Another day, another Islamic terrorist attack in Israel by the “Palestinians” who have been terrorizing Israel and the world with the support of leftists, Islamists, and international diplomats.

At least one person was killed and 19 wounded in two explosions in bus stops at separate entrances to Jerusalem on Wednesday morning, in what police are treating as a coordinated double terror attack.

The explosive placed at the scene of the first terrorist bombing attack in Jerusalem on Wednesday morning was a powerful device containing explosives and black metal screws made of hard material which were placed inside the device in order to increase the severity of the damage.

Hundreds of people gathered for the funeral of Aryeh Shechopek, 16, a Canadian-Israeli resident of Har Nof who was killed in the bombing attack in Jerusalem on Wednesday morning.

Shechopek was on his way to yeshiva and was waiting for the school bus when the bomb placed by a Palestinian terrorist detonated, mortally wounding him and injuring 18 others.

Rabbi Naftali Schreiber, the principal of the school where Shechopek learnt, eulogized him at the funeral. “A year ago, I eulogized a member of Aryeh’s class, I didn’t think I would be eulogizing another student from the same class.”

Naomi Pilichowski, an 18-year-old Israeli American was injured in the bombing at the entrance to Jerusalem on Wednesday morning.

Pilichowski is the daughter of Uri Pilichowski, a Jerusalem Post columnist and a known American-Israeli educator who works at Nefesh B’Nefesh. The family moved to Israel eight years ago.

Biden is going full speed ahead with attacking the incoming Israeli government by upgrading ties with the terrorists.

The Biden administration notified congress on Tuesday that it has appointed Hady Amr as a new special representative for Palestinian affairs, a senior State Department official said.

Why it matters: The move is an upgrade in U.S.-Palestinian relations. It is the first time the U.S. has created a Washington-based position at the State Department that is solely responsible for Palestinian Affairs.

The creation of the new post is also meant to upgrade the U.S.-Palestinian relationship and diplomatic representation as much as possible given the U.S. consulate in Jerusalem, which served as the U.S. diplomatic mission to the Palestinians, has yet to reopen, according to a U.S. official.

As I reported when Biden first elevated Hady Amr, he’s a blatant terrorist sympathizer.

“I was inspired by the Palestinian intifada,” Hady Amr wrote a year after September 11, discussing his work as the national coordinator of the anti-Israel Middle East Justice Network.

Biden has now chosen Amr as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Israel-Palestine.

“I have news for every Israeli,” Amr ranted in one column written after Sheikh Salah Shahada, the head of Hamas’ Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, was taken out by an Israeli air strike.

Amr warned that Arabs “now have televisions, and they will never, never forget what the Israeli people, the Israeli military and Israeli democracy have done to Palestinian children. And there will be thousands who will seek to avenge these brutal murders of innocents.”

He also threatened Americans that “we too shouldn’t be shocked when our military assistance to Israel and our security council vetoes that keep on protecting Israel come back to haunt us”

The future State Department official was making these threats less than a year after 9/11.

Biden’s upgrade of ties with the PLO rests on empowering a terrorist sympathizer while continuing to attack and undermine Israel even in the face of ongoing terrorist attacks on Israelis, Jews, and even on Americans.

Biden Says He Wants to ‘Get Rid’ of 20 Million ‘Assault Rifles’

Joe Biden has been running for president for 40 years, which has to be some kind of record. His ambition to be president has perhaps only been surpassed by former Minnesota governor Harold Stassen.

Stassen was elected governor at age 31 in 1938 and was immediately anointed as “the future” of the Republican Party. He ran for the GOP presidential nomination in 1944, losing to Tom Dewey, and then again in 1948, 1952, 1964, 1968, 1980, 1984, 1988, and 1992.

Stassen allowed his ambition to be president to overshadow what was a relatively successful career as governor. In the end, he became the butt of jokes — fodder for late-night comedians.

Biden was also elected to high office at a young age. He was 30 when he was sworn in as a Delaware senator and was pegged, like Stassen, as the future of his party. But like Stassen, Biden allowed his ambition to dictate his career. He ran unsuccessfully for president in 1988, and despite being mentioned prominently as a candidate in later years, it wasn’t until 2008 that Biden made another serious run for the nomination. Despite his failure, Barack Obama needed a “moderate” to “balance the ticket” and ended up choosing Biden.

Biden’s overweening ambition to be president was fulfilled largely because he was the last man standing in 2020. Now, Biden’s ambition has taken flight again. Perhaps seeing the writing on the wall that 2024 is out of the question, he’s now trying to build his legacy.

Joe Biden wants to rid the United States of “assault weapons.”

“The idea we still allow semi-automatic weapons to be purchased is sick. Just sick,” Biden said on Thanksgiving Day. “I’m going to try to get rid of assault weapons.”

We “allow” them to be purchased because the Second Amendment says we can. But Biden’s choice of words — that he will “try to get rid of assault weapons” — is telling. The idea of getting rid of 20 million guns should frighten anyone who cares about the Constitution and American liberty. It’s this kind of rhetoric that forces ordinary Americans to think the government is coming for their guns.

