in addition to the crooks. The agency’s rules on home loans have put homeownership out of the reach of many and for no reason.

I think most federal agencies — independent or not — would benefit from federal oversight of their funding. And the taxpayer should be demanding it.

REPORT: Biden Crime Family ‘Earned’ $24 MILLION From China, Russia, Ukraine, Others

REPORT: Biden Crime Family 'Earned' $24 MILLION From China, Russia, Ukraine, Others
AP Photo/Charles Dharapak
The Biden Crime Family really knew how to rake it in, according to a new report just out from the House Impeachment Inquiry Committee led by Republican Reps. James Comer (R-Ky.), Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), and Jason Smith (R-Mo.).

“From 2014 to 2019,” the report states, “Biden family members and their affiliate companies received over $15 million from foreign companies and foreign nationals in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China. Biden business associates received an additional $9 million.” The committee has the receipts, which must not have been easy to get because “money was transmitted to Biden family members from foreign sources through an exceedingly complex chain of transactions that made it difficult to track the flow of these funds.”

This particular flow of foreign funds to the Biden Crime family began in 2014, when Biden served as Vice President under Barack Obama, and Ukraine was still ruled by flunkies loyal to Vladimir Putin. 2014 is the same year Hunter Biden somehow got himself a cushy no-show job for Ukraine’s energy giant, Burisma. Two years later, Biden père used his position to threaten Ukraine’s new anti-Moscow government that he’d withhold $1 billion in aid unless Kyiv fired prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who was investigating corruption at Busrima.

It doesn’t take much imagination to guess why neither Biden would want anyone looking too closely into what was going on at Burisma or into Kyiv’s once-strong ties to the Kremlin.

The report rather dryly notes, in the same way, that a shiv might easily glide between a pair of ribs, that “The President had knowledge of many of his family’s business dealings, and indeed participated in them by having phone calls and attending private dinners — including while he was Vice President.” The money went through Biden’s various shell corporations, paying for “no identifiable product or service.”

Today’s multimillion-dollar revelation comes just one day after we learned that in 2019, Biden the Younger had China wire $260,000 in payments that “listed Joe Biden’s Delaware residence as the beneficiary address for the funds.” At the time, Hunter lived in California.

Both Bidens have lied publicly and repeatedly on all these matters. As PJ Media’s own Matt Margolis wrote just as I was finishing up this column, a new text message “destroys Joe Biden’s defense in the influence-peddling scandal.” The text shows “Biden’s brother Jim Biden explaining to Hunter Biden that he needed the ‘usual’ help from Joe Biden to make a foreign business deal work.”

Two weeks ago, the Daily Caller’s James Lynch helpfully collected “all the evidence” that then connected the three Bidens and their shady foreign business dealings while Joe was both in and out of office. Now we have even more.

I’m so old that I remember when even Republicans were disgusted when President Ronald Reagan earned a $2 million windfall for a brief speaking tour of Japan — after he’d left office and with zero ambition to serve again. At the time, relations between the U.S. and our most important Pacific ally were strained. The Fujisankei Communications Group, which paid for Reagan’s visit, had hoped to generate goodwill on both sides. But many Americans didn’t see it that way — we were a more decent country then.

National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC): ACIP Recommends RSV Vaccination for Pregnant Women

ACIP Recommends RSV Vaccination for Pregnant Women

Pfizer’s Abrysvo Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine was recommended by the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) on Friday, Sept. 22, 2023. The recommendation is to administer the vaccine only during the RSV season of September through January in pregnant women at 32 to 36 weeks of gestation. Abrysvo was approved in August for use in pregnant women to prevent RSV in infants by the FDA.1

The ACIP also approved the use of taxpayer dollars in the Vaccines for Children Fund (VFC) for Abrysvo so that the vaccine may be administered “free of charge” in many settings. The CDC is expected to accept the ACIP’s recommendation and add this vaccine to the adult schedule.

The ACIP also stated that generally, infants born to mothers who had been vaccinated for Abrysvo should not receive the newly recommended RSV monoclonal antibody nirsevimab, known as Beyfortus. This statement would seem to fly in the face of ACIP’s lack of concern in August regarding vaccine coadministration, which was justified by the committee noting that nirsevimab was a drug and not a vaccine.2

Yet Another Pricey RSV Intervention Expensive RSV Interventions

One constant for the ACIP was their continued unhappiness with the price tag for  RSV interventions. The nirsevimab RSV monoclonal antibody costs $395-$495 per dose3 and Abrysvo RSV vaccine costs  $295 per dose. When questioned by the committee about pricing outside the U.S., Pfizer didn’t provide specifics and instead stated that a tiered pricing strategy based on estimated affordability is used.

Notably, the vaccine and monoclonal antibody offer limited protection to infants from RSV - about six months.4 5 6

RSV Vaccination Timing Hoped to Curtail Premature Births

Shifting the vaccination window to 32-36 weeks into a pregnancy is later than the clinical trial window considered by the FDA. Tables comparing outcomes for vaccines administered at 24-31 weeks vs. 32-36 weeks appeared to decrease preterm births. However, due to fewer study subjects, the data is likely to be underpowered, and real-world results for premature births in RSV-vaccinated women could differ. Notably, this clinical trial data reflects outcomes for only healthy, low-risk pregnancies.

Clinical Trail Data and Adverse Vaccine Events to be Monitored Pregancy & Vaccines

Vaccine safety monitoring for Abrysvo vaccine adverse events will be done through the CDC’s Vaccine Safety Datalink, the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), and V-safe.

