TRUMP DEFENDS MCMASTER: “HE IS A GOOD MAN & VERY PRO ISRAEL”~BUT MCMASTER BRANDS ISRAEL AS “ILLEGITIMATE” & AN “OCCUPYING POWER”

TRUMP DEFENDS MCMASTER:
“HE IS A GOOD MAN & VERY PRO ISRAEL”
BY ROBERT SPENCER
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

Either Trump is correct or the published reports are correct, but
both cannot be. There is simply too much evidence that McMaster is
working against Trump’s agenda to be ignored. Why Trump is standing by
this energetically insubordinate official is a mystery.

“Trump Stands by McMaster, Claims He’s ‘Very Pro-Israel,’” by Adam Shaw, Breitbart, August 4, 2017:

President Trump defied his base Friday and defended
under-fire national security adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster from
accusations that he is anti-Israel and opposed to the president’s agenda
— as calls for his firing among conservatives heat up.

“General McMaster and I are working very well together,” Trump said in a statement emailed to the New York Times. “He is a good man and very pro-Israel. I am grateful for the work he continues to do serving our country.”
Senior Adviser and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner also backed the
globalist general: “General McMaster is a true public servant and a
tremendous asset for the president and the administration,” he said.

“He has created and oversees a very thorough and clear process for
the agencies to work together to give the president credible options to
advance the president’s priorities for America’s foreign policy,”
Kushner added.

McMaster replaced Gen. Michael Flynn after Flynn resigned in February
over his accounts of a conservation with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey
Kislyak. But McMaster has faced accusations he is anti-Israel due to
his support of the Iran nuclear deal and reports that he refers to Israel as “the occupying power.”
The Jerusalem Post’s Caroline Glick claimed that McMaster’s bias came out during Trump’s visit to Israel:

What hasn’t been reported is that it was McMaster who
pressured Trump to agree not to let Netanyahu accompany him to the
Western Wall. At the time, I and other reporters were led to believe
that this was the decision of rogue anti-Israel officers at the US
consulate in Jerusalem. But it wasn’t. It was McMaster.

In February McMaster was said to have told his staff he is not fond
of the phrase “radical Islamic terrorism” and told them not to use it in
the office. His justification was allegedly that terrorists are “un-Islamic” — a common talking point on the left.

But he enraged Trump’s base this week then he fired
Ezra Cohen-Watnick, the senior director for intelligence on the
National Security Council — the third conservative departure in a week.
He then reportedly
came to the astonishing conclusion that former Obama national security
adviser Susan Rice did nothing wrong by unmasking Trump campaign
officials during the transition — a belief firmly at odds with past
statements by Trump.

McMaster’s various moves have been noticed by Trump’s base, with
#FireMcMaster becoming a trending hashtag on Twitter, and a regular
topic on conservative news sites — including Breitbart News. The Times reported that the hashtag had been tweeted at least 50,000 times since Wednesday.

Fox News pundit Sean Hannity asked whether McMaster needed to be fired over his reported treatment of the Susan Rice scandal.

The Times noted
that Frank Gaffney Jr., president of the Center for Security Policy, had
called McMaster “insubordinate to his commander in chief” in areas such
as Islamic terrorism….

PRO ISRAEL & PRO MUSLIM TOO???
IS THIS PRO ISRAEL???
 McMaster calls Israel “illegitimate,”
“occupying power”
BY ROBERT SPENCER
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

If the Trump administration is going to have any integrity and
coherence in its policies toward Israel and the jihad threat in general,
McMaster (and all his allies and cohorts) must go. And the sooner the
better. The Trump administration has been sending mixed signals since
its inception. It’s a far cry from the confidence and decisiveness that
Trump projected on the campaign trail. If Trump doesn’t soon recover
some sense of what he initially intended to do, he will end up being
Obama’s third term.

“Official: McMaster calls Israel ‘illegitimate,’ ‘occupying power,’” by Jordan Schachtel, Conservative Review, August 3, 2017 (thanks to the Geller Report):

It’s not a coincidence that national security adviser
H.R. McMaster has chosen to eliminate the pro-Israel voices at the
National Security Council, three West Wing and defense officials (who
chose to speak on background for diplomatic sensitivity reasons) told
Conservative Review.

