If the whistleblower’s accusations are true, and if something is done about it, the abusive ATF employees will end up felons, like on this sign. (ATF/Facebook)

U.S.A. – -(Ammoland.com)- “A CBS News investigation uncovered allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives,” CBS News claims in a breaking exclusive. “A whistleblower said he lost his job after he flagged the alleged violations to his superiors.”

The gist of it revolves around fraudulent pay practices, with certain employees reaping millions in unearned Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP). The ironic thing is, the feds are prosecuting an Illinois police officer for fraudulent timekeeping because his department had received federal funds and he now faces up to 10 years in prison. That means some of these  “time bandits” could end up becoming “prohibited persons.”

It’s no surprise that anchor Norah O’Donnell’s takeaway is that ATF needs a permanent director, a not-so-subtle swipe at the rejection of gun-grab zealot David Chipman’s confirmation rejection.  While it’s true that widespread time reporting abuses point squarely at management either not doing its job or deliberately encouraging a culture of corruption, Chipman, as this column will show after walking through some past reports for background, is alleged to be part of the problem.

The very words “fraud, waste, and abuse” reflect the knowledge that it goes back to a time over a dozen years ago when whistleblower website CleanUpATF.org announced to the world:

“Managers, Counsel, Internal Affairs and staff of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (BATFE or “ATF”) have repeatedly given false testimony, concealed substantial waste, fraud and abuse, abused their lawful authority, and waged systematic campaigns of reprisal against their own employees that dare to speak out. This website is intended by members of the ATF community to promote restoration of integrity, accountability and responsibility to ATF’s leadership, and regain the trust of the American taxpayer.”

Working on a plan conceived by my colleague and partner in exposing ATF’s criminal Operation Fast and Furious “gun-walking” operations, the late Mike Vanderboegh, we created a campaign and contacted representatives, senators, and especially the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform to call for hearings into the very serious allegations. If ATF agents were willing to put their careers on the line, the American people deserved to know if they were merely disgruntled employees trying to make trouble or if there was something to what they were complaining about.

As expected, in no small part because Mike and I were not “authorized journalists” with the commensurate reach to draw mass national attention, and mostly because the committee was controlled by Democrats at the time, deliberate indifference reigned, and nothing was done. Had it been, had corrupt management practices been seriously investigated, another revelation, a little over a year later, might not have been made and Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, ICE Agent Jaime Zapata, and untold hundreds of Mexican nationals killed with “walked” guns might still be alive.

This was the first ripple that caught our attention only because we were still regularly monitoring CleanUpATF:

“Word is that curious George Gillett the Phoenix ASAC stepped on it again. Allegedly he has approved more than 500 AR-15 type rifles from Tucson and Phoenix cases to be “walked” to Mexico. Appears that ATF may be one of the largest suppliers of assault rifles to the Mexican cartels! One of these rifles is rumored to have been linked to the recent killing of a Border Patrol Officer in Nogales, AZ. Can anyone confirm this information?”

This was the beginning of an intensive investigation into what turned into Fast and Furious. We established, and importantly, validated insider contacts, and reported on developments we were uncovering, all the while pleading with politicians and the media to not take our reporting for a fact, but to verify the truth for themselves. The main goal was to obtain whistleblower protection against retaliation from Congress, which soon proved to be the case. ATF’s Chief Counsel used my report to try and ID and then punish the initial CleanUpATF poster.  The Department of Justice leaked Privacy Act-protected documents to the press in an effort to discredit whistleblower John Dodson.  And further reports showed retaliation fears kept other agents from coming forward.

Initially, though, increasingly frustrated at the story being ignored, we put the by then Republican-controlled Senate Judiciary Committee on public notice and let the newly Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee (and the NRA) know they were being reported to gun owners as AWOL and it was past time to start doing their damn job.

Two months and 156 reports after initially breaking the story, CBS News did its historic interview with whistleblower Dodson.  Vanderboegh and I, who worked with her on the front end, were both pleased with Sharyl Attkisson’s reporting and with the original and award-winning information she was able to uncover. We were less pleased with a CBS anchor claiming they broke the “Gunwalker” story.

