Mike Lindell Tackles Election Fraud

Rumble — With the Arizona audit underway, similar reports of election interference continue to pour in from across the country. One America’s Pearson Sharp sat down with MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell, who says they already have enough evidence to prove our nation’s voting systems were tampered with.

200 Fascist Simon & Schuster Employees Demand Publisher Drop Books They Disagree With

Proving once again that inside every “progressive” is a totalitarian screaming to get out. My latest in FrontPage:

Over 200 employees of Simon & Schuster have gone full fascist, signing a petition calling on the publishing giant to stop providing a platform for everyone except fellow leftist fascists. The haters of the freedom of speech made three demands:

1. Cancel the two-book deal with Mike Pence and do not sign any more book deals with former members of the Trump administration.
2. End Simon & Schuster’s distribution deal with Post Hill Press [which publishes conservative books].
3. Commit to ongoing reevaluations of all clients, authors, distribution deals, and all other financial commitments that promote white supremacist content and/or harm the aforementioned marginalized communities.

The fascists claimed that “when S&S chose to sign Mike Pence, we broke the public’s trust in our editorial process, and blatantly contradicted previous public claims in support of Black and other lives made vulnerable by structural oppression. Simon & Schuster has chosen complicity in perpetuating white supremacy by publishing Mike Pence and continuing to distribute books for Post Hill Press, including predator Matt Gaetz’s FIREBRAND. By choosing to publish Mike Pence, Simon & Schuster is generating wealth for a central figure of a presidency that unequivocally advocated for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-Blackness, xenophobia, misogyny, ableism, islamophobia, antisemitism, and violence. This is not a difference of opinions; this is legitimizing bigotry.”

Of course. No dissent from the left is a legitimate “difference of opinions,” because leftists see the world in a way that religious fanatics throughout history would find familiar: they alone have the vision of what is good and just, and since all those outside the fold are ignorant and evil, they have no rights that the arbiters of what constitutes acceptable opinion are bound to respect.

So far, however, Simon & Schuster’s chief executive Jonathan Karp has shown himself to be among the unredeemed. Karp reminded the fascists in his employ that the job of a publishing house was to allow for “a diversity of voices and perspectives.”Diversity! Karp’s choice of words must have driven the petitioners up the wall because like all leftists, they are no doubt extremely proud of their commitment to “diversity” in all forms except, of course, a genuine diversity of thought. Black and brown and queer and trans voices and all the rest are welcome among them, as long as they all think the same way and say the same thing. But here was Karp gently making it clear that the petitioners weren’t really in favor of diversity in any meaningful way. “We come to work each day to publish, not cancel,” he said, “which is the most extreme decision a publisher can make.”

For that he will likely be canceled himself before too long.

The American left long ago embraced authoritarianism and fascism and is increasingly intolerant of any point of view other than its own. Note that the petitioners included in its laundry list of denunciations the spurious propaganda neologism “Islamophobia.” “Islamophobia” is an illegitimate conflation of two distinct phenomena: crimes against innocent Muslims, which are never justified, and honest analysis of the motivating ideology of jihad terror, which is always necessary. It is inconceivable that anyone would want to publish a book calling for attacks on innocent Muslims or any innocent people, but there are many books discussing the motivating ideology of jihad terrorism.

Islamic advocacy groups and their leftist allies have been insisting for years that such books, too, constituted “Islamophobia.” Such analyses are what these fascists at Simon & Schuster want to stamp out. If the left succeeds in consolidating power, it will be impossible to publish, and likely illegal to enunciate publicly, any opposition to jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women and others, for there is no example of any such opposition not being considered “Islamophobic.”

The fascist employees also demanded that Simon & Schuster cut ties with my publisher, Post Hill Press (my last six books have been or are in the process of being published under Post Hill’s imprint, Bombardier Books), with which Simon & Schuster has a distribution arrangement. The petition libelously asserts that Post Hill “openly supports and normalizes violence against minors, Black women, and all Black people by individuals and the state.” This is, of course, not remotely true. It is how left-fascists lie in order to demonize and destroy their opponents. Although Karp has rejected this petition, expect to see much more of this sort of thing. We have not yet reached the high tide of left-fascism in America today.

In this exclusive interview with The New American magazine’s Senior Editor Alex Newman, world-renown German-Thai-American microbiologist Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi warns that the COVID hysteria is based on lies and that the COVID “vaccines” are set to cause a global catastrophe and decimation of the human population. Starting off, he explains that the PCR test has been abused to produce fear in a way that is unscientific. Next, he explains what the mRNA vaccines are going to do to the human body in terms and using analogies that anyone can understand. Among other concerns, he expects massive deadly clotting as well as immune system responses that will destroy the human body. Finally, Bhakdi, who warned of impending “doom” during a Fox News interview that went viral, calls for criminal prosecutions of the people responsible and an immediate halt to this global experiment.

