Sources inside the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report to Understanding the Threat (UTT) that FEMA and DHS officials participated in a private webinar last Friday (April 9th) hosted by the designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) Hamas, doing business as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) which was attended by leaders of prominent U.S. Islamic jihadi organizations.
The purpose of this webinar was for these government officials to give precise details to the hostile U.S. Islamic Movement on how to obtain U.S. government grant money to structurally harden mosques and Islamic organizations, and, according to CAIR’s website, was entitled Protecting Muslim Community Centers and Mosques: The 2021 Nonprofit Security Grant Program and Safety and Security Federal Resources.
The two key government officials participating in this webinar and instructing leaders of the U.S. Islamic Movement were: Kerry Thomas, Director of Preparedness Grants Division (PGD) within Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Grant Programs Directorate (GPD); and Mark Silveira, Executive Officer, DHS/FEMA Grant Programs.
It should be noted that the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) was created in 1994 by the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee which is the designated terrorist organization Hamas in the United States.
In official court filings in the largest terrorism financing trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history – US v Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (“HLF”), Northern District of Texas (Dallas), 2008 – CAIR is identified as a member of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee (Hamas).

If what sources are reporting is correct, UTT assesses this constitutes a direct and material support for terrorists, the government’s direct involvement in a conspiracy to overthrow the Republic – by the fact the U.S. Islamic Movement’s stated objective is the overthrow of the U.S. governmental system and aiding & abetting a terrorist organization, among other federal violations of law, which may include sedition and treason.
UTT requested an official response from FEMA/DHS to the following questions:
The request was made Tuesday morning 4/13/21. DHS did contact UTT and stated they would provide a response, likely by close of business Tuesday, but UTT has received no official response to these questions as of today (4/15/21).
Sources also revealed the Biden regime is making changes to U.S. government grant program policies which will be significantly beneficial to the U.S. Islamic Movement, whose stated objective is to overthrow the U.S. government and replace it with an Islamic State governed by “Allah's divine law”/sharia.
Specifically, hostile Islamic organizations will be given grant money with no requirement of these organizations to share information they may have about hostile actors (jihadis) or activities inside the U.S. Muslim community, which is something Hamas/CAIR has been pursuing for quite a while.
The Grant Director for U.S.-based Hamas dba CAIR is Megan Fair, and UTT is following up to see if she coordinated this event.
The contents of the webinar are not available for public viewing as of yet, but apparently lasted approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The seizure of Infidel girls and their use as sex slaves is sanctioned in the Qur’an. According to Islamic law, Muslim men can take “captives of the right hand” (Qur’an 4:3, 4:24, 33:50). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful for you your wives to whom you have paid their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses of those whom Allah has given you as spoils of war” (33:50). 4:3 and 4:24 extend this privilege to Muslim men in general. The Qur’an says that a man may have sex with his wives and with these slave girls: “The believers must win through, those who humble themselves in their prayers; who avoid vain talk; who are active in deeds of charity; who abstain from sex, except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or the captives whom their right hands possess, for in their case they are free from blame.” (Qur’an 23:1-6)

These are internet sites that are deliberately kept from being found and listed by Internet search engines, like Google. All manner of secretive business takes place on the dark web, much of it of a criminal nature. Access to dark web sites is difficult to obtain, but once the web ID is known the owners and users can sometimes be tracked down. At the very least the server (hard drive holding the web site data and connected to the web) can be seized or forced to disconnect because it is now known. Dark web sites are used by smugglers, especially people smugglers who are moving or literally selling captive women. In one early 2021 incident Turkish police were notified that a seven-year-old Yazidi girl was being offered for sale. Families often continue searching for enslaved children and have found that dark web auction sites will often offer women or girls. The slavers don’t care if kin of their captive made the highest bid just to get a child or young girl back. In this case the relatives contacted Turkish police to assist, fearing that they might robbed by the kidnappers when they went to deliver the money and get the girl. Police staked out the pickup location and arrested the Iraqi men who had captured the girl and brought her to Turkey to sell her for a higher price via a dark web auction.