In interviews with several current and former members of President
Trump’s inner circle, a profile of McMaster has emerged as a man
fiercely opposed to strengthening the U.S. alliance with the Jewish
state.

On Wednesday, American-born Israeli journalist Caroline Glick
detailed explosive allegations concerning McMaster’s views on Israel.
Glick is a well-known pro-Israel columnist and has established
connections with the Trump administration.
Many of the details in this
story emerged from questions asked about Glick’s allegations.
The list of pro-Israel voices in the administration that were removed
from McMaster’s National Security Council now includes: Steve Bannon,
K.T. McFarland, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, Derek Harvey, Rich Higgins, Adam
Lovinger, and Tera Dahl.
McMaster not only shuns Israel, he is also historically challenged on Arab-Israeli affairs, according to the sources.
“McMaster constantly refers to the existence of a Palestinian state
before 1947,” a senior West Wing official tells CR (there was never an
independent Palestinian state), adding that McMaster describes Israel as
an “illegitimate,” “occupying power.”
The NSC chief expressed great reluctance to work with Israel on
counterterror efforts, as he shut down a joint U.S.-Israel project to
counter the terrorist group Hezbollah’s efforts to expand Iran’s
worldwide influence. The project was led by the now-former NSC Middle
East director Derek Harvey.
In July, Palestinian terrorists armed with rifles left the al-Aqsa
mosque compound and assassinated two Israeli police officers. Afterward,
Israeli security forces installed metal detectors outside the Jerusalem
mosque for protection. McMaster, however, didn’t see it that way. He
viewed the security measures as “just another excuse by the Israelis to
repress the Arabs,” a senior defense official tells CR.
A senior West Wing official explained McMaster’s anti-Israel posture further:
“In advance of the president’s trip to Israel, there was a lot of
desire from within the Trump administration for [Israeli PM Benjamin]
Netanyahu to join the president at the Western Wall. McMaster didn’t
even want [Trump] to go to the Western Wall. He only wanted the
president to visit the Holocaust Museum.”
A deal was ultimately cut, and the president visited the Western Wall — but without Netanyahu.
In May, while briefing reporters, McMaster infamously refused to
recognize that the Western Wall (one of the holiest sites in Judaism)
was part of Israel.
After his stand against Israel’s sovereignty, McMaster’s NSC staff
(composed mostly of Obama holdovers and new liberal appointees)
applauded his anti-Israel posture….

McMaster blocked Ayaan Hirsi Ali from speaking to NSC and meeting Trump: “Islamophobic”
BY ROBERT SPENCER
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

McMaster appears to be doing all he can to make sure that the truth
about Islam and jihad is not discussed at the NSC or the White House. He
must go. He must go soon.

“Censored! McMaster Barred Scholar Ayaan Hirsi Ali from Giving Talk on Radical Islam at NSC,” by Mike Cernovich, Medium, August 4, 2017 (thanks to the Geller Report):

Ayaan Hirsi Ali was schedule to present a paper on
radical Islamic terror at the National Security Counsel before being
blocked by H.R. McMaster and his recently appointed Senior Director of
Counter-Terrorism, Mustafa Javed Ali.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who was in town to present her work to the Senate, was also prohibited from visiting the President during her White House visit, where she was allowed to meet with select members of the NSC in an informal setting.
Asked why she was censored, a source reported, “Mustafa Javed Ali said she was Islamophobic, and that the only way she could present her paper would be to have someone from CAIR come in to refute her work.”
This “both sides” justification for banning Ali was, according to my source, “complete bulls*t.”
“People come in to present their views every day. There’s no requirement that every presentation be a debate.”…

become worshipers, prayer warriors, and prophetic spokesmen. It teaches
them to heal the sick, operate in the gifts of the Spirit, be led by the
Spirit of God, and do signs and wonders.”

