Trump freezes federal pay raises citing ‘serious economic conditions’

The idea that the FBI, as cowed, clueless, and compromised as it is, is riddled with “Islamophobia” is absurd beyond measure. This lawsuit is a clear attempt to hamstring and destroy even the feeble counterterror efforts that the FBI is pursuing today, which will have the effect of clearing away still more obstacles in the way of the advancing jihad. I’ve said for years that Hamas-linked CAIR has opposed every counterterror measure that has ever been proposed or implemented, and this lawsuit is further confirmation of that fact.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations filed suit on August 8 against Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other federal agencies, which it accuses of creating “a kind of second-class citizenship” for American Muslims.
The lawsuit argues these agencies use an interagency watchlisting system that separates American Muslims from their children, denies them employment opportunities, prevents them from traveling by air, and rejects or delays their immigration benefits.
CAIR’s challenge comes months after an annual report on the status of civil rights for Muslims in the United States, which found more Islamophobic episodes were instigated by federal agencies than either hate groups or individual bigots.
The report, based on complaints made to or investigated by CAIR, found the number of anti-Muslim incidents rose 17 percent between 2016 and 2017. It described some of the personal experiences of discrimination.
“Targeting by Customs and Border Protection” ranked within the five most prevalent kinds of abuse in 2017–a first since CAIR began issuing its annual report. CBP-related incidents outpaced even hate crimes to become the second most common type of discrimination last year.
CBP’s Islamophobia most frequently takes the form of racial profiling and invasion of privacy, explained Zainab Arain, a CAIR research and advocacy coordinator and author of the organization’s most recent civil rights report.
“Muslim travelers are often taken to secondary inspection and questioned about their background, their communication, and their contacts in the United States,” Arain shared. “They are asked religious questions that have nothing to do with the mission of CBP, which is to determine if individuals are lawfully permitted to enter the country.”
Besides being an abuse of power by CBP, Arain emphasized the unconstitutional nature of religious questioning.
“They are also seizing and searching people’s electronics at the border without probable cause,” Arain continued. “If someone refuses to unlock their device, CBP will often take it from the individual and keep it to jailbreak.”
Unlike CBP, the FBI has regularly appeared as a leading perpetrator of anti-Muslim discrimination in CAIR’s annual reports, most recently coming in fourth place.
The FBI’s targeting of Muslims most often involves unwarranted surveillance of and unjustified visits to mosques, homes, and workplaces to question people about their social networks and religious beliefs.
“Questions include: Do you know so-and-so at your masjid? Do you know anybody who is ‘radicalized?’ What do you think about such-and-such imam? What are your thoughts about this school of religious thought?” explained Arain. “Such behavior discourages Muslims from exercising their first amendment right to free practice of religion because they feel threatened.”
Taken together, federal agencies were responsible for 35 percent of all documented complaints–more than any other category, including harassment, hate crimes, and employment discrimination.
In its report, CAIR attributes this “almost unprecedented level of government hostility toward a religious minority” to the presidency of Donald Trump in general and his multiple executive orders banning Muslim travel to the U.S., which spurred 18 percent of all recorded Islamophobic incidents from 2017….
U.S.A. –-(Ammoland.com)- The Immigration and Nationality Act mandates that all immigrants and refugees undergo a medical screening examination to determine whether they have an inadmissible health condition. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has technical instructions for medical examination of prospective immigrants in their home countries before they are permitted to enter the U.S. They are screened for communicable and infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis, polio, measles, mumps and HIV. They are also tested for syphilis, gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted diseases. The CDC also has medical screening guidelines for refugees. These screenings are usually performed 30 to 90 days after refugees arrive in the United States.
But what about people who enter our country illegally? The CDC specifically cites the possibility of the cross-border movement of HIV, measles, pertussis, rubella, rabies, hepatitis A, influenza, tuberculosis, shigellosis and syphilis.
Chris Cabrera, a Border Patrol agent in South Texas, warned: “What’s coming over into the U.S. could harm everyone. We are starting to see scabies, chickenpox, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infections and different viruses.”
Some of the youngsters illegally entering our country are known to be carrying lice and suffering from various illnesses. Because there have been no medical examinations of undocumented immigrants, we have no idea how many are carrying infectious diseases that might endanger American children when these immigrants enter schools across our nation.
According to the CDC, in most industrialized countries, the number of cases of tuberculosis and the number of deaths caused by TB steadily declined during the 100 years prior to the mid-1980s. Since the ’80s, immigrants have reversed this downward trend in countries that have had substantial levels of immigration from areas where the disease is prevalent.
In 2002, the CDC said: “Today, the proportion of immigrants among persons reported as having TB exceeds 50 percent in several European countries, including Denmark, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland. A similar proportion has been predicted for the United States”.
The number of active TB cases among American-born citizens declined from an estimated 17,725 in 1986 to 3,201 in 2015. That was an 80 percent drop. Data reported to the National Tuberculosis Surveillance System show that the TB incidence among foreign-born people in the United States (15.1 cases per 100,000) is approximately 13 times the incidence among U.S.-born people (1.2 cases per 100,000). Those statistics refer to immigrants who are legally in the U.S. There is no way for us to know the incidence of tuberculosis and other diseases carried by those who are in our country illegally and hence not subject to medical examination.
This public health issue is ignored by all those Americans championing sanctuary cities. The public health issue is also ignored by Americans clamoring for open borders, and that includes many of my libertarian friends. By the way, in the late 19th century and early 20th century, when masses of European immigrants were trying to enter our country, those with dangerous diseases were turned back from Ellis Island. Americans hadn’t “progressed” to the point of thinking that anyone in the world has a legal right to live in America. Neither did they think that it was cruel or racist to take measures to prevent our fellow Americans from catching diseases from foreigners.
But aside from diseases, there is the greater threat of welcoming to our shores people who have utter contempt for Western values and want to import anti-Western values to our country, such as genital mutilation, honor killings and the oppression of women. Many libertarian types make the argument that we would benefit from open borders when it comes to both people and goods. That vision ignores the important fact that when we import, say, tomatoes from Mexico, as opposed to people, to the U.S., they are not going to demand that we supply them with welfare benefits.
The bottom line is that we Americans have a right to decide who enters our country and under what conditions. If we forgo that right, we cease to be a sovereign nation. But that may not be important to some Americans.

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio —A “Whom to Leave Behind” assignment given to students at a public middle school in Ohio has generated controversy as it asks youth to choose 8 people from a list of 12 whose lives will be saved in a hypothetical situation in which the Earth will be destroyed.
According to reports, the exercise was recently assigned to students at Roberts Middle School in Cuyahoga Falls and emanated from the University of Houston’s Diversity Activities Resource Guide.
“The twelve persons listed below have been selected as passengers on a spaceship for a flight to another planet because tomorrow the planet Earth is doomed for destruction,” it reads. “Due to changes in space limitations, it has now been determined that only eight persons may go.”
The assignment then asks students to select the eight who will be placed on the spaceship, ranking them by number as to who is the “most deserving.”
“On your own, take approximately 5 minutes and rank order of the passengers from one to twelve based on those who you feel are most deserving to make the trip with one being most deserving and twelve being least deserving,” it instructs.
The class is then to come together and decide as a group who will make the trip.
Those on the list are:
“An accountant with a substance abuse problem, a militant African-American medical student, a 33-year-old Native American manager who does not speak English, the accountant’s pregnant wife, a famous novelist with a physical disability, a 21-year-old female Muslim international student, a Hispanic clergyman who is against homosexuality, a female movie star who was recently the victim of sexual assault, a racist armed police officer who has been accused of using excessive force, a homosexual male professional athlete, an Asian orphaned 12-year-old boy, a 60-year-old Jewish university administrator.”
Sixth Ward Councilman Adam Miller told local television station Fox 8 Cleveland that his office has been receiving calls from concerned parents who object to the assignment. He says that he can understand the frustration as he finds the exercise as being inappropriate for children, and carrying the potential to plant prejudice and stereotypes in their minds.
“[Discussions about diversity] are important and I encourage them to continue these type of discussions, but I felt this particular assignment with some of the language used and not consulting with parents prior could lend to a lot of confusion,” Miller told the outlet, “and in my opinion, [it could] just kind of implant certain stereotypes and judgments within these young kids’ minds that they shouldn’t be having at this young age.”
“They shouldn’t have to rank these people,” also remarked parent Tia Salchak, whose son was among those given the assignment. “Everything in here is very judgmental and all these stereotypes—they are just negative stereotypes and I don’t think it’s appropriate.”
She said that her son didn’t feel comfortable with numbering anyone on the list.
While an investigation was launched into the matter and the assignment has been scrapped going forward, Superintendent Todd Nichols has also defended the exercise, outlining that it was rather meant to be a positive life lesson to promote diversity. He believes that parents have missed the point.
“With regard to the assignment recently issued by a teacher at Roberts Middle School, it is important to provide context,” he said in a statement posted to the Cayuga Falls School District website. “One of the district’s goals this year is training in the areas of diversity awareness and social justice. In this case, the intent of this assignment aligned with the goals of the district and was issued in four seventh and eighth-grade classes.”
“The intent of this lesson was to engage in an activity in diversity designed to promote tolerance and break down stereotypes,” Nichols wrote, stating that it was meant for students to better understand each other. “It is the responsibility of a 21st-century educator to deliver a holistic education to all of their students. In Cuyahoga Falls, one of our objectives is to engage in conversations concerning diversity and social justice.”
He apologized for any offense that the assignment caused.
“Unfortunately, some parents were upset and concerned by this particular assignment and thought it was not age-appropriate,” Nichols said. “The teacher and district offer their most sincere apologies for the offense caused by the content used in this assignment. Future assignments on this topic will be more carefully selected.”
The teacher who issued the exercise has been identified as Richard Perich. He has not commented to the media about the matter.