A higher rate of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), a rare but serious neurological disorder that causes inflammation of the peripheral nerves,7 was reported among individuals who received the vaccine in clinical trials for Abrysvo. There was also a higher rate of atrial fibrillation, a serious heart disorder that may lead to complications such as stroke, heart attack, or heart failure,8 among vaccine recipients.9

In pregnant women clinical trials also revealed higher rates of preterm deliveries, as well as higher rates of pre-eclampsia, a complication of pregnancy with symptoms that include high blood pressure, swelling of the hands and feet, and protein in the urine and gestational hypertension, in women vaccinated with Abrysvo versus those not vaccinated.10

Conditions to be monitored include many neurologic, neuroinflammatory, and cardiac conditions such as GBS, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), multiple sclerosis, meningitis, transverse myelitis (TM), chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), atrial fibrillation, and supraventricular tachycardias (SVT).

Pregnancy Vaccination Recommendations Increase as Flu Season is Rebranded

Abrysvo is the fourth vaccine to be recommended for use by the ACIP. Adverse event reports submitted for Abrysvo could also potentially be in connection with the coadministration of COVID-19, influenza, and TdaP vaccines.11

As seasonal COVID-19, influenza, and RSV vaccines are rolled out, what has previously been marketed as flu season has been rebranded as respiratory season to harmonize the push for the uptake of these seasonal vaccines.12

Vaccine Injury Compensation and RSV

The ACIP’s recommendation of Abrysvo RSV vaccine for pregnant women is one of the steps required before the vaccine is covered by the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).13

Last month, the ACIP approved the drug nirsevimab, as if it were a vaccine and it too may eventually be covered by the VICP.14

About RSV & RSV Vaccine ill infant

RSV is a common and highly contagious respiratory virus that produces cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, wheezing, decreased appetite, and fever. Most people who become infected with RSV will recover fully within a week or two without treatment.15

Young infants and children, older adults, and individuals with immune system disorders and chronic health conditions are at an increased risk of RSV infection and may also be at an elevated risk of developing complications from the illness.16 Complications of RSV infection include inflammation of the small airways within the lungs (bronchiolitis) and lung infection (pneumonia) and may require hospitalization for supportive care.17

Chief of Staff of Pentagon Counterterrorism Office Served Iranian Gov.

Senior adviser worked on a secret Iranian government propaganda campaign.

[Make sure to read Daniel Greenfield’s contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]

In 2016, Ariane Tabatabai co-wrote an article arguing that the United States should ally with Iran against ISIS. The Iranian immigrant suggested the United States Air Force could “provide air cover for Iranian-backed militia” and “the US and Iran can share intelligence on targets”. Finally, she warned that “excluding Iran, the region’s major Shia state, from the international coalition built to fight ISIS worsens the regional sectarian conflict, ultimately playing into ISIS’ hands.”

Tabatabai’s bio now describes her as the Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict. Up from a Senior Advisor last year. The ASD(SO/LIC) office advises the Secretary of Defense on counterterrorism and it’s hard to think of a better place for a woman accused of being an Iran regime apologist to find herself in.

Almost as good as her former role representing the United States in the Iran negotiations.

In 2021, when the State Department had brought in Tabatabai as a senior adviser to the Office of the Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, a congressional letter urged that her security clearance be pulled. The letter stated that Tabatabai “has echoed Iranian regime talking points and has made excuses for Iran’s oppressive government.

“Why would we hire someone… who has access and security clearance to some of the most sensitive and important issues there [and] who obviously has had a relationship with the administration in Iran?” Rep. Van Drew asked.

Biden’s State Department Spokesman Ned Price claimed that she “was thoroughly vetted and investigated before being granted the position. Any suggestion of security-related concerns about Dr. Tabatabai is baseless and illegitimate.” He fumed that, “we will not sit idly by as our employees—dedicated public servants—face personal smears and slander.”

Now a Semafor article by former Wall Street Journal chief correspondent Jay Solomon based on materials gathered by Iran International’s dissident media channel has revealed emails showing Tabatabai’s participation in a secret Iranian government to influence the United States.

In 2014, a year before Tabatabai began working as a NATO consultant, she joined an initiative by the Iranian Foreign Ministry to mobilize “Iranians who have established affiliations with the leading international think tanks and academic institutions, mainly in Europe and the US.”

Tabatabai, along with Dina Esfandiary, her co-author on the proposal to have the United States ally with Iran, who is currently a senior Middle East advisor to George Soros’ Crisis Group, allegedly became members of the “core group” of Iran’s influence operation.

Before Tabatabai testified about the Iran Deal in Congress, she allegedly checked in with the head of an Iranian Foreign Ministry think tank. “I am scheduled to go to the Congress to give a talk about the nuclear program. I will bother you in the coming days,” she wrote.

In 2015, while Tabatabai was consulting for NATO, serving as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Kennedy’s Atom/International Security Program, and teaching at Georgetown University, the Iranian government was bragging about her propaganda. Emails containing her articles were circulated from the Iranian Foreign Ministry operation all the way to Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.

Ariane Tabatabai personally forwarded her propaganda articles, including one claiming that Iran really needs nuclear energy and doesn’t intend to use it as a weapon.

In one leaked message, Tabatabai emailed her handler her article, co-written again with Esfandiary, titled, “Meeting Iran’s nuclear fuel supply needs”. “Our goal was to show what is said in the West – that Iran does not need more than 1500 centrifuges – is wrong, and that Iran should not be expected to reduce the number of its centrifuges,” she allegedly told her handler.

Her handler then forwarded the email to Iran’s Foreign Minister Zarif.

Before the Biden administration brought Tabatabai on board to negotiate with the Iranians, she was actually providing propaganda to bolster the nuclear arguments of Iran’s negotiators.