BECKY FISCHER: FALSE TEACHER OF THE DAY #9
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

But false prophets also arose among
the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will
secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who
bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.
2 Peter 2:1

Becky Fisher is the founder and director of Kids in Ministry International, a charismatic children’s ministry where Becky travels the world teaching children, according to her website,
“the meat and deeper truths of God’s word by going beyond the basic
Bible stories and teaching children biblical doctrine,” as well as
“equipping them for the work of the ministry,” and “creating an
atmosphere and opportunities where children can experience the presence
of God on a regular basis.”

While some of these things may sound good on the surface, upon
examination of Becky Fisher’s teachings, serious problems arise.
According to her statement of faith, she affirms the errant belief in
“divine healing, through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ,” and that
“healing is included in the Redemption.” This alone is an erroneous
teaching that is popular among the charismatic and Pentecostal sects of
Christendom, but Fisher takes it to an even more blasphemous level by
claiming the power to raise people from the dead.

Becky Fischer with the late C. Peter Wagner.

Fischer is part of the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and is part of
an “apostolic” ministry network known as Harvest Ministries
International. Some of the notable theological errors rampant within
this network are the belief in modern day apostles, the practice of
speaking in tongues (glossolalia), and the continuation of other
apostolic sign gifts including miracles, prophecy, and healings. Fischer
is also a member of Global Spheres under the direction of Chuck Pierce, and the late C. Peter Wagner (founder of the NAR) and was commissioned by them in 2015.

Fischer’s ministry is most notably known for its appearance in the 2003 documentary, Jesus Camp,
which documents a summer camp that indoctrinates children into a
charismatic moralization system while minimizing the actual content of
the gospel message. In this documentary, she states,
It’s no wonder with that kind of intense
training and discipling that those young people are ready to kill
themselves for the cause of Islam. I want to see young people who are as
committed to the cause of Jesus Christ as young people are to the cause
of Islam. I wanna see them as radically laying down their lives for the
Gospel as they are over in Pakistan and Israel and Palestine and all
those different places, you know, because we have… excuse me, but we
have the truth!
She believes that young children should be
indoctrinated into a religious system that would lead them to kill
themselves for its cause. While acknowledging that Christianity is the
truth as opposed to Islam, the difference is that the Scriptures do not
call Christians to commit acts of terrorism or suicide for the name of
Christ. Her school of indoctrination into her false, charismatic form of
Christianity should be avoided. Christianity is not achieved through
indoctrination, it is achieved by the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the
cross and by His grace alone. Of course, children of Christian parents
should be raised and instructed in the faith, but this is not the same
as indoctrination, or, as in Islam, brainwashing.

Becky is a member of Global Spheres, under the leadership of Chuck
Pierce and C. Peter Wagner, and was a featured teacher at the Wagner
Leadership Institute in Brazil along with Wagner and others. She was
commissioned under Global Spheres in 2015. She is also a member of the
Women in Ministry Network (WIMN) under false prophet Patricia King.

Fischer’s ministry is growing in popularity
especially among the charismatic crowd. She is targeting children and
parents around the world, especially in less developed countries, and
deceiving them with false signs and wonders. In the video below, you can
see Fischer teaching children in Singapore how to “raise people from
the dead.” This is completely false and Fischer is a false teacher that
should be marked and avoided.

Michelle and family have been home on leave from the mission field
this year. Listen to Michelle talk about what’s currently happening in
their ministry.

Olly Goldenberg has
been ministering to children in churches and outside of the church for
over twenty years. For fifteen of these years he led one of the largest
children’s ministries in Europe, Kensington Temple, London, (where R.T.
Kendall was once pastor)with responsibility for children aged 0–14. The
ministry more than doubled in size under his leadership. He saw a
reversal of the trend of children leaving the church, with many of the
children leading their friends to Jesus and discipling them in their
schools and homes.
Currently he leads a ministry, together with his wife and five
children, called ‘Children Can,’ based in the United Kingdom. Through
producing resources, modelling ministry and training leaders they have
inspired thousands of leaders from different nations and denominations
to know how to lead children from a head knowledge of God to a
passionate relationship with him. At the heart of their ministry is a
passion to see children raised as disciples of Jesus.
We have Olly’s inspiring book “The Josiah Generation, “ He also co-authored the kids book series God’s General’s for Kids with Roberts Lairdon! All are in our online store.
Tim Carpenter
will also be returning to do a full training for everyone interested in
starting a PowerClub in local schools in his inspiring session on JESUS WANTS TO GO TO SCHOOL!

