County prosecutors in Wyoming have announced that they may be filing charges against local library officials after Wyoming MassResistance parents brought a criminal complaint regarding the obscene and sexually charged books in the children’s and teen’s sections.

As we’ve reported, Wyoming MassResistance parents in Gillette have been attempting for months to work with the Campbell County Library staff, the Library Board, and the County Commission, to have the books removed and resolve this. But four of the five Commissioners refused to cooperate with the parents.

Parents file a criminal complaint

On September 29, two local Wyoming MassResistance parents in Gillette, Hugh and Susan Bennett, brought five of the library books to the Campbell County Sheriff’s office and filed a criminal complaint.

This Book is Gay by Juno Dawson
This book promotes an array of homosexual and lesbian sex acts and instructs children how to engage in them.
How Do You Make a Baby by Anna Fiske
This bizarre book for 4-10 year-olds includes pornographic drawings of sexual activity.
Doing It: Let’s Talk About Sex by Hannah Witton
As the cover (below) describes, this book promotes for children the idea of seeking “sexual pleasure” through sex, homosexuality, and masturbation.
Sex is a Funny Word by Corey Silverberg
This book coaches 8-11 year-olds to be comfortable getting naked and being touched. And in particular, to feel okay having their anus touched.
Dating and Sex: A Guide for the 21st Century Teen Boy by Andrew P. Smiler
This includes a how-to guide to masturbation and enjoying pornography.

Coaching kids to seek sexual pleasure.

Similar to other states, Wyoming law exempts schools and libraries from prosecution for displaying obscene material. However, the law does not exempt them from encouraging children to engage in sexual relations – which is a crime in Wyoming and other states.

Thus, the Bennetts filed a complaint under Wyoming statute 6-2-31: Soliciting to engage in illicit sexual relations. It states that an adult who “solicits, procures, or knowingly encourages anyone less than the age of fourteen” to engage in sexual acts, including oral or anal sex, or masturbation, is guilty of a felony with a prison term of up to five years.

These books clearly and unambiguously encourage and instruct children to engage in sexual and homosexual sex acts, and masturbation.

County attorney outraged seeks special prosecutor

The Sheriff’s office referred the complaint to the County Attorney Mitchell Damsky’s office. When Damsky examined the library books, he was outraged. “Personally, as a parent, I find the material to be just inappropriate for children and disgusting,” he told a reporter. He said the books are like giving “hard pornography to children.”

Within a week, the case was referred to the neighboring Weston County prosecutor's office, where a special prosecutor for this case is being assigned. Since the county attorney for Campbell County must defend county employees and staff in criminal accusations, the investigation and possible prosecution of the case was moved to another county prosecutor because of conflict of interest issues.

Story makes national media

Almost immediately, the Associated Press found out about it (likely from left-wing activists connected with the local library) and within a day the story went across the country. The AP, of course, is very left-wing and pro-LGBT. They dishonestly referred to the books as simply being “about sex, LGBTQ issues, and how to have a baby.” A few of the news reports are:

State LGBT group comes to the library’s support

The most prominent statewide homosexual and transgender organization, Wyoming Equality, also weighed in. As expected, they support books that encourage children to engage in homosexual behaviors, particularly when the parents disagree. The LGBT movement’s obsession with recruiting children is why they help push these books into schools and libraries across the country.

They are using a well-worn tactic to deflect the issue: The false and absurd claim that parents are “threatening” public officials and library staff over the books.

Wyoming Equality’s executive director told the Associated Press that she felt the need to talk with local officials about “the threats” and offer support to the library staff. “They’re being treated so poorly and with such violence and lack of goodwill,” she said. “They’ve had threats. Folks have shown up and said menacing things about the library and librarians.”

This is purposefully misleading. The parents have complained quite firmly about the books. They have criticized the library and the librarians. But they have certainly not threatened anyone, nor would they ever do so. There has been no “violence.” The LGBT activists are simply making that up.

What would a controversy on pornography and children be without the ACLU supporting the pervs? Stephanie Amiotte, legal director of the ACLU of South Dakota, North Dakota, and Wyoming, told a left-wing blog that her group “stands firmly” behind the Campbell County Public Library staff.

Regarding pornographic books, she said that children must have “free access to information.” She said that libraries cannot allow “private pressure groups, or politicians, who seek to impose their own political, moral, or religious beliefs by censoring books chosen by professional librarians for library shelves.” The staff of supposed experts, not the community and taxpayers, must be the judge of what children are given, according to that repulsive (but extremely well-funded) organization.

Final reflection

The fact that the library staff, the Library Board, and nearly all of the County Commission in this conservative part of Wyoming publicly support this stomach-turning sexual seduction of children is certainly a wake-up call. There’s clearly a lot of work to do to restore normalcy.

This criminal complaint is a very important start. These books are in libraries across the country. It’s time to take action with MassResistance!

(Natural News) The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has quietly released a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) that clarifies employers are no longer required to report adverse reactions caused by Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines.”

Since too many people are becoming injured or dying as a result of the jabs, OSHA and other federal agencies are “working diligently” to hide the truth in order to avoid “any appearance of discouraging workers” from complying with the “mandates.”

