A Texas judge ordered a father to pay $5000 monthly for “family counseling” while his ex-wife “transitions” their eight-year-old son.
Yes, really.
Without a hearing, Democratic Judge Mary Brown green-lit the ex-wife’s decision to enroll eight-year-old James as “Luna” in school and to subject him to transgender medical procedures.
“[The ex-wife] is not even James and Jude’s biological ; she and her now-ex-husband used an egg donor to conceive the boys via in-vitro fertilization,” reported Life Site. “…Judge Brown’s ruling came without the hearing that was scheduled to take place yesterday.”
“There was no explanation why Judge Brown issued her order without the proper hearing.”
Judge Brown reversed a previous decision granting the father, Jeffrey Younger, a say in the matter, and has ordered him to pay for family counseling.
Younger said he also doesn’t have a say in the selection of the counselor despite it costing him around $5000 a month, in addition to the $10,000 retainer required by the counselor.
In short, the judge is allowing the “transitioning” an eight-year-old boy while stripping the biological father of say in the matter – without a hearing – while also forcing him to pay for a counselor not of his choosing.
The ruling contradicts an Oct. ruling by Judge Kim Cooks, who found that the ex-wife “was overly affirming in instances when James supposedly showed a desire to be a girl, including taking him to LGBTQ parades, buying him dresses and fake hair, and enrolling him in kindergarten as a ‘girl’ named ‘Luna.’”
Interestingly, Judge Brown’s biography claims she is “a proud graduate of Bishop Dunne High School,” which is a private Catholic school. The biography doesn’t explain why she’s proud of her Catholic upbringing when her ruling doesn’t seem to correlate with traditional Catholic teachings.
“Texas Senator Ted Cruz, Governor Greg Abbott, Attorney General Ken Paxton, and many others commented on the case last year as the #SaveJamesYounger hashtag blew up on Twitter,” Life Site also reported.

The Trump administration this week announced the closing of a $1.5 billion contract under which the federal government will purchase 100 million doses of an eventual COVID-19 vaccine produced by the biotechnology company Moderna, the sixth such deal reached since May.
“I’m pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with Moderna to manufacture and deliver 100 million doses of their coronavirus vaccine candidate,” the president sait at a White House news conference. “The federal government will own these vaccine doses, we’re buying them.”
In a statement, Moderna Chief Executive Stéphane Bancel welcomed the deal. “We appreciate the confidence of the U.S. government in our mRNA vaccine platform and the continued support,” he said.
The Moderna vaccine will reportedly cost approximately $15 per dose, though the government will provide them to the American public free of charge.
As the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) explained on Tuesday, “If these doses are used in a COVID-19 [coronavirus disease] vaccination campaign, the vaccine would be available to the American people at no cost. As is customary with government-purchased vaccines, healthcare professionals could charge for the cost of administering the vaccine.”
Under the newly signed agreement, the government will also have the option of purchasing an additional 400 million doses.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. government has “also invested in vaccine research and development, as well as supplies like vials and syringes.”
The administration has already signed five previous such deals with drugmakers such as Johnson & Johnson, Novavax, Pfizer and Sanofi, and AstraZeneca — all part of Operation Warp Speed, which seeks to obtain over 500 million vaccine doses.
President Trump has vowed to deliver a safe and effective vaccine by January 2021 through Operation Warp Speed.
“In creating a vaccine portfolio for Operation Warp Speed, the Trump Administration is increasing the likelihood that the United States will have at least one safe, effective vaccine by 2021,” HHS Secretary Alex Azar said in a statement on Tuesday.
Moderna is co-developing the vaccine in partnership with the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), which is under HHS. The government has given Moderna nearly $1 billion in U.S. taxpayer funds for its research work.
Currently, the Moderna vaccine candidate is the only one in the final phase.
“There’s never a guarantee that you’re going to get a safe and effective vaccine,” Dr. Anthony Fauci of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases told lawmakers late last month, adding, “We feel cautiously optimistic that we will have a vaccine by the end of this year and as we go into 2021.”
Moderna, whose work is focused on inserting mRNA into living cells, which, hopefully, reprogram the cells to develop autoimmune responses, has received millions of dollars in grant funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Under a partnership between the Bill Gates-supported GAVI vaccine alliance and Mastercard, a new program called Trust Stamp is being tested in West Africa that would use biometrics to verify people’s information.
The goal is to integrate it into the GAVI-Mastercard “Wellness Pass,” a digital vaccination record and identity system, to enable the rapid verification of any given person’s vaccine history. Other elite organizations such as the Rockefeller Foundation are also giving money to develop this technology.
Trust Stamp co-founder Gareth Genner explains how the system will work:
The hash has to work where there is no internet, no cellular connectivity, he says. It helps create a simple, low-budget way for children and their guardians to maintain medical records that cannot be confused with another child. Each time the child gets a vaccine and a new hash is created at the clinic, it is encoded with the updated health information. Algorithms can accurately predict if two different hashes belong to the same living person. “The hash evolves over time,” Genner says, “just as you evolve.”
