French President Emmanuel Macron vowed in April 2019 that the 850-year-old Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, one of the most monumental and iconic manifestations of Europe’s now largely discarded Christian faith, would be built back better after being destroyed in a devastating fire. “The fire at Notre Dame reminds us that our history never stops and we will always have challenges to overcome,” Macron declared. “We will rebuild Notre Dame, more beautiful than before — and I want it done in the next five years. We can do it. After the time of testing comes a time of reflection and then of action.” As it turns out, by “more beautiful,” Macron meant “more woke.” The new Notre Dame cathedral, which is slated to open in 2024, will not be a monument to Christianity, but to Europe’s new faith of Leftism.

Macron directed in 2020 that the cathedral’s magnificent spire, which collapsed in the fire, would be rebuilt exactly as it had been before, after initially saying that it would be replaced with “a contemporary architectural gesture.” However, that fidelity to tradition will not go for the rest of the cathedral, and really, what did you expect? How could today’s woke France possibly produce a monument to the Christian faith that it no longer holds? And so, according to the UK’s Daily Mail, the cathedral is “being turned into a ‘woke theme park.’” This will involve the scrapping of confessional boxes, side altars, and sculptures, so as to make room for “trendy art murals, with sound and lighting effects creating ‘emotional spaces.’”

The new Notre Dame will also focus on the real threat to humanity: not the inclination to sin that is inside every human soul (that’s so twelfth century), but global warming, of course. The new and improved cathedral will feature a chapel dedicated to ‘reconciled creation’, referring to Pope Francis’ Laudato Si encyclical which lamented environmental degradation and global warming.”

That’s not all. The new cathedral will also celebrate diversity and multiculturalism — how could it not do so? “A ‘discovery trail’ will lead visitors through various chapels, with an emphasis on Africa and Asia, and scripture will be beamed onto the walls in various languages, including Mandarin.…. Africa and Asia are given prominence, while Europe, the Americas, and Oceania are tucked behind the apse or totally absent.”

Why the emphasis on Africa and Asia? I guarantee you it’s not to celebrate the brotherhood of man (sorry, the siblinghood of humankind). Why not emphasize on Europe itself, where the culture flourished of which Notre Dame was such a brilliant expression? Why, that would be “white supremacist,” and possibly even “Islamophobic.”

And so instead, according to Paris architect Maurice Culot, “It’s as if Disney were entering Notre-Dame. What they are proposing to do to Notre Dame would never be done to Westminster Abbey or Saint Peter’s in Rome.” Don’t be too sure, Culot! In a similar vein, another opponent of the plans asked: “Can you imagine the administration of the Holy See allowing something like this in the Sistine Chapel?” Why, yes. Yes, I can. The same mindset that is giving us this ridiculous new Notre Dame cathedral is alive and well in the Vatican, so a Built Back Better Saint Peter’s Woke Basilica is not at all outside the realm of possibility.

Another critic of the new Notre Dame said that the new cathedral would be a “politically correct Disneyland.” Culot added: “It’s a kind of theme park and very childish and trivial given the grandeur of the place.” That stands to reason since contemporary European culture is childish and trivial compared to the culture that gave us the original Notre Dame cathedral.

Yet another traditionalist summed up the problem with Macron’s new show palace of wokeness: “This is political correctness gone mad. They want to turn Notre-Dame into an experimental liturgical showroom that exists nowhere else whereas it should be a landmark where the slightest change must be handled with great care.”

Yes. But to rebuild the cathedral back exactly the way it was would require the faith that built it in the first place, and that is long gone from France and much of the rest of Europe as well. The new Notre Dame will stand as a monument to the new faith of a Europe that has lost a sense of itself and of its own purpose. Those who visit it will be introduced to the trivial concerns and hysterical propaganda of the early twenty-first century, and if they had any familiarity with the old cathedral, they’ll gain a new understanding of why France in the early twenty-first century was in such a state of decline. The new cathedral will sing of France’s loss of itself and of its nerve. But it probably won’t do so for the 850 years that the old cathedral stood.

