REPORT – This Catholic school in the northern districts of Marseille, which does not provide catechism lessons, welcomes more than 95% Muslim students.
At first glance, nothing distinguishes “Saint-Jo”, alias Saint-Joseph Viala, from other school groups in La Cabucelle, one of the famous northern districts of Marseille. The establishment may be Catholic, but there is no catechesis, but “interreligious times.” The children, from the toddlers of 2 years to those of third, are more than 95% Muslim, from North African immigration. The same cries resound in the courtyard of the big ones and that of the kindergarten, adjoining. The same buildings, more or less decrepit, rub shoulders with the same prefabs. There is a vegetable garden, like everywhere else, and body awakening sessions in the morning before going to class. The mothers, veiled or not, and the few fathers who accompany the youngest are asked to stay at the door of the establishment, where no one enters without being duly authorized.

At the very end of the very last meeting of the duplicitous, facetious, irrelevant, and largely ignored so-called select House committee to investigate the “insurrection” of January 6, 2021, lame-duck House Representative from Wyoming Liz Cheney, vice-chair of that committee, moved yesterday to subpoena former President Donald J. Trump.
She said — after nine months, of holding thousands of interviews, issuing hundreds of subpoenas, reviewing millions of documents, and expending untold millions of dollars of taxpayers’ money — that it was now a “key task” of the committee to “compel” the testimony of “January 6th’s central player.” Trump was “the central cause of Jan. 6 … [who] had a premeditated plan to declare that the [2020 presidential election] was stolen before Election Day.”
Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) echoed Cheney:
He is the one person at the center of the story of what happened on January 6. So, we want to hear from him. The committee needs to do everything in our power to tell the most complete story possible.
We also recognize that a subpoena to a former president is a serious and extraordinary action. That’s why we want to take this step in full view of the American people, especially because the subject matter at issue is so important to the American people and the stakes are so high for our future and our democracy.
All of which, as chairman Thompson well knows, is pure unadulterated persiflage. It’s less than 25 days away from the November midterms, which even Democrat pollsters have conceded will sweep away the Democrat Party’s control of the House and with it the “select” committee.
Responded Trump:
Why didn’t the Unselect Committee ask me to testify months ago? Why did they wait until the very end, the final moments of their last meeting? Because the Committee is a total “BUST” that has only served to further divide our Country which, by the way, is doing very badly — A laughingstock all over the World?

The Unselect Committee knowingly failed to examine the massive voter fraud which took place during the 2020 Presidential Election — The reason for what took place on January 6th.
In still another response on Truth Social, Trump wrote:
The Unselect Committee is a giant Scam, presided over by a group of Radical Left losers, and two failed Republicans, the likes of which our Country has rarely seen before. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
He promised a formal response to the committee this morning:

Early this morning, Trump published his 14-page letter to the committee. For the reader’s enjoyment, here are a few of the more pithy and memorable responses to that committee’s announcement from the former president:

The same group of Radical Left Democrats who utilized their Majority position in Congress to create the fiction of Russia, Russia, Russia, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, the $48 Million Mueller Report (which ended in No Collusion!), Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, the atrocious and illegal Spying on my Campaign, and so much more, are the people who created this Committee of highly partisan political Hacks and Thugs whose sole function is to destroy the lives of many hard-working American Patriots, whose records in life have been unblemished until this point of attempted ruination….

Despite very poor television ratings, the Unselect Committee has perpetuated a Show Trial the likes of which this Country has never seen before.
There is no Due Process, no Cross-Examination, no “real” Republican members, and no legitimacy since you do not talk about Election Fraud or not calling up the troops.
It is a Witch Hunt of the highest level, a continuation of what has been going on for years.
You have not gone after the people that created the Fraud, but rather great American Patriots who questioned it, as is their Constitutional right.
These people have had their lives ruined as your Committee sits back and basks in the glow.
If anyone happens to ask whether Trump intends to appear before the committee in response to its forthcoming subpoena, the answer would be no.