It’s unknown when Ariane Tabatabai stopped working with Iran’s government. Or if she ever did. The exact degree of entanglement is unclear, but Tabatabai asked for permission from her handlers before visiting or meeting foreigners which implies that she was working for Iran.

When Saudi Prince Turki al Faisal proposed having her visit Saudi Arabia, Tabatabai emailed her handler asking, “I would like to know your opinion; would you be interested in this?”

This is the language of an agent acting on behalf of an enemy nation and raises legal questions.

In 2018, she became a senior fellow at the liberal Center for a New American Security whose members typically staff incoming Democrat administrations. That same year she also joined RAND which acts as the think tank for the military. At that point, it was virtually certain that the next Democrat administration would bring her into the State Department and on defense issues.

In 2021, Robert Malley, Biden’s Iran special envoy, currently under investigation for mishandling classified documents, who had turned over the negotiations to Iran lobbyists, brought Tabatabai into the negotiating team where she spent over a year before leaving over an undisclosed issue.

There were multiple red flags about her even before the release of the emails.

Iranian dissidents had repeatedly warned about her ties to the regime. And even her own article on Iran’s “counterterrorism” in which she claims that Iran is actually fighting against terrorists, draws on “several years of fieldwork in Iran, interviews with current and former officials”.

But the Biden administration chose to ignore those warnings and it has refused to address the emails, replying that it won’t comment on “purported leaked Iranian government documents.”

Even in the face of serious evidence that the State Department and the Department of Defense are employing an enemy government agent, the Biden administration is not backing down.

The speed with which Tabatabai, who had been living in Iran during the Ahmadinejad 2009 election, has been able to fully penetrate the highest echelons of our national defense in a little over a decade is a testament to the national security collapse within a disloyal bureaucracy.

Under the Obama administration allegiance to the Iran Deal came to matter more than allegiance to the United States. Anyone willing to argue, as Tabatabai was, that Iran was eager to make a deal and could be trusted to keep to its terms had a smooth glide path into the liberal defense establishment that was busy sidelining the ‘hawks’ skeptical of Iran’s intentions.

Churning out articles like “Why Regime Change in Iran Wouldn’t Work” and “Don’t Fear the Hard-Liners” didn’t make Ariane Tabatabai look like an Iranian government propagandist, but like an Obama administration propagandist. Even while the Obama administration was covertly investigating its political opponents for ties to Israel and Russia, it had so thoroughly blurred the lines that Iranian propagandists couldn’t be told apart from administration figures.

Under Biden, who was backed by Iran lobby figures and benefited from an Iranian hacking campaign, the two groups have blended together so much that they are indistinguishable.

Robert Malley was the prototype of figures like Ariane Tabatabai and others who are not merely anti-American in the traditional leftist fashion but appear to have outright foreign allegiances. The Left, like most extremist movements, is no longer capable of making such distinctions. And neither is a government whose foreign policy ranks are being populated by Iran Deal advocates.

Tabatabai’s elevation from Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict shows how deep the rot is in the Department of Defense. The DOD, entrusted with defending the nation, has allowed itself to be suborned into ignoring national security and its allegiances in order to do the bidding of the Biden administration.

Not just politics, but the most fundamental kind of national security, requires urgent cleaning house in the Pentagon. It’s either that or handing over control over our government to our enemies.

HOMESCHOOL LEGAL DEFENSE: The Romeike family is facing deportation and renewed persecution for their religious beliefs in Germany. And there’s something you can do to help.

HOMESCHOOL LEGAL DEFENSE

SEE OUR PREVIOUS POSTS: https://ratherexposethem.org/?s=Romeike+family+

We’re working to ensure the Romeikes can remain in the US and homeschool in peace, and a critical part of that effort is a petition we’ve created asking the Biden administration to intervene.

We need at least 100,000 signatures in order to have the best chance of reaching the White House. Please consider signing the petition and voicing your support for the Romeike family’s right to follow their deeply held religious convictions.

Since we created the petition, the Romeikes’ story has begun to receive national news coverage. Fox News, the Daily Mail, and National Review are covering the story.

With this momentum in the press and your signature, we can have a big impact when we deliver a show of support to the White House and to Congress—hopefully by the first week of October.

Here's more context to the Romeike Story.

When Uwe and Hannelore Romeike decided that God was calling them to homeschool their five children in 2006, Germany responded swiftly by leveling fines that exceeded the family’s income, forcibly removing the children from the home, and threatening to take them permanently.

So the Romeikes fled to America, where we helped them apply for asylum. In 2013, after five years of legal battles and a growing public outcry, the United States government granted the Romeikes “indefinitely deferred action status,” which allowed them to live, work, and remain safely in the United States without fear of deportation.

Then it all changed.

Then, in September 2023, the Romeikes were told during a routine check-in that their deferred status had been revoked. The family was given four weeks to apply for German passports, so they could be deported to Germany. The family had no prior warning, and was offered no explanation, other than that there had been a “change of orders.”

More developments are coming, so watch your email this week as we share additional ways you can help our friends stay in the country and homeschool in peace.

Thank you!

James R. Mason, HSLDA President

P.S. Will you consider making a donation to HSLDA, so we can help the Romeikes fight the legal battle ahead of them?