Even though 29 CFR 1904 requires businesses to report all vaccine side effects to health authorities, OSHA has made an exception for Fauci Flu shots – even though this is against the law.

“DOL (Department of Labor) and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations,” OSHA’s FAQ section now reads.

“OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.”

At least through May 2022, OSHA will not be enforcing 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements, which otherwise would have required all employers to record worker side effects from Chinese Virus injections.

“We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.”

Even in cases where employers incentivize or require employees to take the jab against their will, OSHA’s new reporting exception will allow employers to basically hide any vaccine adverse events that emerge.

In the age of covid, the rules change on a whim almost daily

OSHA also removed three other FAQs that explained how employers have a responsibility to report all adverse reactions to the injections, even in cases where the jabs were merely “recommended.”

These now-deleted FAQs clarified that employers have a legal duty to report adverse reactions stemming from mandatory injections, though it was previously optional in cases where the vaccine was merely “compelled” but not required.

“The two scenarios used to be properly differentiated on the agency’s web page which made it unquestionable when a business was exempt from reporting the vaccine side effects, stating that ‘the vaccine must be truly voluntary’ in order to qualify,” reported The Gateway Pundit.

It was clearly specified at that time that in order to be exempt from reporting requirements, a vaccine-injured employee must have truly taken the jab(s) by choice and not under coercion.

“For example, an employee’s choice to accept or reject the vaccine cannot suffer any repercussions from their choice,” it stated.

“If employees are not free to choose whether or not to receive the vaccine without fearing adverse action, then the vaccine is not merely ‘recommended’ and employers should consult the above FAQ regarding COVID-19 vaccines that are a condition of employment.”

Since many large corporations and major employers are now demanding that their employees take an “Operation Warp Speed” injection in order to keep their jobs, OSHA bent to the demands of corporate America that these reporting requirements be abolished.

Until at least next spring, very few, if any, covid vaccine adverse events will make it into the government databases, in other words. This is likely to create the illusion that the shots are safe and effective, even if millions of workers are being injured or killed behind the scenes.

“So now they’ve come right out and admitted it,” wrote one commenter at The Gateway Pundit about how OSHA and the federal government are no longer even attempting to hide their agenda.

“People are dying and they don’t want you to know so you’ll go out and die, too. What more do we need to hear?”

Vindicated by an admission from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that it did indeed fund gain-of-function research on bat viruses in Wuhan, China, Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) lambasted Dr. Anthony Fauci, accusing him of “parsing words” in congressional testimony to avoid the perception that he had anything to do with the virus that causes COVID-19.

Paul appeared on Fox News Primetime Thursday, one day after a letter from NIH Principal Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak to Representative James Comer (R-Ky.), ranking member of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, was made public. In that letter, Tabak confessed that NIH had provided a grant to EcoHealth Alliance, which, in turn, gave money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), for “testing if spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the ACE2 receptor in a mouse model.”

The experiments showed that the mice “became sicker” when infected with the modified virus, but “this was an unexpected result of the research, as opposed to something the researchers set out to do,” penned Tabak.

“While never using the term, Tabak essentially confirms that gain of function research, which looks at both transmitting disease between animals and humans and is a way for scientists to alter organisms and diseases to study how they could become deadlier or more transmissible, took place at the Chinese lab despite consistent denials from Dr. Fauci,” wrote the Daily Mail.

On Fox News Primetime, Paul criticized the NIH for continuing its obfuscation. “They still to this day are trying to get around the truth,” he said. “They say, ‘Well, it was unexpected that it gained function.’”

Fauci, of course, has maintained all along that the NIH never funded gain-of-function experiments in China. The NIH “has not ever and does not now fund gain-of-function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” he told the Senate Appropriations Committee in May, adding that while he couldn’t guarantee the WIV wasn’t engaged in such research, “they are very competent, trustworthy scientists.” When, in a July hearing, Paul asked Fauci if he wanted to retract that statement because “it is a crime to lie to Congress,” Fauci insisted he wasn’t lying and instead suggested that Paul was.

Moreover, while Tabak tried to shift the blame to EcoHealth Alliance, which allegedly did not keep the NIH informed about what it was up to, “the NIH received the relevant documents in 2018 and reviewed the documents in 2020 and again in 2021,” observed Richard Ebright of Rutgers University’s Waksman Institute of Microbiology.

“The NIH — specifically, [Director Francis] Collins, Fauci, and Tabak — lied to Congress, lied to the press, and lied to the public,” he continued. “Knowingly. Willfully. Brazenly.”

Paul told Fox News that Fauci has been intentionally “never fully explain[ing] why [the experiments] are not gain-of-function. His declination is this: it’s inadvertent, we didn’t know they were going to gain function. That is what a gain-of-function experiment is. You don’t know when you combine two viruses that they will be more deadly, but … if you have half a brain, you know if you combine two viruses it might be more deadly.”

“He’s been parsing words,” Paul added.

Will Fauci or any of his colleagues be held to account for their blatant lies? Paul isn’t so sure. Although in July he sent a criminal referral of Fauci to the Justice Department for lying to Congress, the senator told Fox News “that he is not expecting much given the inordinate resources being allocated by Attorney General Merrick B. Garland to ‘go after moms complaining about what they are teaching in school.’”

