Kari Jobe, Hillsong, Bethel Music Steeped in Pagan Idolatry

There was something peculiar about the old hymns that churches would embrace and sing together on Sunday mornings. For the most part, they were rich in doctrine — they actually communicated something to the congregation. They were exegetical, they told us who God is and about what He has done. It was in response to this rich theology and the knowledge of God that the congregation responded in praise and worship.

It was reverent and orderly — it was not a chaotic mess. That is, until, the charismatic movement began to grow. The charismatic movement has influenced the worship in the vast majority of churches in the world today. Charismatic worship focuses much less on biblical doctrine and much more on garnering an emotional response from the worshiper.

Charismatic worship music draws its foundations from the modern culture — and that culture is a mixture of Western technological advances in music coupled with Eastern mysticism. That is, through modern musical styles, often an emotional trance-like state can be achieved through repetitive beats and choruses. With a lack of concern for the words itself, in a sense, one is “under the influence” of the music, increasing suggestibility.

This is one of the hallmarks of the charismatic movement. Their focus is much more on the Holy Spirit — what they believe to be the Holy Spirit — than it is on sound doctrine. Consider what one of the pioneers of modern charismatic worship, Jack Hayford, states in his book, Worship His Majesty,

There is an unholy propensity in human nature to secure itself in history rather than open itself to simplicity–the simple touch of God, the summoning voice of the Spirit. Just as with the Reformation, ecclesiastical and theological resistance sustains its posturing against the new, the fresh and the childlike. The effort to “keep control” breeds the forging of new instruments of doctrinaire domination over the church…

The idea is that doctrine enslaves people to an inferior form of worship and does not allow one to “experience” the Holy Spirit through their emotions. In the same chapter, Hayford, writing about the effects of the Protestant Reformation says, “the shackles of emotional, intellectual, and spiritual slavery were cast aside and a renaissance of learning and social advancement was realized.” Of course, that isn’t exactly true. It is true that Christians were set free from the spiritual bondage of the Roman Catholic Church, which is a false church filled with false doctrine. However, as the New Testament teaches, being set free from the bondage of corruption actually enslaves us to Christ Himself, which, in turn, enslaves us to good doctrine. Hayford, however, continues, “I believe a new Reformation in worship will accomplish the same thing.”

The “Reformation in worship” to which Hayford points is the watered-down charismatic emotionally-driven worship we see in our churches today. When you walk into any modern Evangelical church, the airwaves are filled with the sounds of electric guitars, drums, and a multitude of instrumental riffs that tickle the ears of hundreds, even thousands of people who stand with their hands in the air swaying back and forth. Sadly, for the most part, it isn’t God that they are worshiping, but the music. Often there is no choir, and often, the music is led by one lead singer. The focus is often on that lead singer and rather than congregational, reverent worship, it’s an entertainment show that is designed to garner an emotional state to prepare one to hear and receive whatever it is the pastor, who follows the worship service, has to say. It’s, for lack of a better way of putting it, hypnosis.

And this is exactly how the Eastern mystics have worked throughout the ages, and now repackaged with a modern snare into the New-Age movement. Entrance your audience, indoctrinate them into your religion through seduction, and keep them through their emotions. The charismatic worship movement is simply New-Age mysticism enveloped with a veneer of Christianity.

Last year, we watched a string of high-profile apostasies take place, including Marty Sampson, one of the most prominent Hillsong music artists over the years. Sampson is not the only one, though. Hillsong Church is not a church, but a breeding ground for false converts — and is filled with false teachers. Hillsong has practically merged with the Roman Catholic Church and has even held Catholic Masses at its conferences and it has completely embraced the Word of Faith heresy.

This is an updated article that seeks to explain why your church shouldn’t be feeding you this drug.

By far, the greatest evil in the church are the works of darkness that creep in unaware to dilute the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, while building a false church that serves the interest of man. One of the major players in these days of iniquitous works is the world-wide organization known as Hillsong Church. Hillsong has fed much to the evangelical church in the way of wickedness through its many programs, especially its music production program. Hillsong’s music is played in nearly every evangelical church in the world, as well as many Roman Catholic churches. The purchase of every piece of “worshipful art” from them goes to support their works and pays homage to their apostasy.

Does your church worship service include Hillsong’s music?

Hillsong church is a breeding ground for false converts. Some of their New York campus’ flagship products include the homosexual couple, Reed Kelly and Josh Canfield, in which Canfield volunteers as a choir director 2 and Justin Bieber, who has continual run-ins with the law.

Hillsong Australia’s former worship pastrix, Darlene Zschech, has taken the apostate nature of Hillsong’s artisanship to the highest level.

Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. – Eph 5:11

Zschech has chosen instead to bear false witness to the world, blaspheming the Holy Spirit by attributing evil deeds to Him that he did not do. In a recent blog post, she wrote,

I am writing this mid-air on my way home from Singapore after an amazing time away speaking, leading worship, writing songs, being with dear friends. It has been wonderful. And, to see what the Holy Spirit is doing around the earth is completely breathtaking. Even in all the expressions that make us different as God’s colourful church, its incredible to me that when the Holy Spirit draws near, His role in our experience of following Jesus makes us so very similar.

What is she referring to? Her recent capitulation to Rome–the Vatican, at an ecumenical worship event lead by the Roman Catholic Church. Don Moen, an American “worship leader” with close ties to Zschech and Hillsong, who also participated in the event was quoted as saying in an article at Christianity Today,

This ecumenical event brings Protestants, Catholics, and Jews together as we pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are being martyred and persecuted all over the world today.

I find it extremely difficult to reconcile this mindset, the acceptance that contradictory beliefs can all be from the same God, as a work of the Holy Spirit. She refers to it as “different characteristics, faces, tastes, and giftings.. yet a DNA running through our veins that draw us together.” In Philippians 2:2, Paul teaches us to be “of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.” True Christians can only be united around the truth because God is truth.  She goes on to say,

A few months ago a very interesting email turned up in my office inviting me to sing at a beautiful event called the ‘Catholic charismatic renewal’ at St Peters Square, to actually lead songs of worship with others as the Pope called people to prayer and unity…Most invites I receive, I am unable to say yes to, but when Mark and I feel a peace about it, I go…This invite to Rome was about many different denominations coming together to pray for the world…

The Holy Spirit does not lead Christians into an ecumenical, multi-god “praise and worship” event put on by the ancient enemy of the Gospel, the Roman Catholic Church. It’s quite the opposite. The Holy Spirit leads people out of Rome, and out of apostasy (Revelation 18:4). The Holy Spirit finds what Zschech claims she was led to do by Him as totally unacceptable (Eph 5:11).

Zschech has been deceived, as many from Hillsong have, that doctrine is of no importance in the Christian life, and that all who name the name of Christ–Roman Catholics, homosexuals, unrepentant sinners–as long as you name Christ, we are all united in that confession. She goes on to say,

I was not there to judge, I was not there to become a Catholic, I was not there to sightsee. But I WAS there to lift up the name of Jesus.. without any hesitation or compromise.. for as I have learned over many years, that once Jesus is the centre.. anything can happen.

Right Darlene, let’s not judge, let’s just jump on the bandwagon of feel-good music, man-centered pep talks, and motivational speaking, all while we judge those who truly want to hold to sound doctrine and see people come to a true saving faith in Jesus Christ. “Once Jesus is the center, anything can happen,” she says. The center of what? Your blasphemous, idolatrous event that mocks who he is, and what he has done? Jesus will not be mocked (Gal 6:7). You can rest assured that the Jesus of the Bible was not the center of that event–rather he was looking down at you, calling you to repent. You have more than compromised his name, you have outright denied him.

Nonetheless, she believes that the Holy Spirit has brought her together with the Pope, the Roman Catholic Church, to lead thousands of lost people in an ecumenical worship service, united under a false Gospel, and a false Jesus. But this isn’t surprising considering apostasy coming out of the church she was brought up in. Hillsong has focused on a works-based gospel–a social gospel, nearly identical to that of Rome. She continues,

A message was preached about the power of the Holy Spirit at work in our midst, and about the great grace of God which we are all dependent. Pope Francis asked the crowd to declare loudly,’Jesus is Lord’ three times and each time it grew in confidence and intention. Worship was lifted up which had the many thousands of people who attended all singing in free-flowing moments which to be honest, was reminiscent of a time I sang on a John Wimber crusade in New Zealand many years ago.

So the Pope asks the crowd to repeat a mantra, and their “confidence and intention” grew with each repetition? Strangely, this sounds a lot closer to Eastern Mysticism than to Christianity. Besides the fact that vain repetitions are forbidden in Scripture (Matthew 6:7), we are taught to humble ourselves before the Lord. We don’t use him as a wishing well. However, this practice is nonetheless rooted in the heretical Word of Faith movement that teaches that our words have the power to speak things into being. Proponents of this heresy, such as Kenneth Copeland, have argued that since God was able to speak things into existence, that man has been endowed with the ability to do the same, equating faith to a “creative force.”