Far-Left German Minister Wants to Grant Migrants Right to Vote After Only Six Months

SEE: https://www.jihadwatch.org/2023/09/far-left-german-minister-wants-to-grant-migrants-right-to-vote-after-only-six-months;

This mad proposal, which if carried out would more quickly transform Germany into a country dominated by a large Muslim voting bloc, can be found here: “Asylum seekers should have right to vote after only 6-month stay on German soil, says far-left interior minister,” by John Cody, Remix News, September 19, 2023:

With Germany’s left-wing government sinking in the polls over a spiraling migration crisis and an economy in free fall, the left is starting to run low on voters. German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser may have the solution to the problem: Give asylum seekers the right to vote in local state elections after just six months in Germany. The program, if implemented, would translate into millions of new voters overnight.

We want to work hard at the federal level and in the Bundesrat to ensure that all people who live in Hessian municipalities for more than six months are given the right to vote in local elections,” describes the election program from her Social Democrats (SPD) in the state of Hesse where Faeser is currently up for election….

Migrants from EU countries share a common civilizational heritage with the Germans; it is not unreasonable to allow them to vote. They inhabit the same moral and intellectual universe. But the other migrants from outside the EU are overwhelmingly Muslim, and do not share that heritage; worse still, they regard the indigenous Germans as Infidels, and therefore “the most vile of created beings.”

Bild newspaper asked the SPD to clarify what the massive expansion of voting rights would actually mean. An SPD spokesman responded that the party’s statement should have specifically defined the new voters as those “who have a permanent residence permit.” However, this would still apply to a range of asylum seekers from countries such as Syria, Afghanistan and Eritrea.

Giving the vote to Muslim economic migrants who have been in the country for only six months — instead of limiting that right to citizens (and to become a citizen, a migrant has to have lived legally in Germany for eight years, or seven years if he has successfully passed an integration course) — would instantly give an estimated four million migrants the right to vote, and vote they will, en masse, for the far-left parties that made their voting after six months possible.

Faeser is known for her hardline left-wing political positions, persecution of conservatives, and calls for mass censorship; she was also previously revealed to have written for Antifa magazine shortly before becoming interior minister….

The far-left Faeser has a worrisome record as a persecutor of conservatives and as an Antifa supporter; she is not at all bothered with the tsunami of Muslim economic migrants who are draining the German treasury and making Germany a far more unpleasant, expensive, and dangerous place to live. Instead, she wants to admit ever more such migrants and allow them to vote, they will cast their ballots by the millions for the far-left parties that have given them that vote, and the left will be assured of staying in power, aided by an ever-increasing number of Muslim migrants who, if Faeser’s latest proposal becomes law, will after only six months in Germany be exercising the right to vote.

Faeser’s proposal would give the vote to people, almost all of them Muslim economic migrants, who are years away from becoming citizens, who are not integrated into German society, and likely never truly will be, precisely because they are Muslims and despise Infidels who are “the most vile of created beings.” They may pretend to be asylum-seekers, but in truth, they are economic migrants, determined to take advantage of all the benefits that Germany’s generous welfare system can provide — free or subsidized housing, free medical care, free education (including vocational training), unemployment benefits, family allowances, and more. That is their only reason for being in Germany. And once they get the vote, they will vote in leftist politicians who are pushing for Germany to welcome still more Muslim immigrants who will allow in still more Muslim economic immigrants, and also increase the benefits provided to them. Already Germany is spending 36 billion euros a year on these migrants, and this sum has required large cuts in government support for German retirees When these economic migrants are able to vote after only six months, they will cast their ballots for leftist politicians who will expand the benefits provided, and that colossal sum now spent on the migrants will inexorably become larger still.

“The German passport is thus turned into a piece of junk. But above all: Faeser and the SPD want to attract people who have no connection to Germany at all as new groups of voters. This is not surprising, because the locals who are ridiculed as ‘non-migrants’ [i.e., the indigenous Germans] are running away from (Chanceller Olaf) Scholz’s SPD.”

Yes, how amusing to describe the indigenous Germans as “non-migrants”– as if they, the indigenous people of the country, are the interlopers. And these Germans, formerly supporters of the centrist-left SPD, are now leaving it in droves for the AfD, the party best known for its anti-Muslim migrant policy. Just now the AfD has become the strongest political force in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, making it the fourth eastern German state — after Brandenburg, Thuringia, and Saxony — in which the far-right party leads in the polls.

There is now a race on in Germany. Will the left manage to reduce the time migrants need to remain in Germany in order to vote from eight years — which is the time now required for someone living in Germany to become a citizen, and hence a voter — to six months, in which case another few million migrants will be able to vote for the parties furthest to the left, and they will continue to do so, from here on out, to make sure that Germany remains wide open to Muslim migrants and increases the government benefits to be supplied to them? And should that happen, that is how Germany will come undone.

Anthony Fauci, the former chief White House medical advisor, secretly visited the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) headquarters to “influence” the outcome of the agency’s investigation into the origins of COVID-19 during the pandemic, according to the Republican chairman of the House coronavirus panel.

Representative Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), the head of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, uncovered “concerning information” that was retrieved through his panel in a letter he sent to the Inspector General (IG) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Christi Grimm.

On Tuesday, the letter was publicized.

Allegedly, the letter “lends credence to heightened concerns about the promotion of a false COVID-19 origins narrative by multiple federal government agencies.”

“According to information gathered by the Select Subcommittee, Dr. Anthony Fauci, then-director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, played a role in the Central Intelligence Agency’s review of the origins of COVID-19,” Wenstrup wrote. “The information provided suggests that Dr. Fauci was escorted into CIA Headquarters — without a record of entry — and participated in the analysis to ‘influence’ the Agency’s review. Our goal is to ensure the scientific investigative process regarding the origins of COVID-19 was fair, impartial, and free of alternative influence.”

