Democratic Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer is now asking the federal government to send her hydroxychloroquine just four days after she threatened to revoke the medical licenses of doctors who prescribed it.



Last week, Whitmer sent a letter warning physicians and pharmacists of punishments for the prescribing of hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine despite a major study recommending “COVID-19 patients be treated with hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin to cure their infection and to limit the transmission of the virus to other people in order to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the world.”



Medical professionals were threatened with “administrative action,” with Whitmer claiming that hydroxychloroquine had not met the benchmark for “proof of efficacy.”



How quickly things change. Four days later, Whitmer is now begging the feds to send her hydroxychloroquine.

“We want to ensure that doctors have the ability to prescribe these medicines,” she said. “We also want to make sure that the people who have prescriptions that predated COVID-19 have access to the medication they need. And so all of the work that we’ve done is trying to strike that balance.”

It’s also worth noting that Fox News host Laura Ingraham was forced to delete a tweet that promoted hydroxychloroquine as a COVID-19 cure under threat of suspension despite it already having been approved by the FDA.

In its approval letter, the FDA said, “Based on the totality of scientific evidence available to FDA, it is reasonable to believe that chloroquine phosphate and hydroxychloroquine sulfate may be effective in treating COVID-19.”

Detroit Police’s Corona Crackdown on Christians Outside Abortion Facility Ends With Twin Babies Being Saved

DETROIT — In a video posted to social media, approximately eight uniformed police officers showed up to enforce Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s stay-at-home order against peaceful Christians who were outside of an open abortion facility during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic to reach mothers with biblical truth. The men state that one woman later spared the lives of her twins and walked out of the building during their outreach.



Andrew Belanger, Miles O’Brien and Justin Phillips, who are associated with ONElife for Life, were outside of Scotsdale Women’s Center and Family Planning on Monday when several police cars pulled up to confront them.








“Today, several police officers showed up at the Women’s Health Center in Scotsdale with intentions to intimidate our missionary Andrew. Thankfully, God knew this would happen, and He called our missionaries Justin and Miles to join Andrew today. The officers ordered them all to leave and threatened them with jail time. … In the midst of all of this, God saved twins!”



In the footage, one of the officers warns, “We’re here for a violation of the stay-at-home order by the governor, okay? This isn’t essential to be out right now. … Right now, it’s a $500 fine. If you keep this up after that, we’ll take you to jail.”



One of the men subsequently contends that the order allows residents to go outside and asks why they cannot do so. The officer, who advises that his supervisor is on the way, asks if the men are doing anything “essential” and threatens, “If my boss orders me to lock everybody up, that’s what we’ll do.”



The men tell the officers that is unjust to allow abortion facilities to continue killing unborn children while a few people standing outside to save those babies’ lives are being threatened with arrest.



“Without the law of God, without the fear of God, you won’t know justice,” Phillips states.



“No justice is being carried out for these babies,” Belanger laments to viewers. “They’re more concerned with us coming out holding signs, being voices. But we love these officers; we’re praying for them.”



“We want to obey God. God has commanded us in his word not to murder. And every business is being shut down, deemed non-essential, just about,” he says. “But then you have the abortion mill staying open. And there might be 15 babies inside right now who are scheduled for death.”



The officers outline that they are going to issue the men a ticket, advising that they are just following orders. They argue that “protests” are prohibited because they are not essential, but the abortion facility is considered a medical service — and that conversely is necessary.



“Let me tell you something. This is a medical office. That’s essential,” one officer remarks.



“If I were to say that babies were dying in a place and it was my job to go rescue them, I would say that’s pretty essential,” O’Brien refutes.



But the officers decline to budge, stating that the governor’s order cannot be overruled.



“Murdering babies in this country is essential. It’s an essential business that must continue no matter what. That’s the nation we live in,” Phillips mourns moments later as he speaks to the camera. “We as the Church [have] got to wake up.”



The men then begin to pray for the police officers, some of whom begin to slowly walk away. One who remains in place bows his head.