So, history repeats itself, and once more CBS News is out there “leading” the establishment pack on ATF “fraud, waste, and abuse.” Except there’s another story no one wants to look into, and that brings us back to the Chipman allegations I referred to near the start of this piece, and again with history repeating itself, they have their genesis over at CleanUpATF:

“The problem is, that Chipman has been manipulating the Bureau-sponsored contractor to pad the Best Qualified List (BQL) with friends. The net effect is that the truly qualified people are not being considered for the positions. It has also been stated that Chipman has delivered HIS version of the BQLs for these contract positions, demanding his buddies be placed at the top of the list. Yep, fraud. That simple. Yep, the 5th floor knows.”

And history keeps right on repeating itself with another open letter to ranking Senate Judiciary Committee member Chuck Grassley asking for an investigation and to make that part of the confirmation hearings. History once more repeated itself when that entreaty was ignored by the politicians and the press.

Meanwhile, David Chipman is still out there being a leading voice for the Giffords disarmament effort (and still with a shot at being Biden’s “gun czar”)  and getting all the media attention he wants. Maybe a dozen years from now, someone will break the news of “fraud, waste, and abuse” claims by ATF insiders about him.

Here’s a fun fantasy: Wouldn’t it be a hoot if someday he ends up “prohibited”?

Afghan Refugees Headed to Nashville, and Tennessee Republicans Have Questions

Four hundred fifteen Afghan evacuees are headed to Nashville, Tennessee, where they’re certain to fit right in. However, instead of breaking out the “Refugees Welcome” signs and patting themselves on the back for their commitment to diversity, as any good politician would, Tennessee’s Senators Marsha Blackburn and Bill Hagerty, along with its Governor Bill Lee, all Republicans, have written a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, asking him what steps have been taken to ensure that as these people settle in the state, Tennesseeans will be safe. What’s this? American politicians concerned for the wellbeing of their own people? It’s practically unheard of in these halcyon days of Biden’s handlers’ administration, but apparently, in Tennessee, some people still care about Americans.

Blackburn, Hagerty, and Lee braved the inevitable charges of “racism,” “bigotry” and “Islamophobia” and wrote: “Due to the Biden administration’s hasty withdrawal from Afghanistan, we maintain concerns regarding strange Americans as well as the plan for refugee resettlement.” It’s unclear what they meant by “strange Americans.” Old Joe Biden? Kamala Harris? Mark Milley? No way to tell, but the part about “the plan for refugee resettlement” was clear. After the disaster in Afghanistan, it’s reasonable to wonder if this chaotic far-Left administration has an actual plan to do anything, other than to break down as much as possible any resistance to its increasing authoritarianism.

According to Fox News, the letter goes on to “lay out a number of questions, including what steps the administration is taking to assist U.S. citizens and Afghan allies ‘left behind’ in Afghanistan.” Blackburn remarked: “Joe Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan put terrorists in control and left Americans, Special Immigrant Visa [SIV] holders and applicants, and allies stranded. A very small percentage of Afghans evacuated have proven service to the U.S. military. We do not know who the other Afghans Biden evacuated are, and Tennesseans are demanding answers.”

Blackburn stated, sensibly, that immigration officials must “thoroughly vet all Afghans brought into the United States.” But it is not at all clear that such vetting is taking place, or that woke Biden administration officials who identify “white supremacists” as the chief terror threat would know an Islamic jihadi even if he was screaming “Allahu akbar” and slicing off their heads. Accordingly, Blackburn added: “While our state is ready to welcome those Afghans who put their lives on the line to serve our country, the Biden administration owes it to publicly inform states like Tennessee before resettling evacuees into our communities.”

Fox notes that “in the letter to Mayorkas, Blackburn, Hagerty, and Lee went on to press for details on the vetting process of those individuals as well as the timeline for resettlement. The Republicans asked for specifics on how many of those evacuated from Afghanistan and potentially resettling in Tennessee are Lawful Permanent Residents, Special Immigrant Visa [SIV] holders, and P-1 or P-2 status.”

Related: As Trump Warns of Terrorism From Afghan Refugees, Some in GOP Look for Ways to Welcome Them

That’s an important question, especially in light of the fact that back on September 1, according to Politico, “a State Department official said in a private briefing to reporters that ‘the majority’ of special immigrant visa applicants were left in Afghanistan due in part to the complications of the evacuation, and that he and his team are ‘haunted’ by the evacuees the U.S. could not get out by the Aug. 31 deadline.” That is, the vast majority: Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitted on September 21, according to The Hill, that “of the 60,000 Afghans who have entered the U.S., nearly 8,000 are either U.S. citizens or residents, while about 1,800 are SIV holders, having obtained visas after assisting the U.S. military.”