It remains unknown who revealed the information to the subcommittee. However, the letter references one individual, Special Agent Brett Rowland, and requests that the IG make him available for a “voluntary transcribed interview.”

The specific date of Fauci’s undisclosed visit to the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, was not mentioned in Wenstrup’s letter to Grimm.

“The American people deserve the truth — to know the origins of the virus and whether there was a concerted effort by public health authorities to suppress the lab leak theory for political or national security purposes,” Wenstrup announced in a statement, requesting information related to the “movements of Dr. Fauci throughout the pandemic.”

“In addition to these documents, we request you make HHS Special Agent Brett Rowland available for a voluntary transcribed interview at a date to be determined,” Wenstrup said.

Wenstrup searched for documents and communications between the HHS, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, and the U.S. Marshals Service. The sought-after documents were reportedly meant to protect Fauci, and its information also pertains to the former White House coronavirus czar’s admittance or entry into any CIA-owned, operated, or occupied buildings.

“This allegation is the latest distraction put forth by House Republicans after months wasting taxpayer dollars on seemingly endless conspiracy theories, all while failing to produce any new evidence related to the origins of COVID-19,” a spokesperson for the HHS told Newsweek via email.

In February, reports stated by the Department of Energy and FBI explained that the virus most likely stemmed from a lab leak at Wuhan. However, Fauci, 82, strongly advised that the lab leak theory was “inaccurate.”

“You have to look at the data. I don’t see any data for a lab leak,” Fauci stated. “That doesn’t mean it could not have happened, and that’s the reason I always keep an open mind about that.”

A document request from the coronavirus subcommittee, with an October 10th deadline, requests the following.

  • Any documents authorizing, supporting, or affiliated with Fauci’s claimed movements into any CIA-owned, operated, or occupied buildings between January 1st, 2020, and December 31st, 2022.
  • Any documents and communications between or among contractors and employees of Health and HHS and the IG regarding Fauci’s whereabouts as it pertains to the CIA.
  • Any documents and communications between or among contractors and employees of HHS and the IG and employees or contractors of the U.S. Marshals Service regarding Fauci and the CIA entry.
  • Any documents and communications between or among contractors and employees of HHS and the IG and employees or contractors of the NIH and NIAID.

A “clean” Continuing Resolution (CR) that would finance the government through November 17th was issued on Tuesday by senators in the Democrat-controlled Senate in an effort to avoid a government shutdown by Saturday.

On Tuesday afternoon, the CR passed a crucial procedural test in the upper chamber by a vote of 77 to 19, closing the discussion of the proposal and paving the way for a final vote.

“All through the weekend – night and day – Senate Democrats and Republicans worked in good faith to reach an agreement on a continuing resolution that will keep the government funded and avert a shutdown,” Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, (D-N.Y.), said in a statement Tuesday.

$6.2 billion of the short-term CR will be allotted to Ukraine and President Joe Biden had initially proposed an extra $18 billion on top of the $6.2 billion. Additionally, natural disaster funding received an extra $6 billion.

Similar to the House version, the CR does not include any new funds for border security.

By the end of the fiscal year, on September 30th, the House and Senate must reach some sort of agreement on how to fund the government or face a partial shutdown.

It is uncertain how far the Senate’s CR will go without the unanimous support of the upper house.

Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has already stated that he will oppose any budget fix that includes assistance for Ukraine, potentially delaying the approval of the CR.

“I will oppose any effort to hold the federal government hostage for Ukraine funding, I will not consent to expedited passage of any spending measure that provides any more US aid to Ukraine,” Rand posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

However, the proposed CR from the Senate is far different from the one from the GOP-led House, where House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) suggested that aid to Ukraine should be a standalone package and that the House might not vote on the Senate-authored CR.

McCarthy made his remarks following a crucial vote on Tuesday night to move forward with four appropriations measures for the next year. The chamber will shortly vote on a short-term spending package.

“The Republicans will put on the floor a move to secure our border. I think that’s the appropriate way to be able to keep government funded, secure border while we continue to keep government open to work on the rest of the appropriations process,” McCarthy told reporters.

On Tuesday, Schumer said, “We are now right at the precipice” on the Senate floor. “This bipartisan CR is a temporary solution, a bridge towards cooperation and away from extremism,” he continued. “And it will allow us to keep working to fully fund the federal government and spare American families the pain of a shutdown.”

“We are eager to provide relief to communities recovering from natural disasters from Hawaii, to Florida, and bipartisan majorities recognize the ongoing need to counter Russia and China and continue to provide lethal aid to Ukraine,” Schumer concluded.

The House is slated to discuss four different spending measures. Whether McCarthy had obtained enough votes to advance them is still unclear. He can only afford to lose a few more GOP votes.

They’re Ranking Churches Now

They're Ranking Churches Now
Ted Eytan, CC BY-SA 2.0 , via Wikimedia Commons
You can’t escape the Pride Mob these days, and it looks like your church won’t be able to escape it either. This probably shouldn’t come as a surprise to us, but a group at Oxford University in the UK has begun rating churches in the area based on their capitulation to the heresy of the LGBTQ movement.

“The Oxford Safe Churches project, run by a coalition of LGBTQ+ organisations and Churches in Oxford, have published their first faith report, titled ‘Attitudes to Queer Christians in Oxford Churches,’” reports the Oxford Student news website. “The report, published on Friday 22 September, uses a ‘traffic light’ system to rank the LGBTQ+ inclusivity of churches in Oxford.”

Needless to say, the red light means that a church preaches sound doctrine about gender, sex, and marriage, while a green light represents a church that affirms and celebrates open sin. Furthermore, churches receive a numerical score on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 and 2 corresponding to red lights, 3 equating to an amber (or yellow) light, and 4 and 5 representing green.