By the end of the video, the men explain that they spoke to a woman named Jasmine, who is expecting twins and who changed her mind about aborting her children. She received literature from them and exchanged phone numbers, and also showed the Christians her ultrasound.



“God opened her eyes and God softened her heart, and she came out,” Belanger joys. “Amidst all of this [with the police] earlier and God continues to bring encouragement: twins. And I know I’m going to be thinking about this a lot lately.”

Tucker Carlson exposed during a powerful monologue last night how the World Health Organization helped China cover-up the severity of coronavirus and how the U.S. media turned a blind eye.



The Fox News host noted how World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom “got his job with Chinese support after he covered up cholera outbreaks in his home country” of Egypt.



Tedros has denied the allegation, which centered around claims he had downplayed cholera epidemics in Ethiopia in 2006, 2009 and 2011 by passing them off as “acute watery diarrhea,” a symptom of cholera.







The United Nations later said that more lives could have been saved if the epidemic had been accurately labeled as cholera.



Carlson then accused Adhanom of setting the standard for corruption within the WHO by congratulating China for its “speedy” response to coronavirus in late January despite widespread evidence that China covered up the outbreak for over a month, lied about its severity and then silenced whistleblowers who tried to warn the world.



“Everything you just heard him say there was a lie,” said Carlson, highlighting an Australian 60 Minutes piece which features an expert explaining how China knew human to human transmission of COVID-19 had happened back in December.



Indeed, as we previously highlighted, on January 14th, the WHO was amplifying Chinese fake news that no human to human transmission of coronavirus had occurred.

“So the World Health Organization’s leadership tells you that China ‘set the standard’ for the response to the outbreak, apparently that standard includes disappearing doctors who tell the truth about it,” said the Fox News host.



Ai Fen, a doctor at the head of emergency at Wuhan central hospital, asserted that Beijing stopped her from warning the world and subsequently disappeared with her whereabouts being completely unknown.



Pointing out that the U.S. media has completely failed to properly document China’s cover-up of the coronavirus outbreak, Tucker noted how even as late as mid-February officials were seemingly more concerned with political correctness than the spread of the virus.



“In early February, the director of the World Health Organization was still lecturing the public that using terms like ‘Wuhan virus’ was racist,” said Carlson before playing a clip of Adhanom from February 11 in which he asserted that using the wrong name for coronavirus was “stigmatizing.”



“You might think that the World Health Organization, a group that got $58 million of your tax dollars last year might care that a government arrests doctors and lies about deadly new diseases, but no, like so many other organizations they are lapdogs for the powerful and that means their real job is sucking up to the Chinese government,” concluded Carlson.

The deputy prime minister of Japan says that the WHO should be renamed the ‘Chinese Health Organization’ for its role in helping Beijing cover-up the severity of the coronavirus outbreak.



Referring to a petition which now has almost 700,000 signatures calling on WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom to resign, Taro Aso tore into the organization for conspiring with China and failing to stop a global pandemic that could have been prevented.



“People think the World Health Organization should change its name. It shouldn’t be called the WHO, it should be renamed the Chinese Health Organization (CHO). This appeal is truly resonating with the people,” said Aso.



“Early on, if the WHO had not insisted to the world that China had no pneumonia epidemic, then everybody would have taken precautions,” he added, noting that Taiwan had to face coronavirus on its own because it was excluded from the WHO.







Indeed, as we have highlighted, the World Health Organization repeatedly amplified Chinese propaganda that the coronavirus outbreak was under control, including a January 14th tweet which falsely claimed there was no human to human transmission of the disease, despite this having occurred in December.



Throughout January, the WHO praised China for its open and “speedy” response to COVID-19, even as Beijing authorities were silencing and disappearing doctors like Ai Fen who tried to warn the world that China was engaged in a cover-up.



The global health body also repeatedly told countries not to enforce border controls that could have stopped the spread of the virus, instead placing more importance on avoiding the “stigmatization” of Chinese people.

ChiComs Lied About Virus, Affected U.S. Response. Wet Markets Still Selling Animals That Can Carry Pathogen

Red China lied about the Chinese Virus outbreak that at this writing has infected nearly 200,000 Americans and killed more than 4,000.