She closes her blog with some very troubling statements–statements that are indicative of the lost state of her soul, as well as many others. She says:

It all comes down to a seeking heart. And a God, who is seeking us, is NOT defined or intimidated by denomination, liturgy, age or preferences… the TRUTH of our hearts toward Him is what He is after. Not controlled or manufactured, outside in expressions of lives trying to present a Holy life. Jesus, only Jesus is the answer. He takes us as He finds us. He works with us every day, from the inside out, patient and kind in His love for us and His ultimate work in our lives, leading us daily in our life’s purpose.

She’s right that Jesus is the only answer, but which Jesus? The Jesus of the Roman Catholic Church is not the same Jesus of the Bible. The Roman Catholic Jesus is a Jesus who is summoned by a priest and dwells within the body of a wafer during his repeated sacrifice on the altar of the Satanic temple daily.

So yes, I did meet Pope Francis. And yes, I did witness something truly miraculous…Change is happening all over the planet. There is a hunger for the truth of being a Christ follower, and so Christ followers need to be found EVERYWHERE.. that we will be a witness BY OUR LOVE.

Change is certainly happening all over the planet, but it’s not for the truth. The Bible teaches there will be a great falling away, a rebellion against God in the last days (2 Thes 2:3), and we see it happening right in front of our eyes. The apostate church of Rome is leading the way, and Zschech and Hillsong are right behind them. 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 says that people like Zschech are “false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan, disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.” Zschech is following a false path and teaching a false Gospel. Her ends will correspond to her deeds.

Finally, she has this to say,

C’mon church. Isaiah 60 says to ARISE SHINE Thy light has come that even as the earth grows darker, Christ’s light in us shines brighter. Let’s not be dulled down by a lack of understanding, or a judgmental attitude. I had to continually remind myself that I was there to announce and declare the Kingdom of God and not to fault find but to be aware and awake to something very precious. And so on we go, hearts and hands ready for all God is calling us into.

Folks, this lady is totally, and completely lost. She has absolutely no idea who Jesus Christ is, what he has done, or why he has done it. Yet, her music is played in solid churches and listened to by faithful people all around the world. Why do our churches continue to promote and support the rank heresy that comes out of Hillsong Church? Is it because we don’t any better? Arguably, most evangelical churches are on the same page as Zschech, but some would openly reject this false doctrine, and preach it back to the pits of Hell where it belongs, yet they are completely blind to the fact that they are supporting it, and feeding it, by purchasing the rights to this music to lead their faithful congregations in worship of the one true God. Can we not see the absolute hypocrisy here? Why?

 

 

 

Matt Maher is Not Saved, Stop Singing His Music in Church

Modern Evangelicals are happily embracing a deceptive evil, and letting it creep into their churches. The evil is a counterfeit gospel, a counterfeit Christianity. The evil is the Roman Catholic Church, and it’s creeping in unawares, especially to young and impressionable minds, through worship music. Particularly, a Catholic singer named Matt Maher has become strikingly popular in Evangelical worship. With the compromise of today’s Evangelical leadership, this should come as no surprise. Al Mohler once said he believed that there would be millions of Catholics in heaven. Other Southern Baptists are declaring confessing, professing Roman Catholics saved (See here, and here). And it just about every contemporary Baptist church, you’ll hear “worship” music written by Roman Catholics.

Charles Spurgeon once said,

I question if hell can find a more fitting instrument within its infernal lake than the Church of Rome is for the cause of mischief. And your church will in its measure, be the same if bereft of the Spirit.

What a gem of truth. The rate at which Evangelicals are embracing this false spirit as alarming. Historically, and as a result of the conservative resurgence, Southern Baptists have withstood much of the apostasy that has befallen other denominations. For the most part, Southern Baptists have held a strong (but weakening) stance against homosexuality entering the church. At least, for now, you don’t find acceptance of homosexuality preached from the pulpits in most SBC churches. And most SBC pastors aren’t going to recommend to their congregation books written by homosexual activists, like Matthew Vines, that call themselves Christians.

So why do we make exceptions for Roman Catholics? Why do we declare them saved when they reject the true Gospel? Why do we worship to music written by Matt Maher, a Roman Catholic?

Evangelicals are being duped. Roman Catholicism, like any other false religion, is an abomination to God. It is absolutely asinine for Al Mohler to believe that there would be millions of Catholics in heaven. Does Al Mohler believe there will be millions of Mormons in heaven too? How about millions of practicing homosexuals? Would he want devotionals written by Matthew Vines to be studied in Sunday School at his church? What about prayers written by Glenn Beck to be read during worship service? Do you see the inconsistency?

Yet, Evangelicals everywhere are embracing Roman Catholicism as brothers and sisters in Christ. Russell Moore recently said in an article he co-authored with Roman Catholic, Marco Rubio, “both of us are of the Christian faith.”

Why do they believe this?