If such a system is perfected, it would not even be necessary for governments to mandate a vaccine to get most people to receive it. Just as many large retailers and grocers now require customers to wear face masks to enter stores, they may likewise require proof of vaccination (verified through technology such as Trust Stamp) just to buy and sell.

Adbusters, the group credited with energizing the Occupy Wall Street protests, is now pushing a 50-day siege on the White House beginning on September 17. This date is the same day the Occupy riots started in 2011. The group is an anti-consumerism magazine based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
You might call Adbusters the marketing wing of the revolution. It would be naive to think the use of the words “siege” and “occupation” are unintentional. They did occupy Wall Street for nearly two months from Zuccotti Park in New York City’s financial district. Protests continued through the first anniversary and have recurred at least annually since.
They have an activist wing, the Blackspot Collective. They claim they have 13,000 activists in their collective and are explicit in their desire to overturn liberal democracy. Liberal, in this case, refers to our foundational ideas—free speech, individual rights and freedoms, property rights, and objective reality—not left-wing politics.
You would also have to be pretty wet behind the ears to assume some of the agitators in Lafayette Park recently were not their operatives. It is highly likely they used the Peaceful Protestors™ as cover to collect intelligence about how federal law enforcement operates and to develop plans.
During the Occupy riots, NPR reported that Adbusters distanced themselves from the protests:
Adbusters is an anti-consumerism magazine based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This summer, it proposed a Sept. 17 “occupation” of Wall Street, and the idea caught fire.
Adbusters doesn’t claim any control over the protests. It wouldn’t give NPR an interview, for instance, for fear of overshadowing the movement. It sees itself more as an idea shop, sort of an “anti-advertising firm” that takes special glee in creating fake ads to subvert the message of real products
With the new activist arm, this type of distance from any outcome of the advertised “siege” becomes much more difficult. The two groups share a website and make their association quite clear. Adbusters has a manifesto, and so does Blackspot.
Adbusters provides the visual art to communicate ideas in what they refer to as The Metamematic Insurrection, or meme war:
In short, we must rethink almost all economic, political, and cultural precepts we’ve taken for granted for generations. We must breathe fresh life into progressivism, revive its mojo, and return it to the visionary force for change it once was.
Our strategy is to zero in on a new grand narrative, a once-in-a-millennium mind shift, a set of big ideas — metamemes — so fundamental, so systemic, so profound that a sane and sustainable future is unthinkable without them.
In short, they are shooting for an economic, political, and cultural revolution. When you watch the latest rant on Adbusters’ website, the things they hate become clear. Capitalism, individual freedom, and private property are the things they seek to tear down. You can see this clearly in their featured video. The background narrative is comedian George Carlin, so it is only fair to provide a language warning:
It is interesting to note that woke CEO Jeff Bezos is featured. One has to wonder when these successful businessmen will understand there is no amount of virtue signaling that will save them from the mob. They are genuinely the frogs in the pot.
Now Blackspot is much more direct in their language. They are explicitly calling for a collectivist and intersectional revolution. Note the reference to tactical briefings. Attorney General Bill Barr is not overstating the organization and training these insurrectionist groups engage in:
Acting as one, we can overturn the failing neoliberal order, revitalize democracy and secure a sustainable future that computes. But only if we can summon the radical ideas and revolutionary spirit equal to overcoming these threats — existential threats that we all must face together.
We’re at a tipping point. The internet has reversed a centuries old power dynamic. Billions of us now hold the most revolutionary tool ever invented in the palms of our hands. Backed by collectives like ours, the streets have unprecedented power. After centuries of rule by kings, emperors, tyrants, mad men, fascists, communists, Maoists, military dictatorships, corporations and white supremacists like Donald Trump, we can now take charge of our own destiny and start calling the shots from below.
Today we are 10,000 strong. Tomorrow we will be 100,000. The day after next, we could amass a billion people — enough to spark a world revolution in how we live, love and think.
Hysterically, the primary campaign of an anti-consumerism magazine touts the products of capitalism and consumerism as the means to organize a revolution. They’re filming the revolution with their iPhones and they are too steeped in their social-justice memes to see the irony.
This unrest is going to put Democrats in a precarious position in the lead-up to the election. The entire party establishment has allowed Peaceful Protestors™ in places like Portland and Seattle to engage in violence and destruction without consequence. After Americans witness 50 days of escalating insanity in the nation’s capital in the lead-up to the election, support for law and order is likely to increase.
The elites of the Democrat Party, including Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris, are going to have to denounce these radicals if they want to have a prayer in the suburbs. With Black Lives Matter endorsing looting in Chicago over the past weekend, leading Democrats kneeling in deference to their demands becomes absurd.
To remain silent in the face of more Peaceful Protestors™ in our nation’s capital should not bring them the electoral success they seek. Groups like Blackspot are trying to tear down liberal democracy, capitalism, and Western culture. Establishment Democrats are steeped in both of these.
