In 1933, Hermann Goering was appointed Minister of the Interior (i.e., Police Commissioner) of Prussia.  One of Goering’s first innovations was a radical change in the priorities of police, including specific restrictions of police activities.  The novelty of Goering’s approach was that he departed from the socialist tradition of demanding the abolition of the police, which was first proposed by Vladimir Lenin a quarter of a century before the described events in his article “April Theses” of 1917.

Another radical proposal of Russian socialists – the closure of prisons and the release of all prisoners – has been partially implemented by some American Democrat Governors a hundred years later.  In the spring of 2020, a massive number of criminals were released from local (non-Federal) prisons – allegedly due to the coronavirus – who then went on to make a significant contribution to pogroms, looting, and riots.

Minister Goering’s first step was staging a grand purge of the police and hiring National Socialist Party activists with no police experience to replace the thousands of dismissed policemen.  How could the head of police practically leave citizens to their fate without police protection? This seems more than strange, but Goering had a different task.

The fact is that by that time, the Nazis had already created alternative police, which was subordinate only to the party – the so-called SA (Sturmabteilung).  The SA stormtroopers wore light brown uniforms.  This uniform was bought by the party of German National Socialists – the NSDAP – at a bargain price from the German army, which kept in its warehouses millions of units of these clothes, prepared for Germany’s invasion of Africa during the First World War.  The invasion never took place, and the army was glad to get rid of unnecessary uniforms.

The stormtroopers of the National Socialist Party, the SA, went down in history as the Brownshirts.

As Minister of the Interior, Hermann Goering ordered the Prussian State police to work in parallel with the police of the National Socialist Party.

Soon this approach was extended to the entire Third Reich.  The task of the Brownshirts was not to protect law and order but to organize riots, pogroms, arson, and intimidation of opponents of the National Socialist ideology to strengthen their political power.

In parallel with the radical reform of the police, a process of radical control over firearms began in Germany – at first, in 1933, it was only about the registration of military-grade weapons, and then it was time to register any gun.  In 1935 and 1938, Germany adopted laws on the total confiscation of firearms from all “unreliable elements” (Jews, for example).  At the same time, all restrictions were lifted on weapons for members of the NSDAP and related organizations (such as the Hitler Youth).

As a result, the main task of the German state police was not to protect citizens but to protect the rioters.

Democrat mobsters imitate the Nazi Brownshirts in many ways, although in some ways they differ.  Today’s leftists decided to emulate the Blackshirts of the Italian socialist Mussolini (in clothing choice), the Brownshirts of the German National Socialists (in their methods of terror), and the Maoist Hongweibing (in ideological stubbornness).  Blackshirts, Brownshirts, and Hongweibing are ancient practices of global leftist movements.  In other words, in 2020, neither leftist philosophy nor the current generation of leftists in America could come up with anything new.

Calls for the dissolution of the police or defunding of police are attempts by Democrats to transform the police from a law enforcement agency into a rioters’ protection agency.

The irony of history is that a year later, in 1934, the leadership of the Brownshirts led by Ernst Röhm was eradicated (the official code name for this operation was “Operation Hummingbird,” but it went down in history as the “Night of the Long Knives”).  Who eliminated the SA leaders, all of whom were loyal supporters of National Socialism? This was done by their party comrades, SS Stormtroopers, and the word “comrades” is the most acceptable here.  The fact is that, according to the tradition established among all socialists, members of the SS called themselves that way (for example, “Comrade Sturmbannfuehrer,” not “Herr Sturmbannfuehrer”).

The same fate awaits the American democrat goons, although, at present, no one can predict precisely how the reprisals against these leftist militants will take place.  Only one thing is known – the reprisals against these Democrats will be carried out by the Democrats themselves as part of an internal power struggle.  In the same way, Maximilian Robespierre, one of the founders of the leftist ideological terror, fell under the guillotine at the hands of his fellow revolutionaries.

If the SA militants in Germany were replaced by the SS militants in 1934, then someone else will replace the white Antifa stormtroopers, and black BLM stormtroopers for there are enough left-wing terrorist organizations in America.  Perhaps the go-ahead for the internal crackdown against Antifa and BLM will be given immediately after Biden’s loss on November 3 this year.

