The Informed Consent Action Network was suspended by Twitter on Thursday after they announced that they will soon be publishing more emails from Anthony Fauci.

ICAN, an organization dedicated to increasing informed consent regarding vaccinations, tweeted on Thursday that following the release of thousands of pages from emails from Anthony Fauci that had been revealed through Freedom of Information Act requests from the Washington Post and Buzzfeed, that they would be “dropping 3000 new pages of FOIA’d Fauci emails” that evening, “providing further insight into Anthony Fauci’s actions on Covid, Vaccine Safety, and more.”

However, conservative commentator Michelle Malkin later announced that ICAN had been suspended by Twitter for announcing they would release more emails from Fauci. In a screenshot posted by Malkin to the Big Tech site, ICAN’s Twitter had been locked, due to the tweet allegedly “violating their policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.”

On their website, Twitter declares that “in order for content related to COVID-19 to be labeled or removed under this policy, it must: advance a claim of fact, expressed in definitive terms; be demonstrably false or misleading, based on widely available, authoritative sources; and be likely to impact public safety or cause serious harm.” Twitter’s further five categories within this policy relating to discussions surrounding the coronavirus outbreak also do not seem to contain any rules which would have resulted in the tweet from ICAN being removed. National File reached out to Twitter for comment on this story, asking which area of their COVID-19 misinformation policy ICAN violated, but did not receive a response by the time of publication.

National File has reported extensively on the contents of Fauci’s emails. One email chain from February of 2020 shows that Fauci was not concerned with the new variant of COVID-19, and believed that it would be only as mild as the previous swine flu pandemic from 2009. In another email from the same month, Fauci said that “most transmissions” of virus “occur from someone who is symptomatic” and “not asymptomatic.” However, Fauci publicly touted the idea that asymptomatic spread is “not rare” but in fact common, as the medical experts spread fear about the virus.

Yet another email exchange from Fauci shows him promising to pressure then-President Trump to intimidate Florida Governor Ron DeSantis into closing gyms, bars and beaches. Fauci and another physician raged at citizens exercising their individual liberty, with Fauci saying that he screamed during television interviews “2 to 5 times per night” when he saw young people having fun.

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s FOIA emails have sent shockwaves nationwide (with the exception of CNN) as they made it clear that Fauci wasn’t being completely straightforward with the American people about the efficacy of masking or the origins of the virus, amongst other things.

One person who feels vindicated by the content of the emails is President Trump.

“After seeing the emails, our Country is fortunate I didn’t do what Dr. Fauci wanted me to do,” Trump said in a statement.

Trump went on to explain various actions he took in spite of Fauci.

“For instance, I closed our Borders to China very early despite his not wanting them closed,” Trump said, “The Democrats and the Fake News Media even called me a ‘xenophobe.’ In the end, we saw this was a life-saving decision, and likewise with closing our borders to Europe, specifically to certain heavily infected countries. I was later given credit, even by ‘Tony,’ for saving hundreds of thousands of lives.”

“Dr. Fauci also didn’t put an emphasis on speed of vaccine production because he thought it would take 3, 4, or maybe even 5 years to create,” Trump continued. “I got it done in less than 9 months with Operation Warp Speed. In retrospect, the vaccine is saving the world.”

“Then, I placed the greatest bet in history. We ordered billions of dollars worth of vaccines before we knew it even worked. Had that not been done, our wonderful vaccines would not have been administered until October of this year. No one would’ve had the shot that has now saved the world and millions of lives!” Trump added.

Trump also slammed Fauci’s mixed messages on masks. “Also, Dr. Fauci was totally against masks when even I thought they would at least be helpful,” Trump said. “He then changed his mind completely and became a radical masker!”

Finally, Trump addressed the NIH funding of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which was conducting gain-of-function research. “The funding of Wuhan by the U.S. was foolishly started by the Obama Administration in 2014 but ended under the Trump Administration. When I heard about it, I said ‘no way.'”

“What did Dr. Fauci know … and when did he know it?” Trump asked.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the White House is “actively discussing an exit strategy” for Dr. Fauci. If his emails have proven anything, it’s that Trump was the one being straight with America, not Fauci.

(Natural News) A study from Nature Neuroscience finds the S1 spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 crosses the blood–brain barrier in mice and can cause damage to the cardiovascular and central nervous systems. The spike protein is readily cleared from the blood and taken up by peripheral tissues. SARS-CoV-2 RNA was recovered from cerebrospinal fluid, proving it can cross the blood–brain barrier.

The study shows that these new spike proteins have been engineered to exploit angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2), allowing for increased intake of spike proteins into the lungs and specifically to the brain. This is why a real case of SARS-CoV-2 can cause symptoms in the central nervous system, including changes to taste and smell, headaches, twitching, seizures, confusion, vision impairment, nerve pain, dizziness, impaired consciousness, nausea, hemiplegia, ataxia, stroke and cerebral hemorrhage.

