Parents found out that teachers had re-named their daughter "Raymond" and had given her "awards" for her transgender behavior.

In our previous post we described the stomach-turning “transgender” indoctrination that children at Baird Middle School in Ludlow, Massachusetts were being put through. It was a coordinated effort by the librarian, guidance counselors, and teaching staff – and fully supported by the Principal, Superintendent, and even the Ludlow School Board. Sadly, it was successful with several of the children, particularly those who were especially vulnerable because of emotional problems or a troubled home life.

How bad was it? On Feb. 28, 2021, a 12-year old girl at Baird Middle School sent this email to several teachers and other staff members. (Read it carefully…)

If you are reading this you are either my teacher or guidance counselor. I have an announcement to make and I trust you guys with this information. I am genderqueer. Basically, it means I use any pronouns (other than it/its). This also means I have a name change. My new name will be Raymond, Please call me by that name. If you deadname me or use any pronouns I am not comfortable with I will politely tell you. I am telling you this because I feel like I can trust you. A list of pronouns you can use are: she/her he/him they/them fae/faer ae/aer ve/ver xe/xem ze/zir. I have added a link so you can look at how to say them. Please only use the ones I have listed and not the other ons. I do not like them.

Here’s what the email looked like as the school staff received it:

What 12-year-old girl writes like that? Or uses bizarre terms like “genderqueer,” “deadname,” or that absurd list of “pronouns” (especially to describe herself)? There can be no question that some LGBT-activist adult in the school was heavily coaching her. And they were all clearly keeping this from her parents.

But it was worse than that. Several weeks earlier her 13-year-old brother, also a student at Baird, decided that he was “really” a girl - the school had been calling him by a girl’s name. The school administration purposefully kept all this information from their parents.

It finally gets exposed!

In our earlier posts we described Bonnie, a principled Social Studies teacher at Baird who prioritizes the well-being of students over any adult agendas. Bonnie raised the alarm over the sexually graphic and explicit books being given to the children to read.

When Bonnie saw what was going on with the brother and sister, she was very upset that the parents weren’t being informed. So she called them to let them know, which they greatly appreciated. They were livid that the school officials were hiding this from them. Bonnie – who grew up in Ludlow and knows many people in the community – also got in touch with other Baird parents and let them know what was happening.

MassResistance gets involved!

Over the previous several months, a parents’ group had formed in Ludlow in reaction to the sexually explicit books. On several occasions, they had gone to School Board meetings to testify but were generally ignored by the Board members and harassed by local leftists. Following this “gender transition” news, the group gained strength. The parents of the two children (mentioned above) became active members. Now the group needed to take action.

Finally, in late March, several members of the group asked MassResistance to get involved, and we jumped right in. We held regular meetings with them. We encouraged them to fight even harder - and not be discouraged.

Among other things, MassResistance put together a strong, informative flyer for the parents to distribute all over town. The flyer described exactly what was going on and who was doing it. It gave the contact information for the School Board. We demanded that the perpetrators be fired!

Even though the COVID rules allowed the schools to be “remote” and the School Board to hold only closed Zoom meetings instead of allowing the public to show up, the school officials were feeling the heat from the community. As people in town became aware of the horrors in their middle school, they became quite angry. We helped the parents’ group keep up the relentless pressure!

The parents meet with the Superintendent – and MassResistance attends!

The parents of the two “transgender” children kept asking for a meeting with the Principal but continued to be rebuffed. But they were persistent. Finally, in mid-April, the Superintendent agreed to meet with them – via Zoom.

The parents asked Brian Camenker, president of MassResistance, to join them at the meeting. That choice worked out well for them.

At the meeting, the Superintendent brought a school “compliance” expert. She brought up the Massachusetts Department of Education’s official policies on gender identity. She informed the parents, very matter-of-factly, that these describe very clearly how schools should deal with those issues. Everything the schools are doing, she explained, including keeping the information from parents if the student wishes, is in line with that document.

Then Camenker replied. He said he is very familiar with that document. He informed her that he was at the meeting back in 2013 when the State Board of Education formally approved it.