From a Machiavellian standpoint, the Democrat Party thugs – Antifa and BLM – are simply an extraordinary political gift.  Who needs agent-provocateurs if your political opponent has such renegades? Do not forget that the primary damage from democratic pogroms falls solely on the democratic states and democratic enclaves.  For months now, the “peaceful democratic rioters” have been dragging the model of the “peaceful guillotine” around the democratic enclaves.

As a result, the new symbol of the Democrat Party of America has become not just a donkey, but a donkey carrying a guillotine.

It is unlikely that any vacillating Republicans or other indecisive voters would dare to associate themselves with such a party.

It took Biden three months to formulate and present his opinion on the subject.  Portland has been burning for three months, and finally, Joe Biden made a statement in which he did not condemn – no – he just chided his supporters for “unnecessary violence.” Biden basically said that you guys are doing noble work, but still, the destruction of capitalism should not take such overt forms.  Biden believes that burning entire city blocks to the ground is overkill.  It took a person who positions himself as the future leader of the free world three whole months to come to this conclusion.  Anyone, even a person who is very far from politics, understands that this is just a mockery of common sense.

It is an admission that Biden did not, does not, and will never have leadership skills.

Only a complete political dilettante does not understand that by the end of summer 2020, the political train to Washington has already left the station.  To jump on the last wagon, Biden had three months to harshly condemn the rioters, as Donald Trump did.  Biden missed this opportunity, and now the Democrats will be inevitably defeated in two months.

After the defeat, an intraspecific massacre among Democrats will begin, which the history of America has not yet seen.

SOUTHERN BAPTIST PASTORS TO RELEASE JOINT STATEMENT ENDORSING PRO-ABORTION, PRO-LGBT, “TRUE CHRISTIAN” JOE BIDEN

David Bumgardner describes himself as a “21-year-old student, theologian-in-training, preacher, and content-creator” who is a regular on several podcasts and radio shows, a speaker, and serves as a Pastoral Intern at Faith Memorial Baptist Church in Archer City, Texas.

Bumgardner, according to his Facebook page, is a student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a prominent Southern Baptist seminary that, like most Southern Baptist entities, has been given over to unbiblical thinking and “woke” theology.

Unsurprisingly, Bumgardner, like many Southern Baptist pastors and students, has also made a sharp turn to the left and bought into the false narrative that the current president, Donald Trump, is some kind of egotistic white supremacist that, for whatever reason, needs to be removed from office at all costs — even at the expense of innocent lives, religious freedom, and the right to live out a Christian worldview.

The implications are far more than political, they are theological. The line of reasoning that Bumgardner employs stems from a vastly deficient and sub-biblical epistemology and worldview.

“Very soon I, along with trusted and respected evangelical ministers and leaders, will be releasing a joint evangelical declaration outlining the case for #BidenHarris2020,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

“I believe Donald Trump is a threat to the flourishing of my neighbors,” he continued, “I believe he is a threat to national security. I believe he is a threat to national unity. I believe he is stoking the fires of civil and racial unrest. I believe his hypocrisy is palpable and manifest. I believe he is a blasphemer who does not care about evangelicals.”

Apparently, however, he believes that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are not? Maybe. I don’t know. He sounds foolish, though.

“I believe Republicans have failed to introduce any meaningful legislation to reduce the number of abortions performed in the Unites States,” he continued, as though he actually believes what he’s writing here. And even if it were true, it’s not the point.

He continues, “I believe single-issue voting is an abdication of civic duty.”

The argument of “single-issue voting” is massively uninformed, at best. It is completely absurd. While the killing of innocent children is certainly at the top of the priority list for many — and rightfully so — there is absolutely nothing that the Democrats endorse on their platform that a biblically-minded Christian could endorse. Nothing. We’re talking not just about abortion, but religious freedom, freedom of speech, theft and wealth redistribution, lawlessness and open borders, anti-police sentiment, the advancement of LGBTQ indoctrination and the promotion of sexual anarchy, and the list goes on. This is who Bumgardner says he and his “Evangelical” friends will be officially endorsing.

“I am voting for Joe Biden because he is the *true* “Christian option” in this election,” he says. He then goes on to try to neutralize his opponents by saying that he will not question the salvation of those who disagree with him and implies that it would be foolish to “deride” him for his decision by citing Proverbs 18:13.

