In his first press conference for three months, Joe Biden declared Tuesday that he has been tested for cognitive decline, and claimed that he is “constantly” tested.

A reporter broached the subject of Biden’s clear mental difficulties, noting that “Some have speculated that you are subject to some degree of cognitive decline,”

The reporter continued, “I’m 65, I don’t have word recollection that I used to have, I forgot my train of thought from time to time. You got 12 years on me, sir.”

“Have you been tested for some degree of cognitive decline?” the reporter then asked Biden.

“I’ve been tested and I’m constantly tested,” Biden snapped back.

“Look, all you got to do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against,” he declared.

We can’t wait either Sleepy Joe.

The exchange came one day after it was revealed that a fifth of Democratic voters believe that Biden has “some form of dementia”.

The Rasmussen poll revealed that a total of 38 percent of American voters think Biden isn’t playing with a full deck, and highlighted that 61 percent of all voters believe it is “important” that Biden address the issue publicly.

A previous Zogby poll also found that 55% believe the 77-year-old Biden is suffering from the early onset of dementia.

Last week, President Trump noted that it is highly concerning that his Democratic rival for the Presidential election in November cannot even speak properly.

Biden’s first press conference since emerging from his basement was slammed by many for being a softball event with zero hard hitting questions from the media.

Former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer led the charge, noting that Biden was not asked anything of substance:

Others also noticed that Biden was treated with kid gloves:

(Evangelical Focus) — The Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), the largest Lutheran denomination in the United States, distributed a new guide on “LGBTQIA+” issues, arguing that the Bible supports the inclusion of all people in all spheres of the church.

The ELCA was founded in 1988 when three historic Lutheran bodies merged. It has 3.4 million members and around 1.4% of the US population self-identifies with it, according to Pew Research.

The guide advocates “for the full welcome, inclusion, and equity of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual/aromantic (LGBTQIA+) Lutherans in all aspects of the life of their church, congregations, and community.” …

Some pushed back at the ECLA’s tweet, with one follower writing, “I’m so ashamed my church gives into this nonsense,” and another lamenting, “You apostates are not Lutheran. Please drop that name from the title of your Satanic organization.”

The Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), the largest Lutheran denomination in the United States, distributed a new guide on “LGBTQIA+” issues, arguing that the Bible supports the inclusion of all people in all spheres of the church.

The ELCA was founded in 1988 when three historic Lutheran bodies merged. It has 3.4 million baptised members and around 1.4% of the US population self-identifies with it, according to Pew Research.

The guide advocates “for the full welcome, inclusion, and equity of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual/aromantic (LGBTQIA+) Lutherans in all aspects of the life of their Church, congregations, and community”.

It trains church members in how to use the “SOGIE (sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression) spectrum”, and asks church members to “just avoid using gendered terms” when they have doubts about how to welcome a person.

The document gives definitions of terms such as “genderqueer”, “pansexual”, “gender non-conforming” and “androgynous”, calling to honour the “core and authentic part of oneself” of those who are not “cisgender”.

The document concludes by saying: “Each of us is a beloved child of God, wonderfully made, just as we are”.

A Lutheran church that endorses LGBT activism

The guide has been published by ReconcilingWorks, a Lutheran working group that “advocates for the acceptance, full participation, and liberation of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions within the Lutheran Church”.

The ELCA has recommended the guide on its official social media accounts. The Lutheran Church’s official website has a section with several resources on “LGBTQIA+” issues, in which interviews with some of its pastors who belong to this community are featured.

In April, the ELCA also caused a controversy when it tweeted a prayer to “Mother God”, saying, “you fed us with the nourishment of your spiritual food”.

In the US, several Lutheran church movements are not supporting queer theology and have remained faithful to the traditional Biblical understanding of sexuality. “Liberal is no longer the word for the ELCA, it has become radical”, a former ELCA pastor who now belongs to a doctrinally conservative Lutheran church, said, in an article published by the Christian Post. He denounced the church’s support for abortion as well as universalism (the theological line that teaches that everyone will be saved no matter what their beliefs are).