Three U.S. officials divulged the gist of a classified report to Bloomberg News that says the Chinese Communist government purposely low-balled the figures in their country, which likely affected the U.S. response to it.



The deadly pathogen oozed out of the “wet markets” of Wuhan, where bats and other exotic animals are sold for human consumption.



Frighteningly, London’s Daily Mail reported just days ago that the markets in at least two Chinese cities are open for business and selling dogs, rabbits, and other hapless creatures.



Communist Lies
The White House received the report of the ChiCom lies last week, Bloomberg reported:



China has concealed the extent of the coronavirus outbreak in its country, under-reporting both total cases and deaths it’s suffered from the disease, the U.S. intelligence community concluded in a classified report to the White House, according to three U.S. officials.



The officials asked not to be identified because the report is secret and declined to detail its contents. But the thrust, they said, is that China’s public reporting on cases and deaths is intentionally incomplete. Two of the officials said the report concludes that China’s numbers are fake.



But the bogus numbers are just one problem. 



On Tuesday, as Bloomberg reported, Deborah Birx, Chinese Virus chief for the White House, explained that doctors “interpreted the Chinese data as: This was serious, but smaller than anyone expected.... I think probably we were missing a significant amount of the data, now that we see what happened to Italy and see what happened to Spain.”



And, Bloomberg reported, “China is not the only country with suspect public reporting. Western officials have pointed to Iran, Russia, Indonesia and especially North Korea, which has not reported a single case.... Others including Saudi Arabia and Egypt may also be playing down their numbers.”



Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Bloomberg noted, has told China to fess up and tell the truth.



“This data set matters,” he said on Tuesday. Stopping the virus and saving lives “depends on the ability to have confidence and information about what has actually transpired.”



China Knew Bats Cause Disease
Even worse, the ChiComs could have stopped the outbreak if they had shut down the “wet markets” that not only retail the bats but also even dogs and cats.




Scientific studies concluded that the 2002 SARS epidemic likely started from coronaviruses in bats that made their way to humans in Guangdong province. Chinese tastes favor raw bats, snakes and other animals that are bought live and slaughtered.



Today, bats are suspected as the source for the devastating coronavirus that causes COVID-19. Officially known as SARS-CoV-2, it was first reported in Wuhan, China, in November or December. Wildlife groups have urged Beijing for years to shut down sales and consumption of these animals.



A 2006 paper by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention explained how research into SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) brought a better understanding of virus-infested bats.



“The data obtained so far strongly suggest that bats (horseshoe bats in particular) are most likely the reservoir host of SARS-CoV,” the study said. Bat-linked coronaviruses seem to be species-specific, and SARS-like-CoVs discovered so far are exclusively associated with horseshoe bats, it added.



Conservationists say the only way to stop the spread of virulent pathogens such as the SARS-CoV-2 is to shut down those markets everywhere.



The head of the Wildlife Conservation Society told a website how viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 spread among animals, and then to people, the Times reported:



“The animals are captured in the wild (or alternatively raised on a so-called wildlife farm) and transported to a market, where they interact with other species from other locations,” Mr. Walzer said. “Here, the animals are confined under stressful conditions, exchanging excrements and thus viruses before being slaughtered on-site. This allows for blood and organs to be exposed and increases the interface to humans.”



That hasn’t phased the ChiComs, though.



Thee days ago, the Daily Mail published photos of caged dogs and cats sold for slaughter and human consumption and this reassuring news:



As the pandemic that began in Wuhan forced countries worldwide to go into lockdown, a Mail on Sunday correspondent yesterday watched as thousands of customers flocked to a sprawling indoor market in Guilin, south-west China.



Here cages of different species were piled on top of each other. In another meat market in Dongguan, southern China, another correspondent photographed a medicine seller returning to business on Thursday with a billboard advertising bats — thought to be the cause of the initial Wuhan outbreak — along with scorpions and other creatures.