(Natural News) Over the weekend, a series of flash robberies occurred in Oakland, Calif., that left multiple pharmacies and cannabis dispensaries, as well as a Nordstrom, a Louis Vuitton, and a jewelry shop, ransacked of both product and cash.

Surveillance footage from the Wellspring Pharmacy shows dozens of thieves swarming the facility grabbing medications. The incident occurred around 7:30 pm, leaving the pharmacy, which is independent, in need of restoration.

One employee said the store was “overwhelmed and devastated” by the incident, especially since it is not a big chain like CVS or Walgreens.

“I feel overwhelmed after learning of coordinated robberies in San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, Alameda & beyond this weekend,” the person further said. “It is too much to cover.”

A family-owned jewelry shop in Oakland’s Chinatown was also targeted at around 1:40 am. The owner told news anchor Dion Lim that about a dozen people were seen on surveillance footage trying to break in with crowbars and what appeared to be a carjacking.

“The people are unable to break through the metal gate installed earlier this year,” Lim tweeted after analyzing the footage, noting that the same facility was robbed back in February.

“We just feel so numb & disgusted,” the owners further told her.

Things are likely to spiral even worse out of control going into the holiday season

This trend of “smash-and-grab” robberies appears to be on the rise all over the Bay Area, as several other stores also got hit.

A Nordstrom in Walnut Creek, a Louis Vuitton in San Francisco, and a jewelry store in a Hayward mall all got hit, as did numerous other local businesses including a cannabis store.

“At least two dozen businesses were impacted,” stated Oakland Police Chief LeRonne Armstrong to a local CBS affiliate.

“Roving caravans of vehicles, targeting cannabis operations, retail shops, pharmacies, throughout the city of Oakland.”

A Walgreens store was also hit in Oakland, which prevented a cancer patient from accessing his medications.

“I’ve got cancer, so I’m trying to get certain medications filled and they tell you to go to another Walgreens,” this person said.

According to Massey, this was the “third time” that this particular Walgreens was hit by robbers, causing it to have to be shut down.

“It hurts us all,” he says. “Especially the little guy that really needs it.”

Chief Armstrong says that this “overwhelming violence” throughout the city is really taking its toll on the community and its law enforcement resources, calling it “unacceptable.”

“It’s unacceptable for our residents, our visitors,” he says. “Nobody should have to live through this.”

At a Lululemon in San Jose’s Santana Row area, four people allegedly stole about $40,000 in yet another smash-and-grab incident. Incidents like this are only expected to increase as we venture into the holiday season.

“People need to be alert,” added San Jose Police Sgt. Christian Camarillo.

“We’re coming into the busy holiday shopping season. We can’t be everywhere at the same time. We do need citizens’ help; when they see suspicious activity occurring, please let us know, especially at the malls.”

In Walnut Creek where the Nordstrom incident took place, Mayor Kevin Wilk said that it is impossible to predict, let alone prepare, for this kind of thing in advance of it occurring.

“This is like watching a piranha consume a cow carcass,” wrote one commenter at Information Liberation about the video footage of several of the incidents. “We’re done, society will never be the same.”

“We are done if we allow the Republican Party to keep patriotic opposition sitting at home rather than marshaling it in the streets to oppose these animals destroying our nation,” responded another.

VAERS data reveals 50-fold increase in ectopic pregnancies following COVID-19 vaccine shots

(Natural News) Data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) showed 2,620 more fetal deaths after getting the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine than the reported number of fetal deaths from all other vaccines in the past 30 years. One “symptom” tracked is for ectopic pregnancy.

Upon performing a search in VAERS for ectopic pregnancies following COVID-19 shots in the past 11 months, there have been 52 cases in 11 months where pregnant mothers received COVID-19 vaccine shots, and then later found to have an ectopic pregnancy.

To compare, there had been 30 cases where pregnant mothers received vaccines approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and reported ectopic pregnancies in the past 30 years for an average of one ectopic pregnancy per year.

This means that there had been a 50-fold increase in ectopic pregnancies in women who had COVID-19 vaccine shots compared to other women receiving safe, FDA-approved vaccines in the past 30 years.