Camenker informed her that the “gender identity” policy document is simply a guide for schools. It is not state law or even a regulation. School districts have no legal obligation to follow any of it. And in fact, he said, it was extremely controversial when the State Board of Education approved it. Moreover, Camenker told the Superintendent, the whole concept of “gender identity” is medical quackery and a lunatic political ideology. The Superintendent said, “Well, that’s your opinion.” Camenker replied, “No, that’s fact.”

The meeting ended with the parents demanding that the schools stop calling their children by any names but their given names and that no one be allowed to discuss any “gender identity” subject with them whatsoever. The Superintendent was clearly agitated and did not respond one way or the other. That was a big step down from his arrogance at the beginning of the meeting, (when he declared he could do what he wanted since the law “allowed” it).

A victory - the librarian resigns!

With MassResistance’s help and guidance, the parents continued to leaflet the town and pound away at the school officials.

A few weeks later it was revealed that the weird, cross-dressing librarian who had instigated so much trouble had handed in her resignation. It was clear that the pressure from across town was having an effect on the school.

This was definitely a huge victory. But the graphic sexually explicit books and horrible transgender propaganda was an ongoing problem in the school – and still had to be stopped.

There was more controversy – and vicious battling – to come. We will report on that in our next installment.

(Natural News) The former head of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under Barack Hussein Obama is pushing the narrative that parents who refuse Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” should be forcibly separated from their children and denied employment.

Kathleen Sebelius spoke with CNN the other day to explain how she believes that full medical fascism is the only way to bring about a “new normal” in which the only people in America who are afforded rights under the Constitution are those who agree to roll up their sleeves and get injected for Chinese Germs.

“We’re in a situation where we have a wildly effective vaccine, multiple choices, lots available, free of charge, and we have folks who are just saying I won’t do it,” Sebelius complained during the “OutFront” segment.

“I think that it’s time to say to those folks, it’s fine if you don’t choose to get vaccinated. You may not come to work. You may not have access to a situation where you’re going to put my grandchildren in jeopardy. Where you might kill them, or you might put them in a situation where they’re going to carry the virus to someone in a high-risk position.”

Since the vaccines apparently do not work, those who foolishly took them are now living in even more fear over a dreaded “variant” like the “Indian delta” strain taking over their bodies and killing them. This is why they are now lashing out like wild hyenas against other human beings who chose to leave their bodies and immune systems alone.

Sebelius is one such hyena who wants to deny everyone who just said no to experimental drugs from Tony Fauci, and the government access to their children, jobs and society in general. Everyone who decides to live their lives as nature intended must be locked away at home forever, Sebelius insists.

“That’s, I think the point where we are, freedom is one thing, but freedom when you harm others like secondhand smoke and issues that we’ve dealt with very clearly in the past — you can’t drive drunk,” Sebelius further stated, comparing unvaccinated people to drunk drivers.

“You can drink, but you can’t drive drunk because you can injure other people. You can’t smoke inside of a public place where you can give cancer to someone else in spite of their never having been a smoker.”

Democrats like Kathleen Sebelius are chomping at the bit for medical apartheid

Should Sebelius get her way, there will soon be two Americas: One in which all vaccinated people are allowed to live their lives as normal, and another where all unvaccinated people are treated like second-class citizens – medical apartheid that only deranged fascists like Sebelius could ever think is normal or acceptable.

“So, I think we’re reaching that point in the United States where those of us who are vaccinated, I want to take off my mask,” Sebelius went on to complain.

“I want to be able to live my life with vaccination, and right now, I’m being impinged on by people who say I don’t want to get vaccinated. It’s fine. I want them to maybe have a limitation on where they can go and who they can possibly infect.”

CNN of course closed out the segment by thanking Sebelius for her “wisdom,” apparently endorsing her particular brand of medical fascism. We now know what CNN plans to impose upon us all if it gets its way in the coming months.

(Natural News) A nefarious plan is underway to place America under a military dictatorship, halt the mid-term elections and unleash armed soldiers to go door-to-door, confiscating guns and forcing vaccines on the American people to achieve Holocaust-level mass extermination.

That plan follows a specific series of events that all orbit around the concept of “planned chaos.” The steps to achieve this chaos are already well underway.

The more chaos the anti-American Marxists can unleash, the more they can assert power and control over the nation to achieve their ultimate goal: The mass extermination of hundreds of millions of Americans and the complete takedown of the United States of America as a sovereign nation.