USA – –(AmmoLand.com)- No discussion of gun control goes for very long before someone mentions Nazis. Yet surprisingly little historical research has delved into what the Nazis actually did, both in prewar Germany and in the countries that fell before the invading Nazi armies.
With his recently-released Gun Control in Nazi-occupied France and its 2014 predecessor, Gun Control in the Third Reich. Dr. Stephen Halbrook has started mining a long-ignored vein in the history of World War II.
That historians have so carefully avoided the topic for so long is remarkable in itself. Dr. Halbrook avoids accusations, but he succeeds in gently raising the question of why the topic has been ignored. It just might be that academic backers of “common sense” restrictions on guns find it uncomfortable to see policies they favor being modeled by the archetype of totalitarian government.
Whatever the reason, the topic has gone virtually unstudied for the past seven decades. Halbrook’s work is a good start on remedying that lack of scholarship.
Working from a trove of historical source documents in French and German, and from questionnaires he sent to veterans of the French Resistance, Dr. Halbrook has produced a detailed and meticulously researched picture of how the invading Nazis viewed arms in the hands of ordinary Frenchmen, and the steps they undertook to eradicate what they considered a menace to the success of their occupation.
Despite academia choosing to avoid the topic, the Nazi policies made an impression on WWII GIs and on the folks back home. The idea of “gun control” was foreign to most American ground-pounders, but they saw and heard of the atrocities committed by the Nazis against ordinary people for the crime of keeping a gun handy – proving to those unsophisticated “grunts” just how badly those guns were needed. As the Nazi blitzkrieg rolled across the low countries into France, they followed the same procedure in each town they entered. Upon subduing a town, soldiers immediately put up posters in the local language ordering that all guns be turned in, usually including threats of execution. Where registration records were available, the Nazis referred to the records and paid visits to the addresses they found there.
It was these oft-repeated, but rarely verified stories that made an impression on the American GIs, and that led to gun registration being political poison through the postwar years. One such story, this one set not in France, but in Belgium, was related by a refugee-turned-soldier, to my late father, Neal Knox. For years Dad told the story of The Belgian Corporal, usually after dinner with friends when someone asked him how he got into the fight for the Second Amendment. Dad committed the story to print only once or twice, partly because he could not substantiate the tale, and because he did not want the story to become trite.
What is undeniable is the impact that the story had on Dad and on our family. What is now also undeniable is the outline of that story, where a registered gun that could not be found led to an entire family being machine-gunned in the town square, was repeated not only in Belgium, but in France, the Netherlands, and without any doubt, in Czechoslovakia, Poland, and elsewhere.
The French gun registration law was moved into place with the best of intentions, as all such laws are.
A global depression was in full swing in 1935, and crime was high – a handy excuse for disarming the populace. The real reason, however, was that revolution was in the air, and fights between armed extremists were all too common. The French government saw it prudent to register the guns in order to confiscate them if need be. The politician who pushed the French registration law was none other than Pierre Laval, who would later lead the Vichy puppet regime, and would eventually be shot as a collaborator. The German Wehrmacht would find those registration records quite handy as they moved in to administer their new puppet state.
French Citizens Surrender Guns to Nazis
Halbrook’s book details the almost comical swings between orders to turn in guns or be shot followed by amnesties to turn in guns with no questions, followed again by death threats against those who failed to report those who had guns, followed by more amnesties. I say “almost comical” because the matter was serious business. Thousands lost their lives. Trees that served as stakes where condemned gun owners were tied up and shot fell over, cut down by the daily barrages of the firing squads. Yet the French people, especially those in rural areas, defied the orders hiding their own guns or passing them on to the Resistance.
The Nazis lack of success in making France a “gun-free zone” might provide a lesson for current politicians. A good portion of Frenchmen did not give up their guns in the face of firing squads. The low rates of compliance with registration laws in California, New York, and Connecticut really should not be all that surprising.
Stephen Halbrook’s Gun Control in Nazi Occupied-France: Tyranny And Resistance is an important book, one that deserves a place on the bookshelf of anyone who holds the Second Amendment dear. The history of the Nazis and their gun control should not be buried in obscure footnotes. It should be readily available and studied for the important lessons that can be learned and applied today. Halbrook’s books are a great start.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met with Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini in

This is the kind of cohesion needed more among Western leaders in defense of free societies. Salvini stated:
“We are close to a historic turning point for the future of Europe: today a journey of meetings begins, there will be many others….The goal is to achieve a different Europe… which puts the right to work, health, and security in the center.”
Orban also stood “shoulder to shoulder” with Poland in resisting the EU’s migrant quotas, and now he has promised “all our help” in defending Italy’s borders. One would think that the Catholic Church should take an interest in preserving the Judeo-Christian roots of Italy and its security, but instead, the Church has become one of Islam’s loudest boosters.
When Viktor Orban won his third term in April, he vowed a “big fight ahead,” and he is now in the process of building a “constitutional order based on national and Christian foundations.”

“The security of the European Union depends on Salvini’s success and we urge him not to flinch,” Mr. Orbán said, referring to Salvini’s staunch opposition to illegal immigration.
Orbán also promised “all our help” in defending Italy’s borders.
“We are close to a historic turning point for the future of Europe: today a journey of meetings begins, there will be many others,” Mr. Salvini said after the encounter. The goal is to achieve “a different Europe,” he said, which “puts the right to work, health, and security in the center.”
Prior to the meeting, Orban told journalists he is a “great admirer” of Mr. Salvini.
“He is my hero,” he said, as well as calling him “a companion of my destiny.”
Earlier Tuesday, Salvini singled out both Hungary’s impressive economic reform and its effective immigration policies under the Orbán government as a model for Italy and Europe.
“At this point the left exists only to insult me and defend a banker-led EU and boundless immigration,” Salvini tweeted Tuesday before meeting with Mr. Orbán in Milan.
“In Hungary, unemployment is under 5 percent, the flat tax for business is at 9 percent and at 15 percent for individuals, immigration is under control, and the economy has been growing at 4 percent,” he added…..
Protecting Catholics and others who are brutalized or even killed by Muslim migrants? No, that’s not part of the Pope’s “bigger agenda.”
But it is a real concern. Somali Muslim migrant Mohammad Barry in February 2016 stabbed multiple patrons at a restaurant owned by an Israeli Arab Christian; Ahmad Khan Rahami, an Afghan Muslim migrant, in September 2016 set off bombs in New York City and New Jersey; Arcan Cetin, a Turkish Muslim migrant, in September 2016 murdered five people in a mall in Burlington, Washington; Dahir Adan, another Somali Muslim migrant, in October 2016 stabbed mall shoppersin St. Cloud while screaming “Allahu akbar”; and Abdul Razak Artan, yet another Somali Muslim migrant, in November 2016 injured nine people with car and knife attacks at Ohio State University. 72 jihad terrorists have come to the U.S. from the countries listed in Trump’s initial immigration ban.
What’s more, all of the jihadis who murdered 130 people in Paris in November 2015 had just entered Europe as refugees. In February 2015, the Islamic State boasted it would soon flood Europe with as many as 500,000 refugees. The Lebanese Education Minister said in September 2015 that there were 20,000 jihadis among the refugees in camps in his country. On May 10, 2016, Patrick Calvar, the head of France’s DGSI internal intelligence agency, said that the Islamic State was using migrant routes through the Balkans to get jihadis into Europe.