So why are people going along with these new “vaccines” — if they turn their own cells into spike protein factories?

Intravenous administration of spike proteins concentrates in the brain TEN times greater than nasal exposure

The engineered SARS-CoV-2 spike protein binds to human cells using its S1 sub-unit. The researchers reveal that the S1 sub-unit was readily taken up in the parenchymal brain space, the hippocampus, the olfactory bulb, and was measured in eleven regions of the brain. When the spike proteins were administered intravenously, they concentrated in the brain TEN TIMES greater than when administered intranasally!

These are the same spike proteins that human cells are forced to translate, synthesize and replicate using the genetic instructions provided by new mRNA vaccines and adenovirus-vectored vaccines. The lab-engineered spike protein that is being mass-produced in human cells is not only subverting the natural genetic template of protein synthesis, but it is also inundating the brain with foreign TOXINS.

The research finds that spike proteins readily cross the blood-brain barrier through a process called adsorptive transcytosis. Transcytosis is a type of trans-cellular transport in which various macro-molecules are transported across the interior of a cell. Adsorptive-mediated transcytosis provides a means for brain delivery of medicines across the blood-brain barrier.

Why are the spike proteins designed to readily adsorb across the blood-brain barrier? Could this mode of action be intended to deliver other medicines and chemicals, genetic instructions or autoimmune attacks to the brain cells? Is this the real reason for encephalitis and brain hemorrhage following both infection and vaccination? What are the ramifications of spike proteins accumulating in the brain? Will recently vaccinated persons suffer acute or permanent brain damage from these experimental injections?

The research also showed that inflammation increases spike protein uptake in the brain and lungs. When the animals were induced with inflammation, the intravenously administered spike proteins entered the brain more readily. People who eat a plant-based, anti-inflammatory diet are more equipped to survive spike protein attacks to the brain.

Engineering coronavirus spike proteins for human experimentation and vaccine development

Naturally-occurring coronaviruses were first identified in the mid-1960s. They are named after the crown-like spikes on their surface. These viruses are prevalent in animals; however, four coronaviruses are known to infect humans, including 229E, NL63, OC43, HKU1. All of these strains cause mild, cold-like symptoms in humans.

In the twenty-first century, scientists have been studying and engineering the coronavirus spike protein. Scientists can splice genes into the coronavirus spike protein, allowing natural selection to rapidly mutate the spike protein in the lab, one gene at a time. This serial passage technique hides any trace of human interference, but the advanced attachment properties of the resulting virus are a dead give-way that the virus was manipulated in a lab. This controversial gain-of-function research was banned in the US in 2004, but continued to take place in the US and abroad — as long as the research was conducted to invent new vaccines. Today, new experimental vaccines are being unleashed, as the outbreaks occur in real-time.

Since coronavirus gain-of-function research began, three new coronaviruses have emerged, causing severe illness in humans. SARS-CoV-1 was first identified in China in 2003; MERS-CoV was first identified in Saudi Arabia in 2012; and today’s SARS-CoV-2, was first identified in Wuhan, nearby the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.

Beijing researchers affiliated with the Academy of Military Medical Science published a study in June 2020, explaining the methods they used to modify coronavirus spike proteins to exploit human lung cells. The researchers equipped mice with the ACE2 receptor from human lung cells. By exploiting the ACE2 receptor, the spike protein is engineered to attack the brain and lungs of humans. The damage of this laboratory-leak vaccine experiment will only continue as new vaccine experiments go live on the population, translating spike proteins in human cells and attacking human brains into the unforeseeable future.

(Natural News) Connecticut resident Rachel Hatton’s son was diagnosed with a serious heart condition days after taking the COVID-19 vaccine. In a recent interview with NBC Connecticut, Hatton recounted what his 17-year-old son Gregory went through post-vaccination.

She said that Gregory started complaining of severe chest pain three days after getting the second dose. He felt worse on the fourth day and started to experience back pain as well.

He then went to a walk-in clinic and found that he has pericarditis, or the inflammation of the lining outside the heart. He was then sent to two different hospitals as healthcare workers scrambled to identify the cause of his condition.

“They hooked him up to a heart monitor, did more EKGs (electrocardiograms), echocardiograms,” Hatton said.

Infectious disease experts also came to determine if he had an infection that could have caused his disease. They tested him for various conditions but each of the tests came back negative.

Experts still couldn’t tell if the COVID-19 vaccine caused his condition, but they called him back in for an MRI after two more patients displayed similar symptoms. In total, 18 teens and young adults in the state developed heart problems shortly after taking the vaccine, the Connecticut Department of Public Health said in a news conference last Monday, May 24.