How the anti-American globalists hope their plan will unfold

High-level officials in the Pentagon (Gen. Milley, Gen. Austin, etc.) are all-in with this plan, as are Biden regime officials who answer to the CCP. The corporate media is pushing all the required narratives (race hatred, anti-white bigotry, covid hysteria, etc.) in order to create the necessary mental state that can be triggered into an eruption like what we’re seeing right now in South Africa.

In today’s Situation Update, below, I walk through the steps of this plan and how they plan to achieve all this within the next 18 months.

Some of the highlights of this plan:

Pushing mandatory vaccines for workers at critical infrastructure installations in order to achieve a mass die-off, resulting in failed power plants, water plants, food production, transportation, first responders and other elements that keep society functioning.
Why, according to doctors who are spreading the alarm, we may already be looking at 92 million dead Americans in the next few years, stemming from vaccine-induced vascular and neurological damage (micro blood clots, heart failure, etc.).
How vaccines perpetuate the pandemic by making people more vulnerable to infections from covid variants (such as Delta). New research shows that natural immunity halts the pandemic, but vaccines keep it going.
Once critical infrastructure is taken down, America’s cities fall into anarchy, with widespread looting, murder, rape and total chaos. The police will be powerless to stop it. Democrats defunded the police as part of the plan to roll this out.
Many cities will become “death traps” without food, water, fuel or electrical power. Very quickly, a mass exodus of violent looters will stream out of the cities, ransacking suburbs and rural areas in search of food and shelter. As we see in South Africa, these violent looters can only be stopped through the application of coordinated civilian firepower.
Rural communities will need to rely on civilian security forces working hand-in-hand with local law enforcement (Sheriff’s offices, typically) to engage and halt the violent looting mobs, most of which will consist of individuals who have been brain damaged by micro blood clots caused by covid vaccines. The zombie apocalypse is about to become reality.
As this chaos is intentionally unleashed, the illegitimate Biden regime will illegally deploy U.S. troops against the American people while suspending the U.S. Constitution by decree, then confiscating firearms from any civilians they can manage to threaten. This will of course result in fierce resistance across the USA, and probably a civil war inside the military itself.
Upon the urging of the CCP, Biden will call for UN “humanitarian missions” to allow communist Chinese PLA troops to physically invade and occupy the United States, claiming to be distributing food. In reality, this is the invasion of America that Obama has long planned and will be carried out by proxy, through Biden who is both a puppet of Obama and of China. (Communist Chinese forces will enter the U.S. by land, through both the Southern and Northern borders.)
As these efforts ramp up, states and entire regions will push for secession from the failed federal government, and this will set off extreme conflict between the anti-American Biden criminals in D.C. vs. the pro-America states like Texas, Florida, Arizona and others.

People who wish to survive all this must plan for the following reality to occur. Those who fail to plan may find themselves dead:

Extended power grid failures, perhaps lasting up to a year in certain areas. Note that cryptocurrencies will be useless in this scenario, so have additional backup plans in place for physical assets (such as silver).
The total collapse of food deliveries to local grocery stores. Emergency food supplies must be able to sustain you for a year or more.
The complete wipeout of ammunition supplies, firearms and gun parts. You will have to survive on what you already have.
The unleashing of the U.S. military against the American people in an act of total betrayal and treason against the United States of America.
The timed, engineered collapse of the fiat currency debt bomb, which will instantly halt all food stamps and financial transactions, plunging America into Third World status almost overnight. Those left holding useless cash will see their savings completely wiped out. The dollar’s demise will be timed to achieve the maximum chaos effect.
The attempted total takedown of the internet, with exceptions being granted to certain controlled websites that are deemed “essential” such as Facebook, Google, Twitter and other platforms controlled by globalists and the CCP. With the power grid down in many areas, internet access will be pointless for most people.
The shutdown of all financial transactions and banking operations, for some amount of time, to worsen the collapse. This means there will be no functioning method to purchase food, fuel, parts, services, etc. Locally, the economy will revert to barter and precious metals.
The rise of demonic entities taking physical form as Satan’s war against humanity shifts into his “end game” configuration. Skinwalkers, demons, demonic possession and other similar phenomena will become commonplace. This is ultimately a supernatural war.

Will the globalists succeed in all this?