Joe Biden is not a stupid man. He may believe crazy stuff but he certainly knows that raising taxes on the most productive members of society and their capital will choke off economic growth as the nation emerges from its self-inflicted, pandemic economic wounds.
With less growth and fewer jobs, Biden is fully aware of what his policies will do. But looking at the politics of Biden’s situation, you can see why he doesn’t feel he has a choice.
Unless Republicans shoot themselves in the foot, they are bound to win back at least one house of Congress. That telescopes Biden’s time to make good on the trillions of dollars in promises he made to every racial, ethnic, and gender identity group in America from four years to now less than two.
The more than $4 trillion he’s already sent out is just a downpayment. “Rebalancing the American economy,” as the New York Times likes to refer to Biden’s soak-the-rich plan, will cost at least double that amount in the long term. And the wrenching tax increases he needs to make it happen can only be found among the most successful Americans.
The proposal, to be announced ahead of Biden’s address to Congress next Wednesday, is an opening bid for Hill negotiations.
- “For New Yorkers, the combined state and federal capital gains rate could be as high as 52.22%. For Californians, it could be 56.7%,” Bloomberg News reported.
- The Dow closed down more than 300 points after the plans leaked.
Practically and politically, the White House needs buy-in from Congress to pay for social spending in the next phase of his plan to reshape the American economy, the American Families Plan.
Add to that personal and state income tax and you can see why the Dow fell so precipitously. Taxing 60 percent of someone’s wealth is not “fair” and it’s not “equitable.” It’s confiscatory and radically discriminatory. But it’s OK because the rich can “afford it.”
It’s not just capital gains that will be targeted.
Biden also is likely to raise more revenue from the wealthy by making changes to estate taxes.
Biden wants to change the so-called “stepped up basis” for accounting purposes, and value assets when they are passed on to an heir, not at their original cost.
The White House thinks that change could lead more individuals to liquidate assets before they die, allowing the IRS to tax them then instead of encouraging families to keep passing on them for more favorable tax treatment.
Those “assets” are usually the life’s work of the taxpayer. They are “passed on” in a family after the death of a small business owner. Taxing a small business out of existence is not fair or compassionate.
Once Biden’s tax plan is in place, he must hope that Kamala Harris can win in 2024 or the whole scheme could unravel. The short-term political popularity of raising taxes on the “rich” will evaporate once taxpayers realize the middle class will be next when the tax plan falls short of revenue expectations.
It’s likely that Biden and the Democrats will find a way to blame Republicans when that happens.

On Friday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended that pregnant women receive a COVID-19 vaccine after a new study suggested it would be safe for them and for their babies. Of course, the CDC did not actually use such clear language, however. Instead, the agency resorted to woke transgender euphemisms.
“CDC recommends that pregnant people receive the COVID-19 vaccine,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the agency’s head, announced on Friday. “We know that this is a deeply personal decision and I encourage people to talk to their doctors or primary care providers to determine what is best for them and their baby.”