Hatton bared that she hasn’t been able to sleep well lately because she is constantly worrying about her son, who is now out of work, on medication and hooked up to a heart monitor.

“If I hear my son sneeze or if he sounds like he’s out of breath when I call him on my break at work, I get nervous because I just don’t know what else could happen,” she shared. “He basically has a heart condition now and it’s terrifying.”

Hatton said she is sharing her son’s story to raise awareness. She noted that though physicians said the condition is rare, it doesn’t feel rare to parents whose own child is suffering from the condition.

“I just want people to be aware and be more informed because now they want to give this vaccine to younger and younger children and it’s terrifying,” she said. “I wouldn’t want any other parent to go through what we’ve been through.”

Other parents of teens who got vaccinated also expressed concern, noting that children are far too young to be inoculated with what are essentially experimental vaccines.

“With that age group, we did have a little bit of concern because they are still growing,” Karn Collard told NBC Connecticut.

“It’s one thing for me to get the vaccine, but for my child to get the vaccine, it’s kind of scary not knowing what’s going to happen and not having a lot of research having been done on it,” Siobhan Cefarelli said. CDC probing link between serious heart condition and coronavirus vaccine

Hatton’s account came after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said that it was investigating cases of myocarditis, or the inflammation of the heart muscle, in young vaccine recipients.

Myocarditis is usually caused by a virus but could also result from an adverse reaction to a drug, according to Mayo Clinic. Symptoms include chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath and irregular or rapid heart rhythm. Severe myocarditis could permanently damage the heart muscle and lead to heart failure, heart attack, stroke or sudden cardiac death.

In a safety advisory last week, the CDC said there were cases of myocarditis occurring in recipients of either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. These cases typically began within four days after the second dose and predominantly affected male teens and young adults, the CDC said as per its vaccine safety committee.

In the latest lachrymose tale of “migrants” at the border from NBC News, you might say the lead flew under the radar: The Biden administration is using commercial airlines to flood the heartland with illegal aliens and push forward the so-called Great Replacement of white Americans with Third World immigrants.

Border authorities released as many as 50,000 illegals in April because their facilities are packed to the rafters with “migrants.”

As well, NBC let another cat out of the bag without knowing it. The illegals aren’t jumping the border because they are running from violence and persecution. They’re coming for jobs and free stuff.

The Data

Cutting through the story’s melodramatic interviews and ignoring the pathos-inducing photographs, a reader will get these facts:

“15 single adult men who had been caught crossing the border a few days earlier were released to a nearby shelter, where they waited for flights and buses that would take them to cities across the U.S.”

“17 percent of all families and single adults apprehended by [Rio Grande Valley Border Sectors agents] this year have been released into the U.S.”

“Borderwide, about 15 percent of single adults and 65 percent of families are released into the U.S. rather than expelled, according to Customs and Border Protection data from April.”

Breaking down those last two figures alone shows the magnitude of what Biden and his leftist henchmen are doing. In April, CBP data show, 108,301 single adults jumped the border, along with 48,226 who claimed they were in “families.”

Assuming NBC’s percentages apply to border jumpers, not those who show up at ports of entry, then in one month alone, CBP released 16,245 single adults and 31,347 members of family units. If the percentages include those stopped at ports of entry, the numbers are even worse.

Since Biden landed in office, 464,965 single adults and family members have jumped the border. If NBC’s reported percentage of those released has been and remains consistent, Biden’s border policy amounts to open war on American cities.

Why They’re Coming

The point of NBC’s story is that some illegals are deported, and some aren’t. Thus, “under Biden, crossing the border has become a lottery for migrants,” as the headline says.

One of the 15 single adults awaiting a trip to Miami admitted that he didn’t come to the United States to seek asylum, but instead to find work and take a job from an unemployed American:

“Sometimes I ask myself why they had me and they deported others,” said a 20-year-old Nicaraguan, who said he left home to find work and was now headed to Miami. “And I give thanks to God.”

The unemployed American that he cheats out of a job won’t give thanks to God, but in any event, another illegal said something similar. “It’s very difficult in my country,” a Honduran woman wailed. “There’s nothing.”

In other words, she came for a job and free stuff. Taxpayers will pick up the bills for her and the 10-year-old child she dragged along.

Those confessions are not unusual. Almost all asylum claims from illegals are bogus, and a survey of illegals sent back to their homes found that almost 100 percent did not flee persecution or violence, but instead came to find work.

Earlier this week, Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas terminated former President Trump’s Migrant Protection Protocols, which included the Remain in Mexico policy.

That policy required those seeking asylum to wait on the other side of the border until their cases were heard.

A Cuban immigrant and visa fraudster, Mayorkas is Biden’s point man to flood the country with illegals and make them Democrats voters.

Once that happens, the country will be under one-party rule forever.