Roman Catholics cannot be Christians because they reject Jesus as wholly sufficient for the remission of their sins. Because of this, they practice idolatry regularly, through the mass, in which a priest supposedly summon Jesus out of Heaven to enter a wafer, and then proceed to eat and drink the physical body and blood of what they believe to be Jesus, present in the wafer. They practice idolatry through the veneration of Mary and the Saints in order to try to gain favor with God. They reject the fellowship of a true, local church that teaches and exposits the Scriptures authoritatively. And they practice idolatry by putting their faith in their man-made organization, hierarchical priest system, and sacraments for their salvation.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. – 1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Let me make that clear: Do not be deceived, a practicing, unrepentant Roman Catholic will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. It doesn’t matter if a Roman Catholic “sounds evangelical” in his testimony. If he’s in the Roman Catholic Church and doesn’t see anything wrong with the idolatry he practices daily, he has not been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

It doesn’t matter if Matt Maher says he’s a Christian or makes a “Christian-sounding” profession of faith. He is still a Roman Catholic, who practices idolatry, and is not repentant of it. It doesn’t matter if some of his music sounds okay. It doesn’t matter if he says he believes in Jesus. If he is unrepentant of his sin, he has not been regenerated.

But let’s go out on a limb here, and say that perhaps he is saved, and just hasn’t come to realize yet through sanctification that he’s caught up in a false religion. Sanctification is both immediate and progressive, therefore, it is possible for a Roman Catholic to be saved, and still (temporarily) be in the Roman Catholic Church. It still doesn’t matter. He’s still practicing sin, should be called to repentance, and by no means should he, or his worship music be played in a Bible-believing church. We wouldn’t do that for other unrepentant sinners. Why do we make exceptions for Roman Catholics?

Trump gives ‘most important speech’ he’s made, calls for ‘full forensic audit’ of mail-in ballots

President Donald Trump on Wednesday called for a full forensic audit of mail-in ballots that were cast in key states during the Nov. 3 presidential election. In a lengthy pre-recorded speech, the president said that “tens of thousands [of ballots] have fraudulent signatures” in key states. It means “a full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included,” Trump added. “The reason for this is clear,” he said, “they were not verifying signatures because they know the ballots have not been filled out by the voters in whose names they were cast.” The only way to remedy the situation, Trump said, is to carry out a full review of ballot envelopes, which contain the signatures. He did not say what states should carry out the auditing process. Over the past three weeks, Trump’s legal team has sent several letters to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger, demanding a full signature audit. Raffensberger, however, has responded by saying that it’s not possible to match the ballots and the envelope with the signature, citing privacy laws. His team and other Republicans have pushed for signature-audit procedures in Pennsylvania. “We need a systematic analysis of the mail-in ballots to review the envelopes,” Trump said. “It’s about the signature. And if they’re on the envelopes, we can only review the envelopes. And that will tell us everything. This is the absolute minimum we should expect.” On Election Day and beyond, poll watchers were not allowed to watch the tabulation process in several heavily Democratic areas, Trump said, arguing that it further compounded the allegedly fraudulent vote-tabulation process. In testimonies over the past week in Michigan, Arizona, and Pennsylvania, GOP poll observers said they witnessed irregularities, saw votes that were cast for Trump going to Biden, and were harassed by election workers. Secretaries of state in these places have said there has not been sufficient evidence of voter fraud or irregularities that would overturn the election result. Going further, a spokesman for Michigan’s Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, told Epoch Times that Republican poll watchers who testified in front of the Michigan Legislature this week displayed a “lack of knowledge” about vote-counting and promoted “conspiracy theories,” without elaborating. Trump, meanwhile, argued that his efforts to find voter fraud and irregularities are a bid to safeguard the U.S. election system. “This is not just about my campaign, although it has a lot to do with who’s going to be your next president,” Trump remarked. “If we don’t root out the fraud, the tremendous and horrible fraud that’s taken place in our 2020 election. John Brennan blasts killing of Iranian nuclear scientist as ‘criminal’ and ‘reckless’

“Traitor-in-Chief” John Brennan, former head of the CIA, who once defended Hizballah as having 
“a social and political nature to it as well” and endorsed its influence in Lebanese politics, is now 
blasting the killing of the Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh as “a criminal act” and 
“highly reckless.” Music to Iran’s ears.

Ted Cruz tweeted that it was “bizarre to see a former head of the CIA consistently side with Iranian zealots who chant ‘Death to America.’ And reflexively condemn Israel.”