If their current course is not stopped, then YES, all this will come true. If they can be stopped soon, much of this can be averted, but there currently seems to be a near-zero willingness by anyone in a position of power to sound the alarm and halt this genocidal war on humanity that has already been unleashed.

Why Do Democrat Marxists And Executive Branch Puppets Suffocate Americans With These Ludicrous Notions Of ‘Race’ And ‘Racism And ‘Systemic Racism’?

The Marxists and Neoliberal Globalists utilize the vehicles of ‘race’ and ‘racism’ and ‘systemic racism’ because they know Americans are acutely sensitive to the concepts—hence the expansive use of these words to drive a wedge among Americans, to cause an ever-widening rift among Americans that cannot be bridged; to change Americans’ perceptions of themselves, to soften them up, and make Americans amenable to the transformative influences of Marxism. And the extensive, intensive use of these concepts in the media is having the desired effect.

What Is ‘Race,’ Really, And Is It “Really” Real?

The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy says this about ‘race’:

The concept of race has historically signified the division of humanity into a small number of groups based upon five criteria: (1) Races reflect some type of biological foundation, be it Aristotelian essences or modern genes; (2) This biological foundation generates discrete racial groupings, such that all and only all members of one race share a set of biological characteristics that are not shared by members of other races; (3) This biological foundation is inherited from generation to generation, allowing observers to identify an individual’s race through her ancestry or genealogy; (4) Genealogical investigation should identify each race’s geographic origin, typically in Africa, Europe, Asia, or North and South America; and (5) This inherited racial biological foundation manifests itself primarily in physical phenotypes, such as skin color, eye shape, hair texture, and bone structure, and perhaps also behavioral phenotypes, such as intelligence or delinquency.

Both in the past and today, determining the boundaries of discrete races has proven to be most vexing and has led to great variations in the number of human races believed to be in existence. Thus, some thinkers categorized humans into only four distinct races (typically white or Caucasian, Black or African, yellow or Asian, and red or Native American), and downplayed any biological or phenotypical distinctions within racial groups (such as those between Scandinavians and Spaniards within the white or Caucasian race). Jump to present-day America. The use of ‘race’ and ‘racism’ as a weapon—this time by the Harris-Biden Administration and Marxist Democrats—are again on full disgusting and noxious display.

The propagandists have taken a cue from the race proponents of Nazi Germany although with a decidedly peculiar twist.

“In opposing her nomination, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said in a statement Monday that Clarke had a ‘long history of statements that place the nominee on, frankly, the far-left fringe of the political spectrum . . . This is not the right nominee for a crucial post at a crucial time. ’”

For those who would interject “race” into politics, then it must be faced head-on, rationally, logically, especially in those instances where one accepts the reality of “race” in a concrete, absolute biological sense, and dares to extol the righteousness and superiority of this or that “race.”

But what we are seeing is that the would-be Destroyers of our Nation have used the concept of ‘race,’ and ‘racism’ and continue to use “race” and “racism” as an odious political device, a tool, a bludgeon, a battering ram directed against our Nation, against our People, and against our Constitution—with the aim of destroying all of it and replacing it with something loathsome, something detestable, reprehensible. And they seek to erect their evil societal construct to ensnare and enslave us all.

All the academics who sign statements of solidarity with “Palestine” claim to have done so out of a deep respect for human rights. Their advocacy for Palestinians and refusal to acknowledge Israel’s right to exist received a great deal of attention in June, but their silence regarding the villains who train, equip, and brainwash Palestinian children into becoming child warriors has gone mostly unnoticed for many years. Since these academics don’t seem to care about the human rights of Israelis, they should consider what role they play in denying the rights of Palestinian children.

Every summer since the Oslo Accords, reports have come out of Gaza about the summer camps for children, and every year the reportage gets more elaborate. This summer’s camps run by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) are the subject of a recent MEMRI report demonstrating that they are nothing more than terrorist training camps for children. Today’s uncritical supporters of “Palestine” should worry that they are lending tacit support to the indoctrination and weaponization of child warriors.

This year’s theme at Hamas camps is “Sword of Jerusalem,” which is how the terror organization refers to the eleven days of warfare in May during which 4,600 missiles were launched from Gaza at Israel. There are four divisions this year: one for junior-high-school students, one for high-school students, another for university students, and a fourth division for adults, presumably the slow learners of the Palestinian resistance. From child soldiers to adolescent warriors to young adults on the brink of a career in violence, Hamas camps have everyone covered.