As for NBC’s story, jumping the border isn’t just a “lottery” for the illegals. It’s a lottery for Americans in the cities to which Biden is sending them.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott moved to block federal housing for child migrants in the Lone Star State by ordering child-care regulators to pull licenses for the facilities that house minors detained after crossing the border illegally.

Abbott issued a disaster declaration on Tuesday “in response to the border crisis, providing more resources and strategies to combat the ongoing influx of unlawful immigrants,” ordering the Texas Health and Human Services Commission to take all necessary steps to discontinue state licensure of any child-care facility under a contract with the federal government that shelters or detains unlawful immigrants. The move will affect 4,223 unaccompanied children who are being held in state-licensed facilities or child-placement agencies, the Dallas Morning News reported.

There are also 52 state-licensed residential operations and child-placement agencies in Texas that have contracts with the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement.

In his executive order, Abbott linked recent increases in immigration to the state’s ongoing foster-care capacity crisis and argued that “The unabated influx of individuals resulting from federal government policies threatens to negatively impact state-licensed residential facilities, including those that serve Texas children in foster care.”

He accused the federal government of “commandeering” state resources for their open-borders agenda.

“There are several counties in Texas, more than a dozen counties in Texas, that requested a gubernatorial disaster declaration for the border,” Abbott said. “I declared their disaster declaration.”

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) said it would not be shutting down any facilities holding child migrants in Texas, despite an order from Governor Abbott to pull licenses from such facilities.

“HHS’s top priority is the health and safety of the children in our care. We are assessing the Texas directive concerning licensed facilities providing care to unaccompanied children and do not intend to close any facilities as a result of the order,” HHS spokesperson Sarah Lovenheim said.

However, a spokeswoman for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission later stated that “HSC is reviewing the Governor’s disaster proclamation and determining next steps as we plan for fully implementing the Governor’s direction.” The state agency released a notice to the 52 agencies partnering with the federal government, stating that “by August 30, 2021, you must wind down any operations at your child-care facility that provide care under a federal contract to individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.”

As reported by the New York Post, Representative Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), who was among a bipartisan group of lawmakers who toured the border on Wednesday and urged the Biden administration to address the surge of migrants, was asked during an appearance on Fox News about the viral video of a five-year-old boy who had been abandoned by smugglers at the border in Texas.

“What we’re seeing at the border is only a snapshot of what happens to these people. Imagine the hundreds of miles that they go without any U.S. interventions like we have here at the border,” Cuellar said.

Commenting on the heartbreaking video of the smuggled and then abandoned child, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said the administration is working on programs such as the Central American Minors (CAM) Refugee program that allows kids who are eligible to apply for refugee status within their country.

The CAM program was established in 2014 by the Obama administration to provide children from Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras who have parents or relatives with legal status in the United States with a way to apply for protective status in the United States from within their country. The program was terminated by the Trump administration in 2017 but was restored on March 10, 2021 by the Biden administration as a “safe, legal, and orderly alternative” to kids traveling to the U.S. southern border on their own or with smugglers.

Biden is also allocating $4 billion “to address the underlying causes of migration in the region, conditioned on their ability to reduce the endemic corruption, violence, and poverty that causes people to flee their home countries.”

While trying to address migration “push factors” in the region, the Biden administration is enhancing “pull factors” into the United States. As a result, a staggering number of migrant children is drawn to the U.S. southern border. According to the Center for Immigration study, in April, Border Patrol agents apprehended almost 17,000 unaccompanied alien children (UACs) who had entered illegally at the southwest border. Those apprehensions came on top of more than 18,700 UAC apprehensions in March, and 9,270 in February.

The Biden administration still seems to be in denial as to why so many children are entering illegally and is blaming exclusively external factors, such as climate change and the COVID-19 pandemic — not law, policy, and the president’s rhetoric, which are much more likely sources.

Parents stood in the Texas State House lobbying legislators to protect vulnerable children from permanent mutilation.

On May 31, the clock ran out on protecting vulnerable children in Texas from the transgender agenda, as the Texas Legislature’s session came to an end. How it happened is reprehensible.

Parents and citizens in Texas have been battling to stop gruesome “sex-change” procedures (including sterilization, castration, and genital mutilation) that are being performed on children by so-called “gender clinics” popping up across the state – many in prominent hospitals. People are outraged that innocent, confused children are being disfigured for life over junk science.

This would seem to be a fairly easy call for the “conservative” Texas Legislature. But there’s a problem. Fueled by the radical LGBT movement’s aggressive ideology, these hideous “treatments” on children have become a huge money-maker for the clinics and Big Pharma. Thus, parents and citizens have been facing off against wealthy corporations in addition to radical LGBT militants.