U.S. SUPREME COURT: STATES CAN’T EXCLUDE RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS FROM PRIVATE EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled 5-4, with Chief Justice John Roberts siding with his conservative colleagues this time, that the State of Montana can’t exclude religious schools from a program that allows scholarships to be awarded to families for the attendance of private schools.

“A state need not subsidize private education. But once a state decides to do so, it cannot disqualify some private schools solely because they are religious,” wrote Roberts on behalf of the majority.

Article X, Section VI of the Montana Constitution states, “The legislature, counties, cities, towns, school districts, and public corporations shall not make any direct or indirect appropriation or payment from any public fund or monies, or any grant of lands or other property for any sectarian purpose or to aid any church, school, academy, seminary, college, university, or other literary or scientific institution, controlled in whole or in part by any church, sect, or denomination.”

Therefore, when the state legislature created a donor-funded, taxpayer credit initiative program in 2015 to provide tuition assistance to families whose children attend private schools, and some families used the funds to send their children to a Christian school, the Montana Department of Revenue instituted Rule 1 to prohibit the money from being utilized for religious schooling in light of the constitutional “no-aid provision.”

The state attorney general objected to the rule as he believed the exclusion violated the federal constitution.

Three mothers whose children attend Stillwater Christian School soon sued, and the case, Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue, went all the way to the nation’s highest court after a trial court blocked the rule but the state Supreme Court reinstated it.

On Tuesday, the court found that the “no-aid” provision “burdens not only religious schools but also the families whose children attend or hope to attend them.”

“Drawing on ‘enduring American tradition,’ we have long recognized the rights of parents to direct ‘the religious upbringing’ of their children. Many parents exercise that right by sending their children to religious schools, a choice protected by the Constitution,” Roberts noted.

“But the no-aid provision penalizes that decision by cutting families off from otherwise available benefits if they choose a religious private school rather than a secular one, and for no other reason.”

“Given the conflict between the Free Exercise Clause and the application of the no-aid provision here, the Montana Supreme Court should have ‘disregard[ed]’ the no-aid provision and decided this case ‘conformably to the [C]onstitution’ of the United States,” the majority concluded.

“That ‘supreme law of the land’ condemns discrimination against religious schools and the families whose children attend them. They are ‘member[s] of the community too,’ and their exclusion from the scholarship program here is ‘odious to our Constitution’ and ‘cannot stand.'”

In addition to Roberts, the majority opinion was comprised of Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented.

“I wanted my kids to have a really strong sense of right and wrong from a biblical perspective,” lead plaintiff Kendra Espinoza remarked, according to NPR. “I want them to understand that our sense of ethics and our morals come from God’s word, not just man’s ideas.”

Read the ruling in full here.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) blasted the opinion as “the latest in a disturbing line of Supreme Court cases attacking the very foundations of the separation of church and state.” But the religious liberties organization Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) remarked that the court was “right to rule that states can’t oust parents and children from neutral benefit programs simply because they choose a religious private school.”

As previously reported, former Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren tweeted earlier this year that she opposed funding for private school attendance — especially educational institutions that disagree with homosexual behavior.

“States should focus on funding public schools, not private ones — especially not ones that maintain anti-LGBTQ+ policies,” she wrote. “We must ensure every kid — especially LGBTQ+ kids — can get a high-quality public education.”

DISNEY CELEBRATES PRIDE MONTH, DONATES $100,000 TO “GAY, LESBIAN, STRAIGHT EDUCATION NETWORK”

The Walt Disney Company was among the children’s outlets that celebrated Pride Month in June, featuring dozens of items in its “rainbow Disney collection” section of its store, which notates that the company is donating $100K to GLSEN (the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network), which works to “prompt LGBT cultural inclusion and awareness in K-12 schools.”

Items for sale include the rainbow plush Mickey and Minnie, rainbow Disney sunglasses, rainbow Mickey backpack, a baby onesie with rainbow lettering, a rainbow graphic of Mickey with the word “love” written across his image in cursive, a rainbow-eared Mickey cap, a rainbow-bowed Minnie Mouse headband, rainbow jewelry and a rainbow Disney rain jacket.

“In recognition of Pride Month 2020 and in honor of the Rainbow Disney Collection, Disney is donating $100,000 to GLSEN, a leading education organization working to create safe and inclusive K-12 schools for LGBTQ+ students,” the page also outlines.