PIJ, the other terror organization that controls life in Gaza, has its own summer camps for children, operating in the summer of 2021 under the slightly more optimistic theme “Sword of Jerusalem — the Promise Draws Near.”

It was announced with great fanfare by several fat adult men pretending to be politicians from PIJ’s “political wing,” who explained that the children in the PIJ camps were being trained in how “to remove the alien corn [i.e., Israel] that was planted by the West and took over Palestine.” What these cynical old men are really doing is teaching kids to kill and die….

(Natural News) Just to show, again, how wealthy, powerful, and out of control the major social media platforms have gotten, YouTube has now assumed the right to censor — yes, censor — city council meetings if the speech Nazis who work there don’t like what’s being said.

A North Carolina county board of commissioners is ripping Google-owned YouTube and pushing back hard legally after the platform took it upon itself to delete one of the board’s videos, allegedly for violating its “terms of service” as they pertain to medical ‘misinformation.’

A Henderson County Board of Commissioners meeting from June 16 was removed by the platform, which led members to call an emergency meeting two days later. At the emergency meeting, commissioners ordered their staffers to find other platforms that can host their meetings without being censored, as well as find alternatives to all Google products. That would include nearly $400,000 earmarked for Google Chromebooks for the county’s public schools, The Epoch Times added.

“We aren’t going to buy Google products whenever we have a choice,” Board of Commissioner Chairman William Lapsley told The Epoch Times.

During the public commentary period at the June 16 meeting, a number of people asked commissioners not to spend taxpayer money to help the state’s Democratic governor, Roy Cooper, pay for COVID-19 vaccine incentives. They include separate $1 million cash drawings, $25 gift cash cards, and funding for billboards and other signage. In fact, those incentives are not funded locally by taxpayers but rather by federal taxpayers; the money comes from the $1.9 trillion ‘relief’ measure Democrats passed in March.

Citizens who want to speak have three minutes to address their concerns to the commissioners, Lapsley said, “as long as they keep it civil.”

But that’s not a direct dialogue with commissioners themselves, he stressed.

“It’s just an opportunity for anybody to tell the commissioners what’s on their mind,” Lapsley explained.

For a number of years, the county commission staff has uploaded videos of meetings to YouTube where they would remain for 90 days.

“We posted the video as we normally do, and within about two hours we got an email from YouTube telling us that the video has been taken down because of misinformation,” Lapsley said.

That left commissioners confused, so staff appealed the decision to YouTube and within an hour heard back from the platform’s editorial staff informing them the video would remain offline.

But–why?

In a statement to The Epoch Times, YouTube noted: “Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we established clear policies to prevent the spread of misinformation that could lead to real-world harm. While we welcome open debate and discussion about the COVID-19 vaccines on our platform, we don’t allow content that includes claims the vaccines have killed thousands of people, and as such we removed a video from the Henderson County Board of Commissioners’ channel.”

None of the 12 citizens who spoke to commissioners at the June 16 meeting said anything about COVID vaccines killing thousands of people. Rather, each of the 12 spoke out against COVID jab programs “targeting massive groups of people” based on what they believe are “suppressed facts.”

But this is 2021, and the big tech platforms rule now; free speech is by invitation and permission only, while debating information and offering up alternative facts that don’t match the official narratives are not permitted. It’s like big tech platforms are the modern equivalent of England’s King George.

In response, Lapsley tried to claim that YouTube, as a ‘private entity,’ can do what it wants; but really, can it? Morally and legally and constitutionally?

“However, we feel that by posting our local government video in the past, they were providing a ‘public space’ for their customers to exercise their individual right to free speech,” Lapsley told The Epoch Times

“Obviously, they are now censoring the free speech of our county citizens by their action of taking down the county video of a public meeting—this presents a dangerous precedent that this branch of local government will not support,” he added.

That’s good. Until more Americans do this — say no to big tech censorship — it’s just going to get worse.

A prospective student eager to start her college career at Brigham Young University-Hawaii was accepted, then subsequently denied admission after submitting a medical exemption to forgo a required Covid-19 vaccination.