DHS Considering Hiring Contractors to Spy on “Domestic Terrorists” Online

SARAH CORRIHER: The American Stasi Strikes

In the former American Republic, the Biden regime is making lists of its enemies but the God-given rights that are cataloged within the U.S. Constitution are an impediment to his weaponized law enforcement agencies. The Department of Homeland Security is going to hire private companies to do its dirty work, so that it may trounce the 4th Amendment and existing privacy laws. These companies will be working for the government, in a dirt digging (fishing) operation against conservatives and Christians, while pretending not to work for the government. Report: DHS Considering Hiring Contractors to Spy on “Domestic Terrorists” Online

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is considering working with outside firms to surveil “extremist” language by Americans online, according to a report.

The DHS is discussing a plan that would allow them to circumvent limits on intelligence gathering. Federal agents are only allowed by federal law to scroll through public posts on social media and cannot use burner accounts to follow private accounts or enter private chat rooms. However, the reported DHS plan would enlist private cybersecurity firms to engage in those practices.

The initiative comes as law-enforcement agencies ramp up scrutiny of extremist groups with members present at the January 6 Capitol protest. In the aftermath of that event, both Republicans and Democrats criticized security officials for intelligence failures that caused them to underestimate the number of people that would attempt to enter the Capitol.

During his address to a Joint Session of Congress, President Biden said, “The most lethal terrorist threat to the homeland today is from white supremacist terrorism.” He said that, even though the Capitol survived the supposed insurrection, “The struggle is far from over. The question of whether our democracy will long endure is both ancient and urgent.”

Biden’s remarks echo comments made in congressional testimony by FBI Director Christopher Wray in March. “The problem of domestic terrorism has been metastasizing across the country for a long time now, and it’s not going away any time soon,” Wray said at the time.

The extremists allegedly operate and plot online. It was found that the majority — more than 85 percent — of those charged with crimes for their role in the January 6 “insurrection” were charged in part using evidence from their personal social media accounts, others’ accounts, or both. Facebook was the preferred platform and was used by 73 of the people charged, more than all other social media sites combined, according to a Forbes analysis. YouTube was the second most-referenced at 24 percent. Instagram, a Facebook-owned company, was next at 20 percent. Parler, the app that pledged protection for free-speech rights and garnered a large conservative user base, was mentioned in just eight percent of the charges.

Thus, monitoring “extremist” chatter online becomes a crucial necessity for the DHS. To achieve that, some privacy protections need to be overcome. According to the Exclusionary Rule, first formulated by the U.S. Supreme Court in Mapp v. Ohio, the government is prohibited from using information that it obtained illegally — usually meaning without a warrant — in court. However, evidence first obtained by private citizens may be used in court, regardless of how it was obtained, as long as the private citizen is not acting as an agent of the police.

In coordination with the National Security Council and the FBI, officials at DHS are considering multiple ways to expand the department’s approach to gathering information via social media. “There was only limited awareness before January 6 of what violent extremists were planning through social media,” said Tom Warrick, former DHS deputy assistant secretary for counterterrorism policy. Warrick confirmed the DHS will likely “explore whether contractors could help them understand plots and trends” online.

Using private contractors to monitor social-media sites would give DHS a work-around to warrant requirements. In the new reported plan, the private contractors could tell the government officials what information they saw, thus avoiding the warrant application. “We are exploring with our lawyers, civil rights, civil liberties and privacy colleagues, how we can make use of outside expertise,” a DHS official said.

The DHS is not the first major federal institution under the Biden administration that has sparked concern among Americans.

The U.S. Postal Service has been quietly monitoring social-media posts, including posts about planned protests. At least some of that specifically targeted “right-leaning accounts,” Yahoo News reported. The surveillance program, they explain, known as the Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP), centers around hired analysts who review social-media accounts for “inflammatory” posts to share across government agencies.

Last summer, amid the Portland protests, the DHS got under fire for compiling “intelligence reports” on two journalists who covered the riots. After the Washington Post published a story detailing the department’s practices, then-Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf ordered the intelligence office to stop collecting information on journalists and assured Americans that DHS is committed to respecting civil rights and civil liberties, particularly when it comes to the exercise of First Amendment-protected rights.

But as President Joe Biden says, no amendment is absolute, and for his administration, privacy and freedom of speech seem to be secondary to “public safety” endangered by the “most lethal terrorist threat.”