Blackburn, Hagerty, and Lee asked how Biden’s handlers were determining whether “refugee status or parole into the United States is appropriate in the case of a person who is evacuated from Afghanistan,” particularly when we have “no additional or corroborating information regarding the person.”

They added: “We all ultimately answer to the American public, and the public deserves transparency and information regarding how this resettlement process is working so that they can understand and accurately judge its efficacy.”

That is true, but aided by a sycophantic press, Biden’s handlers have been able to consign transparency to the dustbin of history. It’s unlikely that Mayorkas will answer this letter from the Tennessee Republicans with anything approaching genuine transparency or honesty. Instead, hundreds of Afghans will soon be in Nashville and elsewhere around the country, with no one being exactly sure who they are, and no one held accountable when the inevitable disasters and disruptions begin. The people who would hold Biden administration officials accountable are all their friends and colleagues. In Washington, it’s a wonderful life.

Iran detains Christians in 24 provinces: ‘You don’t have the right to gather with church members’

From the international media, you’d get the impression that this is how Muslims are treated in the U.S. and Europe, not the way Christians are treated in Iran. And the establishment media won’t say a word about this.

“‘We weren’t afraid of prison, but we were afraid of being raped,’” Article 18, October 1, 2021:

Emma’s interrogator said her arrest was part of a major national operation, in which Christians in as many as 23 other Iranian provinces had been detained.

It was the day after Christmas in 2010, just two months since the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had warned in an infamous speech in Qom that the spread of house-churches were among the “critical threats” facing the Islamic Republic – by “deceiving young Muslims”.

It was a speech that made headlines around the world, and it seems as though Emma’s interrogator was one of those listening.

“He said that if they don’t stop Christians, and the Church, the security of the country would be at risk,” Emma recalls….

Emma, whose birth name was Azam Safaei, had been arrested at her home in Bandar Abbas, southern Iran, early in the morning of 26 December.

“It was between 6.30am and 7am when someone rang our doorbell,” she explains. “It was cloudy that day. I heard the bell, but I was still sleepy. Suddenly, my husband, Peyman, said loudly: ‘Get up, grab everything you can, and clean up. The MOIS [Ministry of Intelligence Service] are here. They’re climbing over the wall!’”

Four male agents proceeded to enter their home, waking up their school-age children, Negar and Navid, whom Emma says were “terrified and wanted to know what had happened”.

Eventually, the children were ordered to go outside and play in the garden.

“But out of curiosity, and also fear, from behind the curtain they tried to look inside the house,” Emma says, until an officer ordered them not to.

The agents then searched the property for anything related to Christianity, placing all they found on the floor of the family’s main room. These were the items that were to be confiscated.

They included, in Emma’s words, “paintings of Jesus and the Last Supper, a beautiful carved wooden cross, and a crystal cross we had bought from Kish [an island in the Persian Gulf], different Christian books, and a Bible which I had recently got for my mother”.

None of these items were ever returned.

Search completed, Emma was escorted out of her home and told to keep her head down as she was driven away to an unknown location.

She was then blindfolded and made to hold onto a roll of paper, with which she was led into a building.

“There were people laughing at me and telling me to be careful not to fall,” Emma explains….

She says that during her arrest, “the fear of being raped kept coming to my mind, and this made me suffer.

“We had heard a lot about the rapes of women, and even men, during the detentions in 2009 [after mass protests]. We were not afraid of going to prison, but we were afraid of being raped.

“Once, a man entered my solitary cell, with his shoes on, and other officers locked the door from the outside. I was very scared.

“He had a piece of paper in his hand, and he asked me medical questions. But after the interrogation ended, he asked, with a strange smile on his face, ‘Do you have experience being arrested? Does your husband know you’re here?’ I tensed up, became defensive, and didn’t look into his face. I only said: ‘Yes, he knows I’m here.’”

When Emma later refused to sign a piece of paper committing to no more involvement with Christians, she says her interrogator, knowing her fear of rape, used this “weakness” to imply that if she stayed in prison any longer, that would be the consequence.