In posts uploaded to social media, Olivia Sandor explained after being accepted by BYU-Hawaii and learning of the school’s vaccine requirements on June 16, she was advised by doctors to apply for a Covid vaccine exemption due to a medical episode following a vaccine in 2019 that left her briefly paralyzed.

“…In February of 2019 I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Guillain-Barré is an auto-immune disease caused by vaccines which resulted in me being hospitalized and being paralyzed from the waist down,” Sandor wrote in an Instagram post, going on to explain she made a miraculously recovery.

“Having Guillain-Barré means I am not able to be vaccinated. It could end in permanent paralysis, and possibly death if it spread up in my body.”

“With that being said, I reached out to BYU H and got with my doctors to submit an exemption form. BYU made this sound very accessible for those who had medical conditions and were in need of one. My family and I were all sure I would be granted one due to my condition. After three weeks, I heard back from them. My medical exemption was denied,” Sandor wrote.

Sandor says she reached out to the university president, who eventually responded, saying the university would re-review the case with a medical panel.

“BYU Hawaii has once again denied me a medical exemption,” Sandor wrote on Monday.

In a TikTok update which has thus far garnered over 454,000 views in one day, Sandor elaborated on her plight and warned others about the university’s discrimination.

“I am sharing this today because I know I’m not the only one going through this and this is something that is very important to talk about.”

“There are people who cannot receive the covid-19 vaccine including me and we are being put to the side. This is not OK.”

“I have come to terms that I will not be attending BYU-Hawaii in the fall, and that’s ok with me. But I don’t think that this is something that should go on for generations to come.”

The BYU-Hawaii website does show that students can apply for medical or religious vaccine exemptions, with the criteria being that a licensed physician “must state in writing that receiving a specific vaccine would endanger the individual’s life or health,” and that “The physician must state the length of time during which the vaccine would endanger the individual’s health or life.”

BYU-Hawaii staff did not respond to Infowars’ repeated requests for comment as of writing.

Biden DHS Official: Americans Trying to Preserve Their Heritage ‘Makes Me Sick’

Samantha Vinograd, the Department of Homeland Security’s new acting assistant secretary for counterterrorism and threat prevention in the Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans is a former CNN analyst who said the idea of Americans trying to preserve their heritage makes her “sick.”

While appearing on CNN in March 2019, Vinograd slammed President Trump for giving a speech at CPAC about the importance of preserving our heritage.

“His statement makes me sick, on a personal level,” Vinograd said. “Preserving your heritage, reclaiming our heritage, that sounds a lot like a certain leader that killed members of my family and about six million other Jews in the 1940s.”

“But our national security level, the president talks about preserving our heritage as a catch-all for implementing policies that misallocate resources,” Vinograd continued. “He pretends there are massive flows of illegal immigrants coming over our borders and spending billions of dollars on a border wall emergency instead of paying attention to real national security threats. He sounds a lot like despotic leaders who talked about white heritage and white nationalism around the world and putting resources in the wrong place and pretending there are foreign people trying to influence our country in a way that just isn’t accurate.”

Vinograd cares deeply about preserving her own heritage as she noted in a 2017 article in Marie Claire where she railed against Trump’s travel ban and blamed America for the Nazis killing her family in the Holocaust:

Vinograd will be working together with DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and DHS’s top counterterrorism official, John Cohen, on “counterterrorism” and “threat prevention,” aka labeling the American people as “terrorists” in order to strip them of all their rights.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced Friday morning that John Cohen, the department’s top counterterrorism official, will take the helm at DHS’ Office of Intelligence and Analysis in addition to his current role. POLITICO obtained the announcement Mayorkas sent to the department.

[…] Mayorkas brought him back to DHS, where he has focused on the department’s efforts to combat domestic terrorism. Earlier this year, DHS stood up a new team in the intelligence office to focus on that specific threat. And late last month, Cohen told members of Congress in a closed-door briefing that the department was concerned about the spread of the conspiracy that Trump will be reinstated as president in August.

Mayorkas’ letter also announced that Samantha Vinograd, currently the department’s senior counselor for national security, will become acting assistant secretary for counterterrorism and threat prevention in the Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans.

The announcement said Vinograd previously worked in government for nearly a decade, including as director for Iraq on the Obama administration’s National Security Council. More recently, she worked at Goldman Sachs and Stripe. She also provided on-air national security commentary for CNN.