For the past three months, our Texas MassResistance chapter relentlessly lobbied at the Texas State Capitol and across the state to get this ban passed in this year’s session. After some shuffling, there were two bills in play (dubbed the “Save James” bills):

SB 1646 (Senate) was a very strong bill. It would have amended the criminal code definition of “child abuse” to include administering or supplying of puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones to a child, or performing surgery on a child, for the purpose of gender transitioning or gender reassignment.
HB 1399 (House) would have prohibited professional liability insurance from covering medical procedures and treatments for gender transitioning or gender reassignment for children.

What we didn’t know: Top politicians have received huge “transgender” money

A week before the session ended, the National File website revealed that the political action committee of the largest “gender clinic” for children in the southwest U.S. (based in Dallas) has been giving large donations to major Texas politicians.

Since 2015 the Southwestern Medical Center PAC gave Texas Governor Greg Abbott $85,000 and $120,000 to Lt. Governor Dan Patrick. Rep Stephanie Klick, who chairs the powerful House Health Committee, received $4,000. In 2020 alone, the PAC gave House Speaker Dade Phelan $50,000.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The day after the session ended, National File published another shocking article after they received a tip from Texas MassResistance’s Tracy Shannon. Since 2015, the political action committee controlled by the owner of a “gender clinic” in the Rio Grande Valley has given $800,000 to Gov. Abbott, $825,000 to Lt. Gov. Patrick, and $105,000 to Speaker Phelan. In addition, they gave $200,000 to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. That is serious money – and this is just what we know about!

As a result: The transgender bills get killed

Needless to say, the bills that would ban transgender sex-change procedures on children all were derailed. According to multiple reports we’ve received, the Governor, Lt. Governor, and House Speaker exerted their power to make sure that happened.

The strategy was to allow the Senate bill to pass the Senate, but to make sure both bills got stalled in House committees so neither would get to the House floor for a vote. That way, they could be killed in the House without any House members having to go on record voting against them.

Thus, as we reported last month, Texas MassResistance activists were fiercely lobbying for House bill H1399 to be moved out of the House Calendars Committee so it could be voted on by the full House. They were joined by some principled state-wide office holders (who are not under the Governor’s control) such as State Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller. But the Committee members refused to let it out.

And they were quite arrogant about it. One of the Calendars Committee members, Rep. Jared Patterson, publicly lashed out at Tracy Shannon because she persisted in questioning him about H1399. In social media posts Patterson called her “crazy” and “trash,” and outrageously claimed that she was “abusive” to his staff. In fact, she was always very polite though firm, but asked tough questions. (Patterson obviously can’t handle hearing from parents on tough subjects!)

Hours before the Texas legislative session ended, in an act of apparent vindictiveness, the committee scheduled H1399 for a House vote – purposefully behind hundreds of other bills, guaranteeing that time would run out before it could possibly be voted on.

The other bill, Senate Bill S1646, was passed by the Senate on April 28 on a party-line vote. But then S1646 went to the House Health Committee, chaired by Rep. Stephanie Klick. She advertises herself as a rock-solid conservative. But, as mentioned above, she took $4,000 from the “gender clinic” PAC. And her position is controlled by the Speaker, who received over $200,000 in “gender clinic” money.

Needless to say, Rep. Klick sat on the bill for the whole month of May - and it never got out of her committee.

Strong message to traitorous politicians: “You will be primaried”

Texas MassResistance activists and other conservatives across the state are livid that their so-called “conservative” Republican elected officials would sell out on an issue as devastating as this. Reps. Stephanie Klick, Jared Patterson, and many others have been told that their constituents will find Republicans to run against them in the upcoming primary elections.

Governor Greg Abbott, the ringleader of the sellout, is also being targeted by conservatives. Dr. Stephen Hotze chairs the Conservative Republicans of Texas PAC, a force in Texas politics for many years. (He’s also a great friend of MassResistance.)

This past week Dr. Hotze announced that his group will be working to elect Sid Miller over Abbott in the upcoming gubernatorial primary. As mentioned above, Miller is currently Texas Agriculture Commissioner and actively lobbied for H1399, and spoke at our State House rally on May 11.

Dr. Hotze does not mince words. He commented on the betrayal of the top Republicans:

Gov. Abbott, Lt. Gov. Patrick, and the Republican leadership have capitulated to the corporations and their lobbyists who support the perverted, transgender pro-homosexual movement.

Protecting children from perverted sex-change procedures was a top priority of the Republican Party of Texas and of Conservative Republicans of Texas. Gov. Abbott and Speaker Phelan should have made it their priority this Texas Legislative Session. Had they done so, these bills would have already been passed.

It’s time for a change in Republican leadership across the board … Sid Miller is running for Governor of Texas because he has the courage to Make Texas Great Again and drain the swamp in Austin. Courage matters! Miller will win the Republican primary because the grassroots conservatives are livid.