Let’s Not Waste This Crisis


There appears to be more questions than answers since the Covid-19 global pandemic began threatening the world’s population. As the crisis continues to grow, people are filled with anxiety and fear because they do not know what tomorrow will bring. No one knows if or when a cure for the virus will be available. This is a growing crisis that has grabbed everyone’s attention. Let us not waste it!

The world’s population is dealing with this crisis from two different perspectives. As the number of deaths continues to increase, unbelievers are facing their inescapable mortality without any hope. Christians, on the other hand, have been born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ (1 Pet. 1:3). Unbelievers need to know that “…it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment” (Heb. 9:27). Those who die without Christ will be raised to life and suffer divine justice for their sins. We all must be ready to meet our Creator! Christians must use this strategic opportunity to tell others where they can find forgiveness and sustaining hope for this life and the next. Jesus declared: “…he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life” (John 5:24). Christians must always be ready to give a testimony of God’s grace and mercy along with the hope that we have in Christ (1 Pet. 3:15).

How will the hopeless find out about our Blessed Hope unless we tell them? How will they believe in the all-sufficient Savior unless we share how He is gloriously revealed in Scripture? During this crisis, we need to take advantage of every opportunity to share the Gospel. Since many of our family, friends and neighbors are homebound, they would probably enjoy a phone call to see how we can pray for them and provide spiritual encouragement.
Since we moved into a new neighborhood three years ago, we have been faithfully praying for our neighbors to experience the joy of salvation as we witness to them. The pandemic prompted me to create the following post for our neighborhood Facebook page:
Most of the world has been anxiously concerned about the deadly and highly contagious Corona virus. Many have had time to reflect on their mortality and to consider where they might be one minute after they die. In the spirit of love for all of our neighbors, I would like everyone to be aware that there is another deadly disease that has spread throughout the world and has no human cure. It is sin – “…the soul that sins will surely die” (Ezek. 18:4). We all inherited the consequences of sin from Adam (Rom. 5:12). While there is no human cure for the deadly disease of sin, there is one divine cure which is available free for the asking because of a love story, written in blood, on a wooden cross, two thousand years ago. Jesus Christ died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God (1 Peter 3:18). The divine cure for sin can only be received God’s way, and that is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone according to Scripture alone. Those who die without the cure will experience the second death which is the eternal lake of fire (Rev. 20:14). If anyone would like more information about what the Bible says about these vitally important issues, please let me know.

There are many other ways to share the Gospel. We can engage telephone solicitors with biblical truth before they make their pitch. Ask them, “Do you know where you will spend eternity?” One of two things will happen and both of them are good! They will either be interested in what you have to say or they will hang up on you. This is also a great time to share Gospel tracts. Let us not waste this crisis! The spreading of God’s grace is to be our response to the spreading of the Corona virus. Let us be faithful ambassadors for the Lord Jesus Christ “…so that the grace which is spreading to more and more people may cause the giving of thanks to abound to the glory of God” (2 Cor. 4:15). 

The Most Cruel and Hideous Paradox

The most cruel and hideous paradox in our country today is that we have given women the choice to have babies ripped out their wombs and murdered, while at the same time, our nation is doing everything possible to save people from Covid-19. We all need to know that everyone is made in the image and likeness of God and He is our creator and sustainer (Gen. 1:26-27). No one has the right to take the life of another because God hates “hands that shed innocent blood” (Prov. 6:16-17). He says, “Whoever sheds man’s blood, by man his blood shall be shed” (Gen. 9:6). 


The most dangerous place for a baby to be is in the womb of its mother. It is a national tragedy and disgrace that almost 20% of pregnancies end in abortion. Some of our government leaders need to repent of their wicked ways and pass laws that will protect the unborn. If they refuse, they need to be voted out of office. Can there be anything more brutal and wicked than torturing and slaughtering defenseless babies? More than 1,000 babies have their lives terminated every day because women have been given the choice to do so. Over 61 million precious babies have been murdered since Roe vs. Wade. 


What is wrong with our country? How can we ask God to bless our nation when we have turned our back on Him? Let us pray to our Sovereign Lord that He will put an end to abortion in America.