Here’s how the group’s report describes a church that receives a score of 1:

This is probably a church where there is public teaching calling homosexuality sinful. They are likely to use the ‘clobber passages’ to argue that any form of homosexual sex (within a same-sex marriage or otherwise) is a form of sexual immorality and are likely to use this as a means of arguing for celibacy or ‘conversion’ to a heterosexual ‘lifestyle’. It is also likely that trans and non-binary people are not openly affirmed. You might find people in this church who would express a ‘love the sinner, hate the sin’ approach. There may be people attending this church who would describe themselves as same sex attracted and celibate. LGBTQ+ people may be asked to repent of any relationships before becoming members of the church. Heteronormativity is likely to be seen as the only life sanctified by God. No one drives through a red light without knowing they are taking an extreme risk. We believe, for some people, especially freshers [freshmen] and students, it may mean a high risk of spiritual abuse.

Contrast that with the characteristics that give a church a score of 5:

This is probably a church which has internalised a queer identity, it may be that a large number of LGBTQ+ people attend or even that they started or lead the church. Straight and cis people attend as part of the diversity of the church rather than the assumed norm. If someone were to speak against inclusivity, others would be very likely to defend it. LGBTQ+ relationships and milestones are publicly celebrated. Agencies and resources which offer LGBTQ+ people support and allyship are almost certainly linked to and promoted. Modelling of including behaviours and language is normative. Driving through a green light, you can be far more certain that the road will be clear and safe to drive.

A church that receives a 4 on the scale demonstrates “at least some public support for LGBTQ+ people and probably a specific public welcome.” Wait — wut? Are there actually churches that say, “If you’re LGBTQ+, welcome”? Do they do that with every specific identity group? If so, the welcome time might go on forever.

Related: Dismantling One of the Pride Cult’s Arguments for Gay Bible Characters
Lest someone accuse me of saying that homosexuality is the only sin that’s worth focusing on, let’s play a little game here. Suppose I like to steal things; should I be on the lookout for a church that is theft-affirming? (Maybe Joel Osteen’s church?) Or let’s say that my wife and I openly commit adultery; does that mean we should be seeking a church that has a special welcome for cheaters?

Of course not. The only reason there’s this debate about LGBTQ+-affirming churches is that the Rainbow Mafia demands acquiescence and will take nothing less. These days, we can’t simply love gay people for who they are; we must celebrate their lifestyles if we are to be in good standing with the Pride Mob.

You may also be thinking, “So what? This is just one community outside the U.S.” Don’t forget that these ideas always expand beyond their place of origin. It wouldn’t surprise me if these ideas make their way to this side of the Atlantic soon — of course, it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s happening already.

What do we do? Stand firm. Don’t yield to the pressure to “affirm” the LGBTQ agenda. Know the truth from scripture and be confident in the knowledge that we know how the war ends. Forget “the right side of history.” What’s most important is being on the right side of eternity.

NYC Borough Winning the Fight Against Biden’s Illegal Hordes

Everyone knows the Biden administration’s suicidal immigration policy — which basically boils down to “let ‘er rip” — is unsustainable and is destroying the country. But with its iron-fisted enforcement of far-left speech and social codes, Big Left has so far kept the lid on the simmering resentment.

Even in the Big Blue Apple, Mayor Eric Adams is all-in on facilitating the transplantation of the entire Third World into his city. His greatest act of resistance has been to whine about how the federal government needs to send him more taxpayer money to supplement the $12 billion (!) of New Yorkers’ taxpayer dollars he’s spending on the aliens.

But the situation has become highly unstable — in New York and across the country — and sooner or later, genuine resistance will erupt on a large scale. One borough in dark-blue New York City, Staten Island, has been speaking up loud and clear. And on Tuesday, the resistance scored a resounding court victory.

The battle flared up over the summer when Adams decided he would move hundreds of Biden’s asylum-scammer army into a shuttered Catholic school — which he had previously promised the city would reopen as a new school — in the low-density, residential Arrochar neighborhood. But Staten Island is perhaps the reddest of NYC’s blue boroughs, and the residents rose up against the plan.

Large protests filled the streets around the shelter day after day, and the pressure intensified. “Ten people were arrested and one police officer was slightly injured during a protest in Staten Island… against the arrival of a bus full of migrants at a local shelter,” reported PJ Media’s Rick Moran a week ago.

Staten Island’s Nicole Malliotakis, a rare Republican U.S. rep from NYC, described the outrage her constituents were feeling: “We have [legal] immigrants from all over the world in my district, and the immigrant communities are the ones who are most upset. Why? Because they sacrificed greatly. They followed the rules. They waited their turn. They did everything right, and now they see a group of people coming into the community, taking taxpayer resources away,” she fumed on Fox5 NY’s “Good Day New York” Wednesday morning. “This was a school that was supposed to have 1,000 seats [for] our overcrowded system, and it’s been taken away from the community. Our national parks now are being taken away from our community. I had an assisted living facility where… a 95-year-old veteran this week, who, he and seniors were removed from that facility. And then the organization, Homes for the Homeless, that ran it turned around and cut a deal with the mayor to turn it into a migrant shelter.”

Adams’s suicidal migrants-first policy is the result of his absurd interpretation of New York state’s “right to shelter” policy. Most people understand that the policy, which arose from a 1981 court ruling, was intended to assist actual New Yorkers who were homeless as the city simultaneously struggled with the AIDS epidemic. But NYC Adams decided it actually applies to anyone from anywhere in the whole world who comes to his city and demands shelter. He also thinks it extends to cover food, transportation, clothes, schooling and social services for children, and on and on.