Brennan is afraid of Iran’s retaliation, or so he says. Brennan of course supported the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (the Iran nuclear Deal) which enabled Iran to grow its regional and global influence. Others have reported another factor that may bear weight in Brennan’s bizarre views: he is said to be a convert to Islam. According to Michael J. Del Rosso, a Senior Fellow for Homeland and National Security for the Center for Security Policy, there are allegations that Brennan converted to Islam and they “are based upon firsthand reports of those who served with him in Saudi Arabia”:

  1. Those allegations include that Brennan was the target of a Saudi intelligence influence operation, one outcome of which was Brennan’s conversion to Islam.
  2. At that time, Brennan was chief of station, a billet that is designed for an operationally trained officer with experience in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, which Brennan was not. Brennan’s background is that of an analyst, which may explain why he lacked the sophistication and experience to understand that he was being played by the Saudis in an influence operation.
  3. Anyone so inept as to be oblivious to basic hostile intelligence tactics such as this influence operation is unqualified to be DCI.
  4. Furthermore, Brennan’s definition of jihad, “meaning to purify oneself or one’s community,” is incorrect as a matter of fact, since all four schools of Sunni jurisprudence say that the primary and paramount definition of jihad is kinetic war against non-Muslims to forcibly establish submission to Islamic law globally.
  5. If Brennan truly believes his fictitious definition of jihad, he is unqualified to be DCI, since he obviously is unaware of or indifferent to the fact that he is directly contradicting all published Sunni jurisprudence. Al-Qaeda’s bin Laden, ISIS’s al-Baghdadi (who has a doctorate in Islamic law), Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, and all the other numerous violent jihadi terrorist groups all say that they are at war with us because Islamic law makes such war — jihad — obligatory for all Muslims. They also point out that Islamic law makes the funding of jihad obligatory, as well as lying to further jihad. That 15 years after 9/11, Brennan has yet to drop $40 on Amazon.com to purchase a certified English translation of an authoritative textbook on Islamic law, such as Reliance of the Traveller, is professional malpractice of the highest order for someone who has held the senior counter-terrorism and intelligence positions he has.
  6. Furthermore, the fiction that Brennan is espousing is not just any fiction, it is a deliberate propaganda lie by America’s enemies in our 15+-year war. It is designed to disorient us from understanding our enemy’s Threat Doctrine. If he is truly unaware of this, he is a useful idiot in espousing enemy propaganda in time of war, and is unqualified to be DCI.
  7. If Brennan does know the factual Islamic legal definition of jihad, then he is deliberately espousing enemy propaganda in a time of war, in which case Brennan is a traitor — and unqualified to be DCI.

Former CIA head John Brennan blasted the killing of Iran’s top nuclear scientist, calling the assassination “highly reckless,” then ended up in a Twitter war with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz over his comments.

Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was slain Friday when a gunman ambushed him in his car near Tehran. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed revenge on Saturday, and pledged to continue the work of the man some called Iran’s Oppenheimer.

“This was a criminal act & highly reckless,” tweeted Brennan, who ran the CIA under President Obama from 2013-2017. “It risks lethal retaliation & a new round of regional conflict. Iranian leaders would be wise to wait for the return of responsible American leadership on the global stage & to resist the urge to respond against perceived culprits.”

Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani blamed Israel for the attack.

Brennan said he didn’t know whether a foreign government authorized or carried out the slaying, but said, “Such an act of state-sponsored terrorism would be a flagrant violation of international law & encourage more governments to carry out lethal attacks against foreign officials.”

He said that assassinations are “far different than strikes against terrorist leaders & operatives of groups like al-Qaida & Islamic State, which are not sovereign states. As illegitimate combatants under international law, they can be targeted in order to stop deadly terrorist attacks.”

Cruz criticized Brennan for commenting, tweeting that it was “bizarre to see a former head of the CIA consistently side with Iranian zealots who chant “Death to America.” And reflexively condemn Israel.” He also tried to tie Brennan’s comments to President-elect Biden.

“It is typical for you to mischaracterize my comment,” Brennan responded, saying Cruz has a “lawless attitude & simple-minded approach to serious national security matters.”…

Judge Blocks Trump H1-B Visa Rules in Yet Another Immigration Setback

A federal judge this week blocked President Donald Trump’s reforms of the H1-B visa worker program, which allows large corporations to import foreign white-collar laborers instead of hiring college-educated American citizens.

Judge Jeffrey White of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California struck down rules by the administration to curtail the number of H1-B visas issued, which included imposing salary requirements on companies employing skilled overseas workers and limits on specialty occupations.

Officials with the Department of Homeland Security said the reforms were a priority due to coronavirus-related job losses; DHS projected that under the new rules, as many as a third of H1-B visa applicants in recent years would be denied.

But Judge White said the government failed to follow transparency procedures and that its contention that the changes were an emergency response to pandemic job losses didn’t hold up because the administration had talked about the idea for some time but only put out the rules in October.