“Raw Interview: Cardinal Cupich Responds to Questions About Cardinal McCarrick and Bombshell Vigano Memo,” by Mary Ann Ahern, NBC Chicago, August 28, 2018:
Cardinal Blase Cupich spoke to NBC 5 about the explosive allegations of a former high-ranking church official who claims the Pope knew about charges of sexual misconduct against an American cardinal and says that cardinal was responsible for Cupich’s appointment in Chicago.
“The Pope has a bigger agenda,” Cardinal Cupich said. “He’s got to get on with other things, of talking about the environment and protecting migrants and carrying on the work of the church. We’re not going to go down a rabbit hole on this….Quite frankly they also don’t like him because he’s a Latino.”
Following remarks made by President condemning Antifa as a violent group who may seek to ‘overturn’ his administration’s policies, CNN and MSNBC both aired programming that directly defended the notorious leftist group and claimed that it is Trump who is really the purveyor of violence.
At a dinner with evangelical leaders, the president said the following:
“It’s not a question of like or dislike, it’s a question that they will overturn everything that we’ve done and they will do it quickly and violently. And violently. There is violence. When you look at Antifa- these are violent people.”
Despite the countless examples of Antifa engaging in violence toward its political ends, MSNBC host Chuck Todd insisted that the President was echoing crazed “conspiracies” of “Trump voters” and claimed Antifa was only “an issue in Portland, Oregon” and “some places else,” adding “this is not a giant issue.”
“If it’s Tuesday, President Trump is warning there will be violence if Republicans lose the midterms,” Todd said, adding “the President is apparently trying to scare voters into wanting to support the GOP.”
“I think he just wants to rationalize violence,” Todd declared.
Over at CNN, before analyst Jeffrey Toobin ridiculously asserted it was racist to criticize Antifabecause they are a “widely perceived as an African-American organization,” leftist talking head Angela Rye described Antifa as the right’s “favorite boogeyman”.
When Rye asked Pro-Trump commentator Steve Cortes for examples of times when Antifa has engaged in violence, he started to reel them off, which angered her into the default leftist position of ‘Trump is a violent racist’.
“I’m sorry that you didn’t want to answer the way that I hoped you would, which was honestly and that was with a number,” Rye said to Cortes.
“That’s how the left operates, isn’t it? If I answer the way you want, you’re tolerant of my view. Otherwise, you’re not tolerant. Because that’s liberal intolerance.” Cortes shot back.
Rye stated that rather then Antifa, it is Trump who “consistently urges violence” and “consistently trolls women of color on Twitter”.
A CNN interview meant to pay tribute to the late Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) went off the rails after host Alisyn Camerota tried to turn the segment into a Trump bashing event.
CNN invited former New Hampshire Governor John Sununu on Monday to discuss McCain’s life, but the interview took a bizarre turn after Camerota brought up the White House not issuing an official statement on McCain’s passing.
Sununu, who also served as Chief of Staff under former President George H.W. Bush, criticized CNN and liberal media for making McCain’s passing about Trump and not about honoring McCain.
“That was printed in the Washington Post,” Sununu said. “And I have to be honest with you, I don’t give much credence to what I read –”
“We also have that reporting,” Camerota said.
“Yeah, well, same thing applies, Alisyn.”
That triggered Camerota, who appeared to control her anger as she took a deep breath and long pause.
“Governor…” Camerota said, “…you come on CNN, and we appreciate you coming on CNN and we appreciate your take on it. But I don’t appreciate you denigrating our reporting. We have excellent reporters here.”
She went on to ask Sununu if he was choosing not to believe CNN’S reporting.
“You asked me to come on to talk about John McCain,” Sununu said. “I’m here to talk about John McCain as I remember him. I’m not here to talk about the press’s handling of a difference between the White House and the press corps at this time.”
“It’s not the press’s handling, it’s President Trump’s handling of John McCain’s death,” Camerota snapped.
Sununu went on to say McCain was a “great American,” and that he didn’t come on CNN to “play political games that some of the press want to play.”
“Just to be clear, we don’t see it as a game,” Camerota said.
It can no longer be denied that there is a coordinated, sustained agenda to censor and silence conservatives by social media Silicon Valley giants as part of a giant election meddling scheme.
It is widely acknowledged that Facebook and Google both backed both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in the last two presidential elections.
Obama’s former campaign director openly admitted Facebook was “on our side” during the 2012 campaign.
Wikileaks emails also reveal that Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg wanted Hillary Clinton to win “badly” and visited her multiple times.
The Podesta emails also prove “a relationship with Schmidt dating back to at least 2008 and show that Google loaned its jet to members of Clinton’s campaign staff on several occasions.”
It is also documented that there are at least 45 Facebook employees who, “had previously worked or volunteered with the Hillary campaigns, the Obama campaigns, or the Obama White House and are now employed by Facebook, Facebook-owned companies, or the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative.”
These political connections demolish the “it’s just a private company” argument and they also illustrate how the silencing of conservatives is a deliberate effort to help the Democrats’ election prospects.
A leaked internal Facebook message board post also revealed how conservatives within the company have become irate at its censorious nature.
“We are a political monoculture that’s intolerant of different views,” said the post. “We claim to welcome all perspectives, but are quick to attack — often in mobs — anyone who presents a view that appears to be in opposition to left-leaning ideology.”
While CNN claims that censorship of conservatives is a conspiracy theory and that President Trump’s claim that Big Tech silencing independent voices is “false,” the multitude of evidence suggests otherwise.
Just look at the sheer number of right-leaning commentators, political candidates and news outlets that have been hit with bans, suspensions or other censorship.

– Robert Spencer: Mastercard pressured Patreon to remove Spencer’s payment processing facility on unsupported accusations of violence-promotion.

– Milo Yiannopolous: Banned by Twitter before the 2016 election for stridently criticizing a Ghostbusters movie and one of its stars, Leslie Jones.
– Swedish right-wing political parties: YouTube has repeatedly deleted right-wing content on the eve of Sweden’s national election.
This list is by no means exhaustive. There are innumerable other examples.
Let’s also recall James O’Keefe’s exposé which showed eight current and former Twitter employees explaining steps the social media giant takes to censor political content they don’t like.
While some anti-war and libertarian or left-leaning personalities and accounts have been censored, the overwhelming majority of individuals and organizations affected have been conservatives.
As Allum Bokhari writes, “These individuals all had hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions of followers on their social media accounts prior to being banned. Their social media platforms served as organizing hubs for petitions, fundraisers, rallies, and other political activities of the grassroots right. The loss of their social media accounts will have a major impact on the ability of conservatives and right-wingers to organize its online supporters for the U.S. midterm elections and beyond.”
It can no longer be denied that this represents a deliberate effort to deplatform conservatives and purge them from what is now the de facto public square in order to help Democrats win the next two elections. This is election meddling.
This is taking place as a result of lobbying by mainstream media networks like CNN to shut down their competition, brigading by left-wing Soros front groups like Media Matters, and Democratic lawmakers.
Just a month before Infowars was banned by Facebook and YouTube, Democratic Congressman Ted Deutch (D-FL) demanded that Facebook and YouTube ban Infowars.
This is not just private companies enforcing their terms of service, this is coordinated conspiracy by Big Media, Big Tech and Democratic Party lawmakers to silence their political adversaries.
Studies have shown that algorithmic changes alone, the very type that Trump complained about in his tweets this week, can shift millions of votes in elections.
Action must be taken.

President Trump took to Twitter Tuesday to highlight research indicating that Google is artificially boosting leftist news reports that are overwhelmingly negative about his Presidency.
Trump described the findings as ‘very serious’ and vowed to take action.