States Continue to Not Buy Into Biden’s New World Order

Top ‘O the Briefing

No Thanks, Comrade Biden

Happy Tuesday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. It all falls apart after we quit playing Candy Land.

Gosh, is it Tuesday already? This week is positively WHIZZING by. Before we know it, it will almost be Wednesday.

The longer we meander through this dystopian Biden-alleged kinda/sorta presidency, the easier it is to get lost in the media noise surrounding everything that isn’t. That’s what’s weighing on a lot of the people I know who are gloom and doom all of the time. Even those of us who know that the media hacks are lying can occasionally get a little distracted by it all.

When I say “everything that isn’t” I mean the myth of this sham presidency. The media will tell you that all is going well. Everybody loves this cuddly old teddy bear of a president. Heck, we don’t even need to fact-check him anymore. They’ve got polls. They’ve got op-eds. They’ve got Jake Tapper and the rest of the MSM dotting their “i”s with hearts in their feelings journals, just like they did when The Lightbringer was president.

What they don’t have is reality.

The Democrats have a bad habit of taking any election victory and claiming that they have a mandate from the people to play their Democratic/commie reindeer games. The suspension of disbelief required to actually accept this mandate fairy tale after the last election is remarkable, but here we are.

The Masked Biden Fetish Brigade would have us all believe that the majority of the citizens of this country are thrilled with everything the administration is up to. What we’re seeing out in the hinterlands doesn’t quite bear that out, however.

Biden’s border nightmare that’s largely being ignored by, well, him is so bad that the state of Arizona and now parts of Texas have declared emergencies to deal with the problem. Spoiler alert: this is only going to get worse.

People are getting fed up with the mask nonsense.

We’ve seen a lot of states try to get out in front of Biden’s anti-2nd Amendment fervor and strengthen their gun laws.

And, much to the chagrin of the Democrats and their flying monkeys in the media, some of the “irregularities” from the last election are still being addressed.

The state of Kansas just dealt with those last two issues, which Bryan wrote about yesterday:

In the span of a month we’ve come full circle on election reforms — actual reforms, not the Democrats’ monstrosity that’s merely advertised as such. That unconstitutional power grab is going nowhere.

Kansas’ legislature has just overridden its governor’s veto and put into law a set of election reforms similar to those that just weeks ago Joe Biden declared were “Jim Crow on steroids.”

Biden would know these laws are nothing like Jim Crow, if he still had all his mental faculties, because he was around for Jim Crow. Biden happily cavorted with segregationist Democrats when it suited him. And Jim Crow was a Democrat policy.

That’s right, the Sunflower State just boldly went where Georgia has been getting savaged for going.

I don’t think the Biden message is resonating quite the way his team thinks it is.

This is from Bryan’s post as well:

Getting rid of what Bryan calls the “Zuck bucks” is huge. That nightmare needs to be kneecapped nationwide, but this is a good start.

Regarding the gun stuff:

The Legislature overrode Kelly’s veto of a bill that would create a special concealed carry permit for 18-, 19- and 20-year-olds, and that’s a major victory for gun-rights advocates. The state already allows people 21 and older to carry concealed guns without a permit and adults can carry them openly, but Kelly’s election had advocates of tougher gun laws hoping for a roll back of Kansas’ generally loose policies.

The Biden vision for America is certainly popular in the coastal-leftist hive mind regions of the country. Once you tiptoe into real America, however, it is anything but. It’s important to remember that the discontent with the Democrats’ overreach is manifesting itself in tangible pushback, not just raging emotion. The bad news is that this may just inspire the Dems to get even more aggressive with the commie push.

We’re just gonna have to hope there is something left to salvage by the time 2022 gets here.

I’ll stay positive for now. Whiskey helps.

The Left’s Systemic Exploitation of Race

And how to counter its false and destructive narrative.

When I occasionally complain about the left politicizing race, fellow conservatives often say to me, "Don't worry about this. They've lost all credibility on the issue, trivializing it by overuse. They're getting no traction with it." Oh?

You'd have to be blind and deaf to deny that this tactic is working for the left politically and that it has caused great harm. Democrats and the left bring up race every five minutes to demonize Republicans and profit politically. It is nothing more than a raw power grab.

Indeed, if you want to talk about shameful behavior on race, look no further than the liberal politicians and the media who smear half the country as racists daily because of their views on economic, political and cultural issues. If you champion American sovereignty, advocate border control, support the indispensability of law enforcement, promote our free-market economy and cherish America's founding principles — and if your skin happens to be white (unless you're a progressive) — you are presumptively racist.