BRAINWASHING & INDOCTRINATION INTO HERESY AND OCCULTISM

TIM CARPENTER: “A ‘TITHE’ OF OUR KIDS”-
35 MILLION CHILDREN TO “THE LORD” (WHICH LORD? SATAN?)

Tim’s
challenge to us was what if we could take the Gospel to a place where
many have not even heard the Name of Jesus and empower kids to advance
the Kingdom in a place where the Bible and prayer are not allowed? This
is not a foreign third world nation, it’s our public elementary
schools.”

Tim cast the vision last year concerning in our annual conference.
You can watch his session below! But this year Tim is coming back, not
just for one session, but for three practical workshops, to show us an
A-Z plan on launching an after school Power Club in any school. Anyone
can do it and it’s perfectly legal! Tim answer all your questions about
liability, legality and building a team. If you have the heart of a kids
evangelist, this workshop is for you!
Tim has been a dynamic kid’s
evangelist, Project Editor/Curriculum Developer for KIDS Church Next
Generation, and the Billy Graham Association He’s has also served as a
children’s pastor with Jesse Duplantis Ministries and Bethany Church in
Louisiana. He is an anointed trumpet player and has played for
well-known Christian music groups such as the Rhema Singers and Band. He
has been very active in recent years with Child Evangelism Fellowship
overseeing their public elementary school Bible clubs. Tim’s vision is
to simply help kids experience the transforming power and love of Jesus

BETH MOORE UNSATISFIED WITH CHRIST, CALLS DOWN “HOLY FIRE” AT PENTECOSTAL REVIVAL IN ORLANDO

 http://openheaven.com.cdn.pronetsweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Beth-Moore.jpg
BETH MOORE UNSATISFIED WITH CHRIST,
CALLS DOWN “HOLY FIRE” AT PENTECOSTAL REVIVAL IN ORLANDO
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:

They went out from us, but they were
not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with
us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not
of us.
  –1 John 2:19

This is a powerful statement to the striking truth that John writes
about false converts. Scripture has much to say about apostasy and those
who have come to the faith on specious grounds. Scripture teaches
Christians will know one-another by their fruits, and false converts and
false teachers bear bad fruit. And Beth Moore? Well…she bears bad
fruit.

Beth Moore began her career as a small group women’s bible teacher and author of women’s Bible studies. According to her bio,
“at the age of 18, Beth sensed God calling her to work for Him.
Although she couldn’t imagine what that would mean, she made it her goal
to say yes to whatever He asked.” One might ask, “how did God call her
to become a famous worldwide preacher?” In light of the clear teaching
of Scripture that a woman must remain silent in the churches and hold no
authority over men, Moore has clearly usurped the authority of men and
has created her own doctrine to follow. She now preaches to not just
women, but men, who are part of the visible church, and attempts to exposit the Word of God to them.

As one who began her ministry in a Southern Baptist church, she’s now
turned full-on charismatic.
Scripture teaches that one of the fruits of
redemption is sanctification–a work of the Holy Spirit. That is, that
one is led out of moral corruption, but also theological error, not
deeper into into it. Beth Moore is no stranger to theological error. Her
gravest error? That God gives her visions–and these visions are
contradictory to Scripture. Her visions range from being raised up in
the air and watching God tear down the denominational divide between the false church of Rome and the true Church, uniting “all sectors of Christendom,” to getting a vision from God about giving money to a woman at a random bus stop. Moore regularly convenes with other false teachers
in the Word of Faith movement including Christine Caine and Joyce
Meyer. Simply put, Beth Moore has slid from small town small group
teacher to a world-renown Pentecostal Word of Faith prosperity gospel
preacher. This is clearly not the work of the Holy Spirit.