“He said with a grin: ‘It seems as though you like it here and would like to stay longer?’ He had found my weakness, and started to speak suggestively,” Emma says.

“I bowed my head and said that I wouldn’t sign what he had written – that it would be like still being in prison, and take away my basic rights. How could I not connect with anyone?”

So the interrogator took another sheet of paper and changed some of the wording.

This time it read: “You don’t have the right to evangelise. You don’t have the right to gather with church members. You can’t travel from Iran to Armenia or Turkey. You must obtain written permission to travel to other cities within Iran… All until the judge issues a verdict.”

When Emma was finally brought before a judge – “a young man, strongly built” – she was struck by the cleanliness of the room.

“It felt very odd to see such a clean room in that place,” she says. “The smell of coffee also filled the room. Everyone was drinking coffee.”

This was in stark contrast to the place she had been held, which Emma describes as “a very dirty room with no windows… My body was itching because of the dust and dampness of the environment. The walls were painted only superficially; beneath the paint, you could see the scribbles of former prisoners. It was very depressing and suffocating.

“I asked for soap and they said there was soap. I told them that it was small and dirty. They laughed and said: ‘She thinks she’s come to a hotel!’”

The judge told Emma that what she had said in her interrogations about God being able to speak to people was blasphemy, and asked whether she already knew that his verdict was going to be the death sentence.

Emma’s response was both shocking and courageous.

“I said that if the God that I love issued my death sentence, then I would be ready to die,” Emma says. “The judge became angry and said that I was naive, looking for trouble, and that I had been deceived.”

This wasn’t the first time Emma had been threatened with death for her decision to become a Christian.

Inside the prison, she says “Ayatollah Khamenei’s speech about the death sentence for apostasy from Islam was regularly played over the loudspeakers”…..

WHO: Over 2 Million Potential Adverse Reactions to COVID Jabs in 2021, Almost 70 Percent in Women~The New American

While the World Economic Forum and other globalist organizations such as United Nations want every single person on that planet to be vaccinated against COVID, because, they claim, “no one is safe until everyone is safe,” vaccines are causing millions of injuries and deaths, adding up daily.

The shocking data from the World Health Organization (WHO), a specialized agency of the UN responsible for international public health, show that, as of today, there have been more than two million reported adverse reactions to the experimental gene/viral therapeutics, aka COVID vaccines.

The WHO’s publicly accessible database, called VigiAccess, records potential side effects of pharmaceutical products and was founded in 2015 to establish public access to the WHO’s another database called VigiBase.

Per the VigiAccess webpage, the side effects of the drugs, aka adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and adverse events following immunization (AEFIs), are reported by national pharmacovigilance centers or national drug regulatory authorities that are members of the WHO Program for International Drug Monitoring (PIDM).

Similar to the American Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a database co-run by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), VigiAccess underlines that the database is only a “starting point” for those who want to learn about the “potential side effects” of various pharmaceutical products, but the cases do not necessarily have a direct link to the use of such products.

That being said, the number of ADRs reported in connection with COVID-19 vaccines is outstanding. A bit confusingly, a search for “covid-19 vaccine” shows that the first side effect was recorded in 2014. Possibly, that occurred due to a trial of a “coronavirus vaccine.” There was one case in 2016, 29 in 2018, 83 in 2019, 2,259 in 2020, and 2,201,851 in 2021.

Geographically, half of all of the ADRs were reported to the system from Europe, 38 percent came from both of the Americas, six percent from Asia, with Africa and Oceania splitting the remaining six percent.

The database shows that 69 percent of the ADRs occurred in women. While VigiAccess does not reflect how many ADRs occurred in men and women specifically, the number of disorders related exclusively to women’s health is telling. For example, the database shows that there were 4,921 side effects that complicated pregnancy, postpartum and perinatal conditions. Of them, there were 2,853 spontaneous abortions, 240 fetal deaths, 72 stillbirths, 106 premature labors, 88 premature deliveries, and 96 hemorrhages in pregnancy, among other conditions possibly triggered by the vaccinations.

In both genders, there were 85,797 reproductive system and breast disorders, of which women, again, suffered more. Of that number, about 80,000 cases represent various menstrual disorders.