In addition to being sickened by our country and our heritage, Vinograd was a top Russiagate conspiracy hoaxer who went so far as to claim the Mueller report was “a gift to the government of Russia” after it failed to back up her baseless conspiracy theories.

Federal Judge Rules DACA Illegal

A federal judge in Texas on Friday ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA), which granted pseudo amnesty for illegal immigrants under the age of 30 who were brought to the United States as minors, is illegal, reports the Wall Street Journal.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen ruled that the DACA program was illegal because Congress never authorized it. Barack Obama created the program via executive action in 2012 after Congress failed to pass the DREAM Act.

“From this date forward, the United States of America, its departments, agencies, officers, agents, and employees are hereby enjoined from administering the DACA program,” Hanen wrote.

There is no doubt that Barack Obama exceeded his authority in creating DACA. Prior to creating the program he repeatedly acknowledged that he was constitutionally unable to unilaterally change immigration law. “I am president, I am not king. I can’t do these things just by myself. We have a system of government that requires Congress to work with the Executive Branch to make it happen,” he said during a 2010 interview with Univision. “I’m committed to making it happen, but I’ve got to have some partners to do it. … The main thing we have to do to stop deportations is to change the laws.”

He did not heed his own words.

In September 2017, President Trump ended DACA—when there were roughly 700,000 DACA recipients in the United States—and called on Congress to come up with a solution legislatively. Democrats didn’t attempt to work with Republicans on compromise legislation, and in June of last year, the Supreme Court ruled against the Trump administration’s efforts to end the program, citing procedural issues, effectively reinstating the program.

Current DACA recipients won’t have their temporary amnesty pulled, and won’t be deported as a result, but according to the Wall Street Journal, Judge Hanen’s ruling puts DACA in jeopardy.

Biden Admin to Censor “Vaccine Misinformation,” Flag “Problematic” Posts for Facebook

Since the Biden administration considers “medical misinformation” a public health threat, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki admitted the administration is playing an active role in flagging Facebook posts considered to be “problematic” or “misinformation.”

During a Thursday press conference, Psaki said White House senior staff were engaging with “social media platforms” to combat the spread of “misinformation specifically on the pandemic.”

“In terms of actions we are taking or that we’re working to take, I should say, from the federal government, we’ve increased disinformation research and tracking within the surgeon general’s office. We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation,” she said. In addition to directing the company to censor people, the government is also working to “get trusted content out there” by putting doctors and medical professionals in touch with social media influencers. “We also created the COVID-19 community cord to get trusted information into the hands of local messengers,” Psaki said.

Psaki revealed that most of the “vaccine misinformation,” or about 65 percent of it, on social media platforms was originating from “12 people,” but she did not identify any people or pages. She also complained that Facebook is not working fast enough to purge “harmful violative posts,” and added that such posts “often remain up for days — that’s too long.”

Psaki’s admission came after Surgeon General Vivek Murthy issued an advisory declaring misinformation “an imminent and insidious threat to our nation’s health.”

“Misinformation takes away our freedom to make informed decisions about our health and the health of our loved ones,” Murthy said at the White House. During just the COVID-19 pandemic, he said, it has led to Americans refusing to wear masks, “turn down proven treatments” and choosing not to get vaccinated.

The advisory states that as of late May, 67 percent of unvaccinated adults had heard at least one “COVID-19 vaccine myth” and either believed it to be true or were not sure of its veracity. “Health misinformation has already caused significant harm, dividing families and communities and undermining vaccination efforts,” the paper goes. It is said that analysis of “millions of social media posts” found that “false news stories” were 70 percent more likely to be shared than “true stories.” The administration is worried that “even brief exposure to misinformation made people less likely to want a COVID-19 vaccine.”

Health misinformation is defined by the surgeon general as information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading — “according to the best available evidence.” That disclaimer speaks volumes since medical “evidence” has changed on numerous occasions during the pandemic. Regarding one of the most discussed “protective” measures — face masks — the “science” has been ever-changing, and was channeled to the public by the “trusted scientists” who flip-flopped on their recommendations with no reservations, arguing that the “available evidence” had changed. Thus, “available evidence” is fluid, but censorship is constant.