“The COVID-19 pandemic is an event beyond defendants’ control, yet it was within defendants’ control to take action earlier than they did,” White wrote.

The United States issues up to 85,000 H-1B visas each year in sectors that include technology, engineering, and medicine. Usually, they’re issued for three years and are renewable. Most of the nearly 600,000 H-1B visa holders in the United States are from either India or China.

AP News reported:

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and universities including the California Institute of Technology sued in California, arguing there wasn’t adequate notice or time for the public to comment on the changes. They also said the rules, particularly related to requiring a prevailing wage for visa-holders, would have a drastic impact on new hires and “sever the employment relationship of hundreds of thousands of existing employees in the United States.”

The University of Utah cited an example where an H-1B employee seeking renewal was paid an $80,000 salary but would have to be paid $208,000 under the new rule.

The judge agreed that the federal government didn’t make a case for implementing the rules under the Administrative Procedure Act, which makes agencies accountable to the public by requiring a detailed process for enacting regulations.

“Defendants failed to show there was good cause to dispense with the rational and thoughtful discourse that is provided by the APA’s notice and comment requirements,” White wrote.

The wage rule, proposed by the Labor Department, became effective in October, while Homeland Security’s rule on occupations and other issues was scheduled to go into effect Monday.

“This is an incredibly important decision to preserve the H-1B program,” said attorney Paul Hughes, who represented the plaintiffs. “This ruling enables those individuals to maintain their jobs and their families in the United States.”

The Chamber of Commerce said in a statement that the ruling “has many companies across various industries breathing a huge sigh of relief,” with the visa changes having “the potential to be incredibly disruptive to the operations of many businesses.”

As usual, the Chamber of Commerce is more interested in helping large corporations increase their bottom line than it is helping actual hard-working American citizens, especially at a time when so many have been economically hard-hit due to the government’s own insane coronavirus policies. 

Curiously, the Left is cheering the news about the momentary preservation of the H1-B visa status quo, putting them on the side of the big businesses they supposedly are against.

The administration can appeal the decision, but is unlikely to get a positive answer before January 20, according to John Miano, a lawyer with the Immigration Reform Law Institute.

Miano said Joe Biden’s deputies are unlikely to appeal the judge’s decision if he should become president next month. After all, Biden has received the full support of the Silicon Valley companies who want him to preserve the H1-B program they so heavily depend on. As part of the symbiotic relationship between Biden and Big Tech, a Biden administration would be lined with industry figures such as former Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

The resident population of foreign H-1B workers in the United States is at least 580,000, but that total may reach one million due to the fact that many H-1B workers are allowed to stay and work for many years.

 

GOPers Join Hard Left, Big Business Amnesty, Open-borders Pow Wow

The Gang of Eight that failed to push through an illegal-alien amnesty during the second Obama administration has become the Gang of 10. And now it includes members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Eight senators and two congressmen will participate in tomorrow’s amnesty summit sponsored by the American Business Immigration Coalition.

“Reigniting the Economic Engine: Immigration Solutions for 2021” is a virtual meeting that will offer multiple panels to explain why Americans need more foreign farm labor and “high-skilled” foreign workers. Also on the agenda are refugees and temporary protected status for illegal aliens whom the federal government cannot or will not deport.

Deportations, of course, are not on the agenda for incoming “President-elect” Biden. That shouldn’t mean the GOP must further hasten the demographic demise of old-stock Americans and put more Americans out of work with foreign replacements. But that, apparently, is exactly what the pro-illegal alien Republicans plan.

Included in the 10 are four GOP senators and two House members, a majority of the open-borders lobby’s latest gang.

So Republicans, it seems, will lead the charge for Biden’s amnesty.

The Gang 
The latest “gang” includes four members of 2013’s Gang of Eight: Democrat Senators Chuck Schumer of New York, Dick Durbin of Illinois, and Robert Menendez of New Jersey. The Republican is Senator Marco Rubio of Florida.

The pro-amnesty GOP senators also include John Cornyn of Texas, Susan Collins of Maine, and Thom Tillis of South Carolina.

The GOP House members are Mario Díaz-Balart of Florida and Will Hurd of Texas.

They will assemble under ABIC’s auspices, the advertising says, because “building bipartisanship on immigration reform is more important than ever.” 

“Hear from elected leaders on the path forward in 2021,” the flyer says, “path forward” being code for what Biden plans. He will give amnesty to 11 million illegal aliens, provide Big Business with cheap foreign labor, and cement permanent Democrat power with open borders.