The GLSEN, based in New York, says that it works to accomplish its goals of creating an “inclusive school environment … by working in hallways across the country — from Congress and the Department of Education to schools and district offices in your community — to improve school climate and champion LGBT issues in K-12 education.”

The Europe, Middle East and Africa chapter of the Walt Disney Company announced on June 1 that it was “honoring Pride Month 2020” with special products and would likewise make donations to homosexual advocacy groups, such as Diversity Role Models in the United Kingdom, Arelas in Spain and Diversity Munchen in Germany.

“In addition, in honor of Pride Month 2020, Disney Channel has created four pieces of bespoke content featuring talent celebrating Pride and what diversity means to them,” the page outlines. “Running on Disney Channel UK, as well as on Disney Channel’s YouTube channels, the talent includes Disney channel royalty Raven-Symone, the executive producer and star of new spin-off ‘Raven’s Home’, who also appears in a Disney Channel US spot. Other shows to feature are Coop & Cami, Bunk’d and Sydney to the Max.”

Raven-Symone is a homosexual and recently “married” a woman. In the video, she speaks about what Pride means to her, stating, “We are living in a new age where it’s not just black and white anymore. We have purple, red and the entire rainbow.”

“We couldn’t agree more with @ravensymone — #PrideMonth is all about celebrating our authentic selves! #expressyourself,” the outlet wrote in sharing the post to social media on June 15.

It also released a “Disney Pride” musical playlist on Apple Music, YouTube, Spotify and Pandora, featuring music from “High School Musical”, “Frozen”, “The Lion King”, “Aladdin”, “The Thing About Harry” and other productions.

As previously reported, Disney has been increasingly inserting homosexuality into its television and film productions.

In 2017, the preschooler-geared cartoon “Doc McStuffins” featured an animated depiction of the lesbian moms of two children. That same year, the cartoon “Star vs. the Forces of Evil” included a scene where two boys locked lips, as well as two girls.

The season finale of Andi Mack depicted Cyrus and T.J. realizing their feelings for each other and holding hands, and a fleeting clip of two mothers leaving their son for school was also subtly included in the “Toy Story 4” movie.

The Disney-Pixar film “Onward,” which centers on wizardry and necromancy, also features a line where a cyclops police officer — voiced by a homosexual screenwriter — subtly reveals to viewers that she is a lesbian, and the reboot of “DuckTales” recently included a scene depicting character Violet as having two fathers.

Besides its more recent inclusion of homosexuality in its productions, Disney, known for its “Magic Kingdom,” has been recognized for decades for its focus on magic, sorcery and witchcraft, from its early productions of “Fantasia” (1940), “Snow White” (1937) and “Bedknobs and Broomsticks” (1971) to the present-day “Maleficent” (2014 and 2019), “Frozen” (2013 and 2019) and “Onward” (2020). Witchcraft is also forbidden in God’s law.

As previously reported, Ephesians 6:4 teaches that parents are to raise their children “in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” Psalm 78 also outlines that God’s law is to be passed down from generation to generation, that children may not rebel against the Lord as their fathers once did.

“He established a testimony in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel, which He commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children, that the generation to come might know them — even the children which should be born, who should arise and declare them to their children,” it declares.

“That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments, and might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation — a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not steadfast with God.”

The late British preacher Charles Spurgeon once said, “Avoid the appearance of evil. ‘But we must not be too rigid,’ says one. There is no fear of that in these days. You will never go too far in holiness, nor become too like your Lord Jesus. If anybody accuses you of being too strict and precise, do not grieve, but try to deserve the charge.”

“I cannot suppose that at the last great day, our Lord Jesus Christ will say to everyone, ‘You were not worldly enough. You were too jealous over your conduct, and did not sufficiently conform to the world.’ No, my brethren, such a wrong is impossible. He who said, ‘Be ye perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is perfect,’ has set before you a standard beyond which you can never go.”

“’Well, but,’ says one, ‘are we to have no enjoyments?’ My dear friend, the enjoyments which are prepared for Christians are many and great, but they never include sin and folly. Do you call vice and folly enjoyments?”