The original report from PJ Media’s Paula Bolyard suggests that of the first 100 results provided by Google for “Trump news,” almost all were from left-leaning outlets.
“Google has maintained that all outlets are treated fairly, but nevertheless, conservative sites have reported reduced search traffic and, in the case of Google-owned YouTube, content creators have been banned and demonetized.” Bolyard writes.
Bolyard found only five stories by conservative news sites turned up on Google’s search results. Three of those were from the Wall Street Journal and two from Fox News.
Bolyard also noted that CNN stories mostly populated the search results, after she conducted the experiment on multiple different computers owned by and registered to different people.
A cursory search shows this to be accurate:
“While not scientific, the results suggest a pattern of bias against right-leaning content,” she writes.
The top 10 sites that had the most results show that only one is right-leaning: 1. CNN (21), 2. Washington Post (11), 3. NBC (11), 4. CNBC (8), T5. The Atlantic (5), T5. Politico (5), T5. New York Times (5), 8. Vox (4), T9. CBS (3) and T9. Wall Street Journal (3).
It’s not the only research that indicates Google’s algorithm works with a left wing bias.
A study by search engine optimization company “Can I Rank” found exactly the same outcome.
The research found that search results are 40% more likely to contain pages with a “Left” or “Far Left” slant than they are pages from the right.
In addition, 16% of political keywords such as “gun control”, “abortion”, “TPP”, and “Black Lives Matter” contained zero right-leaning pages on the first page of results.
In addition to the obvious hypocrisy of a supposedly neutral information source favoring certain political leanings, research from psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein has found that negative search results can shift the voting preferences of undecided voters by up to 43.4 percent.
In this sense, Google is enabling election manipulation.
The findings are hardly surprising given that Google is one of the leaders of the big tech move to censor conservative content on the internet.
Social Media Giants are silencing millions of people. Can’t do this even if it means we must continue to hear Fake News like CNN, whose ratings have suffered gravely. People have to figure out what is real, and what is not, without censorship!
Conservative employees within Google has leaked information suggesting that the company is dominated by a far-left doctrine. Those who speak up in opposition to it are risking their careers.
The company is facing a class-action lawsuit from former employees who have charged that it discriminates on the basis of political viewpoint, race, and gender.
President Trump is, not surprisingly, getting a lot of flak for this. CNN, as objective as ever, has a risible article entitled, “Debunking Donald Trump’s latest conspiracy theory on Google.” In it, Chris Cillizza complains about the original article revealing Google’s search bias against Trump because in it, “every major mainstream media outlet in the country — from CNN to The New York Times to The Washington Post to Bloomberg is cast as left-leaning.”
Uh, yeah, Chris, because they are.
Anyway, on July 26, 2017, I posted this at Jihad Watch: “Google bows to Muslim pressure, changes search results to conceal criticism of Islam and jihad.” In it, I recounted Texas imam Omar Suleiman’s successful effort to compel Google to drop search results about Islam-related terms and topics that reflected negatively upon Islam. Turkey’s Anadolu Agency reported happily: “Google’s first page results for searches of terms such as ‘jihad’, ‘shariah’ and ‘taqiyya’ now return mostly reputable explanations of the Islamic concepts. Taqiyya, which describes the circumstances under which a Muslim can conceal their belief in the face of persecution, is the sole term to feature a questionable website on the first page of results.”
“Reputable”: i.e., acceptable under the Sharia prohibition on criticism of Islam. “Questionable website”: i.e., one that tells hard truths about Islam and jihad.
So this has been going on for quite some time, as it is virtually certain that Google wasn’t skewering the results only about Islam and jihad in July 2017. Only now is it being discovered by the general public. Trump is right to call the social media giants out. Let’s hope he can stop them before the make the First Amendment an entirely dead letter.

Trump earlier Tuesday accused Google of altering search results to prioritize negative coverage and left-leaning outlets and warned that the issue “will be addressed.”
Trump said in a tweet that the tech giant’s search engine had “rigged” news story results to show mostly “bad” stories about him and other conservatives.

Zelski said students who wish to recite the pledge can do so at another point during the school day in their classroom.
'This decision was made in an effort to begin our day as a fully inclusive and connected community,' she said. 'There are many emotions around (the pledge) and we want everyone in our school family to start their day in a positive manner.'
School officials said teachers and a K-5 leadership team will work with students over the next few months to create a school pledge everyone can say in the morning.

The Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, which uses the wolf as its mascot, opened in Grant Park in 2002 and serves kindergarten through fifth grade.
Controversy surrounding the pledge has been rampant in recent months after Colin Kaepernick and several other NFL players decided to take a knee on the field as it was recited.
In April, a Pennsylvania school changed its policy announcing that a student does not have to stand for the pledge because of their First Amendment rights.
'Personally, I hope every student will stand for our flag,' Bedford Area School District superintendent Allen Sell told WJAC.
'But if they choose not to, that's their First Amendment rights and we, as school leaders, have the responsibility to respect that.'
Last month, an 18-year-old student in Texas sued her high school after she was expelled for refusing to stand during the pledge.
India Landry told Fox32 that she doesn't think the flag 'represents what it stands for, liberty and justice for all' and said administrators violated her rights for free speech when they kicked her out of the school.
Google-owned YouTube has been caught meddling in the Swedish national election on the eve of the vote by repeatedly deleting right-wing content.
A satirical cartoon video that lampooned Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven was deleted within two hours after YouTube deemed it to contain “hateful” content.
The short film, entitled “To Make it Right,” made fun out of numerous Swedish politicians for their obsession with being politically correct. Apparently, this now qualifies as hate speech in the Scandinavian country.
According to a separate report, right-wing Alternative For Sweden party, which had its entire channel deleted and then restored by YouTube in July, has also had numerous videos made unavailable for viewing in Sweden.
“Complete scandal! With only 13 days left until the election day, YouTube is again on the offensive and censors all options for Sweden’s video clips,” the party said in a tweet.
Earlier this month, a video by the Sweden Democrats, who are expected to perform well at the polls, was also deleted without explanation.
The video, which consisted of an hour and 40 minutes of quotes and historical background on the Social Democrats party and its links to Nazism, was wiped after receiving over 190,000 views.
“For two days our documentary on the history of the Social Democrats was published on YouTube. In a short amount of time the footage received 190,000 views before it was removed. We are waiting for an explanation,” the party said in a Twitter statement.
The deletions all occurred after Swedish corporate media group Bonnier met with Google and demanded they remove “hateful” content.
Given the power of social media giants to influence opinion, Google-owned YouTube has shown a repeated pattern of interfering in the upcoming Swedish election.
The company is in violation of its own terms of service by allowing brigading by left-wing mobs to censor completely legitimate content.

The internet is the modern public square. It is where political campaigns are fought and won, where journalism is created and distributed, and where grassroots movements are born. Yet, the free and open internet has become a controlled, censored space, monopolized by a few unaccountable corporations.
By banning users from their platforms, those corporations can effectively remove politically unwelcome Americans from the public square. That is repugnant to our shared values of free speech and freedom of the press.
The President should request that Congress pass legislation prohibiting social media platforms from banning users for First Amendment-protected speech. The power to block lawful content should be in the hands of individual users – not Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey.
The petition was launched after numerous conservative voices were banned or de-platformed by Big Tech in recent weeks, including Alex Jones, who was censored by Apple, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify and others in a coordinated strike.
Since those bans, Trump himself has repeatedly tweeted to draw attention to social media censorship, including today when he accused Google of favoring negative search results about him in its news results.
Google search results for “Trump News” shows only the viewing/reporting of Fake News Media. In other words, they have it RIGGED, for me & others, so that almost all stories & news is BAD. Fake CNN is prominent. Republican/Conservative & Fair Media is shut out. Illegal? 96% of….

Earlier this month, Trump also drew attention to conservatives being censored online.
“Too many voices are being destroyed, some good & some bad, and that cannot be allowed to happen,” he wrote. “Who is making the choices, because I can already tell you that too many mistakes are being made.”
“Social Media is totally discriminating against Republican/Conservative voices. Speaking loudly and clearly for the Trump Administration, we won’t let that happen.”
In addition to the petition, with the help of top media lawyers, Infowars has drawn up a series of recommendations to be sent to the Trump administration that will help protect free speech online.
Suggestions include directing the Justice Department to open investigations into whether there are First Amendment & anti-trust law violations by the major social media platforms. Trump could also set up a Presidential Commission made up of free speech experts to advise him on future action.

Executives From The Major Social Media Companies Gather To Plot “Strategy”
Is the social media crackdown on conservatives about to get even worse? On Friday, representatives from Facebook, Google, Twitter, Microsoft, Snapchat and other major social media companies gathered to discuss “strategy” for the 2018 election. Supposedly they were going to discuss how to combat the flow of “misinformation”, but we know what that means. Every time the social media giants pledge to do more to crack down on “fake news”, more conservatives get censored. In recent months we have witnessed the greatest purge of conservative voices in the history of the Internet, and as you will see below, even more prominent voices have been hit with bans in recent days. Of course the social media companies are pledging that their censorship efforts are being implemented in an even-handed manner, but obviously, all of their meddling has greatly enhanced the probability that Democrats will emerge victorious in November.