When Biden and other lawmakers talk about “assault weapons,” they are using an inexact term to describe a group of high-powered guns or semi-automatic long rifles, like an AR-15, that can fire 30 rounds fast without reloading. By comparison, New York Police Department officers carry a handgun that shoots about half that much.

A weapons ban is far off in a closely divided Congress. But Biden and the Democrats have become increasingly emboldened in pushing for stronger gun controls — and doing so with no clear electoral consequences.

“I think the American public has been waiting for this message,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) told AP.

“There has been a thirst from voters, especially swing voters, young voters, parents, to hear candidates talk about gun violence, and I think Democrats are finally sort of catching up with where the public has been.”

Do the American people want “gun control”? They certainly don’t want the government going on a gun-grabbing spree and taking their Constitutionally-protected property. But realistically, Democrats are talking about reviving the 1990s-era ban on “assault weapons” that ended up being a huge mess as the government could never quite define what an “assault weapon” was. When the time came to reauthorize the “Assault Weapons Ban” ten years later, the political will to do so wasn’t there.

Banning weapons is not the answer. With 20 million assault-style weapons in the U.S. alone, initiating a ban on the sale of them won’t save a single life. But it will allow Democratic politicians to go to the voters, pointing to the ban, and say, “See? We’re doing something about the gun problem.”

That will work until the next mentally disturbed teenager listens to the voices in his head and goes to school with a gun.

An Iranian propaganda video in which dozens of children sing a song that references an apocalyptic myth about massacring Jews was filmed at a school just 15 minutes’ walk from the New London synagogue in St John’s Wood, a JC investigation has revealed.

In the video, shot earlier this year in the playground of the Islamic Republic of Iran School (IRIS) near Queen’s Park station, the children sing about joining 313 mythical warriors in a conflict against the infidels, when (according to the present Iranian regime) Israel will be obliterated and Jews killed.

Some scenes were also shot at the nearby Islamic Centre of England (ICE), which is controlled by the Iranian regime and linked to the school. ICE is currently the subject of a statutory inquiry by the Charity Commission, as the JC disclosed last week.

The song, entitled Hello Commander, has been praised by Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who claims its popularity proves his people’s “loyalty to the system”, Iranian pro-regime media has reported.

Its recording in St John’s Wood, in easy reach of several synagogues and Jewish centres, has raised serious concerns among community security officials.

In the London video, rows of boys in white shirts and pressed black trousers and girls in blue flares, white blouses and matching hijabs can be seen saluting and singing their allegiance to their “commander”, Ayatollah Khamenei.

The children, aged between eight and 15, sing: “Without you, this life has no meaning. This life comes alive when you are here for me.”

They then sing about fighting in history’s final battle for the mythical leader known as the Mahdi, last seen supposedly almost 1,200 years ago.

Shia theology says the Mahdi will return to Earth to lead Muslim forces in the war of the apocalypse, accompanied by an elite band of 313 fighters — including, the song suggests, the children in the video.

They sing: “We wait for under the flag of our leaders. Tell me beloved, will you arrive soon? May Allah hasten your reappearance…

“We may be young but do not see us as too young. For you I will rise up and you will not see me fall. From the 313, you will see I will answer the call… Take my oath of loyalty as a warrior and servant.”…

Mir Abbas Hussein, a spokesman for the ICE, denied that what he called the “local” version of the song had this meaning.

He told the JC that he accepted that IRGC leaders said Israel must be obliterated before the Mahdi’s return, but said there was “nothing in the [religious] books about destroying Israel” and the song as recorded in London “is nothing to do with a political agenda. Here we focus on religion.”

The ICE’s constitution stipulates that one of its trustees will always be the UK’s personal representative of Ayatollah Khamenei.

Versions of the song recorded in Iran and elsewhere dominate the country’s official airways.

A report by the pro-regime Iran Press News Agency states: “Hello Commander educates the new generation on the ambitions of the Islamic Revolution and encourages them to be guardians to protect those ideals, which is seen as a step towards promoting the revolution among the generation to come.”…

The school is owned by the Iranian government and ICE’s previous director Mohammad Shomali, the previous ICE director and reportedly its Khamenei representative, has spoken there.

The ICE has received £139,000 from taxpayers under the Covid furlough scheme. Meanwhile, the school’s pastoral and educational standards have been scathingly criticised by Ofsted….

The ICE has hosted numerous speakers over many years who have spewed a torrent of Jew-hatred. In recent weeks, these included an ayatollah who says Jews were responsible for killing of Muslims in Burma and that Zionism “harms all mankind”.

The ICE is one of several centres across Britain and Europe that are controlled by Iran. Police and security services uncovered links to terrorism at one pro-regime hub in Germany.

The ICE and its northern UK counterpart, the Manchester Islamic Centre, have hosted prominent Labour politicians including Jeremy Corbyn the year before he became party leader. He made a speech at the ICE in 2014 on what he called “The Case for Iran”….