CAIR Organizes Anti-Israel Rallies with Convicted Member of Palestinian Islamic Jihad

CAIR-Florida’s new leader joins PIJ’s Hatem Fariz to curse Israel and call for more bloodshed.

The mainstream media likes to paint CAIR as a mainstream Muslim group interested in protecting the civil rights of the Muslim community. The reality, though, is that CAIR is a support network for terror with both foundational and financial links to Hamas. This past month, CAIR’s true nature showed itself, as the group partnered with a convicted member of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Hatem Fariz, to run a series of Tampa, Florida rallies meant to curse Israel and excuse Hamas violence. The events were proof of why the media must end its cozy relationship with CAIR. To continue to promote this group only legitimizes hate and terror.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) was established in June 1994 as a part of the US chapter of the global Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee, which at the time was headed by then-Chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau Mousa Abu Marzook. Officials from CAIR have been convicted of terror-related crimes, and the US government named CAIR a co-conspirator to the financing of Hamas. The Florida chapter of CAIR has not strayed much from its national parent. In July 2014, CAIR-Florida co-sponsored a pro-Hamas rally in Downtown Miami, where rally goers repeatedly shouted, “We are Hamas” and “Let’s go Hamas.”

The Islamic Community of Tampa (ICT), a.k.a. Masjid al-Qassam, was founded by Sami al-Arian, a convicted terrorist who set up a Southwest Florida PIJ terror network, over three decades ago. ICT was a big part of the network. At a 2017 CAIR media brunch, then-CAIR-Florida Executive Director Hassan Shibly said that the group depends on ICT for “programs, fundraising” and more. He said, “Really, we couldn’t do the work without the tremendous support we get from the mosque.”

Attending the CAIR brunch was Hatem Fariz, a former al-Arian cohort and the Director of ICT. Fariz, like al-Arian, was convicted for the role he played as a member of PIJ. According to the indictment against him, al-Arian and six others, Fariz “was a PIJ member” and did “conspire… to commit offenses against the United States… by making and receiving contributions of funds, goods, and services to or for the benefit of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.” Fariz pled guilty and was sentenced, in July 2006, and spent nearly four years in prison.

Throughout the middle of May, as Hamas and PIJ rained thousands of rockets down on Israeli civilian neighborhoods, CAIR collaborated with Fariz to organize a number of anti-Israel rallies. One, ‘SAVE SHEIKH JARRAH PROTEST,’ took place on May 15th. The title of the event alludes to Arab residents of East Jerusalem, who face eviction for refusing to pay rent while living illegally in property purchased and owned by Jews prior to 1948. The event page for the protest states that the protest was created and hosted by Fariz and CAIR-Florida representatives Aida Mackic and Lara Ghannam.

According to Canary Mission, a website that documents hatred against the US, Israel and Jews, in November 2011, Ghannam tweeted a number of venomous anti-Jewish statements, including “I swear to God I hate yahood” and “I’m so tired and hungry. This day is moving slower than a jew writing a large check.”

Another CAIR/Fariz rally was held May 21st, outside the office of US Representative Kathy Castor, who upset the rally organizers by condemning Hamas and tweeting that Israel “has a right to defend itself.” Speaking at the rally was Khalid Ouanaim, the Tampa Director of ICNA Relief. ICNA Relief is a subsidiary of the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), a group with significant links to South Asian terror. Ouanaim, like CAIR, has a relationship with Fariz, who is seen throughout the rally videotaping, helping to set up sound equipment, and announcing the next day’s rally.

The May 22nd rally, like the Kathy Castor office rally, took place after the ceasefire agreed upon by Israel and Hamas. Much of the world wanted to see a ceasefire to end the death and destruction that was taking place on both sides. Yet, that did not stop new CAIR-Florida Executive Director Abdullah Jaber from emphatically and repeatedly chanting (along with the crowd), “We don’t want a ceasefire.” Speaker Noor Salhem, a community activist, lamented about the fact that many, as was mentioned re Representative Castor, say Israel has a right to self-defense while calling Hamas “terrorists.” He said, “This is not acceptable. This is not fair.”

One further individual who spoke at these rallies was David Feldman, a rabbi from Neturei Karta, a fringe sect of Jews who take photographs with Hamas leaders and attend Holocaust denial conferences. Anti-Israel organizers like to have representatives from Neturei Karta participate at their functions, as a way to push the false and absurd narrative that the group speaks for the Jewish community. Feldman came to the rallies with a poster containing an image of the flag of Israel with a red circle and line through it, signifying Neturei Karta’s sinister mission, which is the destruction of Israel.