Facebook is reportedly meeting with multiple other Silicon Valley Masters of the Universe Friday to discuss how to prevent the spread of “misinformation” across their platforms ahead of the 2018 midterm elections.
Business Insider reports that Silicon Valley tech giants including Facebook, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, and Snap will be holding a meeting at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco Friday to discuss the 2018 U.S. midterm elections. According to emails obtained by BuzzFeed News, Facebook’s head of cybersecurity policy Nathaniel Gleicher invited 12 representatives from the companies to the meeting.
But this isn’t the first time a gathering like this has taken place.
In fact, we now know that executives from many of the largest tech companies met with representatives from the deep state back in May…
In May, representatives from Amazon, Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Oath, Snap and Twitter met with Christopher Krebs, an undersecretary at the US Department of Homeland Security, and Mike Burham from the FBI’s foreign influence taskforce.
Since that meeting, we have seen social media censorship get much, much worse.

And we have also just learned that Facebook will now be rating all users (that means you too) for “trustworthiness”…
The social media giant plans to assign users a reputation score that ranks them on a scale of from zero to one, according to the Washington Post.
It marks Facebook’s latest effort to stave off fake news, bot accounts and other misleading content on its site.
But the idea of a reputation score has already generated skepticism about how Facebook’s system will work, as well as criticism that it resembles China’s social credit rating system.
Yes, this is almost exactly like China’s new “social credit rating system”. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Facebook actually got that idea from them.

Conservative non-profit group PragerU also recently appeared to be the latest victims of Facebook censorship, as many recent posts from the group’s Facebook paged suffered a 99.9999 percent drop in engagement based on Facebook’s own dashboard. The social media giant also pulled down two PragerU videos, which it labeled “hate speech.”
The social media giants seem determined to try to kill off the conservative movement in this country, and in my latest book, I discuss how political correctness has gotten completely and utterly out of control in America. These elitists don’t believe in free speech, because on some level they understand that their ideas would not win in a free and open marketplace of ideas.
In order to win, they must censor us. And the more tyrannical they become, the more Americans will start turning against them.

Angela Merkel condemns Chemnitz stabbing and violent protests afterwards
Globalists, racists, and communists around the world freaked out after President Donald Trump, citing a segment on Fox News, publicly spoke out about the racist land grabs and brutal farm murders afflicting South Africa. As if to justify the president’s ridicule of the establishment media as “fake news,” the fake-news machine kicked into overdrive last week to deny that anything bad was happening, while frantically calling everybody who notices reality a “racist” or worse. However, as this magazine has been documenting for many years, the horrors unfolding in the new South Africa by organized racist and communist forces — all backed and facilitated by Deep State globalists in the West — are undeniable. And if current trends continue, the situation is likely to go from bad to worse, quickly.
Trump may have just changed the course of history.
The explosion of recent international attention about South Africa began when Fox News host Tucker Carlson, the most popular host on cable news after fellow Fox host Sean Hannity, produced a segment on the racist land grabs targeting property owned by European-descent minorities in South Africa. Carlson has been one of the few national media personalities willing to speak out against the official racism of that nation’s extremist regime, which has now started stealing land from persecuted minorities without compensation. After the Carlson segment, the president of the United States spoke out on social media. “I have asked Secretary of State @SecPompeo to closely study the South Africa land and farm seizures and expropriations and the large-scale killing of farmers,” wrote Trump on Twitter, citing Carlson’s segment entitled “South African Government is now seizing land from white farmers.”
A spokesperson for the State Department, responding to a question, later followed up on that. “The president asked the secretary to look closely at the current state of action in South Africa related to land reform,” the spokesperson said. “This is something that has been going on for many decades, the conversation and debate about land reform there. I should mention that the expropriation of land without compensation, our position is that that would risk sending South Africa down the wrong path. We continue to encourage a peaceful and public debate about what we consider to be a very important issue and South Africans certainly do as well.” That milquetoast statement came from a U.S. State Department that was earlier ridiculed on national television for downplaying the ongoing travesties in South Africa because that nation supposedly has a “strong democracy.”
Immediately after the proverbial genie was released from the bottle, the establishment media began furiously lashing out at Trump, Carlson, and everybody else who dared to notice what was happening. The attacks had three primary themes. The first: racist, racist, Nazi, white nationalist, white supremacy, racist, racist, racist. The second: It is OK for the regime to steal property from descendants of Europeans because some of their ancestors might have stolen some land at some point in the distant past. For the most part, this argument is a blatant lie, and even a cursory analysis of history and data proves it. The third line of attack was that there is essentially no large-scale killing of farmers. This, too, is easily disproven: Even the most brazenly pro-regime sources in South Africa acknowledge that South Africa’s police statistics, which are relied upon by the agricultural union mostly quoted in the press, are deliberately manipulated.
In fact, in the 2017 to 2018 period, a recent analysis by South African news service PoliticsWeb proved the point. For its analysis, the South African researchers compared the number of farm murders reported by the South African Police Service (SAPS) in certain provinces to the numbers of farm murders reported in the news in those same provinces. What they found was that there were significantly more farm murders reported in the press than by the police. This is in part, no doubt, because the South African police often falsely classify the gruesome murders as “robberies” or “accidents,” artificially keeping down the numbers. Anecdotes from crime-scene clean-up crews tell a similar story about the scale of the atrocities. Data from the Transvaal Agricultural Union (TAU) also show an increase in violent attacks against farmers.
And any safety for farmers has not come from government aid but because farmers are increasingly well prepared to defend their homes and their families from the oftentimes unimaginably barbaric attacks, which include the savage torture and murder of babies and elderly people. There is also the fact that the number of commercial farmers today is half of what it was 15 years ago, as more and more throw in the towel and ditch what is widely considered to be the most dangerous profession in the world — being a South African commercial farmer. While the murder rate in South Africa is already among the highest on the planet, the rate for farmers is estimated to be three or more times higher than for average South Africans, and 20 times higher than the rate for people worldwide. For perspective, the data suggests that a South African farmer is more likely to be killed than a U.S. soldier in Afghanistan or Iraq. But as long as the South African government can claim it is just regular “crime,” much of the “fake news” Western press is happy to parrot the lies.
Countless establishment propaganda organs blatantly misled their readers and viewers. For instance, on the “land issue,” as it is known, virtually every “mainstream” media organ parroted variations of easily discredited falsehoods. Over and over again, readers of globalist propaganda masquerading as “news” were told that evil white racists own almost three-fourths of the land in South Africa. But of course, that is easily proven false with the government’s own data. It turns out that European-descent farmers own slightly more than 20 percent of the land — less than the government already owns! And even that number is misleading because most of the land owned by white African farmers is in the desert West of the country that is too dry for much productive agriculture and where black people never lived in significant numbers until long after it was settled by European-descent Africans who began arriving in the 1600s.
Typical of the media’s response was the faux outrage from the New York Times, which recently hired a racist who boasted publicly of the joy it brings her to be cruel to elderly white people whose skin color she hates. “Statistics vary, but what is clear is that whites, who are less than 10 percent of the population, continue to own more than two-thirds of the land,” claimed the Times editorial board in a demonstrably false statement. “Mr. Trump’s tweet, and the Fox show on which it was based, were bereft of any context, sympathy or understanding. They pounced, instead, on the false narratives of right-wing white South African groups claiming widespread seizures of white-owned land and a continuing ‘white genocide.’”
Perhaps the most unhinged response, really a temper tantrum, to the newfound attention on South Africa came from Jennifer Williams of the far-left Vox.com, which has a history of blatantly lying to readers (including about the organization that publishes this magazine) and refusing to correct the record. In her racist propaganda piece, Williams suggests that Trump is somehow a racist, Nazi, white nationalist trying to distract from his alleged legal troubles by spreading Nazi racist conspiracy theories. She refers to the undeniable racist campaign against minorities in South Africa as a “virulent, racist conspiracy theory.” And then, in what may also be one of the most bizarre statements ever made when referring to the potential for a looming genocide, the far-left propagandist concluded with this: “Whether or not it’s actually true is irrelevant.” The “it” in that sentence refers to the government-backed torture and slaughter of innocent people, including babies and elderly women, based only on nothing but their skin color. To Williams and other enablers of genocide such as her, whether that is true or not — is irrelevant.
In South Africa, the ruling establishment, which came to power with help from U.S. Deep State globalists and mass-murdering Soviet and Chinese communists, was similarly apoplectic that Trump dared to point out reality. “The government of South Africa wishes to caution against alarmist, false, inaccurate and misinformed, as well as — in some cases — politically motivated statements that do not reflect the policies and intentions of the South African government,” the regime said in an official statement. On Twitter, it added: “South Africa totally rejects this narrow perception which only seeks to divide our nation and reminds us of our colonial past.” Of course, what the regime did not mention is that when the descendants of Europeans voted to surrender political power, it was with the explicit agreement that property rights and minorities would be respected. The government’s response also did not mention that many of its own leaders have been openly singing genocide songs for decades. Nor did it point out that the regime — an alliance of the Communist Party and the communist-controlled ANC — officially announced the start of the “Radical Second Phase” of its communist revolution in 2014.
Also lashing out at Trump and America was genocidal Marxist-Leninist Julius Malema, the former head of the African National Congress Youth League, who now runs the even more radical Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), the nation’s third largest party. “We want to send a strong message to the USA authorities‚ just like we did to the Australian authorities: Stay out of South Africa’s domestic affairs,” warned the obscenely wealthy Malema, who loves to threaten genocide against minority communities with a grin on his face. “We must put it on record‚ unequivocally‚ [to] Donald ‘the pathological liar’ Trump: We are not scared of you and your USA or Western imperialist forces.” He also responded by claiming that “Jews” were teaching white people how to use sniper rifles to defend themselves against attackers — attacks that he cryptically suggested in public he may be helping to organize. South African Communist Party leader Nelson Mandela‘s grandson, whose claim to fame is being related to the late terror leader, sounded equally unbalanced as he spewed vitriol against Trump. “Once again‚ the United States leadership is on the wrong side of history and‚ like his predecessor President Ronald Reagan who openly supported the brutal apartheid regime‚ Trump chooses to be prescriptive by putting the parochial interest of the minority who benefited from the heinous apartheid system above those of the majority of South Africa’s populace‚” Mandela fumed in a factually challenged screed, as if the majority of South Africans would benefit from communist tyranny. “Trump once again demonstrates a total ignorance of reality. We will not be dictated to‚ threatened or pressured into accepting a land deal that perpetuates the injustices of the past. The same Trump that wants to dictate to South Africa what to do about the land question‚ has no scruples in legitimizing the land grabs in occupied Palestine and affirming Jerusalem as the capital city of Apartheid Israel despite its status under international law.”
The globalist establishment and its racist South African allies threw a similar fit when Australian Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton pointed out the tragedy afflicting South African minorities and vowed to help the embattled farmers by expediting their refugee applications. “If you look at the footage and read the stories, you hear the accounts, it’s a horrific circumstance they face,” Dutton said, referring to European-descent farmers in South Africa known as Boers. “I do think, on the information that I’ve seen, people do need help and they need help from a civilized country like ours. The people we’re talking about want to work hard, they want to contribute to a country like Australia. We want people who want to come here, abide by our laws, integrate into our society, work hard, not lead a life on welfare. And I think these people deserve special attention and we’re certainly applying that special attention now.” For expressing concern for victims of the most horrifying crimes imaginable, Dutton was smeared by the South African regime as a racist.
In a follow-up segment to his report on the South African regime’s racist land grabs, Carlson addressed the temper tantrum of his critics. “In an Orwellian turn, various news outlets suggested it was somehow racist to oppose the racist policies of the South African government,” Carlson explained before showing a clip of race-hustler Al Sharpton claiming that it was “neo-Nazi propaganda” to suggest white farmers in South Africa were being murdered for being white. Speaking of the regime’s ongoing land heists, Carlson continued: “Everyone in the country understands what these are. They are racial attacks.” Even more ominous than what the “corrupt and incompetent” South African regime is doing, though, is how America’s self-styled elites have embraced collective punishment and racism.
South Africa’s president insists that the on-going seizure of white-owned farms “is no land grab” as his government falls under international scrutiny for what many see as a violation of private property rights.
President Cyril Ramaphosa defends what he calls “accelerated land reform” as a solution to “narrow gaps in income” and “severe inequality between black and white South Africans,” in his op-ed for the Financial Times.
Despite admitting the ruling African National Congress “recently resolved to propose a constitutional amendment that would make explicit the conditions under which land could justifiably be expropriated without compensation,” Ramaphosa claims the pursuance of such a course would actually reinforce rights for all South Africans.
“This is no land grab. Nor is it an assault on the private ownership of property,” Ramaphosa writes. “The proposals will not erode property rights, but will instead ensure that the rights of all South Africans, and not just those who currently own land, are strengthened. South Africa has learned from the experiences of other countries, both from what has worked and what has not, and will not make the same mistakes that others have made.”
“The proposal on expropriation without compensation is one element of a broader programme of land reform that seeks to ensure that all citizens can have their land rights recognized, whether they live in communal areas, informal settlements or on commercial farms.”
“Land reform in South Africa is a moral, social and economic imperative,” Ramaphosa concludes. “By bringing more land into productive use, by giving more South Africans assets and opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, the country is creating conditions for greater, more inclusive and more meaningful growth.”
In contrast to Ramaphosa’s defense of land seizure, the rhetoric of EFF leader Julius Malema – whom some believe to be the true driving force behind the shift in government policy – is decidedly more direct and brazen.
“Through land expropriation, we are forcing white people to share the land which was gained through a crime against the humanity of black and African people,” Malema said in a press conference last week. “We are not going to be distracted by anyone. Only death will stop us. Not Trump, not poverty, not sanctions… We know the consequences of what we are asking for.”
Residents of South Africa are creating videos backing up US President Donald Trump’s claims that white farmers in South Africa are being murdered.
In riveting firsthand testimony uploaded to Twitter Monday, several South Africans pushed back against the mainstream media, testifying violence against whites is on the rise.
Danie Barnard, 32, a South African citizen, on Monday thanked President Trump for bringing attention to the issue and said he faces constant violence in the region.
“As you all may know, President Trump last week Wednesday made a tweet about what is going on in South Africa and there was a lot of backlash from the fake news mainstream media, especially in the United States,” Barnard said, going on to say his grandfather was murdered on his farm.
“As a South African boer I can tell you guys that it is 100% correct what Mr. Trump said in his tweet.”
“We do not try to spread any false information, nor are we right wing extremists, or Nazis as they are calling us. We are only citizens that are fearing for our lives because we live in a very violent society in South Africa. And it is true. It’s not only the white South Africans but also the black South Africans, but the big difference here is our government actually encourages violence towards whites and endorses it…”
Here’s a video example of one chant mentioned by Barnard, in which South Africans call for killing whites.
“All we’re asking is for you guys to do the research. Find out for yourselves. Don’t believe the media. They are lying. They are trying to cover it up, but unfortunately, it’s true. People are dying every day in South Africa because of racial hate toward white people,” Jacques documented.
In another video a woman thanks Trump for calling attention to the dire situation, saying she’s been the victim of an armed robbery and carries a knife as a defensive measure.
“Mainstream media, I dare you to quote me on this,” she adds.
President Trump faced criticism after he tweeted last week he would have Secretary of State Mike Pompeo look into the “large scale killing of farmers.”