Yet, the Scriptures tell us that we will know them by their fruits — and it is clear that his fruits are in opposition to the biblical teachings on priorities. Therefore, it is Bumgardner who is foolish, and we have every right — and duty — to judge him for it (1 Corinthians 5:12). It would be foolish not to.

If someone who claims to be a Christian and has studied the Bible for a considerable amount of time actually believes this way, there is no way around it; this person has not been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and has no business preaching or leading a church.

CONTINUATIONIST TOO, LIKE WAYNE GRUDEM?

THE CONTINUATION OF THE “MIRACULOUS” AND SPIRITUAL GIFTS

The miraculous gifts recorded and described in the New Testament did not cease at the end of the apostolic era. While the apostolic office is closed, God the Holy Spirit continues to sovereignly dispense spiritual gifts (including those we may classify as “miraculous”) for the edification of the local assembly of believers, the furtherance of the Kingdom, and the vindication of the Gospel believers boldly proclaim. Believers should earnestly desire and pursue the spiritual gifts; they should seek to practice their gifts in the gathered assembly in an orderly and edifying manner while submitting to the pastor/elders God has placed over them.

TRUMP THREATENS FUNDING FOR SCHOOLS TEACHING 1619 PROJECT

President Trump appears to be fighting attempts by the Left to erase American history.

A Washington, D.C., working group called District of Columbia Facilities and Commemorative Expressions (DCFACES), formed by Mayor Muriel Bowser, released findings and recommendations for changes to city facility names on August 31. The group was tasked with determining how many of district-owned, or federal-owned, facilities bear the names of people “inconsistent with DC values and, in some way encouraged the oppression of African Americans and other communities of color or contributed to our long history of systemic racism.” Besides making recommendations to change the names of many D.C. schools, parks, and other public building, on page 22 of the report, DCFACES offered recommendations for the federal government to “remove, relocate or contextualize” a group of national memorials and monuments, including the Washington Monument, the Jefferson Memorial, the Christopher Columbus Fountain, and the Benjamin Franklin Statue.

The Trump administration reacted swiftly, with Interior Secretary David Bernhardt tweeting:

Following that, Trump responded to a tweet on September 6 about California implementing the New York Times’ 1619 Project in their public schools:

Trump stated at a press conference the following day:

I want people to know everything they can about our history. I am not a believer in cancel culture. If you don’t study the bad, it could happen again. I want it studied very, very carefully, and studied accurately. But we grew up with a certain history, and now they are trying to change our history, revisionist history. That’s why they want to take down our monuments, take down our statues. I saw something the other day which was absolutely horrendous -- the Washington Monument, they want to rename it the D.C. Committee, but the D.C. Committee is all Democrats. Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, I mean, we are talking about this is the big stuff now. This is the big stuff, and they want to rename it? They want to redesignate it? They want to take some down? No. We don’t do that. Never going to happen with me.

Reaction to Trump’s statements varied from support to resistance, with Nikole Hannah-Jones, the Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times journalist responsible for the 1619 Project, responding with, “Do those concerns about cancel culture and McCarthyism and censorship only apply to the left or do they apply to the POTUS threatening to investigate schools for teaching American journalism? Silence is deafening here”

Further attacking Trump’s stance on the 1619 Project was Seth Cohen. In a piece written for Forbes, he stated:

On Sunday morning, President Trump tweeted an attack on the 1619 Project, threatening to withhold funding from California schools teaching the popular journalism project focused on the rise and impact of slavery in the United States. With his newest tweet, the President’s actions raise a troubling question:

Why is the Trump administration threatening to censor the way schools teach about the history of slavery and racism in the United States?

But perhaps most troubling of all, Trump’s tweet and the arguments of his administration and allies demonstrate a belief that history should be taught in a way that limits criticism of the United States. Further, Trump himself has shown that he is willing to take action to constructively censor those whose views of history conflict with those of the administration.

That’s not teaching history that is shaping national propaganda.

For those unfamiliar with the 1619 Project, it is a collection of essays, short fiction, and poems forming an “ongoing initiative from The New York Times Magazine that began in August 2019, the 400th anniversary of the beginning of American slavery. It aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of our national narrative.”