The CDC web page on COVID-19 vaccines and pregnancy repeatedly referred to “pregnant people,” as if men, as well as women, can get pregnant.
This language is far from new to those who have followed transgender activism. Transgender activists insist that “men” can get pregnant and breastfeed — or “chestfeed,” according to the latest lingo.
This is nonsense, of course. Only females can get pregnant, carry children, and (barring rare and unnatural hormone conditions) feed them at the breast. So, why insist on “people” instead of “women” who are pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some of those biological women identify as men, regardless of the fact that they are female from conception and down to the DNA in every adult cell in their bodies. A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding can claim to be a man all she wants, but that does not mean that men get pregnant or naturally breastfeed.
Transgender activists not only call these women men, but aim to normalize the idea that men can become pregnant. This is an Orwellian redefinition of terms, and it’s dangerous.
Transgender activists claim that this language is “inclusive,” but it is intentionally confusing and destructive.
Transgender identity in medicine has caused real harm. In one particularly tragic case, a pregnant woman who identified as a man went to a hospital with abdominal pain. Because she identified as male and records listed her as male, doctors discounted the idea that she could be in labor. She did not receive the care she needed and her child died.
The transgender movement arguably does harm to the very people it aims to help.
Research shows that there are significant risks with sex reassignment surgery, including heart conditions, increased cancer risk, and loss of bone density. Children with gender dysphoria (the condition of persistently identifying with the gender opposite one’s biological sex) are extremely unlikely to continue in that condition after puberty. Many realize they are not transgender, but instead gay or lesbian — like detransitioner Charlotte Evans, who launched a network for formerly transgender people.
Biden, however, has rushed to embrace transgender ideology, particularly in medicine. He nominated a man who identifies as a woman — and who supported chemical castration for minors — to a key post at the Department of Heath and Human Services, and the Democratic-majority Senate confirmed him. The Biden HHS is trying to force Roman Catholic doctors to perform transgender surgeries against their consciences.
It is not surprising to see the CDC under Biden use euphemisms like “pregnant people,” given Biden’s radicalism on this issue. Yet it is important to note and counter this deceptive language.

Americans should celebrate the fact that COVID-19 vaccines are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. My wife is breastfeeding our daughter, and she and I just got Moderna vaccines. But the words the CDC uses to make this important announcement matter, and those words are confusing and destructive.
Seattle Antifa Hate Group Threatens to Burn Down Church Over Event With Charlie KirkBY VICTORIA TAFT

A Puyallup, Wash., church has canceled an event featuring conservative speaker Charlie Kirk after antifa activists threatened to burn down all of its buildings and torch the neighbors’ properties too.
The church, in a community south of Seattle, ministers to the homeless, lost, and addicted people in addition to hosting regular services and events at the church for families, and those seeking to know Christ more.
But hosting Charlie Kirk was just a bridge too far for the antifa terror group.
On Friday, Motion Church Pastor Roger Archer posted a video announcing that he was being forced to cancel the May 3 event because “the soft targets of churches, the elderly, women, children, and law-abiding citizens are vulnerable to anarchists who live free of the fear of reprisal. [T]he cops don’t have the manpower to protect the several properties used by the church.”
It’s unclear how the terror threats were communicated to the church leadership, but Pastor Archer said the fact that the cops don’t have the manpower to help and the governor doesn’t have the political will to fight back means the church would have been left to the antifa arsonists and vandals of antifa and BLM.
What a state of affairs.
In the video, Archer said the threats targeted not just the church properties but the homes and properties around them.
Radical terrorist mobs, like the ones who rioted on Seattle’s Capitol Hill, they sprung into action. They sprung with threatening declarations.They vowed to not only burn our properties to the ground, they but also brought threats of physical threats against our church leadership, our neighbors, their property, and basically wreak havoc in our community – this precious community that we love.
I’m sitting here wondering what to do. What recent history has taught us is there’s an apparent lack of interest at the state level of leadership to protect decent, taxpaying citizens. Those terrorist mobs know that there is no consequence for their lawlessness.They have nothing to lose and nothing to fear.
Ultimately, the church had to rescind the offer to speak.
Therefore, it is for the safety of my precious city and our precious church people that I have heartbreakingly cancelled our event with Mr. Kirk. Our deepest apologies go out to Mr. Kirk and his organization. He deserves much better from our state leadership, but, unfortunately, this is where we are. I will not put soft targets in harm’s way. I will not subject our community to destruction. And since our governor will not protect us we must take this course of action.
This is a sad commentary of our state of affairs, however, this only makes me more determined to to love and lead our community in new and creative ways. I want you to remember this, Motion Church: Love always wins.
After enduring nearly a year of protests, freeway blockings, fires, takeovers, and threats, it seems Washington’s political class is incapable of standing against the domestic terrorists of antifa and BLM.