Insurrectionists may hate President Trump more, but only because he will not bend a knee. Rest assured, they only hate the Democrat establishment slightly less. Ultimately their revolution is less about justice than it is about power—and no establishment Democrat will inevitably be spared. They might want to take their eyes off their pursuit of power and recognize the real existential threat. It is not mainstream conservatives or even Donald Trump.
Given recent events, there is no reason to believe they will see the truth in that statement any time soon.

On Twitter, Mike Doran (@doranimated) shared a long thread about the violence his friends around the country see in their towns. The stories he shares are disturbing and frustrating. However, much like the riots and damage that occurred in small cities and suburbs during the George Floyd riots, what Doran’s friends are telling him will be sparsely covered if it’s covered at all.
Journalist Michael Tracey went out on the road to document the damage done outside of our major cities at the beginning of the summer. National media haven’t and won’t follow suit.
Doran decided to share what he has been told, in a Twitter thread. It includes demoralized law enforcement officers not intervening in street violence, escalating homelessness, and random violence. Here is a direct quote from his friend in New York:
“Here’s my neighborhood, Mike: An elderly man, enjoying dinner w/his wife at an outdoor restaurant, punched in the face. A woman waiting for the subway to come stabbed in the back. An older neighbor pausing to catch his breath told to pay two dollars in protection money or getthe f**k off that particular street corner. This is just the ten block radius from where I live in the last six days.”
Others in the city talk about the criminals, including sex offenders, who are housed in hotels on the residential Upper West Side. Business districts are destroyed, and drug paraphernalia and other trash litter the streets.
Doran’s contacts in Philadelphia tell him about being robbed a gunpoint. Squatters are taking over vacant homes in Los Angeles neighborhoods. Minneapolis is in smoldering ruins, and the damage in immigrant neighborhoods has not even been calculated.
You won’t see the insanity and squalor going on in some of our largest cities if you watch CNN or MSNBC. Unless you are on social media, you might not even know that Chicago went full Batman Begins, pulling up its drawbridges in response to massive looting and property destruction. It is almost certain unless you watch or read Fox News or another right-leaning outlet you have no idea the local chapter of Black Lives Matter endorsed the wholesale destruction of the Miracle Mile as “reparations.”
Still, somehow the word is getting out. America is returning to the mid-’70s when some of our largest cities were hollowed out from riots and soaring violent crime. The damage done to our urban centers in the last few months will roll the clock back and take decades to recover from. Between the pandemic and the destruction, some businesses will never reopen. Some will choose to leave, along with residents who have the means to escape these urban cesspools. It’s already started.
According to Rasmussen, 72% of all likely voters say they are concerned about the growing level of violent protest nationwide, with 43% who are very concerned. Even more interesting, 62% say the increasing level of violent protest is important to their vote in the next election, including 35% who say it is a very important voting issue.
When asked whether it is time for law enforcement to crack down on protests, 50% agree. 38% believe protests should continue, and 11% are undecided. Given the level of concern in the other question, the wording of this question was odd. It did not ask whether law enforcement should crack down on violent protests specifically. Given than most Americans believe in the right to protest peacefully, this detail may have yielded more support for law enforcement addressing the violent agitators.
Since everything is partisan, it is no great surprise this question is as well. 56% of Democrats feel protests should go until those in the street decide they should end. Three-quarters of Republicans and a plurality of unaffiliated voters disagree.
Leading Democrats have either denied the protests are violent, or refused to condemn them. Everyone from Speaker Nancy Pelosi to nominee Joe Biden blamed violence in Portland on the presence of federal law enforcement officers. But the fact that violence continued after the Department of Homeland Security pulled out the officers deployed there has put that ridiculous assertion to rest. Violent riots have gone on unabated for approximately 75 straight days. Portland still won’t allow the police to do their jobs.
With the concern over the violent riots rising, you would think it might give some of these bored middle-class live-action role players a clue that playacting the revolution might get them another term of Donald Trump. But of course not. They are now planning a 50 day “White House Siege” beginning on September 17th. Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler warned Seattle rioters they were creating b-roll for Trump campaign ads. Adbusters and their group of LARPers in Washington D.C. may become Trump: The Movie, inspiring another four-year run.
It is about a war on the American middle class being waged from above and below by people whose response to the values and the struggles of average American familiesis hostility and contempt — and who imagine that the threat of further violence is a crowbar they can use to get Donald Trump out of the White House.
Sacrificing America’s cities on the altar of their political cause may seem bizarre, because that’s where so many of their voters live — but it’s not. Who else are urban liberals going to vote for?
Suburbanites can’t help but see the destruction of the cities as a harbinger of what could be next for them. The question is who can protect them — Donald Trump, or the people who celebrate the CHAZ.
I know how I answer that question
I know how my suburban neighbors are going to answer that question as well.