Pope Gives Special Indulgence through the Media


Pope Francis said, “All those who spiritually join this moment of prayer through the media will be granted the plenary indulgence” according to certain conditions. A plenary indulgence remits all temporal punishment due to sin, but must be accompanied by full detachment from sin. In this case, the person must also fulfill the ordinary conditions of an indulgence, which are sacramental confession, reception of the Eucharist, and prayer for the intentions of the pope, by having the will to satisfy the conditions as soon as possible for them. To receive the indulgence, a person may offer at least a half hour of adoration before the Blessed Sacrament or the recitation of the rosary “to implore from the Almighty God an end to the epidemic, relief for those who are suffering.” The pope also encouraged his flock to offer prayers to Mary for protection and to seek refuge under her protection.
Mike’s Comment. Tragically, the false teachings of this pope continue to lead Catholics down the wide road to destruction. Catholics need to know the punishment for sin is eternal, not temporal. They need to look to the one and only true Head of the church who said, “…repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations” (Luke 24:47). Catholics need to repent and turn to God, not Mary. King David declared: “He (God) only is my rock and my salvation, My stronghold; I shall not be shaken.

If you’ve been watching the news, you’ve probably noticed the push among Democrats to set prisoners free in cities like Philadelphia, New York City, and Chicago amid the coronavirus outbreak. Democrats — who never let a good crisis go to waste — have argued that the coronavirus outbreak could overwhelm the prison system and we would be unable to maintain a healthy environment for prisoners to live.






Their solution: let thousands of violent criminals out into the streets of already crime-ridden cities during times when police have already been ordered to prioritize the enforcement of the law and leave citizens — who aren’t even allowed to buy guns during the epidemic — to fend for themselves.



Brilliant move. And, well, Southern Baptist Ethicist, Russell Moore has already expressed his agreement with this sentiment.



Last November, Moore joined Prison Fellowship activists to begin a push to set prisoners free. Below is what I wrote at the time:



When the church abandons the gospel for social activism, Russell Moore is what you end up with.



Russell Moore isn’t a Christian leader, he’s a political activist — and a far-left one at that. Russell Moore is the head of the Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) and a political change agent. A former Democratic staff member, Moore has taken his leftist political ideology and transformed the Southern Baptist Convention into a progressive organization wrought with anti-Christian ideologies such as Critical Race Theory.



Putting a Christian facade over these progressive ideas and cloaking them in Bible verses, Moore has been able to turn a large portion of the once conservative denomination into a religious organization that now largely elevates social issues such as financial and economic equality over and above biblical issues such as abortion and homosexuality.



Now, Russell Moore has joined with a progressive Christian social justice prison organization that advocates for lower sentencing for criminals in an effort to lower the imprisonment rate.

Their position on drug crimes states that they believe that “federal and state drug penalties are often disproportional to the crime” and that they support “critically evaluating how drug penalties may play a role in contributing to racial disparities.”



















They also believe in raising the felony threshold for larceny.



Comparing the civil justice system to the cross is a foolish move, at best. The Church and the civil government are two separate God-ordained institutions for a reason. The Church is to show compassion by preaching the gospel to the lost while the civil government is to wield the sword of authority (Romans 13:4).



Telling the Church that we need to support setting prisoners free because Jesus set us free at the cross is just plain dumb. The issue here is that Russell Moore likes to call his arbitrary acts of social justice “gospel mandates,” and since he gets to decide what constitutes a “gospel mandate,” he gets to add to the gospel. The Bible does not call the church to interfere with the civil government’s justice system. The Bible does not call the church to fight for economic equality for all people. The Church is called to proclaim the gospel and point to Christ.

At least two North Carolina counties around the Charlotte, NC area have now made it a crime punishable by up to 60 days in jail to gather in churches and other settings of more than 10 people while exempting what is deemed “essential businesses.” Abortion clinics remain open.



Reformation Charlotte recently confirmed with Charlotte’s largest abortion clinic that they are still accepting patients and making appointments. Despite the stay-at-home orders issued by both Mecklenburg County and Cabarrus County, abortion clinics are considered essential since they are considered “health care” centers, despite the fact that they only perform killing-on-demand services.