The gathering will feature nine panels. The titles telegraph what’s coming in the next four years with two subversives running the county as of January 20. That would be Sleepy Joe and his hard-left lady sidekick, Kamala Harris. Recall that Harris, the angry, ungrateful daughter of immigrants, celebrated India’s independence anniversary with a speech that called Indians “our people.”

What Harris thinks Americans are is unclear, but ABIC’s panels are clear on one thing. Big Business is building yet another mass movement for cheap labor.

Collins and Tillis will participate in “Bipartisan Path Forward 2021,” while Will Hurd will pontificate on “Building a Bipartisan Coalition.” Those panels will undoubtedly explain how the GOP can de-Trumpify itself and help pass an amnesty.

“Stabilizing the U.S. Farm Workforce” will include Díaz-Balart, while Cornyn will participate in a “Fireside Chat.”

Rubio’s panel is “Small Business Recovery.”

None will join “State of Play for Refugees and TPS,” an anodyne title for a panel that will, of course, push for more “refugees.” That’s yet another daft idea meant to swamp the country with foreigners.

Corporate and non-profit participants in the open-borders confab include the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the George-Soros funded United We Dream. Another is the leftist National Immigration Law Center. Also on board: Penny Pritzker, Barack Hussein Obama’s Commerce Secretary.

Republicans Dump Trump on Immigration
Not long after Election Day, as Breitbart reported, Republicans began jabbering about compromise with Biden on an amnesty, which has repeatedly failed since 2007.

As Roll Call’s Chris Cioffi tweeted, South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham, another Gang of Eighter, began blabbing right away.

“If we keep the Senate which I think we will and I become Budget chairman. I’d like to create a dialogue about how can we finally begin to address the debt,” Graham said: 

You’ll see from me a reliable conservative, vote. You’ll see from me, stopping an agenda I think is bad for the country…

…But you’ll also see me trying to find common ground that would benefit all of us and a good place to start, I think, would be the debt and infrastructure and immigration.

America First Trump supporters were furious, Breitbart reported:

“Graham pledging to work with Democrats on immigration? We know exactly what that means. A mass amnesty bill,” RJ Hauman from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) told Breitbart News.

“No matter what ends up happening, Trump has forever changed the Republican Party — it is now the party of protecting American workers and secure borders, not amnesty and cheap foreign labor,” Hauman said….

Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) told Breitbart News that “any amnesty ensures Texas and Arizona and Florida will be solid blue and would join southern California as a once red area.”

“These states would likely stay blue for a generation, leaving one-party control like California,” Gosar said. As Pew Research Center recently noted, high legal immigration levels of more than 1.2 million green card admissions a year drives up Democrat support in most swing states.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) said, “There is no common ground between conservative Republicans” and Biden on immigration. Biden’s plan includes amnesty for all illegal aliens, freeing border-crossers into the interior of the U.S., providing free healthcare to illegal aliens, and increasing the flow of foreign visa workers into the U.S. labor market to compete for jobs against Americans.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg publicly said the platform is trying to work with Joe Biden on a joint Facebook-Biden administration push for Americans to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

During a livestream interview with Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Facebook founder mentioned a “push around authoritative information on vaccines,” though he did not elaborate on what that would entail.

“You and the rest of the government have an important job ahead,” Zuckerberg told Fauci during the interview.

“I know our team at Facebook has already reached out to the incoming administration to help with the COVID response in any way that we can,” continued Zuckerberg. “I’m sure there will be a few important things that we can do together.”

“We’re already planning a push around authoritative information on vaccines,” he added before the discussion turned to other topics.

As the Financial Times has recently reported, Facebook plans a strong push to encourage its users to get the COVID-19 vaccine and to share content related to the Paris Climate Agreement.

Back in October, Facebook announced that it would ban ads on its platform that discourage vaccinations and run an information campaign encouraging users to get flu shots.

The news of Facebook’s prospective partnership with the Biden team comes as Britain on Wednesday became the first country to approve a COVID-19 vaccine for general use, announcing a rollout of Pfizer-BioNTech’s product next week.

Health secretary Matt Hancock said that, beginning with care home residents and health and care staff, Britain’s state-run National Health Service will start with 800,000 doses “early next week.” That will be increased to “millions” of inoculations by the end of the year.

“Help is on its way,” he told BBC radio.

In the U.K., an army “information warfare” united has been tasked with combating supposed “anti-vaccine disinformation”

The Defence Cultural Specialist Unit (DCSU) of the army’s 77th Brigade was founded in 2010 as a part of the UK’s efforts to combat radical Islamic propaganda during the war in Afghanistan. The unit specialises in “building an understanding of the physical, virtual and cognitive behaviours of audiences, actors and adversaries.”