Malliotakis and other Staten Island Republicans sued the city, and on Tuesday, they won a massive victory. Staten Island Supreme Court Justice Wayne Ozzi ruled that the migrants must be removed from the school building.

The victory could even have fatal implications for Biden’s no-limits-on-immigration policy all across big, blue New York State:

This sort of successful rebellion is extremely dangerous to the globalist forces who are trying to bury America beneath an army of intruders. If other locales get wind of it, they’re going to start doing the same thing. After all, NYC isn’t the only place where residents are sick of being treated like a welcome mat for illegal aliens to wipe their feet on.

The win is also incredibly dangerous because it gives a huge morale boost to Americans everywhere who are sick of their government facilitating an invasion — and there’s a big election on the horizon.

So you can bet Big Left will do everything in its power to strangle this story in the cradle. That’s what they do with all the news that could turn the peasants against them. (Just yesterday, I learned that an extremely important report I wrote about blatant ballot box stuffing in a Democrat primary in Bridgeport, Conn., was demonetized by Google. You can still read it here, but PJ Media loses money by publishing it.)

Big Left and Big Tech are only going to get more aggressive about suppressing news as Election 2024 approaches. Turns Out, Gun-Hating Sen. Menendez Loves International Firearms Trade After All

NJ Senator Bob Menendez Poses with EveryTown and Moms Demand Action, IMG menendez.senate.gov

To say U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) has been a thorn in the side of the firearm industry would be an understatement. The gun-controlling politician has railed for stricter gun control, called for bans on entire classes of firearms, taken money from gun control groups to advance a gun ban agenda, and has done all he could to undo the export reforms for the firearm industry to reduce redundancies and regulatory costs associated with export licensing while increasing national security.

America might now have a better insight as to why Sen. Menendez wanted more control over those exports.

Serious Corruption Charges

Sen. Menendez, along with his wife Nadine Arslanian and several executives, was indicted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for a corrupt bribery scheme. Sen. Menendez was charged with accepting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes in cash, gold bars, a Mercedes-Benz C-300 convertible, and home mortgage payments. Those payments were allegedly in exchange for the senator using his position to grease the skids for businesses and the government of Egypt between 2018 and 2022.

He’s also charged with promising to disrupt a criminal investigation and prosecution related to one businessman, and the senator recommended President Joe Biden’s nominee for U.S. Attorney for New Jersey be someone “who Menendez believed could be influenced by Menendez” regarding the prosecution of one of the businessmen he was allegedly involved in the corruption scheme.

The FBI reportedly discovered more than $480,000 in cash in Sen. Menendez’s home while executing a search warrant in June 2022, “much of it stuffed into envelopes and hidden in clothing, closets, and a safe.” Agents found envelopes of cash inside jackets bearing the Senate symbol and Sen. Menendez’s name.

The senator and his wife were charged with conspiracy to commit bribery, conspiracy to commit honest services fraud, and conspiracy to commit extortion. The charges allege Sen. Menendez took bribes to benefit the businesses and the Egyptian government, “including with respect to foreign military sales and foreign military financing,” over which the senator has oversight as the Senate Foreign Relations Chairman, and Ranking Member previously. Sen. Menendez allegedly provided non-public information to intermediary businesses, after which one businessman texted an Egyptian official stating,

“The ban on small arms and ammunition to Egypt has been lifted. That means sales can begin. That will include sniper rifles among other articles.”

Gun Control for Thee…

Ironically, Sen. Menendez introduced legislation to prevent arms sales to human rights abusers. S. 1025 would increase Congress’ role in reviewing arms exports. That’s even as the State Department noted significant human rights issues in Egypt in a 2022 reportHuman Rights Watch, a watchdog group, reported that Egypt’s government was responsible for nationwide repression and causing one of the country’s worst human rights crises in many decades. He even signed a letter in September to President Joe Biden urging him to reverse the USML-CCL reforms, claiming, “The State Department is also better equipped than Commerce to assess the human rights and security impact of arms exports.”

This might explain why Sen. Menendez despised those firearm export reforms that were finalized under the Trump administration. Those are the U.S. Munitions List to Commerce Control List reforms that transferred licensing of small arms exports from the State Department, over which Sen. Menendez had control, to the Commerce Department. The reforms streamlined the export process, removing duplicative processes, but also raised the bar for ensuring end-user checks were vetted before any export could leave the United States.

This isn’t the first time Sen. Menendez has been charged with corruption. A bribery trial in 2017 involved a wealthy Florida eye doctor accused of buying Sen. Menendez’s influence by providing him with luxury vacations and campaign contributions. The judge in that case declared a mistrial after the jury was hopelessly deadlocked after more than six days of deliberations. It is worth noting he was not exonerated of those charges. The DOJ declined to retry him.

Defiance

Sen. Menendez remains defiant. Due to Senate Democratic Caucus rules, he was forced to resign his position as the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman, but he has said he “is going nowhere” and promises to run for re-election. He retained Abbe Lowell, the lawyer representing Hunter Biden in his tax and firearm cases, to tackle his own federal corruption charges in court. Pressure is building on Sen. Menendez to walk away from the Senate altogether.

New Jersey’s Gov. Phil Murphy has called on Sen. Menendez to resign. This isn’t because Gov. Murphy has suddenly become a critic of New Jersey’s senior senator. He’s concerned that the corruption scandal could cost antigun politicians a reliable seat. If Sen. Menendez were to resign, Gov. Murphy could appoint a new senator to serve the remainder of his term, which expires in January 2025. He has already gained a primary challenge from U.S. Rep. Andy Kim (D-N.J.). The New York Post reported that New Jersey Republicans are closely watching developments.