Among other ADRs are:

• 108,468 cardiac disorders;

• 952,822 nervous system disorders;

• 647,069 musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders

• 454,963 gastrointestinal disorders;

• 303,701 skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders

• 233,274 respiratory, thoracic and mediastinal disorders;

• 148,058 infections and infestations;

• 119,464 vascular disorders;

• 1,344,552 general disorders and administration-site conditions (that list alone contains 668 different ADRs, from pyrexia and fatigue to sudden death);

• 88,967 blood and lymphatic system disorders;

• 80,958 eye disorders;

• 73,537 ear and labyrinth disorders;

• 30,921 immune health disorders; and

• 17,730 renal and urinary disorders.

The database does not provide an option to retrieve data for specific brand names of the jabs, nor does it show which cases were reported by the individual WHO PIDM members.

Even if a fraction of all of these events occurred as a result of vaccination, it is unclear why WHO does not investigate its own database and sound a global alarm on the vaccines that may be associated with hundreds of thousands of life-altering injuries and deaths.

According to Life News, the nature of side effects reflected in the database is consistent with the numerous warnings voiced by medical practitioners worldwide, especially in connection to women’s reproductive health.

The outlet cites, among others, Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former vice president at Pfizer, who revealed that 15 pregnant women who were vaccinated against COVID developed three-fold higher levels of antibodies against their own placentas and that this data was “dismissed and hidden by the vaccine industry and public health.”

Yeadon stated that for nearly a decade the scientists were perfectly aware that lipid nanoparticles, such as those used in mRNA shots, accumulate in ovaries and are potentially toxic to reproductive health.

Idaho-based doctor Ryan Cole, a board-certified pathologist and owner and operator of a diagnostics lab, shared back in March that he was seeing a “20 times increase” of endometrial (uterus) cancers since the vaccine rollout in January. Cole also noted an “uptick” in melanomas, herpes, shingles, mono, and a “huge uptick” in HPV (papillomavirus) when “looking at the cervical biopsies of women.”

Prominent physician Dr. Peter McCullough has recently provided a well-documented lecture on what he called a “major biological catastrophe” of the COVID vaccination campaign. Among other things, he noted the proven and verified health implications associated with mRNA technology used in America in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. McCullough compared the technology to a “loaded weapon” that circulates in the body and damages cells and whole organs.

The doctor added that by using that new technology, which is already proven to produce lethal results, on the whole world, including children, women of the child-bearing age, and expectant mothers, governments and Big Pharma are taking “a gamble of extraordinary implications.”

According to Our World in Data, to date, 46.3 percent of the world population has received at least one dose of the vaccine. 6.4 billion doses have been administered for far, and the number grows by 22.25 million each day.

'Tell Her To Tone It Down': GOP Senator Slams Biden Nominee After She Called Him Racist

Given her past and what she plans for U.S. banking in the future, no one should be surprised that Saule Omarova, President Biden’s nominee for comptroller of the currency, tried to send a revealing snapshot of her past down the memory hole.

The Cornell University law professor Omarova scrubbed her undergraduate thesis from her résumé. Karl Marx’s Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution in The Capital appears there no more. Gone. Poof. Not a trace. Nor did she give a copy to the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee that will consider her nomination.

Senatore Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, ranking committee Republican, has asked her for a copy, noting that it did, indeed, disappear from her résumé.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported, an old college chum wants to know when she’ll get the $50 she gave Omarova back in the day.

“Actual Communist” Deletes Thesis

As The New American reported early this week, Omarova’s nomination is something of a stunner given her background. Or perhaps not, given the ideological hue of Biden’s appointments. Such is the sinistral spin of the Cabinet one might call it the Politburo.

As for Omarova, she graduated from Moscow State University on a Vladimir Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship and believes banking should be nationalized; i.e., the Federal Reserve would hold all bank accounts.

Omarova has written that she would “effectively ‘end banking,’ as we know it.” She would turn regulation of the financial industry over to hand-picked leftist eggheads in academia.

Understandably, bankers are alarmed.

“We have serious concerns about her ideas for fundamentally restructuring the nation’s banking system which remains the most diverse and competitive in the world,” American Banking Association CEO Rob Nichols told DailyMail.com:

Her proposals to effectively nationalize America’s community banks, end regulatory tailoring based on risk and eliminate the dual banking system are particularly troubling.

Toomey is troubled, too.