Following the tweet, the South African government issued a statement saying Trump’s perception of the issue was “based on false information.”
“South Africa totally rejects this narrow perception which only seeks to divide our nation and reminds us of our colonial past,” the government wrote in a tweet. “South Africa will speed up the pace of land reform in a careful and inclusive manner that does not divide our nation.”
On Monday South African Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Lindiwe Sisulu also slammed Trump in a CNN interview, saying it was “unfortunate” the president had “misinterpreted” the government’s goal of compulsory land redistribution.
Also on Monday, South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa claimed the confiscation of white-owned farms “is no land grab” in a Financial Times op-ed, while going on to admit the African National Congress “recently resolved to propose a constitutional amendment that would make explicit the conditions under which land could justifiably be expropriated without compensation.”

The Department of Defense has been barred from funding Chinese Communist Party-backed Confucius Institutes located at universities across the United States. When President Donald Trump on Aug. 13 signed the defense budget bill for the next fiscal year, the measure included a provision added by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) that bars the Pentagon from using any funds on Chinese-language programs offered by Confucius Institutes. “Sen. Cruz is very concerned about China’s ongoing efforts to infiltrate American higher education, and worked to secure an amendment to the NDAA [National Defense Authorization Act] that prohibits universities from using Pentagon money for Confucius Institutes, which Communist China uses as propaganda arms on American campuses,” a spokesman for Cruz’s office said in an email to The Epoch Times. The provision further prohibits funding for Chinese-language programs at universities that even host a Confucius Institute. These programs, though not directly affiliated with the institute, may be influenced by it. The endorsement of the provision was the first action taken to address the issue both for Congress and for the White House, after years of warnings about the institutes being an extension of the Chinese Communist Party’s soft power and intelligence-gathering operations, Since 2004, China has installed a vast number of Confucius Institutes at universities around the world. In the United States, 107 universities and colleges host branches of the organization. Meanwhile, the program’s high school equivalent, Confucius Classrooms, has spread to more than 500 primary and secondary schools in the United States as of April 2017, according to a report by the National Association of Scholars. The Confucius Institutes describe themselves as language and cultural exchange programs. But their true purpose isn’t benign, according to the CIA, FBI, lawmakers, and experts. Teachers at Confucius Institutes are employed by China and are subject to Chinese laws, including tight restrictions on speech. As a result, American students are taught a sanitized version of Chinese history that omits the communist regime’s human-rights abuses and atrocities. The programs present Taiwan and Tibet as undisputed territories of China, and American professors teaching on campuses hosting Confucius Institutes have reported pressure from the institute’s faculty to self-censor. Similar to the Chinese Communist Party, the Confucius Institutes’ operations and finances are secret. Hiring practices and funding arrangements have rarely been made public, and host universities have gone to great lengths to keep the information secret. Though no public financial disclosures exist, it is known that American universities benefit from the programs and are reluctant to close them as a result. The CIA issued a classified report in March on China’s influence operations in the United States.