The charges are serious, and Sen. Menendez will have his day in court to defend against the charges. The firearm industry, which he has used as a political punching bag, is very interested in learning just how gold bars ended up in his home, stacks of cash in his suit coats, and why he was so adamant that all firearm exports be run through his committee.

A judge has found 45th President Donald J. Trump liable for fraud in New York City. Trump’s family was quick to come to his defense and call out the “corruption.”

On Tuesday, Judge Arthur Engoron refused to dismiss New York Attorney General Letitia James’s lawsuit against the former president.

She claims that Trump and his family business inflated their wealth on financial records in an effort to benefit from “better loan terms” and lower insurance premiums.

According to Judge Engoron, the GOP hopeful’s primary estate, Mar-a-Lago, is worth “around $18 million.”

Eric Trump, the former president’s son, responded to the news on the platform X, formerly known as Twitter, when it was revealed that Judge Engoron had placed a low valuation on Mar-a-Lago.

Eric Trump quickly refuted the judge’s assertion and provided images of other homes that are for sale in the same neighborhood as the famed Mar-a-Lago property.

All of the other properties that he included were much smaller and not close to the water, unlike his father’s home.

Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., also pointed out an empty lot in the affluent neighborhood that is down the street from Mar-a-Lago and how it is currently on sale for $150 million.

The attorney general has had a lengthy history of claiming that the former president has committed money fraud. She first sued Trump in 2020.

At the time, James claimed that Trump was “exaggerating his wealth up by $3 billion.”

As part of his Tuesday ruling, Judge Engoron ordered that some of Trump’s business licenses be rescinded.

Doing so would make it nearly impossible for the Trump Organization to operate business in New York. Additionally, Trump would have to assign an independent, third-party monitor to oversee Trump Organization operations.

In a civil action filed by Hunter Biden, he accused Rudy Giuliani and his former lawyer of violating federal and state computer privacy laws by allegedly trying to hack into his devices and causing “total annihilation” of his digital privacy.

On Tuesday, Hunter Biden accused Giuliani and lawyer Robert Costello of spending years “hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from” his devices in the case, which was filed in federal court in California.

“Plaintiff has demanded Defendants Giuliani and Costello cease their unlawful activities with respect to Plaintiff’s data and return any data in their possession belonging to Plaintiff, but they have refused to do so,” attorneys for Hunter Biden wrote in the lawsuit. “Defendants’ statements suggest that their unlawful hacking activities are ongoing today and that, unless stopped, will continue into the future, thereby necessitating this action.”

The lawsuit filed by Hunter Biden on Tuesday is the most recent in a string of aggressive legal actions he has taken against his critics. Republicans are currently looking into President Joe Biden’s possible impeachment, and they are also looking into Hunter’s foreign business dealings.

“Everyone involved in stealing and manipulating Hunter’s data should be hearing footsteps right about now,” a source on Hunter’s legal team told the press.

However, a Giuliani aide refuted claims that the former mayor of New York “manipulated” any technological devices that belonged to the president’s son.

“Hunter Biden has previously refused to admit ownership of the laptop,” said Ted Goodman, the adviser. “I’m not surprised he’s now falsely claiming his laptop hard drive was manipulated by Mayor Giuliani, considering the sordid material and potential evidence of crimes on that thing.”

Hunter Biden filed a similar legal lawsuit against former Trump White House assistant Garrett Ziegler earlier this month, alleging that Ziegler “had committed much of his waking time and attention” to the endeavor of accessing devices that purportedly belonged to Hunter Biden since leaving his White House position.

Hunter also filed a lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) this week, claiming that the agency failed to secure his private data and that its employees improperly disclosed his tax information.

The former New York mayor, according to Hunter Biden’s attorneys, “not only admitted but bragged about downloading data from Plaintiff’s ‘laptop’ (even though he only had a hard drive) onto his own computer; about using his own computer to access, tamper with and manipulate the downloaded data; and about maintaining multiple copies of the data for his and Defendant Costello’s personal use.”

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and 17 state attorneys general have filed an antitrust lawsuit against the E-commerce company, Amazon.

On Tuesday, the FTC and the 17 state attorneys general accused Amazon of illegally maintaining its monopoly power to “inflate prices, degrade quality, and stifle innovation for consumers and business.”

The states that joined the FTC lawsuit were Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin.

“Our complaint lays out how Amazon has used a set of punitive and coercive tactics to unlawfully maintain its monopolies,” FTC Chair Lina Khan said in a statement. “The complaint sets forth detailed allegations noting how Amazon is now exploiting its monopoly power to enrich itself while raising prices and degrading service for the tens of millions of American families who shop on its platform and the hundreds of thousands of businesses that rely on Amazon to reach them.”

Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that the world’s largest online retailer is operating without competition in two markets, which in turn is allowing the company to conduct “monopolistic practices.”

However, Amazon released a counterstatement after the suit was announced, calling the legal action wrong and accusing the FTC of losing focus of its original mission.

“Today’s suit makes clear the FTC’s focus has radically departed from its mission of protecting consumers and competition,” Amazon said. “The practices the FTC is challenging have helped to spur competition and innovation across the retail industry, and have produced greater selection, lower prices, and faster delivery speeds for Amazon customers and greater opportunity for the many businesses that sell in Amazon’s store.”

The announcement follows a separate legal action taken against Amazon by the FTC earlier this year.

In June, the E-commerce company was accused of utilizing deceitful tactics in order to trick millions of customers into enrolling in its Prime subscription service.