Beth Moore’s latest venture received an interesting word of
acclamation from Charisma News where she was panegyrized by Lee Grady who wrote,
“her message was so convicting and so saturated in the Holy Spirit that
people ran to the stage even though she didn’t even invite people to
the altar.” Moore was speaking at the 28th General Conference of the
International Pentecostal Holiness Church, a revival gathering in
Orlando, FL, which included leaders from the Assemblies of God, the
Church of God, and Nigeria’s Redeemed Christian Church of God.

According to Grady, he couldn’t decide if a Southern Baptist’s call
to embrace the “holy fire” of Pentecostalism was “more fascinating” than
the fact that a Southern Baptist woman was preaching to men.
According
to the article, Moore says,

We are settling for woefully less than what Jesus
promised us, I read my New Testament over and over. I’m not seeing what
He promised. I’m unsettled and unsatisfied…I want holy fire!

  • For he satisfies the longing soul, and the hungry soul he fills with good things. –Psalm 107:9
  • The afflicted shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek him shall praise the Lord! May your hearts live forever!  –Psalm 22:26
  • In your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.  –Psalm 16:11

What is it that she’s not seeing that Jesus promised? Is she
seriously claiming that Jesus is not delivering on what he promised?
This statement is simply blasphemous. Jesus promised eternal life to
those who would repent and believe in Him. Is she denying that this
promise is being fulfilled? Is there something more than this that she
wants? Who could make such a claim? Of course, this is one of the
deceptive errors of Pentecostalism and charismaticism–that God owes us
anything and that His Son Jesus is not enough.

Bad fruit!

Perhaps, in this context, one of the most notable fruits of apostasy
is the simple fact that Charisma News lauds you as though you’re the
greatest thing since the Azusa Street revival. Grady states,

I’ve heard a lot of excellent preaching over the years.
But listening to Beth Moore was uncanny because her sermon was not about
her, and it didn’t draw attention to her. There was no swagger. There
was no pretense. The sweet dew of heaven rested on this woman.

I could hear the Holy Spirit speaking loud and clear through a broken vessel.

This woman blasphemes God regularly. This is not the “sweet dew of
heaven,” this is the work of the enemy who uses this woman to spread
rumors about God that cannot in any way be substantiated by His Word.
She tells stories–lies. Everything this woman talks about is of herself.
She reads herself into the Scriptures
where she does not belong. She’s narcissistic, she’s Word of Faith, she
condones other false teachers and she embraces the heresy of Montanism
and has dived into it head first. And what does she do when the true
church criticizes her false teachings? She complains and makes accusations. This is the enemy’s tactic.

Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.John 17:17

Beth Moore is clearly not being sanctified in the truth of God’s
Word. She is fleeing further and further from it. She twists the truth.

For the time is coming when people
will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will
accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions
, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 2 Timothy 4:3-4

JUDGE CENSURED FOR TELLING MEDIA SHE COULDN’T DO “GAY WEDDINGS” APPEALS TO U.S. SUPREME COURT

 Judge Neely Censured
JUDGE CENSURED FOR TELLING MEDIA
SHE COULDN’T DO “GAY WEDDINGS”
APPEALS TO U.S. SUPREME COURT
BY HEATHER CLARK
republished below in full unedited for informational, educational, and research purposes:
WASHINGTON — A judge in Wyoming who was censured earlier this year for
making a comment to the media three years ago that she couldn’t officiate
same-sex unions as a Christian, and who consequently lost her position as
magistrate, has appealed her case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

“This case presents an important free-exercise question,” the petition,
filed by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) on behalf of Judge Ruth
Neely, reads. “Although the state has a system of individualized
exemptions that permits magistrates to decline marriages for nearly any
secular reason, the Wyoming Supreme Court held that Judge Neely could
not refer same-sex-marriage requests (if she ever received any) to other
magistrates for the religious reason she expressed.”

As previously reported,
Neely told a reporter for the Sublette Examiner in 2014 after a federal
judge struck down the state’s ban on same-sex “marriage” that she
personally could not take part in the officiation.
“I will not able to do them,” Neely stated. “We have at least one
magistrate who will do same-sex marriages, but I will not be able to. …
When law and religion conflict, choices have to be made.”

She made clear that her personal inability would not stop homosexuals from finding a local judge to officiate.