Such “evidence” on vaccines’ safety and efficacy may be just as ambiguous. There are reports of fully vaccinated people catching COVID-19 and dying from it; young men developing higher chances of getting heart inflammation — a fact confirmed by the CDC and FDA; there are also hundreds of cases of vaccines causing blood issues. There is even a warning from a developer of the mRNA technology, Dr. Richard Malone, who said that the mRNA is actually bioactive and cytotoxic, i.e. it damages and kills cells. The “science” behind the vaccines is far from being “settled,” but the Biden administration seems determined to crack down on any information that contradicts the “vaccines are safe and effective” orthodoxy.

In late May, the conservative media watchdog organization Project Veritas published a purported internal Facebook memo concerning “Vaccine Hesitancy Comment Demotion.” The policy aims to “drastically reduce user exposure to vaccine hesitancy,” the document states. The New American covered the story here.

One of the documents leaked to Project Veritas discusses how to flag and categorize “non-violating content” that “raises questions about vaccination … thereby contributing to vaccine hesitancy or refusal.”

Such “problematic” posts include “shocking stories” about side effects linked to COVID vaccines. Such stories may deter others from taking the vaccine — even if they’re “potentially or actually true events or facts that raise safety concerns.” Under that policy, a story of a 13-year-old boy who died in his sleep after receiving his second dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID vaccine and whose death is now officially being investigated by the CDC is considered “indirect vaccine discouragement.” Same goes for the story of a 65-year-old man who developed so-called vaccine-induced thrombosis and thrombocytopenia (VITT), or thrombocytopenia with thrombosis syndrome (TTS), 10 days after receiving his second Moderna jab, and died. His diagnosis is recorded in Annals of Internal Medicine, but it is still a no-go for Facebook and may be classified and flagged as “problematic” information — even though it is true — by the White House.

Facebook is also said to target comments that claim vaccination is unnecessary owing to plummeting COVID-19 cases and death rates or argue for natural herd immunity against the virus. Such views are also considered “indirect discouragement” that could hurt immunization efforts.

On Thursday, former President Donald Trump slammed the Biden administration’s unwillingness to condemn the communist oppression in Cuba by name. While President Joe Biden rightly supported the freedom fighters who took to the streets in Cuba, he did not mention communism or socialism in his denunciation of “Cuba’s authoritarian regime.” On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary refused to condemn communism by name, instead referring to the Cuban government’s “mismanagement.”

Trump mentioned communism in his very first sentence.

“The proud people of Cuba are desperate to be free from the iron boot heel of the Island’s wicked Communist Regime,” the former president wrote. “These incredible warriors for freedom risk everything to take to the streets in their quest for freedom. I stand in total solidarity with the freedom fighters in Cuba and the brave Cuban Americans who have watched their families suffer in the motherland at the hands of this heartless and brutal regime.”

Then Trump turned to the Biden administration’s fecklessness.

“The Biden Administration’s refusal to forcefully condemn Communism and the Cuban Communist Regime is a national travesty,” the former president declared. “The Biden Administration’s ludicrous suggestion that the Cubans are protesting government mismanagement—not brutal Communist oppression—is an insult to every Cuban patriot who has suffered, been imprisoned, or died in pursuit of freedom.”

“Today’s Democrat Party is so far left they can’t even take a stand against violent Communism,” Trump declared. “Many are Communists themselves!”

While many Cuban freedom fighters rally around the American flag as a symbol of freedom, many on the Left are demonizing the flag as a symbol of racism. Nikole Hannah-Jones, founder of the discredited 1619 Project, praised the Cuban communist regime for supposedly getting rid of racism. Black Lives Matter gave a statement supporting Cuba and blaming the United States for the protests. Meanwhile, the Biden administration, which rushed to accept asylum seekers on the southern border, has announced that Cuban asylum seekers would get turned away from the U.S. and resettled in a third country.

Some of Biden’s allies have praised Cuba.

“Cuba has solved some very important problems,” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who supported Biden after he lost the Democratic primary, said in 1989. “I did not see a hungry child. I did not see any homeless people. Cuba today not only has free health care but very high-quality health care.”

During the 2020 campaign, Sanders said, “When Fidel Castro came into office, you know what he did? He had a massive literacy program.