So it’s noteworthy that China will be joining Russia for war games next month. As the Washington Free Beaconreports:
The People’s Liberation Army will send more than 3,200 troops, 900 pieces of military equipment, and 30 aircraft to Russia for the exercise known as Vostok-18, or East-18, the Chinese Defense Ministry said, noting the exercises will involve practicing maneuver defense, live firing of weapons, and counterattack.
… A Pentagon official said the Vostok war games will be closely watched by U.S. intelligence agencies because they are expected to include the simulated use of nuclear weapons. “It’s their strategic messaging,” the official said of both Russia and China.
“For nearly 20 years Vostok has been the Russian proving exercise for developing its new ‘escalate to de-escalate’ tactical nuclear doctrine involving the use of new, very small nuclear weapons fired mainly by artillery,” said Rick Fisher, senior fellow at the International Assessment and Strategy Center.
Russia’s new doctrine of rapidly escalating future conflicts by resorting to nuclear arms shortly after the outbreak of hostilities is a major concern for the Pentagon.
… Fisher said the training will “allow the PLA to learn a great deal about the Russian state of the art in combined warfare tactics, which is now an intense focus for PLA strategy development to prepare for war against Taiwan and the United States.”
The Beacon also reports that China is developing new, small nuclear arms as well — and that the United States is following suit in response to this Russia-born doctrine.
Perhaps more worrisome, however, is what’s largely unseen: China’s efforts to conquer us from within. As to this and the think-tank manipulation, the Beaconinforms in a different article, relating a congressional commission report’s findings:
The influence operations are conducted by the United Front Work Department, a Central Committee organ that employs tens of thousands of operatives who seek to use both overt and covert operations to promote Communist Party policies.
The Party’s United Front strategy includes paying several Washington think tanks with the goal of influencing their actions and adopting positions that support Beijing’s policies.
“The [Chinese Communist Party] has sought to influence academic discourse on China and in certain instances has infringed upon — and potentially criminally violated — rights to freedoms of speech and association that are guaranteed to Americans and those protected by U.S. laws,” the report says.
Think tanks greased with Chinese money include the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, “the Brookings Institution, Atlantic Council, Center for American Progress, EastWest Institute, Carter Center, and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace,” the Beacon further relates.
Think tanks are targeted because they produce ideas, which can influence establishment (pseudo)elites and then filter down to the wider society. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) “has said the collusion between American groups and United Front Work Department operatives is the Chinese party using Americans to ‘unwittingly promote CCP [Chinese Communist Party] ideology’ in a ‘countering voice’ in debates over China,” the Beacon also tells us.
Moreover, “Chinese intelligence agents also work with the United Front Work Department to recruit students who are then called on to curtail universities’ discussion of China,” writes the Beacon.
“China targets students through 142 Chinese Students and Scholars Associations (CSSA) in the United States,” the site continues. “The associations ‘routinely coordinate with the Chinese government and … have been involved in the suppression of free speech and the harassment, intimidation, and surveillance of Chinese student activists,’ the report said, noting ‘Chinese intelligence officers posted in diplomatic facilities are the primary point of contact for CSSA members.’”
Also wielding soft-power influence — in more than 100 American colleges and approximately 400 K-12 schools — are Chinese Ministry of Education entities known as Confucius Institutes. As I reported in the past, they endeavor to replace legitimate China scholarship with propaganda, using money, unsurprisingly, to buy access (video below).
Of course, American youth are more focused on entertainment than academics, and China has this covered, too. As I reported in 2014 and 2018, the regime’s State Administration of Radio, Film and Television censors American movies, with denial of access to the huge Chinese market being the punishment for failure to “cooperate” (video below).
Then there’s China’s economic manipulation and habitual theft of American technology, as Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) outlines in the video below:
Of course, stealing U.S. secrets and seeking to defeat us culturally — capturing Americans’ minds and hearts — are much like what the Soviet Union did in bygone days. But the USSR is gone and the “1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back,” as Barack Obama might say. HUMAN RIGHTS COALITION DEMANDS GOOGLE END CHINESE CENSORSHIP PROJECT
‘Google would be actively participating in those violations for millions of internet users in China’
A group of leading human rights organizations are calling on Google to end its plan to develop a censored version of its search engine for the Chinese government.
In a letter to Google CEO Sundar Pichai, the 14 groups, which include Amnesty International, the Committee to Protect Journalists, the Electronic Frontier Foundation and Human Rights Watch, urge the tech company to call of the controversial project codenamed “Dragonfly.”
“Like many of Google’s own employees, we are extremely concerned by reports that Google is developing a new censored search engine app for the Chinese market,” the letter begins. “The Chinese government extensively violates the rights to freedom of expression and privacy; by accommodating the Chinese authorities’ repression of dissent, Google would be actively participating in those violations for millions of internet users in China.”
The letter goes on to support “the brave efforts of Google employees” who leaked news of the plan, while accusing the company leadership of “an alarming capitulation” on human rights.
“The Chinese government runs one of the world’s most repressive internet censorship and surveillance regimes,” the letter adds. “Human rights defenders and journalists are routinely arrested and imprisoned solely for expressing their views online.”
According to The Intercept, who first revealed the existence of Dragonfly earlier this month, Google’s own documents show how the project would give the Chinese government unprecedented power over its citizenry.
“The censored search engine would remove content that China’s ruling Communist Party regime views as sensitive, such as information about political dissidents, free speech, democracy, human rights, and peaceful protest,” Ryan Gallagher writes. “It would ‘blacklist sensitive queries’ so that ‘no results will be shown’ at all when people enter certain words or phrases…”
While Google did launch a censored search engine for China back in 2006, the project ended in 2010 after the company said the Chinese government not only attempted to limit free speech but tried to hack Google’s computer systems as well.
“We are calling on Google to publicly commit to protect whistle-blowers in the company and to take immediate steps to address the concerns employees have raised about Project Dragonfly,” the letter continues. “As it stands, Google risks becoming complicit in the Chinese government’s repression of freedom of speech and other human rights in China. Google should heed the concerns raised by human rights groups and its own employees and refrain from offering censored search services in China.”
Google has thus far declined to publicly comment on Project Dragonfly, refusing to remark on “speculation about future plans.”

California Democratic congressional candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar was barely on anyone’s radar last week in his longshot bid against GOP Rep. Duncan Hunter, in an overwhelmingly Republican district.
But after Hunter’s indictment Tuesday on corruption charges, including allegations of lavish personal spending with campaign funds, Campa-Najjar is suddenly a contender.
With his boosted chances, though, has come scrutiny of his dark family past — his grandfather was a member of the Palestinian Black September terror group that killed 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich.
The 29-year-old political neophyte, who has both Mexican and Palestinian heritage, has been quick and unequivocal in separating himself from Muhammad Yusuf al-Najjar.
Campa-Najjar is keen to point out he has never met his grandfather, whose death at the hands of Israeli commandos happened 16 years before Ammar was born. In a statement this week, the former Obama administration Labor Department official used his disavowal of his grandfather to take a not-so-subtle dig at his opponent.
“I’m happy to take responsibility for my own choices and my own decisions,” he said. “I think other men are responsible for their own crimes, whether it’s somebody who I share a lineage with and nothing else, or a sitting congressman whose being indicted and could be facing serious charges in the future.”
His campaign also says while he’s proud of his heritage, he is “American first.”
In an interview, Campa-Najjar told Fox News he isn’t concerned that his family history could harm the campaign.
“I’m not concerned, but I think it shows Hunter is concerned,” he said. “My opponents have to go back three generations to attack me. I can go back three days to highlight something pretty damning about him.”
Israeli media first drew attention to his family ties in early 2018, with reports noting he advocates a peaceful solution to the Middle East conflict — unlike his grandfather.
Hunter and his wife, meanwhile, pleaded not guilty to the charges against them on Thursday, and Hunter has declared the prosecution to be politically motivated. But with a lengthy list of personal spending totaling up to $250,000, Hunter has struggled to explain the charges.
On Thursday, he was asked about spending by his wife, Margaret, and appeared to distance himself from her actions, saying it was her that handled the campaign finances…..

