– A memorial service was held today in Charlottesville to remember
Heather Heyer, who died Saturday after she was run down by a neo-Nazi
named James Alex Fields. Heyer had repeatedly championed civil rights
issues on social media. Her Facebook cover read, “If you’re not
outraged, you’re not paying attention.” Speakers at today’s memorial
included Heather’s mother, Susan Bro.