There had been many examples of these fetal deaths being reported, but the government continues to turn a blind eye even as reports continue to flood in.

For instance, two medical doctors and some protesters in Canada recently gathered at the Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, asking the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to press charges against health officials after it was reported that there had been 13 stillborn deaths within 24 hours.

Pregnancy always begins with the fertilization of an egg. This fertilized egg usually attaches itself to the lining of the uterus. But in ectopic pregnancies, the fertilized egg implants and grows outside the main cavity of the uterus, usually in a fallopian tube. It can also occur in other areas, such as the ovary, abdominal cavity, or the lower part of the uterus (cervix).

Because of the location of the fertilized egg, an ectopic pregnancy can’t proceed normally. The fertilized egg cannot survive in other parts of the body, and it may even cause life-threatening bleeding if left untreated.

Most pregnant women don’t notice any symptoms of ectopic pregnancy early. However, ectopic pregnancy does present the usual signs and symptoms of pregnancy such as a missed period or breast tenderness and nausea. (Related: Is the new “morning-after pill” a Covid vaccine?)

Women who take pregnancy tests find their results to be positive, but the pregnancy cannot continue as normal. As the fertilized egg grows in an improper place, signs and symptoms become more noticeable.

Often, the first warning signs include light vaginal bleeding and pelvic pain. If blood leaks from the fallopian tube, there may also be shoulder pain or an urge to have a bowel movement, depending on where the blood collects and which nerves are irritated.

There are some factors that make women more likely to have ectopic pregnancies, including inflammation, infection from sexually transmitted diseases, fertility treatments, previous tubal surgery, and even the choice of birth control.

One can’t prevent an ectopic pregnancy, but there are ways to decrease the risk, such as limiting the number of sexual partners and using condoms to prevent sexually transmitted infections. Smoking is also a risk factor, so women are advised to quit smoking when trying to get pregnant.

Is COVID-19 vaccine really safe for pregnant women?

A separate study that reported preliminary findings regarding the safety of COVID-19 vaccines in pregnant persons noted that the clinical trials for mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines did not include pregnant women, limiting safety data in the group.

With more pregnant women in the general population receiving the vaccines since they were able to provide information to assess safety data.

The results showed that 3,958 pregnant women enrolled in surveillance system registries, and that injection-site pain was reported to be the most common among pregnant women. However, the pregnancy outcomes were concerning.

Of the registered women, only 827 participants completed their pregnancy. Out of these, 86.1 percent gave live birth, 12.6 percent had spontaneous abortions, 0.1 percent had stillbirths and 1.2 percent had other outcomes like induced abortion and ectopic pregnancy.

VAERS data from December 14, 2020, to February 28, 2021, alone showed 29.9 percent pregnancy-related reports out of 221, most of which include spontaneous abortions – 37 in the first trimester, two in the second trimester, and seven unknown or not reported.

The authors concluded that data from three different surveillance systems – including VAERS – did not indicate any obvious safety signals regarding pregnancy or neonatal outcomes associated with the COVID-19 vaccinations.

While not directly comparable, the proportions of adverse outcomes in vaccinated women were said to be similar to those reported in studies involving them before the pandemic. Experts suggest further studies are necessary, especially in women vaccinated in the first trimester.

The Era Of “Hybrid Warfare”

It has a name. It is called, “Hybrid Warfare.” This is an expression that entered the political and military lexicon in 2008.

The threat posed by hybrid warfare is real. hybrid warfare employs a wide array of power tools, including: political, economic, military, asymmetric, civil. McCuen, in his 2008 paper ‘Hybrid Wars,’ describes hybrid warfare as ‘spectrum wars with both physical and conceptual dimensions: the former, a struggle against an armed enemy and the latter, a wider struggle for control and support of the combat zone’s indigenous population, the support of the home fronts of the intervening nations, and the support of the international community.’

Marxists and Neoliberal Globalists, are using hybrid warfare against Americans.

Be cognizant of it: what it is; how and where it is employed against our Nation and its people; and its impact on the Nation and on the people. Its effects are both subtle and lucid.