JPMorgan Chase Bank recently closed the account of the National Committee for Religious Freedom (NCRF) without explanation, then offered to reinstate the account if the nonprofit would provide it with lists of its donors and endorsed political candidates, claims NCRF chairman Sam Brownback.
NCRF exists to protect religious freedom “by providing a critically needed political response to the ongoing attacks, in law and culture, on America’s First Freedom,” Brownback, former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom, said in a January press release announcing the group’s formation.
Needing a place to store the NCRF’s funds, Brownback and the organization’s executive director “went into a Chase branch in the District of Columbia to open an account, no problem,” Brownback told Fox Business. “Then, several weeks later, I went to put another deposit in the account, and they said, ‘Your account has been canceled, we’ll be sending your money back to you.’”
In a September 27 letter to JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, Brownback wrote that the NCRF also received a letter “notifying us that Chase had decided to ‘end their relationship’ with the [NCRF] and that our account would be closed.”
According to Brownback, when the NCRF’s executive director called the bank about the matter, “the people said the decision was made at the corporate level, it’s secret, we’re not going to tell you why, and it’s irrevocable.”
“We were just stunned.”
The sudden, unexplained closure of the account was bad enough, but the story gets worse, at least in Brownback’s telling. In his letter, the NCRF chairman alleged that “someone from Chase eventually reached out to our Executive Director and informed him that Chase would be willing to reconsider doing business with the NCRF if we would provide our donor list, a list of political candidates we intended to support, and a full explanation of the criteria by which we would endorse and support those candidates.”
“Does Chase ask every customer what politicians they support and why before deciding whether or not to accept them as a customer?” he continued. “Are the same standards and scrutiny applied across the board to all non-profit organizations?”
Chase, for its part, isn’t commenting on the reason for the account’s closure. A spokesperson did, however, assure Fox Business that “we have never and would never exit a client relationship due to their political or religious affiliation.”
“We’ve just heard of way too many groups and entities, particularly religious-associated ones, that have been canceled by their providers,” he said. “And we want to start seeing some of these cases investigated.”
Indeed, Big Tech, Big Finance (including JPMorgan Chase), and Big Medicine have all been pushing for the cancellation — or even the prosecution — of dissenters from the “woke” zeitgeist. It would hardly come as a shock to learn that Chase did so in the case of the NCRF.
“I’ve done this work [on religious freedom] internationally for a long time,” Brownback told Fox Business. “Then I come back into the U.S., and I’m seeing this growing level of exclusion of people of faith, of putting them on the outside, and it really concerns me.”
“Any ground you lose on religious freedom here gets magnified around the world because everybody watches what we do,” he averred.
Brownback put Dimon on notice that his experience with Chase has led the NCRF to launch a project “to identify other organizations which have faced similar treatment on the basis of their sincerely held religious beliefs.” The group has already begun the campaign with the hashtag #ChasedAway. They also plan to petition state attorneys general to get involved, Brownback told Fox Business.
Noting that Dimon recently told the Senate Banking Committee that “freedom of religion” was one of America’s “core values,” Brownback asked him, “Do you, and the bank you lead, truly respect religious freedom as a core value that binds all Americans? The recent actions of Chase Bank would seem to suggest otherwise.”
Dimon has not yet replied to Brownback’s letter, the former ambassador said.

Normally, when we hear about school violence (think about how awful that phrase sounds for just a moment), we think of either students or an outside intruder with a gun, a vendetta, and severe psychological issues. We also think of teachers as being the last line of defense between a monster and the children they teach. And indeed, there are stories of teachers who have gone above and beyond the call of educators to keep their children safe. But what happens when the potential danger is not from a current or former disturbed student or deranged person from the community? What does it mean when the possible threat is from a teacher?
Parents of students at St. Stanislaus school and other members of the East Chicago, Ind., areas are wrestling with that issue after a teacher was arrested on Thursday for having a kill list that had the names of staff members and even students on it.
Fox News reports that Angelica Carrasquillo-Torres told a fifth-grader Wednesday that she had made plans to kill herself, along with fellow staff members and students. Carrasquillo-Torres told the student that he or she was at the bottom of the list. Once the student alerted school officials, Carrasquillo-Torres was taken to the principal’s office, where she admitted to the existence of the list and that the student’s name was on it but did not produce it. For reasons unknown and particularly vexing to parents, Carrasquillo-Torres was told to leave campus and told not to return, and police were called four hours later. Carrasquillo-Torres was arrested the next day. Aside from the unexplained time lapse between the incident and the call to the police, parents were understandably furious that they were not made fully aware of the scope of the incident. One parent said that they only received an email that an “issue” had occurred in a classroom.
The Post Millennial found a message to parents on the school’s Facebook page that read in part:
On Wednesday, October 12, at approximately 12:45 p.m., the staff at St. Stanislaus School responded to a concerning report from a student regarding comments made by the student’s teacher. The teacher was removed from the classroom and escorted to the principal’s office, where she remained under supervision and had no further contact with students. The teacher was interviewed to further identify the details of the incident.
After students were safely dismissed at the end of the school day, the teacher was escorted off campus and the East Chicago police department was notified at approximately 4:45 p.m. When asked, the police assured the principal that the facility was safe and that they could proceed normally with all scheduled learning and school events for the next school day.
An investigation is underway.
On the pages of PJ Media and other sites, you can find stories of teachers pushing an LGBTQ, etc., agenda, a CRT agenda, or a socialist agenda. But a teacher with a hit list? This may be the first time such a thing has made the news. We understand that the world can be a nasty place and that schools need to be vigilant, and as a grandparent, I appreciate that. And it is entirely possible that, like many imbalanced people, Carrasquillo-Torres was able to fly under the radar until the signs of a potential disaster became evident. Unfortunately, the sign in question was a child learning that he or she was on the teacher’s “kill” list.
Schools need to be vigilant when it comes to external threats, and the “system” needs to be on the lookout for those people who may have the capacity for violence. But what needs to happen when the threat comes from the person whose job it is to protect the innocent? And what will be done to prevent another situation like this or one that goes one or more steps further from occurring in the future?