The orders issued by Mecklenburg County and Cabarrus County read nearly identical, stating “Any person violating any prohibition or restriction imposed by this proclamation as authorized by the Joint Proclamation of State of Emergency shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor in accordance with NCGS §14-288.20A,” which carries a maximum penalty of sixty days in jail and a $1,000 fine.



Two of the clauses that exempt abortion clinics among other “health” facilities include, To engage in activities or perform tasks essential to their health and safety, or to the health and safety of their family or household members (including, but not limited to, pets), such as, by way of example only and without limitation, seeking emergency services, obtaining medical supplies or medication, or visiting a health care professional for medical services that cannot be provided virtually.



and, To perform work providing essential products and services at Essential Businesses or Operations (which, as defined below, includes Healthcare and Public Health Operations, Human Services Operations, Essential Governmental Functions, and Essential Infrastructure) or to otherwise carry out activities specifically permitted in this Executive Order, including Minimum Basic Operations.



When the government gets to decide what is “essential” and what is not, we may as well burn the constitution up and forget about it. The constitution does not allow for a mandate against religious gatherings and the governments have overstepped their boundaries by issuing such an order and classing it as a crime punishable under the state penal code. It’s one thing to strongly suggest but to order such a mandate is unconstitutional and illegal.

While the vast majority of church leaders have rolled over on their backs with their legs up in the air over the last few weeks in submission to government mandates that churches be shut down during the coronavirus outbreak — despite the fact that liquor stores and abortion clinics have been deemed essential services — one Louisiana pastor is being charged with six misdemeanors for defying the Louisiana state governor’s orders.







KLTV reports “On Tuesday, March 31, Chief Roger Corcoran with Central Police Department issued Mark Anthony Spell, (Aka: Tony Spell), pastor of Life Tabernacle Church in Central, a misdemeanor summons for six counts of violating the governor’s executive order (LA R.S. 29:724E) following his decision to host multiple large gatherings.”



The question we need to be asking is how much of our religious freedoms are we willing to hand over to elected officials despite the fact that our civil government’s highest authority protects our freedom to assemble and denies government any authority to stifle that freedom in any way?



Can a pastor be charged with a misdemeanor if what he is doing is protected by the Constitution? As Christians, perhaps we can make the argument that it is unwise to assemble in these situations but in regards to legality, there is no case that can be made that religious assembly — even under the most deadly of circumstances — is illegal. The 1 amendment — the most important and foundational of our basic inalienable rights — clearly states,



Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.



Should Christians stand idly by as we watch governments around the nation strip this basic freedom from us? Should we assume that the end game is the restriction of all religious rights? Does this set the precedent that the government has the authority to ban religion based on a subjective notion to “protect” our health or safety? These are all questions that need to be addressed.







These freedoms and rights were not granted to us by government but by God himself — hence the term “inalienable,” The Constitution of the United States was put in place and ratified by the states to protect these inalienable rights. Millions of Americans have died in war after war to protect these freedoms. And now we’re being told by our church leaders to stand back and obey the civil authorities who tell us not to assemble or face criminal charges.



When does this end? How far will we go? How much will we lose? Is this worth it?

U.S.A. -(AmmoLand.com)- An Executive Order from Governor Northam has shut down all indoor shooting ranges, classifying them as “entertainment.” Practicing a life-saving skill or learning how to safely shoot a firearm is NOT entertainment!



Virginia Citizens Defense League members have been contacting the Governor and asking him to take the indoor gun ranges off the entertainment list.



So far all we've had is crickets chirping.



On Friday, the William J. Olson law firm sent a letter to the Governor on VCDL's behalf. Click here to read the letter.



Over the weekend the Federal Department of Homeland Security sent out an advisory that gun ranges are to be considered critical infrastructure. This morning Olson sent another letter on Virginia Citizens Defense League's behalf with that new information. Click here to read that second letter.



Still nothing but crickets.