Organizing rallies with a convicted terrorist and a rabid anti-Semite; believing Israel, a sovereign nation, has no right to defend herself, and Hamas, a globally-recognized terrorist group, does; barking that you do not want a ceasefire, when you know it will only cause more bloodshed and damage for even the side you claim to support; and proudly exhibiting your goal of Israel’s destruction – these are the images and ideals we are left with from just a few loud and hateful Tampa, Florida rallies. But this is the reality of CAIR.

While much of the media will describe these events using the generic term “pro-Palestinian,” the truth is much different and chilling. Indeed, the only way to honestly depict these events is to discuss the violence and bigotry that is associated with both the events and the group organizing them.

‘True Hero’ Dr. Messonnier Suddenly Resigns from CDC

What did the government’s first pandemic mouthpiece know, and when did she know it?

“Dr. Messonnier has been a true hero. And through her career, in terms of public health, she’s been a steward of public health for the nation. Over this pandemic and through a many-decade career, she’s made significant contributions, and she leaves behind a strong, strong force of leadership and courage in all that she’s done.”

That was Centers for Disease Control director Dr. Rachel Walensky in a May 7 White House briefing. David Lim of Politico wanted to know why Dr. Nancy Messonnier, longtime director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), had been reassigned in April, “and why is she now leaving the CDC?” Lim got no answer, and Walensky quickly moved on. That invites a review of what this “true hero” managed to accomplish “over this pandemic.”

In a CDC telebriefing on January 17, 2020, Dr. Messonnier mentioned “the outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan City, China, which has been identified as being caused by a novel coronavirus.” It was “a serious situation,” and she cautioned about travel to and from Wuhan. In a January 24 briefing, Dr. Messonnier said “we expect to find more cases of novel coronavirus in the United States associated with the ongoing and expanding outbreak in Wuhan, China.”

Sarah Owermohle of Politico wanted to know “what kind of dialogue are you guys are having with Chinese health authorities, and “if there is any inkling” of where the novel virus is coming from.

“CDC has a team that’s been in China for many years where we work closely with the Department of Health in China,” said Dr. Messonnier. “I think we should be clear to compliment the Chinese on the early recognition of the respiratory outbreak center in the Wuhan market, and how rapidly they were able to identify it as a novel coronavirus.”

In her January 29, 2020 CDC telebriefing, Dr. Messonnier confirmed that the CDC would be part of a “WHO mission” in China. In a January 30, telebriefing, Dr. Messonnier referred to “this new virus” without revealing how it differed from others.

In her February 3, 2020 telebriefing, Dr. Messonnier mentioned five additional infections from the “novel coronavirus,” four with travel history to Wuhan. On February 5, reporters asked about individuals returning from Wuhan. Dr. Messonnier said that was “not something that I’m at liberty to talk about today.” None of the reporters asked which official was laying down the rules for Dr. Messonnier.

In her February 12, 2020 CDC telebriefing, Dr. Messonnier warned, “We should be prepared for this new virus to gain a foothold in the U.S.,” and “at some point, we are likely to see community spread in the U.S.”

In her February 25, 2020 CDC telebriefing, Dr. Messonnier told reporters, “It’s not a question of if this will happen but when this will happen and how many people in this country will have severe illnesses.” That drew a question from Craig Fiegener of KNX Radio in Los Angeles.

“Is the Chinese government leveling with you? Are they telling you the truth? Have they given you the straight dope, so to speak, as to what you need to know about the coronavirus?”

“In terms of the Chinese government,” Dr. Messonnier responded, “there has been a WHO team on the ground in China as well in Wuhan. There are data coming out from those efforts. We have a lot of information from China.” Dr. Messonnier did not give the reporters any of the information “from China.”

In a March 9, 2020 CDC telebriefing, Dr. Messonnier said, “There is risk of being exposed and getting sick from this virus and there is risk of getting very sick or dying from illness with this virus. This virus is capable of spreading easily and sustainably from person to person based on the available data. The report of the World Health Organization mission to China describes the virus as being highly contagious. And there’s essentially no immunity against this virus in the population because it’s a new virus.”

Tom Howell of the Washington Times asked about the link between travelers from China and coronavirus cases in Washington State. “I think that’s an interesting hypothesis,” Messonnier said. There were “alternate explanations of the same findings,” but Dr. Messonnier did not elaborate.

In her briefings, Dr. Messonnier had identified the “Wuhan market,” as the source of the deadly “new virus,” for which there was no immunity. Messonnier praised China and hailed CDC cooperation with the WHO, which had done the same. At no point did Dr. Messonnier deviate from the PRC-WHO line, and she was evasive about China’s role. So was Dr. Anthony Fauci, who took over as the government’s main pandemic mouthpiece.

Last November, Joe Biden’s Covid-19 advisory board called for Dr. Messonnier, to take a central role in briefings on the pandemic as a way to elevate science and restore public trust in the CDC. That never happened, and after her reassignment, Messonnier resigned. She now serves as the Executive Director for Pandemic Prevention and Health Systems with the Skoll Foundation. Messonnier leaves behind many questions about the pandemic the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention failed to prevent and proved ill-equipped to manage.