“To fully assess the fitness of individuals to serve in Senate-confirmed executive and independent agency positions, the Committee requires nominees to submit all “books, articles, reports, and other published materials [one has] written,” Toomey wrote to the Kazakh-born Omarova:

Therefore, I write today seeking a copy of your thesis, “Karl Marx’s Economic Analysis and the Theory of Revolution in The Capital,” which you wrote as a student at Moscow State University on the V.I. Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship. While it appears that you have deleted any reference to your thesis in the version of your curriculum vitae (CV) that is currently available on the Cornell Law School website, the paper appeared on your CV as recently as April 2017.

Given that your thesis was written while you were a student at Moscow State University in the late 1980s, I assume that it was written in Russian and will require translation. To ensure there is adequate time for translation and review by lawmakers, my Committee staff reached out to both you and staff at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requesting a copy last month. Unfortunately, we have not received any assurances that the Committee would receive a copy of the paper in a timely fashion.

October 5, 2021

Ms. Saule Omarova
Professor
Cornell Law School
304 Myron Taylor Hall
Ithica, NY 14853

Dear Ms. Omarova:

For the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs to fully assess the fitness of individuals to serve in Senate-confirmed executive and independent agency positions, the Committee requires nominees to submit all “books, articles, reports, and other published materials [one has] written.”

Accordingly, I formally request that you provide a copy of the original Russian-language thesis to the Committee, along with an English version if one exists, no later than the close of business on October 13, 2021.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Omarova has until October 13 to provide copies of the thesis in Russian and English.

Given what Omarova has written since then, one understands why she is reluctant to provide it.

As the Wall Street Journal observed in an editorial about the Soviet-born lawyer, when the Federal Reserve, under her plan, seizes control of bank deposits and “effectively ‘end[s] banking’ as we know it,” the Fed will become “the ultimate public platform for generating, modulating, and allocating financial resources in a modern economy.”

She also wants “the U.S. to create a central bank digital currency — as Venezuela and China are doing — to “redesign our financial system & turn Fed’s balance sheet into a true ‘People’s Ledger.’”

That’s right. China Joe’s comptroller nominee thinks Venezuela is a model for the United States.

But there’s more, the Journal explained:

Ms. Omarova believes capital and credit should be directed by an unaccountable bureaucracy and intelligentsia. She has recommended a “National Investment Authority,” with members overseen by an advisory board of academics, to finance a “big and bold” climate agenda. Sounds like the green infrastructure bank the Senate rejected.

Deadbeat

Yet Omarova has one other strike against her, college roommate Olga Cassidy told DailyMail.com. The Komsomol (Young Communists) member who grew up on Prospekt Lenina owes Cassidy $50. From more than 30 years ago.

“It still grates with her former friend,” DailyMail.com reported. “Though a devout communist at the time, Saule worked out that if Olga claimed her place in the two-room dorm, but did not use it, then Saule would have a prestigious room all to herself.”

Cassidy spoke to DailyMail.com with “undisguised fury” about Omarova’s con:

“With bitter tears and pleas, Saule exhorted me to get us a place in a two-bed student dorm, which I absolutely did not need, but was entitled to,” she explained.

“I could not resist Saule, who vowed to pay me for the ‘dead soul’ in the dorm so she could live in peace without unnecessary neighbors.”

So Olga paid from her pittance of a scholarship for Saule’s room, she said, while her erstwhile friend “lived in conditions of increased comfort.”

The cost amounted to around $50 for the academic year at the then official exchange rate to the basketcase Soviet rouble.

When Olga asked for the $50, Omarova “suffered an amnesia attack and fled.”

One wonders whether she’ll suffer an amnesia attack about her thesis.

Marxianity: Corruption of the Church by Radical Left

In this interview with The New American magazine's Senior Editor Alex Newman, author and prominent radio host Brannon Howse calls out various evils and lies that are corrupting churches across the nation. These include “social justice,” “white privilege,” socialism, communism, LGBTism, anti-Americanism, and more. Howse, who has been sounding the alarm for decades, blames some of the biggest names in evangelicalism for either helping or tolerating this subversion of U.S. churches. The church must fight back, he said, pointing to churches in Germany that went along with Adolf Hitler's National Socialist evil. 🇺🇸 The New American: http://www.thenewamerican.com/