I have requested that the Virginia Citizens Defense League Board of Directors approve a lawsuit that would have a stay on the closing of indoor shooting ranges. If the Board approves, we will move forward quickly.



If you know the owners of any indoor shooting ranges and they are interested in participating in the lawsuit, have them contact me (president@vcdl.org). If you are a paying member of an indoor range, you might also consider contributing to the fight as soon as we announce that the lawsuit is in motion.



These ranges CANNOT afford to stay closed until June. Some of these ranges have millions of dollars invested in them. We HAVE to protect the indoor ranges or we will have very few places to shoot in the future, even after the ban is lifted.

This is patently unconstitutional and unlikely to stand, but de Blasio’s omission is noteworthy. As he has assiduously courted support from Muslim advocates and Islamic groups, it is unlikely that the existence of mosques in New York just slipped his mind. He threatens those whom he knows are susceptible to threats, and not those among whom are some people who are not only his allies but who are unlikely to submit to either the coronavirus prohibitions or his threats.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio warned the Jewish community, again, not to hold services in the synagogues. Failing cooperation, he said, permanent closure would be the next step.



Although many shuls have closed in deference to the city’s COVID-19 coronavirus restrictions, some have not and instead continued to hold minyanim despite the city’s orders to close in order to prevent the spread of the virus.



“We’ve had extraordinary, across the board rabbinical support from all the different elements of the Jewish community and the same is true of other faiths as well, de Blasio said at his daily news briefing on Friday.



“A small number religious communities, specific churches, specific synagogues are unfortunately not paying attention to this guidance even though it’s so widespread. So I want to say to all those who are preparing for the potential of religious services this weekend, if you go to your synagogue, if you go to your church, and attempt to hold services after having been told so often not to, our enforcement agents will have no choice but to shut down those services.



“I don’t say that with any joy. It’s the last thing I would like to do, because I understand how important people’s faiths are to them, and we need our faith in this time of crisis. But we do not need gatherings that will endanger people.”



“Everyone has been instructed that if they see worship services going on, they will go to the officials of that congregation and inform them that they need to stop the services and disperse.



“If that does not happen, they will take additional action up to the point of fines and potentially closing the building permanently. Again, that will begin this weekend….

As the economic crisis created by the coronavirus deepens, it is astounding that these Senators think this is a good use of the taxpayers’ money. Once this money arrived in the PA and Gaza, it would be used almost exclusively to line the pockets of various officials and to pay expenses related to the ongoing jihad against Israel.

A group of Democratic senators called for the U.S. State Department to reverse its policy and give funding to the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.



Democratic Senators Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Tom Udall (D-NM), Jeff Merkley (D-OR), Tom Carper (D-DE), and Sherrod Brown (D-OH) sent a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo requesting that the government reverse its policy and resume giving monetary aid to the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria and the Hamas-led government in Gaza.



“Given the spread of the coronavirus in the West Bank and Gaza, the extreme vulnerability of the health system in Gaza, and the continued withholding of U.S. aid to the Palestinian people, we are concerned that the Administration is failing to take every reasonable step to help combat this public health emergency in the Palestinian Territories,” the letter read.



The Democratic politicians seek to squeeze $75 million in aid to the Hamas-led government in Gaza and the PA in Judea and Samaria under the guise of the FY 2020 Appropriations Act.



It should be noted that President Trump slashed funding to the PA in 2018 as per the Taylor Force Act, also known as the Anti-Terrorism Clarification Act (ATCA), that cuts some aid to the Palestinians until they end stipends to terrorists and the families of slain attackers.



In 2016, the PA paid out about $303 million in stipends and other benefits to the families of so-called “martyrs”. The funds are disbursed by the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO/Fatah). The families of convicted Palestinians serving time in Israeli prisons receive $3,000 or higher per month, higher than the average Palestinian wage.



Any monies that go to Gaza must necessarily go through the government which is run by Hamas. Hamas, recognized by the U.S. as a terrorist organization, was elected as the ruling party in Gaza in 2006. Gaza receives billions of dollars of humanitarian aid, much of which is usurped by the Hamas government for use in terrorist infrastructures….