What did Dr. Messonnier know, and when did she know it? Who told her she was “not at liberty” to answer questions about Wuhan? What did she know about the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the dangerous gain-of-function research that went on there, funded by the National Institutes of Health?

In 1995, Dr. Messonnier began her career as an officer of the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service, tasked with preventing dangerous viruses from arriving on American soil. What was the EIS role with the “new virus” from Wuhan? The people, who have suffered so much, have a right to know.

Pentagon OKs Chinese Drones Previously Banned over Espionage Concerns

After years of citing potential spying by China via sophisticated drones, the Pentagon has approved the U.S. military to acquire two Chinese-made “Government Edition” drones.

A recent Pentagon report seen by the Hill found “no malicious code or intent” in two drone models manufactured by Da Jiang Innovations (DJI), a Chinese company, and one of the world’s foremost drone makers. The May 6 report, released on Tuesday, concludes that DJI’s drones are “recommended for use by government entities and forces working with U.S. services.”

“This U.S. government report is the strongest confirmation to date of what we, and independent security validations, have been saying for years — DJI drones are safe and secure for government and enterprise operations,” DJI spokesperson Adam Lisberg told the Hill.

Almost 80 percent of all drones used in the United States and Canada are made by DJI.

The Department of Defense green-lighting controversial drones comes after escalating concerns at the federal level around the security of DJI and Chinese drones more broadly.

DJI was added to the Commerce Department’s “entity list” — i.e., the list of bodies considered a “national security concern” — late last year, effectively blacklisting the company.

The specific filing on DJI said the company “enabled wide-scale human rights abuses within China through abusive genetic collection and analysis or high-technology surveillance.” This is likely a reference to DJI’s involvement in providing drones to the Chinese government to surveil detention camps in the Xinjiang province, as detailed in a Bloomberg Businessweek report.

The filing also allows for a “case-by-case review for items necessary to detect, identify and treat infectious disease; presumption of denial for all other items.”

This latest in a series of security measures against foreign drones. Individual U.S. agencies have taken their own measures, including the Pentagon and Department of Justice, while in 2019 the Department of Homeland Security issued an alert that Chinese-made drones were stealing data.

“We know that a lot of the information is sent back to China from those [drones], so it is not something that we can use,” said Ellen Lord, undersecretary of defense for acquisition and sustainment in 2019.

The DHS alleged that Chinese drones can record and store sensitive data — flight paths for example — and transmit it back to Chinese intelligence agencies. Companies using the devices were advised to shut off their network connectivity to avoid theft of information.

“While companies operating within any country are typically expected to comply with applicable law and government regulations, foreign governments may require companies to disclose far more information without significant legal protection for customers,” the bulletin reads. “UAS [unmanned aircraft systems] data is often sent to servers controlled by or accessible to the UAS manufacturing company or third-party application vendor … Data servers run by or accessible to foreign companies, especially those located in foreign countries, may be susceptible to foreign law enforcement and government seizure without the benefit of the types of legal protections under US law.”

The document referenced another industry bulletin titled “Chinese Manufactured Unmanned Aircraft Systems.” That document warned the private industry of Chinese-made UAS-connected devices capable of collecting and transferring data, citing China’s “unusually stringent obligations on its citizens to support national intelligence activities.”

The Justice Department also banned the use of agency grants last year to purchase drones from foreign companies deemed a threat, seeking to address potential cyber and foreign influence threats.

Commenting on the ban, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen said that “We take seriously concerns about the use of foreign-made UAS and the potential for related data compromise. It is paramount that funding recipients take effective measures to safeguard sensitive information and the public’s privacy and civil liberties while operating these systems in a safe and secure manner.”

DJI officials denied any such accusations.

Lawmakers are currently weighing restrictions against the use of Chinese drones.

The massive bipartisan U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, which was introduced as a substitute amendment to the Endless Frontier Act last month by Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), includes the American Security Drone Act.

That latter bill, introduced in the Senate in January by Senator Rick Scott (R-Fl.) and co-sponsored by a bipartisan group of senators, would prohibit the federal government from purchasing drones manufactured by countries deemed to be a threat to the United States, such as China. It would also prohibit local governments from using federal funds to purchase such drones.

At present, most drones are operated under direct human control. Increasingly, though, manufacturers are getting smarter with higher levels of onboard artificial intelligence, building drones capable of carrying out not just landings and takeoffs but entire missions. It remains unclear why the Department of Defense explicitly calls China a “pacing threat,” yet approved the military use of China-manufactured drones that were previously banned by multiple U.S. federal entities over espionage concerns.