The baseless racism allegation is particularly despicable considering there are few more damning charges that can be leveled against a person and that the persistent hammering of this issue does incalculable damage to race relations and overall societal goodwill. And don't think for a second it isn't leading to violence. People are dying in the streets not just because of certain incidents of police brutality but because way too many people have been deceived into believing that non-minorities hate them based on their skin color.

Those who pooh-pooh the threat posed by the left's relentless exploitation of race don't factor in several important things: When you repeat a lie often enough, it is eventually believed. When you control academia, the mainstream media, Hollywood and the fascist digital oligarchy, you can exert mind control on not just young, impressionable people but adults who are bullied and shamed into silence and ultimately surrender. (There may be a growing outrage among the millions of victims of these libels, but as of yet, they are not fighting back with even a modicum of energy and coordination.)

Many of you probably didn't realize that the seeds of the infernal ideas of critical race theory, white supremacy and systemic racism began as rogue ideas in university faculty lounges, academic literature and, ultimately, the classrooms of America's indoctrination laboratories, otherwise known as our hallowed universities.

These cockeyed ideas on gender and race populated all kinds of university textbooks and classrooms, which were more committed to agitating students than providing them a classical education, but for several decades, they were relegated to the academic fringe. Now, as the left has become more and more emboldened, this insanity has proliferated into the mainstream of our culture and politics.

Democratic politicians and their media cohorts routinely make flagrantly ludicrous comments about race that intellectually honest people should reject out of hand. Instead, these views are being treated seriously, and people who know better are legitimizing this poison. The mostly fabricated racism issue is dominating everything, to the point that we can't even focus on real problems facing society — and minorities in particular.

One of the greatest ironies surrounding all of this malicious nonsense is that the bizarre notions of critical race theory, white supremacy and systemic racism are themselves racist. They vilify people as a group based on their race, not their individual hearts, character or conduct. They judge people as intrinsically irredeemable solely by virtue of their skin color.

Racism is not systemic in America today. What is systemic is the left's dishonest stigmatizing of people as racists. There is a strong spiritual component at work here. God created each and every human being in His image. We are individuals, accountable to Him for our behavior; we are not to be judged based on what others do. This spurious, categorical condemnation of people robs them of their individuality and dehumanizes them. At the same time, the victimization of minorities for crass political gain diminishes their individuality and accountability. Everyone loses except the political shysters who benefit from this acrimony.

Sadly, this wicked duplicity will not stop until responsible people of good faith of all races and political parties stand up against the corrosive, engineered pandemic of racial disharmony and truly preach that we are all called to love one another irrespective of skin color. It certainly won't stop through the proposed remedies of endless wealth redistribution, reparations, police reform and the self-flagellation of people copping to a sin of which they don't believe they're guilty. The Civil War and civil rights movement apparently count for nothing. The left has an insatiable lust for keeping this issue on the front burner at the highest heat, and things will not improve until the left is no longer rewarded for fomenting racial disharmony.

What we need in this country is a religious revival — another Great Awakening — but until that time, people need to get on offense and fight back against this false and evil narrative.

Biden Pushes Founders’ America to the Brink

Will we pass the test or fall into the abyss of history?

BY GENERAL MICHAEL FLYNN

James Madison, hailed as the father of our Constitution, is probably turning over in his grave given the shredding of our God-given constitutional values and principles upon which we were founded.

Madison recognized that since concentrating power leads to tyranny, dividing government power was essential for the preservation of liberty. He will never be accused of being short-sighted about the threats government would pose to the people.

Madison and others set out deliberately to design a form of government that would limit abuses and withstand the test of time. America now faces that test, and the central question that has emerged is: Will we pass the test, or will we fall into the abyss of history as other nation-states have done?

Along with other framers of our nation’s Constitution, Madison argued for dividing federal power among the three branches of our government — legislative, executive, and judicial. These should be studied and clearly understood by every American schoolchild from an early age, but to our nation’s and our children’s detriment, they are not.

And what is even less understood is why the Founders adopted a structure that they knew would result in conflict among the branches. In truth, the constitutional structure was designed not to enhance the efficiency of the government but to impede the exercise of raw governmental power and to protect the liberty of the people.

Separation of powers is not a flaw in our system of government, as many demanding changes increasingly assert. It is purposely designed to protect our constitutional republic from the tyranny of a few — tyranny that today is knocking down the door of America.

Contrast the original design chosen by our framers with the intemperate statements of President Biden, who demands Congress yield to his will on matters such as gun control, under the threat that he will usurp the role of Congress by signing executive orders.