Leaked documents that were reported on by The Times reveal that the secretive unit, which previously targetted al-Qaeda and the Taliban, has been tasking soldiers with monitoring the internet for coronavirus ‘propaganda’ as well as the effects it is supposedly having on the minds of the British public.…

A spokesman from the Cabinet Office said: “As we edge closer to a vaccine we continue to work closely with social media companies and other organisations to anticipate and mitigate any emerging anti-vax narratives and promote authoritative sources of information.”

The political establishment has consistently tried to convince the public that mass vaccination is needed for life to return to normal for the billions of people on earth who are tired of having their businesses shut down and of being isolated in their homes.

“If we get a vaccination campaign, and by the second or third quarter of 2021 we have vaccinated a substantial proportion of the people, I think it will be easily by the end of 2021 — and perhaps even into the next year — before we start having some semblances of normality,” said Fauci in an interview with Australia’s University of Melbourne.

Fauci also said there would be a “core of people” who would never take a vaccine and that it would be “problematic” if up to 50 percent of the American population refused to receive it.

As The New American has highlighted before, one of the biggest advocates of vaccines amid the coronavirus “pandemic” has been Microsoft founder Bill Gates, a proponent of population control.

Speaking at a TED conference in 2010 on the subject of cutting carbon emissions to prevent global warming, Bill Gates pointed to population control as one area where an impact could be made. Among other things, he singled out vaccination as having a role in population control.

“First we’ve got population,” Gates began. “The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about about nine billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps 10 or 15 percent.”

Gates has floated the idea of COVID-19 IDs (which the U.K. is already adopting in the form of COVID-19 passports) and is funding both an under-the-skin vaccine history device that can be read with infrared-equipped smartphones and a remote-controlled contraceptive microchip to go under women’s skin.

On Tuesday, a truck driver testified that he had driven thousands of ballots from Bethpage, N.Y., to Lancaster, Pa., two weeks before Election Day. Phill Kline, a former attorney general of Kansas and director of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said The Amistad Project has corroborated the truck driver’s story.

“The evidence demonstrates, and it’s through eyewitness testimony that’s been corroborated by others by their eyewitness testimony, that 130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania,” to a facility incapable of processing them, Kline explained in the press conference. A spokeswoman later clarified that the estimate ranges from 144,000 to 288,000 ballots.

“This evidence demands investigation. This evidence demands answers,” Kline insisted. He reported that The Amistad Project is working with the FBI and U.S. attorneys in various jurisdictions to get to the bottom of the story.

Jesse Morgan, the truck driver involved, told his story at the press conference.

“I drive a tractor-trailer for U.S. postal service, a subcontractor. I drive a route from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Bethpage, New York, to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and back to Lancaster,” he explained.

“On October 21, when I arrived for my usual route for Bethpage,” he recalled, “an expeditor made three references to ballots that were to be loaded into my trailer, including saying, ‘Hey, you have ballots today.'”

He recalled receiving 24 Gaylord boxes full of ballots, stacked on top of each other. He saw that “envelopes had handwritten return addresses.”

“They were complete ballots. I didn’t think much of it at the time,” Morgan said. When he arrived in Harrisburg, he was not allowed to offload the mail. “I was made to wait for roughly 6 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to nearly 3 p.m.,” he recalled.

“All of this was weird,” Morgan said. After waiting for six hours, he went inside and asked to see the expeditor. “I was told to wait for the transportation supervisor,” an official Morgan had never dealt with. “He’s a top guy, he’s the kind of guy that would speak to my boss.”

“The supervisor told me to drive to Lancaster without being unloaded in Harrisburg,” Morgan said. “I knew the ballots were loaded for Harrisburg.” He also recalled asking for his ticket, the slip that shows he arrived, and a late slip to prove he had been delayed. The supervisor refused to give him the slip.

“I then drove to Lancaster, unhooked my trailer in its normal place, and then drove my truck to where I always park it,” he recalled. “The next day, it just got weirder. As I arrived at Lancaster… my trailer was gone, not there anymore.”

“Since I started driving that Bethpage route, I’ve always had trailer 10-R-1440,” Morgan said. He noticed because he really liked that trailer.

“What happened on October 21 was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence,” the truck driver insisted. “I know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania.”

“As things became weirder I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didn’t know why, so I decided to speak up,” Morgan said.

Col. Tony Schaeffer, who is working with The Amistad Project team, said the organization had backed up Morgan’s story.

Kline said sources told him Morgan’s story “matched up perfectly on how you would insert fraudulent mail into the stream.”

At the press conference, other whistleblowers spoke about postal workers delivering Joe Biden campaign mail while they discarded mail from the Trump campaign.

These claims deserve serious investigation.