The application of hybrid warfare is subtle where it attacks the mind, psyche, and spirit of the American people. It is lucid where it attacks the tangible infrastructure of our towns and cities along with the intangible fundamental institutions of the Country, the very fabric of our society. These fundamental institutions include education; health; law; business and finance; and family and religion.

It is all under attack.

Armed Self-defense provides the best means available to protect one’s physical being and that of one’s family.

The idea of “Self-defense,” generally, and “Armed Self-defense, especially, embody the concept of the sanctity and inviolability of Self.

The Right of Free Speech also goes to the sanctity of one’s Selfhood. The Right of Dissent is intrinsic to Selfhood.

The unalienable, immutable, illimitable right of the individual to be individual means Government cannot lawfully impinge upon or encroach on one’s Selfhood.

The sanctity and inviolability of Self are at the core of what it means to be an American. The framework of our Constitution is grounded on that sacred, inviolate, Truth. It is the single source of our Nation’s power and success.

The Marxists and Neoliberal Globalists know this to be so, and they are chiseling away at all of it. They intend to destroy the Soul of the American citizen. To effectuate this it is necessary to destroy the exercise of armed self-defense and exercise of free expression.

If the Marxists and Neoliberal Globalists defeat the exercise of armed self-defense and the exercise of free expression, they have succeeded to defeat the two salient avenues of resistance to their iron will.

For, if one is prevented from exercising one’s freedom of speech—the freedom to dissent, the freedom to exercise independence of thought—one’s mind, spirit, and soul is damaged.

And, if one is prevented from exercising his freedom to bear arms—one’s right of defense against a predatory beast, predatory man, or predatory government—then the safety and well-being of one’s physical Self are imperiled.

The two most basic rights—the right of self-protection and independence of thought—go together.

To lose the one is to lose the other.

Autonomy of Selfhood is impossible where the individual is helpless—physically, psychically, mentally, intellectually, spiritually.

The Marxists and Neoliberal Globalists intend to cripple mind, spirit, and soul, and they are doing this through the propagation of disinformation, misinformation, and psychological conditioning.

Control of government and the Press and social media provide them with powerful mechanisms to accomplish this.

Americans must do what is necessary to see that these ruthless, jealous, rapacious forces do not succeed.

USA – -(AmmoLand.com)- In a one-of-a-kind system unknown in other states, Florida’s wildly popular Concealed Weapon or Firearm Licensing program is overseen by the state’s Commissioner of Agriculture, in this case Nikki Fried.

Florida’s licensing division, which to date has issued more than 2.4 million CWFLs, is subordinate to Fried’s Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. State lawmakers once flirted with the idea of taking the CWFL program away from Fried and transferring responsibility for the concealed-carry licenses to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, but, ultimately, the changes were never made.

Fried is the only Democrat to hold statewide office in the Gunshine State, where last week Republican voters finally outnumbered registered Democrats. She is also the only state official known to possess both a CWFL and a Florida Medical Marijuana Card, regardless of the federal legal problems this creates when she purchases a firearm.

Now, Fried is using access to confidential gun-owner data that her position offers, in her campaign for governor against incumbent Gov. Ron DeSantis, and Fried has shrugged off scrutiny about her actions as well as attempts to gain clarity and accountability.

On July 27, at approximately 1:07 p.m., Fried tweeted: “I just suspended the concealed weapons permits of 22 people involved in the insurrection against the United States of America instigated by Donald Trump on January 6, 2021.”

Anti-gunners lauded her decision and her tweet.

“Thank you for being a real American. Those folks do not need to carry weapons,” one replied.

Gun owners saw it differently.

“So, you’ve stripped them of a constitutional right before they’ve even been convicted? I can’t wait until DeSantis destroys you because someone who abuses their position for political reasons should be in jail,” one replied.

State law allows Fried to suspend the CWFLs of licenses who are charged with certain crimes – usually felonies or misdemeanors involving domestic violence, which would prohibit someone from purchasing a firearm – until the final disposition of the case. However, not every crime qualifies. Several of the Jan. 6 attendees were charged with misdemeanors that would not prohibit a firearm purchase.