In January 2015, following a complaint from Democratic Party
Chairwoman Ana Cuprill, the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and
Ethics launched an investigation into Neely’s remarks.

It soon issued her a notice of that disciplinary proceedings
would commence. Neely was accused of violating six rules of judicial
conduct, including that she “manifested a bias” by her statement and
therefore possessed prejudice in regard to so-called sexual orientation.

Neely, who has served as judge for over 20 years, has never been asked to officiate a same-sex ceremony.

The Commission advised Neely during the disciplinary
proceedings that if she admitted wrongdoing and resigned her position,
and agreed to never again run for judicial office, it would drop the
matter. She declined.

The Commission then asked Neely last February if she would
issue a public apology for her statement and agree to officiate same-sex
ceremonies. She replied that she could not because of her religious
convictions.

Neely also wrote in a letter to the state’s judicial ethics
advisory committee, “Homosexuality is a named sin in the Bible, as are
drunkenness, thievery, lying, and the like. I can no more officiate at a
same-sex wedding than I can buy beer for the alcoholic.”

Therefore, the Commission recommended to the Wyoming Supreme Court that Neely be removed from office.

While the court did find Judge Ruth Neely’s words to be a violation of the Wyoming Code of Judicial Conduct, it did not believe that she had committed any acts worthy of removal.

“Judge Neely has not violated a clear procedural rule
governing the performance of her legal duties. As a municipal court
judge, she had no authority to perform marriages. As a part-time
circuit court magistrate, she had the power to perform marriage
ceremonies, but she was not required to do so. She has not violated the
law in her daily life, and she has not violated a procedural rule of
law,” wrote Justices James Burke, William Hill and Kate Fox.

However, they declared that going forward, Neely must either
agree to perform all marital ceremonies or none at all. The court
further said that the the circuit court judge who appointed her as a
magistrate was to also decide whether Neely would be able to continue to
serve in that capacity.

A week later, Neely lost her position as magistrate.

“The Wyoming Supreme Court demanded that Judge Neely either
commit to performing same-sex weddings or stop performing all
weddings—an ultimatum that drove her from her magistrate position,” ADF
Senior Counsel Jim Campbell explained in a press release on Friday. “The
court didn’t need to do that. If Judge Neely were ever asked to
officiate a same-sex wedding, which has never happened and the court
acknowledged was ‘not likely’ to occur, she would’ve quickly connected
that couple to judges able to perform their wedding.”

“That is exactly what other judges do when they face secular
conflicts, and there’s no reason why Judge Neely’s religious conflict
should be treated worse,” he said.

ADF is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to at least hold the petition pending the upcoming Masterpiece Cakeshop ruling.

MAN BANNED FROM RELEASING UNDERCOVER VIDEOS FROM ABORTION CONVENTION APPEALS TO U.S. SUPREME COURT

WASHINGTON — A pro-life activist who has been banned from releasing any
further footage of undercover recordings from the 2014 and 2015 National
Abortion Federation Conventions has taken his case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

David Daleiden is appealing his case
from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which upheld a lower court
ruling in March prohibiting Daleiden from releasing any further videos
from the event, in part due to the safety risks that they could present
to abortion providers.

“We are appealing to the highest court in quest of justice,”
Tom Brejcha of the Thomas More Society, which is representing Daleiden
in court, said in a statement on Friday. “This lawsuit was brought
against Mr. Daleiden by NAF, the abortion industry’s trade group,
because he dared to expose the truth about their members’ profiting from
an illegal trade in the remains of human beings.”

As previously reported, the National Abortion Federation had sued
Daleiden in July 2015 to stop his recorded footage from being made
public, claiming that it could jeopardize the safety of its members.

U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick issued a
preliminary injunction in February 2016 banning Daleiden from releasing
any videos recorded at the National Abortion Federation’s annual
conventions.

He noted that the Federation requires attendees to sign
confidentiality agreements, promising not to disclose the contents of
the event.

“Confidentiality agreements are common to protect trade
secrets and other sensitive information, and individuals who sign such
agreements are not free to ignore them because they think the public
would be interested in the protected information,” Orrick wrote.