No warning has been more marginalized or flat out ignored by the professing, visible church than this one from our Lord’s great servant and apostle. There are many dangerous voices of error invading the church to condemn God’s Word on the clear, biblical truth regarding the sin of homosexuality. This blog post will focus on just one movement afoot that in its cleverness and subtlety has and will continue a full, frontal assault on God’s truth.
Sam Allberry, who identifies as “gay and Christian” and pastors St. Mary’s Church in Maidenhead UK (Pictured above), promotes the idea that one can be homosexual and Christian, and therefore must have inclusion in the Lord’s Church. The Word of the one, true God clearly proclaims otherwise:
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Sam Allberry has established a ministry website that is solely devoted to the false teaching of “gay” Christianity; www.livingout.com. While there are many prominent, professing evangelicals supporting Allberry and his ministry, none are as devoted to Allberry’s philosophy as the ever-popular Dr. Tim Keller, who has been behind the scenes quietly and cleverly pushing the same ideas for years promoting his powerless, non-transforming and false gospel. In June 2018 Allberry hosted a conference through his Living Out ministry with Keller as keynote speaker.
The conference was promoted with an Identity in Christ theme, but it was quite clear from the beginning that they have a far different agenda, as they promote the idea of ignoring the homosexual’s sexual preference (or “identity”) and focus instead on their “identity in Christ”.
The glaring problem is that there is no such thing as a Christian homosexual, therefore they have no identity in Christ.

Articles regularly posted by Allberry and others on the LivingOut site demand inclusion by way of deceptive, clever language, as this excerpt from an article recently published on the site demonstrates:
I became a Christian in my late teens, and not long after that I came to acknowledge that I was gay. I was committed to celibacy. At university I said I was gay, and I never experienced homophobic treatment from other Christians. This has convinced me that love and unconditional acceptance of gay people does not require approval of same-sex activity. Love and acceptance was my consistent experience. I was involved in the Christian Union in my university and I served on its ‘exec’ for a year, working alongside other young evangelicals who all knew I was gay and only ever treated me with great respect and affection. My evangelical college chaplain, also conservative about sexuality, strongly encouraged me to pursue ordination. I found the church to be a deeply supportive and affirming place. I was nurtured, given responsibility in ministry, and encouraged towards ordination. It is undeniable and indefensible that in the church there has been prejudice and even mistreatment of people because of their sexuality. But my experience has convinced me that this prejudice and mistreatment does not come from believing what the Bible says about marriage and sex.
Please note Doherty’s notion of “homophobia” in the church. It is just this type of nonsensical language that is regularly propagated in the articles and videos published by Living Out. Also note that the many “accepting” Christians Doherty claims to have encountered in college who never judged but instead respected and accepted him unconditionally, and with great affection, were not Christian at all, as the true believer walks in truth and will call a man to repentance:

This conference illustrates just how cleverly deceptive this movement really is, as they manipulate the audience emotionally with heart-wrenching testimonies between each and every session by “homosexual Christians” who have “decided” to be celibate for Christ, for which they surely deserve all the glory and applause!
The Ethics and Religous Liberty Commission needs two things. The first is a strong flashlight, and the other is a can of Raid.
Anyone who would still suggest that Russell Moore is theologically sound should take a long step back and look at what he’s done to the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC) of the Southern Baptist Convention. Aside from Moore’s well-documented progressive-left politics and his insanely misguided Cultural Marxism event designed to venerate Martin Luther King, Moore has repeatedly used his SBC platform to promote some of the worst Bible teachers on the face of the planet.
The ERLC is hosting the Cross Shaped Family Conference, and speaking at the event is a wild-eyed charismatic prophetess and egalitarian, a homosexual, and a Marxist social justice warrior.
Jen Wilkin insists we need more women in leadership positions in the church and has been growing increasingly and militaristically egalitarian.
Eric Mason has been promoting Social Justice left and right, including the ugliest side of the movement that characterizes anyone not engaging in Critical Race Theory as inherently racist. In this tweet, he said that Social Justice is a natural outworking of the Gospel (that’s a funny thing to say about what is essentially Marxism).
Ray Ortlund is a major leader in the Rauschenbuschism movement (also known as the Social Gospel, which is altogether indistinguishable from what is now commonly called “Social Justice”). Ortlund, for example, claimed on Twitter that Moses renounced his “privilege” and that this is the same as “salvation” (source link). Ortlund teaches the concept of white guilt, systemic white privilege, advocates for reparations, promotes Affirmative Action, and specializes in victimology.
Beth Moore, well…Beth Moore. At this point there’s really no serious Bible teacher anywhere on the planet that considers her much more qualified than to teach 2nd grade Sunday School. She repeatedly insists that she hears God’s actual voice and receives visions and special messages from God, each of them more insane than the last.
Matt Chandler, once a dutiful and respectable Bible teacher, has surrendered his rights to that respect by turning the Villiage Church into a Social Justice center, working to assist radical Islamicists, promoting rampant and rabid charismaticism, and claiming to have himself once been anointed with God’s spirit by someone sneezing on him.
Sam Allberry is a gay priest (he claims to not be a practicing homosexual) who promoted the pro-LGBT Revoice Conference. Even Albert Mohler, whose toleration (and in some cases, promotion) of the Social Justice movement has allowed it to grow so exponentially, came out reluctantly against Revoice. Nonetheless, for Moore, a gay priest fits into his conference lineup nicely.
If you took a rock and threw it randomly at the ERLC’s Cross Shaped Family Conference, you’d hit a bad bible teacher in the head, merely by overwhelming odds.
Russell Moore will be a plenary speaker at the National Immigration Forum, an organization formed and funded by Democrat financier, George Soros. The purpose of the National Immigration Forum is to advance the cause of amnesty for illegal aliens, demolish national sovereign borders, and establish a global government. In short, the National Immigration Forum would seek to demolish the Nation State, the surest and most trustworthy defense of personal religious liberty. Russell Moore, in partnering with George Soros’ global agenda, is accomplishing precisely the opposite of the mission of the organization he runs, the Southern Baptists’ Ethics and Religious Liberty Foundation. According to Michael O’Fallon, who is one of the most well-connected men in all of the Reformed theological world, he had a front row seat to how this bizarre relationship between open-border zealots and Southern Baptists began. According to the podcast below, O’Fallon explains that there was an intentional decision by the Evangelical Intelligentsia to promote illegal immigration and dismantle sovereign nation-state borders in order to capitalize on what they say is the one segment of American evangelicalism that isn’t shrinking…ethnic minorities. Coveting church growth, men like Russell Moore have made the cold and calloused decision to lock arms with George Soros and follow the path of Roman Catholics, who have seen some success in retaining Hispanic followers by opposing immigration law. Russell Moore has chosen to promote a thoroughly political ideology (the end of national sovereignty) for the sake of church growth. While listening to O’Fallon’s explanation of the evangelical partnership with Soros, I repeatedly acknowledged the validity of Pulpit & Pen’s Seth Dunn, who has time and time again argued that the appeal to immigration lawlessness is financially motivated, looking at demographics and deciding that Caucasians will not be able to keep evangelical institutions (like the SBC) afloat in coming decades.

Its initiative, Bibles, Badges, and Businesses, is an explicit strategy to get evangelical churches (Bibles), law enforcement (badges) and corporations (businesses) to coalesce for the purpose of ending national sovereign borders. Beginning with Richard Land, then president of the ERLC, and followed up by Russell Moore, Southern Baptists have been a part of this sinister strategy from the beginning. Continuing the strategy of turning evangelicals into a leftist voting block, commandeering the Moral Majority for the sake of the Democratic Party, Russell Moore is again partnering with the National Immigration Forum and will be speaking at an upcoming conference.

Margaret Mims is the Sherriff of Fresno County, California, and made waves for rejecting Trump’s proposal to have federal immigration officers deputize local law enforcement. Mims said that her department would not be asking people for their immigration status. While rejecting the idea of “sanctuary cities,” Mims has also rejected the idea of her department enforcing immigration law.