Fried’s 22 suspensions raised the question of whether she was taking legal action as the state official in charge of the CWFL program, or whether she grandstanding as part of her gubernatorial campaign.

Jacksonville attorney Eric Friday is general counsel for Florida Carry, Inc., a non-profit, non-partisan, grassroots organization dedicated to advancing the fundamental civil right of all Floridians to keep and bear arms for self-defense as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I Section 8 of the Florida Constitution.

At the direction of the Florida Carry board of directors, on July 28 Friday, sent Fried’s office a public records request, seeking:

“1. All notices of suspension of license or notice of intent to suspend, or any other communication sent to the 22 individuals by Commissioner of Agriculture Nikki Fried, or the Department of Agriculture, Division of Licensing as set forth in the Tweet by Commissioner Fried; 2. All charging documents or other information relied upon to suspend the 22 licensees identified in Commissioner Fried’s Tweet; 3. All information received from any law enforcement agency, a court, or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement regarding the 22 licensees and the arrests or charges which form the basis for the suspension of the license; and 4. Any subsequent written verification regarding the 22 licensees received by the Department of Agriculture from any law enforcement agency, a court, or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.”

To be clear, Friday did not ask for the names or other identifying information of the 22 licensees whose CWFLs were suspended: “Because the individually identifying information such as name and address of the 22 licensees is protected from disclosure by law, this information may be redacted from any documents responsive to this request,” his request states.

Fried ignored the public records request, which is a violation of state law.

Last month, Fried announced she suspended the CWFLs of six more Jan. 6 attendees, whom she called “domestic terrorists” and “traitors.”

“Today I’m announcing the suspension of six licenses of domestic terrorists who participated in the January 6 insurrection attempt against the United States,” she said in an Oct. 19 tweet. “That brings our total to 28 suspensions. As more charges are filed, we will continue to hold these traitors accountable.”

In a written statement, Fried said:

“The storming of the Capitol on January 6th where we witnessed acts of violence and domestic terrorism intended to undermine our democratic institutions shook our nation to its core – and its impact continues to be felt every day. The individuals involved must be held accountable for their treasonous actions. While Florida has the shameful distinction of being home to the largest proportion of individuals charged in relation to the insurrection, our department has been using its lawful authority and carrying out its legal duty to suspend the licenses of anyone charged with disqualifying offenses. When we announced the initial 22 suspensions earlier this summer, we made it clear that this would be an ongoing effort and that additional suspensions and revocations would be issued as additional charges were filed and sentences rendered. Since that time, FDACS has suspended six additional licenses of individuals related to the insurrection, and should further charges and sentences come down, we will enact further suspensions and revocations of licenses issued by our department as required by Florida statute.”

Two days later, Fried’s department officially acknowledged that they received Friday’s public records request, which was sent approximately three months prior.

Fried did not return calls, emails, or messages left with her staff seeking comment for this story. To date, her department has not supplied any of the documents sought in Florida Carry’s public records request.

In an email sent Tuesday in response to a request to interview Fried, Erin M. Moffet, Fried’s Director of Strategic Communications & Federal Affairs, wrote:

“It is the Department’s position that providing the specific license types would lead to the disclosure of personally identifying information, which is required to remain confidential. Pursuant to Section 790.0601, Florida Statutes, FDACS can neither confirm nor deny whether an individual has ever applied for or received a concealed weapon or firearm license, as this information is exempt from disclosure as a public record.”

Moffett never addressed the intent of the original email – the request to interview Fried.

Said Caranna: “The reason that the licensing program was transferred to the Department of Agriculture years ago was to make sure that there would be an elected official who could be held responsible by the voters for abusing, misusing and failing to properly administer Florida’s first-of-its-kind shall-issue licensing program. Nikki Fried has just provided an important example of why that decision is still well-founded. She has mismanaged the program, infringed upon the people’s right to keep and bear arms, denied licenses without providing proof or evidence that people are disqualified, and now she uses secret information that is supposed to be confidential for her own political gains.”