The Project has received accolades from those who seem to be intent on rewriting American history, and significant criticism from those concerned with historical accuracy. For liberals, the Project helps unify their message that America is and always was a racist country. In the words of Nikole Hannah-Jones, “It is time for this country to pay its debt. It is time for reparations.”

Considering the 1619 Project’s deep-rooted historical inaccuracies, undisguised hatred of capitalism, embrace of celebrity and identity politics, President Trump is entirely correct to defund the Project and its rewriting of American history; it is an attack on America itself. As George Orwell wrote in 1984: “Those who control the present, control the past and those who control the past control the future.”

SEATTLE CLOSES PARK AHEAD OF RAYER RALLY; BELIEVERS WORSHIP OUTSIDE ANYWAY

Sean Feucht, head of the international Sean Feucht Ministries, planned to hold a prayer meeting at Seattle’s Gas Works Park on Labor Day, but the city issued a statement on September 4 saying that the park would be shut down on Labor Day due to COVID-19. Temporary fencing was set up to keep people out, with the city claiming that any Labor Day gatherings at the park could lead to “crowding that could impact the public health of residents.”

When Feucht learned of the shutdown, he posted the following to his Facebook page:

This is the height of hypocrisy for the city of Seattle to turn a blind eye to riots, looting, and AntiFa, while refusing the let Christians gather in a public park to sing and worship.

First the government shuts down churches. Now it’s shutting down parks to stop us from worshipping.

Time to stand up, church!

More than two thousand worshippers showed up outside the fences, in the street, on Labor Day to pray, sing, and worship God. Afterwards, Feucht posted this on Twitter:

At the same time, Feucht’s organization, which started out of his college dorm room and now spans six continents with presence in more than 250 cities, was holding a similar rally at the California state capitol in Sacramento. There, more than 12,000 believers celebrated in violation of Governor Gavin Newsom’s edicts against large gatherings.

Feucht told America’s Newsroom that this was the 21st city where his Let Us Worship rallies are being held, calling it a “rising up” against the state:

What we’re experiencing across America is especially with the churches being closed and, you know, these godless politicians that are taking aim at the church, you know, people are rising up.

There’s a backlash that’s growing. We had 12,000 people that gathered with us at the capitol in Sacramento two nights ago and it’s just continuing to build momentum.

Among those taking early positions against California’s illegal and unconstitutional edicts is Pastor John MacArthur of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley. When he first learned that the virus could wind up killing millions, he closed his church and went online instead.

And then he discovered it was a lie.

He told Gabe Lyons, host of Q Ideas:

Being a pastor means you’re a truth teller. That means you’re a truth teller when it comes to the Bible. That means you protect your people from deception that comes from the world. That’s part of being a shepherd. You don’t want to aid and abet the lie.

This is a lie and you can’t necessarily say that everybody that’s involved in it has an ulterior motive but the lie is dominating and you need to be a truth teller and you need to do your homework.

I would say to pastors, “Have church, open up, have church.” You don’t have to fear someone’s going to die. You don’t have to fear you’re going to get sick, because they’re not going to be able to trace this back. I haven’t seen anything like that anywhere….

Health mandates and governors’ orders are not law. I don’t think you have to fear [them]. You need to open the church because this, of all times, when people fear, is where they need to come.

MacArthur explained how he discovered that the COVID threat was a lie:

In the beginning, we heard millions are going to die. Well, anybody with any common sense is going to say, “We don’t want to be responsible for millions of people dying.” So we did livestream and we went on doing that for four weeks until we were trying to figure out the realities.

And then just in kind of a personal transition people started coming to church. They knew we were doing livestream, they knew the auditorium was empty. They just started coming in and more every week, every week, every week, and they did that because every week it became more clear that millions were not going to die. And at that point, I finally said, “We need to be here.”

We heard the other day that there is one death per 100,000 people from COVID in California at this present time, so the narrative doesn’t work. They can’t sell us this lie anymore that makes you shut down the church. We've had about 7,000 people in church the last couple of weeks. We don’t know of anybody sick. We’ve never had anybody in the hospital with COVID.

The church in America appears finally to be awakening, not only to the lie, but to its responsibility to follow the Holy Scriptures’ demand. From Acts 2:46: “And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts.” From Hebrews 10:24-25: “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