Also opining that “the majority of the recordings lack much
public interest,” Orrick said that the Federation’s rights to privacy
and safety outweighed any public interest in the videos.

“Weighed against that public interest are NAF’s and its
members’ legitimate interests in their rights to privacy, security, and
association by maintaining the confidentiality of their presentations
and conversations at NAF Annual Meetings. The balance is strongly in
NAF’s favor,” he wrote.

Daleiden, who possesses hundreds of hours of footage, appealed to the Ninth Circuit, which upheld the ruling in March.

“Even assuming arguendo that the matters recorded are of
public interest, however, the district court did not clearly err in
finding that the defendants waived any First Amendment rights to
disclose that information publicly by knowingly signing the agreements
with NAF,” it wrote.

“Nor did the district court abuse its discretion in
concluding that a balancing of the competing public interests favored
preliminary enforcement of the confidentiality agreements, because one
may not obtain information through fraud, promise to keep that
information confidential, and then breach that promise in the name of
the public interest,” the court said.

Therefore, Daleiden has now presented the matter to the nation’s highest court.

“[W]hat is ultimately at stake here is whether those who
‘blow the whistle’ on illegal or inhumane misbehavior in any industry
may be silenced and even punished for telling the truth to the public at
large and to those charged with enforcing criminal and regulatory bans
on nefarious practices,” Brecha said.

“Whether America will remain an open or closed society hangs
in the balance,” he opined. We trust that the justices will stand by
our traditional disapproval of ‘prior restraints on free speech,’ hear
Daleiden’s appeal, vindicate his First Amendment rights, and reverse the
lower courts’ egregious mistakes.”

Daleiden was recently held in contempt of court
for releasing a preview of forthcoming video footage in violation of
the injunction. The recording featured clips of various Planned
Parenthood officials and other abortion advocates making nonchalant statements about
the abortion process, including that the baby’s eyeballs fell into
their lap or that they had to tear off a leg to avoid technically
performing a partial-birth abortion.

INCREDIBLE!: LEAKED DOCUMENTS SHOW MUSLIMS BOUGHT OFF U.S. GOVERNMENT IN PREPARATION FOR TAKEOVER

INCREDIBLE!: LEAKED DOCUMENTS SHOW MUSLIMS BOUGHT OFF U.S. GOVERNMENT IN PREPARATION FOR TAKEOVER

A
top official of the National Security Council was fired last month
after arguing in a memo that President Trump is under sustained attack
from subversive forces both within and outside the government who are
deploying Maoist tactics to defeat President Trump’s nationalist agenda.

His
dismissal marks the latest victory by National Security Adviser H.R.
McMaster in the ongoing war within Trump’s White House between those who
believe that the president is under threat from dark forces plotting to
undermine him, and those like McMaster who dismiss this as
conspiratorial thinking.

Rich Higgins, a former Pentagon official
who served in the NSC’s strategic-planning office as a director for
strategic planning, was let go on July 21. Higgins’s memo describes
supposed domestic and international threats to Trump’s presidency,
including globalists, bankers, the “deep state,” and Islamists. The memo
characterizes the Russia story as a plot to sabotage Trump’s
nationalist agenda. It asserts that globalists and Islamists are seeking
to destroy America. The memo also includes a set of recommendations,
arguing that the problem constitutes a national-security priority.

“Globalists
and Islamists recognize that for their visions to succeed, America,
both as an ideal and as a national and political identity, must be
destroyed,” the memo warns. It argues that this has led “Islamists [to]
ally with cultural Marxists,” but that in the long run, “Islamists will
co-opt the movement in its entirety.”

Higgins wrote the memo in
late May, and at some point afterwards it began circulating among people
outside the White House associated with the Trump campaign to whom
Higgins had given it.

Higgins, according to another source with
direct knowledge of the incident, was called into the White House
Counsel’s office the week before last and asked about the memo. On July
21, the Friday of that week, he was informed by McMaster’s deputy Ricky
Waddell that he was losing his job.

NSC spokesman Michael Anton
declined to comment on Higgins’s firing, saying that the White House
does not comment on internal personnel matters.