Consider the effect of the Democrats’ dangerous threat to pack the Supreme Court if it does not bow to President Biden’s broad claims to executive authority in violation of the separation of powers. Explain why 20 of our 50 Republican senators voted to confirm Merrick Garland as attorney general — under whose leadership the Department of Justice just conducted an early-morning raid on the law office and apartment of President Trump’s former lawyer, Rudy Giuliani.

To fully appreciate how dangerous these recent developments are, only three months into the Biden administration, Americans must now revisit the original plan.

In 1788, Madison penned Federalist No. 51 to persuade the people of New York to ratify the Constitution. He explained the rationale for dividing federal power among three branches of government as “contriving the interior structure of the government” so that “its several constituent parts may, by their mutual relations, be the means of keeping each other in their proper places.”

All said, having three branches place checks and balances on each other to prevent an out-of-control government keeps imperfect humans from gaining too much power.

Again, the ideas of Madison were intentional in order to select persons to serve in each branch of government in a manner that would prevent one branch from controlling the other. Our Constitution was designed so that each branch would be able to operate within its sphere independently from the other branches.

And it was structured so that each branch would have “the necessary constitutional means and personal motives to resist encroachments of the others.”

“Ambition must be made to counteract ambition,” Madison wrote. God knows we have seriously ambitious politicians now “serving” who are hungry for even more power for themselves — but so far the Democrats in Congress are embracing the far-left Biden/Harris/AOC agenda lock, stock and barrel.

Madison considered this separation as not some mere preference but instead absolutely “essential to the preservation of liberty.” As a student of history, Madison fully expected that the government he helped create would eventually become abusive of its citizens. He wrote that the separation of powers was “necessary to control the abuses of government” because government was no more than an assembly of sinful men (and women).

He asked, “[W]hat is government itself, but the greatest of all reflections on human nature?” Then he penned his famous line: “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.”

So Madison grounded the need to separate powers in the very nature of man. His is a distinctly biblical view of man, which makes clear we have all been born with original sin. “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23).

Madison was a practical, God-fearing man and a realist — something we need more of today — and he understood the fallen nature of those who would serve in government. The reality is that we have a government composed of sinful people exercising authority over a population of sinful people.

It will ever be thus, but effective checks on the government’s exercise of its power truly are “essential to the preservation of liberty.”

Where did the idea of “separation of powers” originate? The principle of separation of powers is attributed to the French political theorist Baron de Montesquieu.  The framers were well familiar with Montesquieu and his treatise “The Spirit of the Laws,” written decades earlier, in which he advocated dividing power among branches of government.

But where did Montesquieu find that concept? In Book I, Chapter I, of his “Spirit of the Laws” he confesses that God is our “creator and preserver.”  He explains that man “constantly violates the laws God has established,” as “he is subject to ignorance and error” and “falls subject to a thousand passions.”

Hence, he repeatedly refers to the need to “separate” and “balance” power — not to concentrate it.

Tracing the thread of this principle even further back, the Holy Bible describes the nature of man as being “shapen in iniquity.” (Psalm 51:5). And it describes the nature of God, and his attributes, and his role in preserving his creation. One verse that summarizes all three of those roles is Isaiah 33:22: “For the LORD is our judge [judicial], the LORD is our lawgiver [legislative], the LORD is our king [executive]; he will save us.”

Certainly, it is no coincidence that these functions are reflected in the three separate branches of our federal government. While the Lord God can fulfill these three roles perfectly, the same could not be said of any of his creation — at least since Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden.

Because humans (men and women alike) are most certainly not angels, we must divide the various functions of government and not trust anyone in government with too much power. Whenever any one branch of government tries to usurp the power entrusted to another, it is the duty of the other branches to resist.

Under the Constitution, the judiciary has the duty to decide cases based on lawless acts by the states, though the Supreme Court’s refusal to do so last year amid a contested election raised serious concerns.

Increasingly, that is the story of our federal government — usurpation and abdication.  None of the branches seems to want to perform its own function but rather wants to exercise the power of another branch.

Where are our political or even our moral leaders? We the people are demanding answers from federal officeholders and will not be satisfied with your “politics as usual” answers any longer. We will not be satisfied because our nation faces a critical transition point in U.S. history, and your continued usurpation and abdication of your constitutional functions is unacceptable.

Whenever there is a failure of one of the branches to do its duty to defend its constitutional responsibilities (and these current failures of our government represent a clear and present danger to our republic) — the duty falls on We the People to remove those who have betrayed their trust and to restore constitutional order.

And We The People need to quit complaining about the politicians and instead vote them out, or better still, get involved intimately and directly in the constitutional republic that the eminent Benjamin Franklin warned us about keeping.

Sadly (or not, depending on your viewpoint), this is where America stands today.

Read our Constitution here and get involved!