But, he said, Garland should prosecute Fauci if only to protect doctors who are being threatened for researching or prescribing non-Fauci-approved COVID-19 treatments. “This top-down centralization of medical authority, it’s not good for our country and it’s not good for innovation.”

Besides, as he also pointed out, something needs to be done to stop gain-of-function experiments. “This is a civilization-ending kind of research,” he said. “This research could release something that could destroy civilization.”

“Do Not Stand Idly by While Your Neighbor’s Blood Is Shed”: Israeli Docs Warn FDA of Pfizer Shots’ Risks

Professional Ethics Front, an independent Israeli group of physicians, lawyers, scientists, and researchers has expressed its “severe concerns” regarding the reliability and legality of official Israeli COVID vaccine data to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which is set to decide on recommending administering Pfizer vaccines to U.S. children ages 5-11.

The FDA relies heavily on data from Israel, which unrolled the world’s fastest vaccination campaign with 65 percent of the population being fully vaccinated as of October 23 and just under four million eligible Israelis having already taken a third dose in a country of nine million people.

While Israeli health authorities have not yet approved the Pfizer shot for children ages 5-11, Professional Ethics Front noted in its letter that “Israel is perceived as ‘the world laboratory’ regarding the safety and efficacy of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.”

The group further acknowledged the fact that “the data and information coming from Israel play a crucial role in critical decision-making processes in regards to COVID-19 vaccination policies,” while stating the data is “flawed,” and its collection is accomplished by “significant legal and ethical violations.”

The letter outlines what it describes as “the main failures” of Israel’s data and reporting.

1. Lack of a Public and Transparent Adverse Events (AE) Reporting System

Israel does not have a “proper and transparent” system that tracks AEs associated with the vaccines, the letter states, adding that “healthcare professionals or citizens in Israel, who wish to submit reports of AEs following vaccination, are unable to do so.”

While the Ministry of Health (MOH) has an online AE reporting form available, this form “was for many months not useful since it did not allow the inclusion of personal contact information.” In addition to that, the free text field intended to describe the AEs allowed users to enter a limited number of characters, which means detailed reports could not be submitted. Finally, the symptoms list available to choose from was also very limited and included only mild AEs.

While the system was later fixed and the list was expanded, “the modification of the form was made very late after the majority of the adult population had already been vaccinated,” the group complains.

Such critical information as the AEs that occur in the “most vulnerable populations” such as pregnant women and seniors are not being tracked at all, per the letter.

The physicians and medical teams encounter “great obstacles” when attempting to report AEs associated with the jabs.

Citing the numerous testimonies of healthcare practitioners, the letter states that there is an “immense underreporting of AEs” which are “only rarely reported in exceptional cases.”

The letter alleges the MOH dismisses almost all reports on severe adverse events such as heart inflammation in young vaccine recipients.

3. Data Distortion

The MOH seems to deliberately try to avoid any public discussion on the jabs’ safety. Recently, MOH is alleged to have deleted “thousands” of citizens’ critical responses to a post entitled “Let’s talk about the adverse events,” claiming that the vaccine is “completely safe” and that severe AEs are “extremely rare.”

The MOH is also accused of misleading the public on the effectiveness of Pfizer’s third dose, which turned out to be much lower than was previously claimed.

4. Legal and Ethical Violations in Data-collection Processes

The signatories state that the Pfizer shots are administered to Israelis without their informed consent, which is “a clear violation of the Nuremberg Code Rules, the Patient’s Bill of Rights, and the Israeli MOH directives for clinical trials on humans.” At the same time, “the Israeli citizens are under tremendous pressure to get vaccinated, almost to the point of coercion.” Indeed, on June 22, prime minister Naftali Bennett announced those failing to present proof of vaccination or negative COVID tests would be barred entry from places such as movie theaters, sports games, amusement parks, synagogues, or activities attended by 100 or more people.

In September, Israeli Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz warned that the government might cancel the so-called Green Pass of people not inoculated with three doses of the coronavirus vaccine.

The Professional Ethics Front’s letter closes with a quote from the Torah:

In the Book of Leviticus, it is said “Do not stand idly by while your neighbor’s blood is shed”. In the spirit of those words, we implore the committee to take into consideration our urgent warnings and adopt utmost precaution when referring to the Israeli data concerning the safety and efficacy of the Pfizer-BioNtech COVID-19 vaccines.”

The FDA’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee is meeting on Tuesday to discuss a request to amend Pfizer-BioNTech’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for administration of their shot to children five through 11 years of age.

On Friday, the FDA posted a briefing document claiming that the Pfizer vaccine’s benefits in preventing hospitalizations and deaths “would clearly outweigh” any serious side effects in children.

If the FDA decides the shot is “safe and effective” for children, the CDC’s Advisory Committee of Immunization Practices would recommend its use on November 2-3.

On October 20, the Biden administration announced it has already acquired enough Pfizer child-sized doses to inoculate the nation’s 28 million children and is setting up all the necessary infrastructure to achieve that.
